For those of you that don’t know my story or at least my struggle with eating disorders it’s as follows. When I was in high school I was starving myself and underweight. Then a few years ago, my dad died and I started binging. I would eat until I was in pain and couldn’t eat any more, so after a couple years, I had gained like 150lbs. For the past year I’ve been switching back and forth between starving and binging and fluctuating 50lbs but I’m manifesting that I stop binging and lose the weight

My roommate's parents are visiting from abroad so we are taking them out for a nice sushi dinner tonight. No food for me until that... 😂 Had 500cals yesterday and been fasting 20hrs so far so should be OK but I'm still nervous. Gotta try to be strong and make it through the work day...

I’m 22 and binged super bad while pregnant (I went from 88lbs to 160lbs) and now I feel horrendous about it. I went down to 88lbs from 150lbs in 2019 and kept the weight off until having my baby, and I’d really like to get back to that. Having people to talk to who understands what I’m going through and won’t tell me to eat would be amazing!
