i think new horizons' weakest point is it's lack of ability to effectively do things in bulk or repeatedly. i'm not by any means someone who needs to like. optimize animal crossing, or something, but if i have 50,000 nook miles, i don't want to stand there individually buying nook miles tickets and watching them print out one at a time for 20 minutes, i want to click "buy 25 tickets" and get them all at once. similarly, if i have all 25 of those tickets in my inventory, i should be able to go to an island, and then at the island when i talk to wilbur he should say "hey you have 24 more tickets, do you want to go to another island" and i should be able to say yes bestie i would love to go to another island instead of having to go back to the airport and talk to orville again

I have edited so many fucking images in this weird ass format, and the editor I found has the absolutely worst ui but it's the only way I know to convert pngs into the weird compressed paletted doom graphic format.

the color palette is so limited.

and the entire screen resolution is like 320x200, so individual letters and numbers get like. 7 to 24 pixels depending on how big they are, but that's still absolutely tiny.
