my first pendant :^)
[ID: two images of a heart shaped ceramic pendant; the first picture is showing one side of the piece, where there’s two hands reaching for each other with only their fingertips touching, painted in cobalt blue on a light beige clay background. there’s also a few carved stroked around it creating a frame. the second picture shows the back of the pendant, which looks the same except there’s no drawing at the center, only the frame taking all the space. there’s a thin silver chain holding it. End ID]

Special-Tea
Summary: Yoongi’s always been a coffee man. When stuck at the studio in the early hours of the morning, he craves caffeine. The only problem with that is there’s no coffee shops open at three in the morning. So, he finds himself at the next best thing, a 24 hour tea shop where he finds you.
Warnings: cussing, smut, shower sex, unprotected sex (wrap it before you tap it), oral (f receiving)

It’s too early for this.
Or maybe it’s too late.
Yoongi isn’t sure. In fact, he’s pretty sure his clock stopped working three hours ago. Unless the last few minutes have felt like hours, then Yoongi was on the verge of tearing every piece of equipment from the wall and smashing it into a million pieces.
Yoongi’s been working on this album for far too long. His fingers are cramped from continuously playing the same three notes over and over just hoping and praying that something will come to him. He’s confused more than anything. Before he had no problem spitting out 2 or 3 songs in a day, recording demos and having the studio ready to record for the other members the following day.
Lately, however, he’s lucky if he can even get a concept for a song down. It’s like his mind has been clouded over with writers block and he’s not getting anywhere. Like someone sucked his ability to compose music right from his brain with a straw.
He tosses the pen he had been anxiously tapping on the desk into his bag, along with his notebook, and he stands abruptly.
Scoffing at his phone, he glares at the black 4:37 on the screen while the elevator in the BigHit offices slides downward. There’s no coffee shops open yet, there has to be something though. He just needs caffeine, though he could really go for an iced americano with-
“Special-tea...?” He raises an eyebrow at his phone, Google holding up options for the nearest place selling caffeinated beverages. Rolling his eyes, he begins the short journey to the one 24 hour shop within a five mile radius.
What kind of a name is ‘Special-tea’? Who sat in an office and thought, ‘ah you know what? Let’s name a tea shop but make it punny.’
“Stupid.” He grumbles to himself. He’s well aware that he’s far too tired to be having human interaction right now but he needs to get some progress done. At this point he’ll take a ghost of a song.
Stepping into the tea shop, he’s overwhelmed by the smell of flowers. Undeniably strong, he takes a moment to collect his thoughts before stepping all the way in. As the door chimes, he hears a gasp and a patter of foot steps.
“Welcome to Special-tea! How are you doing today?”
The voice is loud, echoing off of the various shelves scattered around the shop with loose tea for sale. He whips his head towards the register, spotting you.
“I’m fine, thank you.” He didn’t realize how sore his voice was from attempting to record backing vocals earlier in the day, but it came out gruff and quiet. A stark contrast to the bubbly barista in front of him, her nose dusted in flour and a messy apron protecting her clothes. Well, attempting at least, because Yoongi has to hold back a smile when he notices hand prints of flour on your backside.
“What can I get you this morning?” you question, leaning over the counter and causing Yoongi to blush when he notices the way you’re smiling. When you meet his eyes, Yoongi can tell you recognize him. For a moment he feels the need to brace himself, but soon realizes you’re calm.
Yoongi returns a smile, haphazardly running his fingers through his hair. “Dumb question, but do you guys sell coffee?”
“Coffee? No, but we do sell black earl grey. I’m told that’s a close comparison as far as bitterness goes,” You explain, turning to the shelf behind you and pulling out a bag of tea, “you’re welcome to smell it if you like.”
He raises an eyebrow, leaning forward and sniffing the bag. He backs away quickly and watches you bite your lip to stifle a laugh, “It’s not exactly a new tea drinker’s type of tea.”
“I’m not really a new tea drinker,” he grumbles, wiping his nose, “I’m a tea drinker only in times of desperation.”
She smiles again, “What causes said desperation?”
Yoongi rolls his neck, “I’m trying to write another song. Get the ball rolling to finishing up an album.”
“BE, right? I’ve heard good things about the process,” you say softly, surprising Yoongi by your admission to being a fan, “I figured it would be finished already?”
His eyes stay trained on you as you turn back to the shelves, rummaging through various boxes of tea. It takes him a moment to realize what your question was, so he sucks in a breath, “Ah, yeah. It’s nearly there, we just need one more track because one of them got trashed.”
Why is he revealing so much to a stranger? Namjoon is going to kill him.
“Trashed? Why’s that?”
“We realized the song itself didn’t follow any of the messages we wanted to put out there.”
Damn it, Yoongi. Stop talking.
You finally stop rummaging and pull out a bag of tea without showing Yoongi. He tries to catch a glimpse but instead watches as you boil more water and begin steeping the tea.
“What kind of message did it have?” You ask, leaning backward against the counter and crossing your arms. Having expected a follow up question, Yoongi swiftly dismisses it, “What kind of tea are you making?”
“The kind you drink.” You smirk.
He lowers his gaze at you, “It’s kind of your job to tell the customer what they’re getting.”
You laugh, “Alright. Jasmine green tea. It’s subtle enough that it won’t get your coffee loving tongue in a twist, and has enough caffeine to keep you up to finish whatever you’re working on.”
