SW - 137 lbs

2GW - 110lbs
UGW - 105 lbs
I'm going to be doing the 21/8 method (21 hours fast/ 8 hours eating period).
Skipping breakfast and lunch and only eating dinner
Will try to stick to 600 - 800 calories when I do eat
In regards to working out, I walk to and from my job, which is about 20,000 steps
Will try to post progress when I can

I wish I had a partner who would remind me not to eat cuz I’ll look prettier when I’m skinnier. Who’d remind me I’m already at my limit for the day, or that I’m fasting today so I should put down the food. They’d be mean when I needed it and remind me that it’s cause they want me to achieve my goals, that they want what’s best for me. They’d remind me that they deserve a skinny girlfriend and that I deserve to be that skinny girlfriend

things to remind myself:
- losing lbs without a goal is endless torture, always have a special event/day (concert, party, anniversary, etc) to make as a goal
- fantasize outfits that will fit on ur ugw to wear on ur special day
- make sure ur special day is far away enough to give u time to get to ur gw, rushing is not good for ur body, and u want to be pretty and flawless on ur special day!!
- losing a little every week over a longer time period helps with loose skin
- small progress is still progress
- fasting 2-3 a week, no more than 24 hrs each
- have a hobby that u tend to zone out into so u can do that when u get hungry (right now for me its watching kdramas :))

A thing about EDs that I don’t see many people talk about is how obsessed you can get with it. Not food, but the disorder itself.
I, for example am constantly on EDtwt or EDblr or listening to ED songs. I constantly want to talk about Ana. Yet I can’t, because I’ll be forced into recovery. Still, everything is about Ana in one way or another.
I don’t talk about my intake or what I ate and just food in general, not my body either. Just the disorder is taking up all the space in my mind.
Anyone else or am I just being Autistic?

YOU CAN'T LOSE WEIGHT EVERY DAY!
focus on week to week. you're not the worst being for eating when you're hungry. <3 yourself no matter what and know that giving up is the only thing to be ashamed of.
PURGING DOESN'T GET RID OF 100% CALORIES! Making yourself sick isn't healthy. I struggle with it, but it IS NOT WORTH IT. bad for your esophagus and teeth and gross. Do as I say not as I do.
And don't be ashamed of eating.
