My Courier, The Lucky Devil of the Mojave, Lazarus.

They initially had no interest in their past, the ongoing war between the 3 factions, or even what they would do after killing Benny. They just want to settle the score.

Laz is very impulsive and doesn’t (can’t) really think about consequences too well. They get a bit better at forethought later in the game, but they mostly learn to rely on their companions to reign them in (mostly Arcade, Boone, and Veronica. Cass and Raul get a kick out of seeing Laz almost blow themselves up. Lily, bless her heart, genuinely doesn’t see the harm). They have an uncanny sense of luck, and can usually walk out of very dangerous situations physically unscathed (usually. Sometimes your luck just runs out.)

honestly, if i didn't get testosterone as young as i did, i'd probably be dead by now. (by suicide if it wasn't clear.) even making puberty blockers easier to obtain would be awesome!! for me, it was too late because I started puberty at 11 >:/ but everyday i am thankful for my testosterone :)

it might be just me but im also starved for content of the new game and have been seeing so many reports and leaks if ac tries and pulls another "male/female choice have the same story but only one is actually canon" i will lose my marbles

like ac syndicate was objectively one of the Best ac games in terms of message and story and the fact that you had duality of characters just increased that in jacob and evie (and yes ik that evie was supposed to have more time on screen but executive meddling but it stands). origins had that as well, though it wasn't the same

more thoughts/ramblings below the cut bc this got a lot more than i thought it would be

i'd much rather play a game where you can choose a version of a character to play through and have a separate storyline that coalesces with the other character than saying "oh yeah you can play any character you want but!! only one will be considered canon and have all the media and future games surrounding them" bc idk but that just seems... patronizing? like yeah you get your satisfaction but you're wrong for it. this isn't like Fallout where it doesn't matter and you can choose what you want and the whole ending of the game changes depending on your choices, bc the ending is set and we know how these characters will proceed and what effect they will have on the world. so either pick one protag like the old games used to be OR let people have their own storyline. i guarantee that letting people choose between stories will give them much more of an incentive to have more playtime if they can also have another file or a new game+ option with the other person and to get more story rather than a rehash but with a different model

idk i really truly am all for rep and i enjoy the queer rep we've been getting so far (i am here for bisexual protags!! im here for gnc protags ie kass and f!eivor!!) and the protags are almost all enjoyable post-syndicate and i love ac regardless!! but they gotta do smth to get everyone back on board or it's just gonna become soulless corporate shit (they are so so so close esp with this modern world on hitting smth good but they just!! refuse to see it!!

tl;dr ac get your shit together and make another good protag game or im doing it for you
