No Support at FB

On April 26, someone that speaks Vietnamese, changed my password and stole my Facebook page.  I have been desperately trying to reach someone at FB using their support email.  I have emailed support several times.  I even emailed all the support email address in hope that someone will be able to fix this.  I have had no response.

On the 26th, I tried to access my FB page from my phone and it asked for me to enter my password - which it never does because I am always signed in.  It would not accept my password and then I started seeing things in Vietnamese.  I couldn't understand why I was being asked to reset my password in this language and it texted a code not in English) to my phone.  I was able to change the password and then I couldn't access my page.

It also said that my page was suspended because it looked like it wasn't a real person.  So, I changed my password and then did the appeal.  The whole time, everything was in Vietnamese and even with some translation it was difficult to navigate it, but I managed to send a picture of me.

Evidently the hacker changed my password during my work hours and I did received an email that I could click to say it wasn't me.  By the time saw this email and clicked to say it wasn't me, it was too late.  I don't understand how they could have changed it when the email that was sent just prior had a code to enter.  I didn't enter that code.

My page is gone and replaced with a shell that is in Vietnamese.  All my pictures and friends are gone.  And NO ONE from Facebook support has responded to my emails.  Most of the pictures on my page are of my cats and my profile picture has a Prince (The Artist) Symbol.  It is a picture of a painting a friend had made for me when Prince passed away in 2016.  I do have a frame around the picture of the symbol that says I had the Covid-19 vaccine.

After much frustration and the inability to edit the blank page I got access to because it was in Vietnamese, I decided to create a new page.  I was successful setting up my profile with a different email and made sure I had a two factor sign in to keep it safe.  I was unable to make friend requests, but my husband and one other friend found me.  I then worked on gaining access to it on my phone too, but after it prompted me to connect to my contacts, my new account was suspended - AGAIN.

FB decided that I didn't meet community standards and now I no longer have a FB page.  I have lost it all.  I want my original page back with all my pictures and contacts.

I went to GetHuman and posted my dilemma.  I connected with a Meta hacker on Twitter and for $50, he said he could get my profile back.  The level of phishing and scamming is amazing!  I am not going to pay someone I don’t know to hack FB to retrieve my profile.  FB should make this right, but there is nobody home.

I guess my time on FB is dead.

I have only wished that people weren't obsessed with my genitals. My whole family has not spoken a word to me since I started testosterone in 2004, now being 2023. They say ,"You choose to change into a freak. It is selfishness, and because you want to be selfish, you will lose everyone and die lonely with nobody," my mothers mother. Due to this, no one will ever give you the respect of a man because you will never acquire a dick, so you are not real to us.

They kept their word. I've managed to focus on the navigation of this world without one support, attempting my best to survive.

At 17, they sent me to a place called job Corp, where essentially you don't ever go back home. That I never did. I did get my high-school diploma with the pain I held and turned to the charter highschool they had offered, and because neither of my parents had the ability to complete high-school I was really driven to complete it. I did complete and walked despite not having anyone there. I can't say I became successful, but I survived up until now. I didn't plan to live this long, honestly. I wanted to attend college and I did but not knowing it was a scam and not accredit so when they randomly went out of business and you show up for class and the whole building is locked and there's no answers. My parents wouldn't give me the information I needed for funding, and by the time I didn't need that information 26 years old I was still attempting to survive.

Now I want marriage and my fiancée family dislikes me due to I imagine a list of reasons one being my genitals, another not having similar opportunities as her, in the fact she's completed college with support from both parents, she is incredibly intelligent and talented woman. We are in love, have been dating for 3 years this year. We would appreciate their blessing of our marriage. If they would support us rather than make her feel like trash about her love for me, her and I could take over the world.

If they just focused on us and not my genitals we would be capable of taking over the world with love and support. It hurts to see her be affected by this. It really makes her sad, which then kills me inside because I feel like I'm never going to be enough.
