Can't believe I'm off anon saying this (ooh, the vulnerability), but I wanted to express that I am truly moved by how much Taylor must love Karlie. I'm extremely new to the Taylor Fandom, so am only now really digging into lyrics and visuals and all the easter eggs, and it's astounding how prominent Karlie is. It feels so odd to see such a huge love story play out in a celebrity space. Like I'm witnessing something really special. Taylor loves her DEEPLY, hot damn. I'm glad Taylor has someone like Karlie in her life, given all of the anxiety and fears poor Taylor seems to have. I hope they have all the special times baking and dancing together, and just being happy in their safe space with their loved ones.

Love your analyses, by the way! They've definitely enriched my experience with this wild Taylor/Gaylor/Kaylor world!

The more kind people the merrier! Glad you found our little corner on here. I’d have to agree that Taylor and Karlie seem like an incredible love story from what we’re lucky enough to see. The way they’re soo visibly in love and always find their way back to each other is the kinda shit my romantic heart lives for. You don’t see that very often these days, I only have one set of friends that I’d say the same about. And maybe Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, but more in the way that I love how they show their love by being silly and making fun of each other. I aspire to that kind of relationship. Also, cool that my favourite celeb couples are also friends with each other.

I’d be curious to know if Taylor would be quite so loud with the karlie references in her art and tour visuals if it weren’t the only way she can express her love in public due to the hidden nature of their relationship. But who am I kidding, she probably would be, she’s a hopeless romantic and Karlie is (in her own words) the love of her life. I’d love to one day find the love that burns itself into every fibre of your being so much that you still recreate the special moments a decade later, but until I do, I’m here to enjoy theirs. 💕

Clearly 2am before and early morning shift is the perfect time for blankshipping brain time. So uh. Disclaimer I'm no expert on this stuff and I'm prooooobably wrong on a lot if it last time I studied this was back in like 2017 and also I did an almost 12hr shift today so if it's a bit rambly or odd I apologize.

Anyways! You know how people have different love styles? Like. People will express their love in different ways and some hold more power than others depending on whether or not they align with the other person's love language right? And there's like. Gift giving and quality time and words of affirmation and stuff?

So I got to thinking . Cuz this is sort of the case with me.

What if Ingo and Emmet's loving style didn't really align with their love language? Usually people's way of expressing love will align with how they themselves prefer to feel loved but what if that wasn't the case for them and instead their love style matches the other's love language? Like.

Ingo's love style seems to be words of affirmation. He's very vocal and sincere and ENTHUSIASTIC with his praise. His cheerful "Bravo!" Always seem to fill people with energy and validation. He'll talk your ear off if you're having a bad day about how amazing you are! But if you try to do the same for him He'll just smile politely and nod along. Because that's not HIS love language. It's EMMET'S. Emmet LOVES hearing that he's doing a good job. That he's loved. Important. A good person and a talented trainer! Compliments and encouragement really get his engines going!

On the other hand. Emmet's not too good with words. Body language on the other hand is his specialty! Since sometimes words fail him, he'll just love the people he cares about with his whole body instead! And that translates through acts of service. It's not always something big, sometimes it's picking up a piece of trash before you get a chance to do so yourself. Sometimes it's helping out with some work. Sometimes it's running errands or doing favors. Regardless of what it is, he puts all his energy to it! He's so helpful! But people sometimes try to return the favor and instead of a sincere "thank you" they'll be met with a tense smile and a "it's ok I got this". Emmet might not look like it but he can be quite "territorial" over his tasks and responsibilities. He'll accept help but only when he asks for it, insisting that he got this covered until the last possible second. Ingo on the other hand always appreciates the odd favor done for him. It warms him up and tilts the edges of his frown slightly upwards. It doesn't have to be anything big for him to feel loved and appreciated. He's stuck in their office working on some pesky paperwork and Emmet will come in with a coffee and pick up one or two of the papers in the "to be completed" pile or pick up some papers that may have missed the trash can and Ingo was too busy to pick up right away and he'll just melt a little right then and there.

They got so used to being there for eachother as much and as best they could that in the end. The way in which they express their love to others ended up being the way eachother preferred to be loved by.

Emmet liked hearing praise growing up, so Ingo ended up with a words of affirmation love style.

Ingo appreciated it the most when people took the time and energy to be around and help him out in little ways, so Emmet ended up with an acts of service love style.

They had always been there for eachother and will always complete eachother. What one needs the most the other will happily give.

So... were the Dr**m manhunts the first Death Games that Grian organized?

I wouldn't say it was a manhunt. Grian just put out an add "Hey I've got this new game and I need testers, anybody brave enough to try it out?" and those three showed up, ready to do something easy before another "big stunt"

They were supposed to cooparate, find out what is wrong in the 1st game etc...but when they finally started to find out, the problems and glitches were very quickly adding up

1st versions of games are usually pretty bad, you know ;)

Those three things that are hanging on the wall are the only things left of them....well, that and their screams of agony sometime ring in Grian's ears

I have not read 6 of crows, I disliked Shadow and Bone's MC far too much and dropped out, but I watched the entire show on Netflix, where I wasn't plagued by MC's inner monologue, and liked it well enough!

And Inej as Sevika? Logical. Also, WHY minus the romance? Heck, nothing wrong with some Silco x Sevika if we're doing this crossover!

Ah thank you so much!! (ノω<。)ノ))☆.。As we've talked about before, I really love hanahaki as a concept, and always struggled to write it for a few reasons. The terminal aspect of it was obviously a big stumbling block, but making it chronic definitely smoothed that wrinkle.

I honestly didn't expect it to become as long as it did, but I'm glad it turned out so well. As I was writing the mirror scene, I just kept thinking "oh, ahaha, this is still going, hm? Ingo isn't even back yet, but I'm still writing this. ahaha." I had a lot of fun, though, and I'm so happy that so many people liked my effort!

Thank you for your kind words about the comics too! They're coming, but I just have so much on my plate right now (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) Look forward to a lot of stuff coming soon!

Why do you need your earbuds to have a wire so badly?

I am assuming this is about a post I reblogged like six months ago when I went off on forced technological enshitification and the slow erosion of consumer options. But sure, I'll bite.

Why do I "need" my earbuds to have a wire? I dunno, Anon, maybe I:

Don't want to have to worry about recharging my earbuds.

Don't want my earbuds to be even easier to lose.

Don't want my earbuds to need separate accessories that are as easy to lose as the earbuds.

Prefer to have bluetooth turned off on my devices for security and safety reasons.

Like being able to seamlessly plug my earbuds into my computer, my MP3 player, or any other device with a headphone jack.

Don't want to spend 50 dollars on decent wireless earbuds when I can do all the above things with a pair of solid earbuds that cost me like $12 during the Obama administration.

Don't care about what kinds of headphones or earbuds people wear but don't like what it says about our society when other people apparently care what kind of earbuds I'm wearing so much they have send an Anonymous ask to interrogate me about it.

And I guess, more abstractly, because fuck Apple. That's why.

The relationship between them is a good one. But as Floran is fully living in The End, Kangaroo is nearly always woth other Kangaroo hybrids, Raccoon doing her own thing and Villager also hanging out more with other Villager, they aren't seeing each other often.

They text each other, but they don't have family dinners (like Sausages do nearly every day and Gems do it omce a week). Enigma cares dearly for their sisters, but...after Phantoms death they became distant, and after Goolien's? Even mire so.

Their sisters are trying to contact them, they leave them messages and voicemails...but Enigma is so long in their head that they haven't responded much...
