ITS A DIARY OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP THROUGH HER EYES IM SOBBING RN. I honestly love the idea that Oliver doesn’t have the best relationship with his family. Adds more spice yknow? WAIT WAIT WAIT. HES READING THIS??? THIS IS HIS POV??? ASDHJHHFJJFFHHHFFF THIS IS AMAZING. Also I love how hurtful the readers love is portrayed in the diary. Making him read your years worth of heartache gives a chance for him to reflect on his actions. Oliver having Viking ancestry??? That’s a yes from me!!!! Not him already unconsciously planning a date to take you to see the northern lights and only being able to imagine your face. BOY YOU ARE DOWN SO BAD. WAKE UP ALREADY. It’s really hard and tricky to develop a character using a relationship they have with someone else but you’ve done a fantastic job with it love!!! Oh timeskip?? I love your dialogue writing so much, you really make y/n have a personality and Oliver doesn’t just have the 2 traits of soccer and playboy. Uh oh not the mother call. FINALLY. the much awaited reply - I really loved reading every min of this and now I'm gonna talk about every small detail of it so it's gonna be a long ask. So yeah lets dive right into it ! We did start off with her diary. And YES. the story is a dual perspective one so there is developments on Oliver's side as well. The idea of him having viking ancestry came from vinland saga for me as well as the study of vikings - most of them came from the nordic belt so there was a possibility of that and honestly... viking! Oliver? *fans face* Now the whole thing abt the back hug and that scene? That was out of a dream I had a couple of months back that I was talking to blue about. I just love the whole narrative where you're hating him and loving him at the same time ToT

And yes! so one of the issues with Oliver's character (i'm not sure if you're reading the manga or not -) but even as a football player, he does have more addition to his personality than his nature and looks; adults took away his future from him. He wanted to be a striker but because of his coach, he had to give up that dream and become a defender instead. Another thing I like is making (y/n) have a personality as well as strong dialogues. One of the issues with fanfic writing is that the reader is also a if not the main protagonist of the story. Some of the (y/n)s out there (and I'm not saying this to stir anything up) are too soft spoken or give in too easily. Some authors mention that the reader is stubborn either through description or dialogues but they don't show it or show the reader being too dependent on someone. And honestly, I'm glad you brought out the point that the way I characterize people has more to do with stuff that really counts as a personality including Oliver since he has just been restrained to football and being a playboy -smh. Since my stories have less of smut and more of plot, there has to be character development and since I like seeing people blossom, might as well do it with the characters right? and in this case, its to do with time. he does get lonely - and there's an explanation for that in the story. So the story about the tattoo... I was planning on getting an arm tattoo done for him. like a fawn over the shoulder and then adding stuff to it... but Oliver doesn't strike as the type to get tattoos. So he got one on the ankle and...yeah no I'm not giving spoilers for further chapters just yet. |>.<| Ik the time skip seems big... but yeah. 6 years - I can't believe I fell for Oliver, then again. he's practically the only sane one in there and maybe Bachira... or else everyone is either depressed or feral. not in between literally.

I already have a title ready And its fine! honestly- its good to take a break from tumblr once in a while So here's my update - I managed to put on weight during my break. 3 kgs/ 7 pounds consistently working out at the gym and uni... is exhausting. but we're working and I also bought a lot of books during break (chainsawman as one of them) and another one that I'm really engrossed in atm, Anything is fine Starry!! am 24.11 sind mir am halb achti dusse i de chelti gstande und hend uf euse Guide gwartet, will hüt gönd mr uf MAI CHAU! yippieh. Imne schwarze Van isch de Typ vorgfahre und mir sind ihgstiege. Eich hets sölle en Gruppereis sii, aber mir sind dänn nur zdritte gsi; de Oli und ich uuuund t Martina. En elteri Dame. Soone liebi! Mir sind zwei Stund gfahre und hend denn ah somen Märt inkl. Ussichtspunkt en Pause gmacht. Ich han euch ja verzellt wie chalts in Hanoi isch? das isch nüüüüüt gsi im Gegesatz zu da. Aso ich han mini Leggings ahgha und han drüber namal es paar Hose ahgleit und öbe drü jaggene. Mir händ bi dem Märt “Sticky Bamboo Rice” probiert mitere feine Gwürzmischig. Uuu mega guet gsi!!! Nach dem mr en Rundi gfrohre händ, simmmer schnell wieder is Auto gstiege und witer gfahre und zwar für witeri 2,5h. I de Lodge ah cho, hend mr en Grüentee becho und händs ih euses Bungalow chönne. Es meega herzigs Bungalow. S hät es Himmelbett gha, s Bad isch aber halbe dusse gsi, was bi dene Temperature nöt so toll isch uuund en chlini Terrasse, wo en schöne Garte zur Ussicht gha hät. Denn sind mr grad witergange und zwar hets zmittag binre Familie gä. Sehr gsunds Esse, will die ja kein Migros und Coop hend wie mir und alles selber ahpflanzet, hets das au zmittag gä. aber isch fein gsi. Währendem zmittagesse sind 2 Päärli mit ihrne zwei Töffli verby cho. Völlig verlore. Sie händ nöt gwüsst, wo ane sie müend und was sie sölled gseh und na dezue ischs verdammt chalt gsi. Bini grad froh gsi händ mr öber gha, wo sich uskennt. Nachm Zmittagesse händ mr Velo’s usglehnt und sind dur t Gegen gfahre. Wunderschöni Landschafte, schüüchi & uu herzlichi Lüt uuund gaaanz viell Schmetterling!! Absoluti Hammer! und öbe 5 Hünd sind mit eus mit gloffe haha :D S Velofahre hät au gege t Chelti ghulfe. 

