So from leakers it looks like the main ship this season is gonna be...Brooklynn and Kenji. Honestly I really hate it, and not for the shallow reasons you might think. I’m chill with straight ships and I have no problem with them, my problem is I how they set the two of them up like siblings, and are now turning on a dime. It just feels weird, not to mention their uncomfortable age gap. Granted 2 years isn’t much later on, but their ages would put her in 8th grade and him in 10th. In 8th grade I wouldn’t have even dated a 9th grader, it’s just a different maturity level. I also just loved them platonically because I thought it was lovely to finally see a m/f friendship that was consistent and sweet. Well anyway, from the looks of it we’re all gonna be very disappointed. I’m really sad ngl, this show means so much to me and would hate for it to go down the same terrible path other shows have.
