i ❤️ being sick so i have an excuse to not eat anything all day!
I lost 3lbs and passed my GW2 by 2lbs
I’ve been at such a plateau the last couple of days so i almost cried of happiness when I weighed up this morning.
So i’ve officially lost 12lbs from my starting weight which is NEARLY A STONE.
Small GW’s always make me more motivated- i’m the happiest i’ve been in the past miserable two weeks!

in that era of actively having a very low appetite (yay) but also kind of plateauing (nooo) which just reinforces how it feels like i have to work so much harder to lose weight than ~normal~ people. my therapist is really nice and all but i'm not making any progress and obvi i'm also not disclosing how I've been backsliding back into unhealthy habits...its sad how easily you can get by with just disclosing having body dysmorphia bc none of these people even know what to do with it. its all ☆ self care and positive self talk ☆
like bruh i'm having daily meltdowns ツ
anyway here's to handfuls of vitamins and supplements and trying to seem as normal as possible 👍

i’m doing so well dude i barely ate yesterday & when i did it was bc i was at a party. haven’t eaten today and i’m not hungry at all. i finally killed my appetite im so proud
random fear of just Suddenly Dying if i don’t eat anything? but it’s only been a couple days & i have a lot of excess body fat so i should definitely be fine for now

Has anyone tried Intermittent Fasting before?
I tried it for the first time yesterday doing the 16:8
The idea is that you eat in an 8 hour window and “fast” for 16 hours. After 12 hours of fasting your body reaches the fat-burning state and starts to break down your stored fat. And apparently you can eat normally without restriction during the 8 hour window - although let’s be honest I am not free balling here lol
A girl at my school swears that she lost weight doing IF 16:8 and she seriously lost (my guess) 11kg/25lbs and to me it seemed like it happened just over 2ish months. I mean, who knows realllly if it’s true and that IF is the only thing she did… but this was a few years ago and she is even skinnier now. She also goes to the school gym but I’ve seen her workouts and they are super basic and light weights.
My bf also has a good friend (boy) who has been doing IF for over a year and he has lost insane weight from it. This guy is tall probably 195cm/6’5ft and weighed idek but he was v large but now they joke that he is a beanpole and very lean now. He is not an athlete at all but his weight loss transformation is crazy. And I talked to him, he says he is not restricting calories but is eating healthier than before - more veggies and less fries… boys *eyeroll*
So I decided to try it out~
Yesterday was my first day and I want to say I was hungrier but I really think it was just because I was thinking about the fact that I have to fast at a specific time lol but this morning my stomach was already so flat it encouraged me to keep going!
I have my big event in 3 weeks so I’m really hoping my measurements are down enough by then.
for my eating plan during the 8 hour window -
When I was studying IF I also read that you shouldn’t have snacks because it spikes your blood sugar, and the best method is to eat only “large” meals with nothing in between. This will be a huge change for me because normally I snack on cucumber and clementines… but now I will attempt to just eat 3 meals (my oats, the hailey b protein smoothie, and usually salad or vegetable soup for dinner)
for exercise ~
I go to the gym 6 days a week and lift weights for 30 minutes, then I do the stair machine for 45 minutes on level 8-10. If the stair machine is too boring I sometimes do 15 minutes of HIIT sprinting on the treadmill
I will update with my results 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe this is the trick you guys idk !

binged last night on the plane and in the airport. i had an edible and i basically only got the munchies and barely any high. shit. so i purged on the plane which resulted in a panic attack so i looked fucking crazy next to my family.
