❥only have lowcal or diet drinks- sugary drinks are v high in calories and arent good for you! ill make u a list of safe drinks too <33
❥drink coffee! its an appetite suppressant. if you dont like coffee, drink tea. or drink both! tea also boosts metabolism. plus it makes you ~energized~
❥brush your teeth if you feel hungry- nothing tastes good with a minty mouth.
❥write down your reasons to keep going. this one works well bc its motivating and distracting! if you already have a list like this, read other people's lists, maybe you can add more yours!
❥look at thinspo, meanspo, sweetspo, etc.
