Not My Name

Jinx and a childhood friend from when Vander was alive. She wasn’t like the rest of the group, she would visit but would never stay, she would disappear without any explanations, and she absolutely hated it when anyone called her by her nickname.

“Tator Tot.”

But she’s all Jinx has left now, everyone else in her family is dead because of her, but Tot isn’t. She thought she was, but she isn’t. She’s a chance to rebuild what she lost, maybe not the same, but she’s familiar. Seeing her gives Jinx hope, maybe she can have something, someone from her past without screwing it up.

“That’s not my name.”
