There's one thing that I can't forgive Colin for, and I think people don't talk about it enough.

When Pen's dad dies, he could have stayed at least one more day, could have helped her, and supported her. But the dude simply said "Nah. It isn't worth it"

He WAS willing to delay his travels, to not travel at all, for Marina. Okay, he was heartbroken and wanted to avoid everything, he was running away. I get it. But shouldn't he think twice about it?

And yeah, he looked at her window, but I don't think if the roles were reversed that Penelope would only glance at his window and go "Well, his dad died. What a shame". And okay, she loves him and he doesn't love her at that point, but he's fond of her. He thinks of her as a friend. She's his little sister's best friend, who always hangs around.

I really wished Penelope would bring it up in S3, but I know she won't. But I want her to point out all the times Colin didn't meet what he said to her. That he was her friend, that he would protect her, and everything. Not only "I'd never court Penelope" but also "I have let you down before. Countless times"

Anyway. I'm team Polin and want him to suffer this season.

if you're out last minute holiday shopping today 12/24, please PLEASE be kind to the workers you come across. a lot of us are very stressed trying to help you with everything you need. if you heckle or yell at us, you are not helping. i promise, we are doing our BEST to help you find the items you need and check you out as quickly as possible.

i can't tell you how many times i've been yelled at bc we don't have an item in stock. i am sorry that we don't have the item, but yelling at me, when it's not my fault, is not helping you. i am not looking forward to entering the mall right now, the parking lot is packed and i am just dreading encountering rude ppl...

just, please be kind to any workers you come across during your last minute holiday shopping.