Nach dem wunderbare Namitag sind mr zrug it Lodge gange. De Oli und t Martina sind na chli dur dä Garte vo eusere Lodge umegschlenderet und de oli het na chli Drohne gfloge.. was ich gmacht han? schnell ih euses Bungalow zrug grännt, mis Tolino gschnappet und samt allne Kleider under t Bettdecki. Es guets Bueche glese und nüüüme welle ufstah, aaaaber s hät ja na z Nacht gä. Oke, dass schaffi!! Für s Esse stahni uf und gang i die iiischalti wält usse. (Nöt, dass es bi eus im Bungalow wärmer gsi wär. Ich glaube sogar s isch chälter gsi haha) 1,2 uuund drü - schnell usse usm warme Bettli!! Führe gfloffe, wos znacht scho parat gsi isch. Wieder ganz gsund; riis, Chicken, Gmües, Suppe! Bin glaubs ih mim Lebe nanie so froh um en Suppe gsi. haha. Ebe, alles Bio das Znachtesse. Rächt schnäll sind mr fertig gsi mitm esse und mir händ mit dä liebe Martina na chli gschwätzt. Sie isch vo Holland und en wahnsinnig liebe Mensch! Scho schöön wer mr so alles ahtrifft uf Reisene. Inere Stund gits na en Show für eus aber bis döthi namal ab is Zimmer zum eus chli ufwärme. Punkt achti sind mir zvierte inkl. eusem Guide uf eusen Stüehli gsässe und händ gspannt gwartet. Natürli wie überall au hend mr Chinese ih eusem Hotel gha. Die sind au gspannt uf t Show gsi. sooo, die erschte drü Tänz vo dene herzige Ladies sind lässig gsi. Schön zums mal gseh. Vom Butterflydance bis zum Lovedance - alles händs gä! Aaaaber  s luschtige isch s letzte gsi. Ich nänns “S Vietnamesische Gummitwist” haha. Und zwar funktioniert eso: Öbe sächs Lüt sind ah dem lustige Spiel beteiligt. Am Bode knüüdlet/Sitzend fangt s ganze ah. 25.11.2017 - Mai Chau / Diättag Nummer 2 Nanie hani soo fescht welle im Bett bliebe wie hüt!! es isch soooo soo chalt. Ich chas gar nöt in Wörter fasse. Mol, eich scho; s isch so als würsch dusse schlafe.  Sehr schwer ischs eus gfalle us dem warme Bett ussezcho, aber mir händ eus parat gmacht und sind führe go zmörgele; Green Tea, Pancakes, Banane, frische Honig, Eier und Toastbrot. Isch fein gsiii! Zrug is Zimmer, Trekkingschueh ahgleit, Rückseckli packt und ab gahts. Hüt gömmer 12 Kilometer go wandere. Am Morge sind mir am nüüni losgange und sind eifach wieder duur unglaublichi Landschafte duregloffe und s schöne isch gsi, dass es wiit und breit KEIN EINZGE TOURISCHT gha het. Defür umso meh Schmetterling!!! Han ih mim Lebe nanie sovill Schmetterling gseh; chlini, grossi, farbigi - eifach alles!  Chüeh und Wasserbuffalo’s  hend mr au ganz vili uf eusem Trekking ahtroffe. Letzteres sehr ungern, da euse Guide immer gseit het, dass die sehr gföhrlich und aggressiv sind und ich jedes mal schier en Herzbarage becho han, woni die gseh han. Anyyway, mir händ eus scho langsam ufs zmittagässe gfreut. uund gesse händ mr binre Familie dihei. Das händ mr uuu schöns gfunde. Namal es paar Stündli dur Wald, Flüss, Riisterrassene usw. gwanderert. Bettina, wenn das liesisch; ja, ich bin so gwanderet wie mir damals für 2 Mönet!! Wienes ÖÖMI! De Driver het immer schön uf mich glueget, dass mich nirgends uf de Latz haut haha. De Hike isch würki soooo soo toll gsi! Als letzt hend mr  na imne Dörfli ahghalte und ganz viiil Chind gseh. UU schüch sinds gsii. Immer wenn de Oli Kamera füührezückt het, sinds grad wäggrännt und händ glachet und gschroue haha. T Martina het en Packig Lolipops debbie gha und hets de Kids gä. Ganz schüüch hendses ahgna.. usser ich, ich has grad sofort gna, wo sie mir na eis ahbote het. hahaha.  Ui, isch das lang her sit ich so eine gha han!! Ihr au?  yummsyumm.

