Been going for the gym for like 3 weeks now. I try to remain under 1000kcal everyday since i binge really easily. Currently doing intermittent fasting (11am to 8pm) and eating low carb high protein.
Trying to once not get into full starvation mode, but might do some fasts in the future.
CW: 86kg

UGW: 60kg
BMI: 29.8 (love being overweight😩)

I’m gonna overshare real quick <3
I’ve never been on a date, I’ve never kissed someone and I’ve never had sex (loser❤️) but I got asked on a date by a tinder dude and I said yes (idek why i’m incredibly afraid of rejection). The consequence was that I’m in a constant state of anxiety even though we won’t meet for at least 2 weeks bc exams. And said anxiety causes me to be nauseous 24/7 since 4 days. So I’m barely eating (yayyy) and when I eat, I get such a bad tummy ache it’s insane. So let’s hope that’s gonna stick till my date!
AND I’ve just lost a friend I had since I was 11 bc of a fight and it’s not looking like we’re gonna overcome this sooo let’s pray all this does wonders for my weight

No fucking joke my new coworker is 65lbs… she’s tiny…she talked about how she’s trying to gain weight and she keeps going back and fourth between 65-70lbs. What the fuck is this, life is cruel. Believe me I spent allll day comparing everything, even the size difference of our fingers. 😣