Und ezt zrug it Lodge fahre. Han soo dringend ufs WC müsse Leute und die Strasse vo dene sind nöt grad fördernd gsi, dassi mir das ganze chan verthebe.. Unde ufe und abe und ufe und abe hets eus im Auto umegschlüderet haha. Chönd eu schomal vorstelle wie schnell ich us dem Auto is Zimmer gsecklet bin. Denn hets wieder es meega gsunds Znachtesse gä und ab is Zimmer. Hüt hend mr eus gseit mir gönd go Dusche.. Ich meine,s isch soo verdammt chalt.. und denn na dusse dusche. Mal ehrlich, wer macht das freiwillig?? ja, mir ghöret au nöt zu dene. Aber die lieb Martina het gmeint es tögi u guet. Oke guet, euse strategische usdenkte Plan: Alles parat mache, Handy ihstecke, Wecker stelle, Pischi parat mache, abschminke (Aso nur ich, de oli nöt haha), demit mr nach de Duschi nurna chönd is Bett renne und eus kein ZENTIMETER meh müned bewege.  Heiss, heiss, heiss - so hend mr duschet!! S hät würkli u guet ta. mir händ ih dere Nacht 13 Stund gschlafe. Soo guet!!

26.11.2017 - Letzte Tag vo Diät/Sportcamp

Au hüt sind mr wieder früäh ufgstande und go zmörgele. Hüt isch de einzig Tag, wo t Sunne würkli schiiint. Nachm zmorge wieder Trekkingschueh go montiere und go laufe. Dasmal nur mit eusem Guide. Ernännenswert isch au dass de Driver all eusi Trekkingroutene kennt het, da er da ufgwachse isch. Euse Guide dementsprechend nöt chöne.. Was au dezue gfüährt het, dass mr am Endi vo eusem Hike imne Wald gsi sind und euse Guide gseit het: da abe müend mr... han leider keis Bild, aber lönds mich so beschriebe, dass mir all drüü ufeimal gseit händ. WAAS??? DA ABE??? WEISCH WO MR SIND?? s isch steil durab gange und alles volle Gebüsch, rutschige Bamboobletter und Bäum. Immer wieder ischr stah bliebe und het chli überleit, wo mr duremönd. Äh mol ja, so fühlt mr sich sicher und geborge hahah. Dur jenstes Zügs simmer gwanderet. Einisch hend mr sogar be 3-4 CM Abstand vomne Biendlinescht gha, aber hey, susch alllleees eaasypeasy!! Mir händs aber na gschafft. Logisch. Such chönti ja das nüme schriebe. Danke liebe Guide!  Mir händ ufm Wäg au ganz viiil Welpe gseh, soo süess!! Eis isch gaanz allei im Nirgendwo gsii. Und mir händ denn sis Dihei ufgsuecht. uu süess isch gsi. Und eis Hündli isch zwüschet Äst amne Fluss entlang stecke bliebe. Wo de Guide im zur Hilf geeilt isch, hettr en fascht t Bisse, was s Befreie vo dem Hundi relativ erschwert het. De Oli und de Guide hends aber nacher no gschafft. 

Nach dem schöne Wandermorge gahts wieder ab uf Hanoi. 5 Stund Autofahrt ligget vor eus. Schön gsi du wunderbars MAI CHAU! Danke, dass eusi Kilo wegpurzlet sind und mir so traumhafti Täg gha händ.

Für die Nacht händ mr es ganz günstigs Hostel buechet gha, da mr nur ein Nacht händ müsse übernachte und am nächste Tag gahts scho wieder uf die nechsti TOUR!!  Im Hostel ahcho, ihcheckt und alles is Hotelzimmer ta. Wüsseder was mr als ersts gmacht händ? Nach drü täg nur riiis gmües, riis gmües und sooovil sportliche Aktivitäte... Hä? wüsseders?? ...