Yoongi is happy with this response, taking the time to lean away from the counter and gaze around the shop. It’s small, something he’s definitely not used to from coffee shops. The earthy smells from earlier have dwindled down to a nice summery scent, lavender filling his nose the closer he got to the register.
As much as he tried to keep his eyes away from the cute girl behind the counter, he couldn’t help but turn back and watch you as you organize various things. Something about the way your hair slips from the messy bun it’s in and your charismatic way of helping him while also providing a sense of normalcy drew him in in a way he has never experienced before.
“Order up, Suga.”
He shakes his head from his gaze, walking back up to the counter and pulling out his wallet.
“On me,” you say, “besides... don’t want to make you pay for something you may not like.”
Yoongi nods, murmuring a small ‘thank you’ and bringing the cup up to his mouth.
Without missing a beat, he reaches for his wallet and pulls out a 10000 won bill, stuffing it in the tip jar. He gives you a small smile, thanking you again as he turns towards the door.
“Wait!” you call, “What do you think?”
Yoongi raises his hand up just before he walks out of the door, “It’s delicious!”
The smile on your face was worth Yoongi’s little white lie.
~*~*~
“Alright, this is great! We’ll record tomorrow, yeah?” Seokjin speaks for the entire group as Yoongi plays them the demo of the song he was finally able to right. There were a few jabs here and there about the auto tune Yoongi likes to utilize, but other than that it was well received.
The only person he could think was you, though, because if he hadn’t have tasted that tea he would have never thought of writing what he did.
“How did you manage to spit out something like this in a night?” Jungkook teases, patting Yoongi’s shoulder softly.
“What do you mean?” Yoongi chuckles, clicking sound files around and creating a copy of his demo.
Jungkook grins, “Who’s the girl that made you think of that?”
“No girl,” he defends, “a good writer doesn’t need actual experiences. All from the imagination, young Jungkookie.”
Namjoon raises an eyebrow, “I’m pretty sure that’s not the case at all.”
Yoongi shushes him, saving his project one more time before deciding to kick everyone out and lock the studio.
Of course they’re going to find out eventually what happened. Especially since Park Jimin follows Yoongi to the elevator. Once they’re the only ones inside, Jimin turns to his Hyung, “Tell me about the girl.”
Yoongi, knowing that no one else could read him better than Jimin, sighs in defeat. “She’s gorgeous. Her nose had flour on it, her hair was messy, and she was everything that I’m not used to. She has a smirk- god the way she smiles- it just makes me melt for her.”
Jimin seems pleased with this answer, “and you’re going to see her now?”
“Yep.”
The bell above his head is a welcoming sound. This time you’re not waiting in the back. Instead, you’re counting money at the register as he enters. This time you wore a purple apron, and it’s clean compared to a couple of days ago. You still haven’t looked up, so Yoongi walks slowly up to the counter and taps his fingers twice.
“Ah- Yoongi! Good evening, what can I get you started today?”
“The same as last time, please.” Yoongi grins, watching you carefully as you nod at him and turn on your heel and kick on the kettle. The way the straps of the apron tie right above the curve of your back has Yoongi’s mind beginning to wander. It’s been years since he even thought of looking at a woman like this in person, but for some reason when it comes to you he just can’t stop.
“So,” you break the silence, “how did that song writing go?”
“Oh,” his cheeks are a rosy pink, “it went well. I showed the other members the demo and we’re recording it tomorrow.”
“I can’t wait to hear it.” You grin, pouring the water over the tea bags. Yoongi thanks you quietly and pulls out his wallet once more. You shake your head, “Nope. Your last tip was enough to cover your next 3 drinks.”
Yoongi nods, “Oh okay.” but then ignores you, slipping another 10000 won bill into the tip jar. Just as you’re about to open your mouth in protest, Yoongi sends you a wink and salutes on his way out before he closes the door behind him.
~*~*~
Your alarm is too loud.
It’s like a banshee screeching in your ear, like a baby crying, like a rooster crowing. You groaned loudly at the sound and threw your hand on top of it, rolling out of bed to drag yourself to the shower.
It’s been a few weeks since Yoongi became a regular to your work. The initial star struck feeling you got when you were around him had dwindled away, and now you feel you can call him a friend.
Your routine was as follows: Yoongi enters the shop, you make him his drink, and he stays and distracts you for a while. Much against everything you stand for, you drop everything to talk to him. It causes you to have to move much faster than usual on your prep work but you didn’t mind, because you loved seeing the way Yoongi would laugh at your jokes.
You feel like you know the man beyond the idol. The person who hides under the shadow of a stoic demeanor is bright. The way you perceived him prior to actually knowing him was wrong. He is, without a single doubt in your mind, the most interesting man on the planet.
When you arrived at work, your evening worker is already willing to go.
“I counted the safe and there’s some money missing. If Summer asks, it wasn’t me.” Flora says, shrugging her shoulders.
“Okay,” you raise an eyebrow, walking towards the back, “any orders?”
“Uh, yeah!” you hear her call, “chocolate covered strawberries for 6!”
“Awesome-- thank you!” You call back just as the door dings and Flora exits the store. You take a moment to walk through the kitchen to make sure everything is set up and then you pull your apron over your head.
The doorbell dings and you can’t help the smile that stretches across your face.
“What’ll it be today, Mr. Min?” You still stand in the back, glancing in the mirror to make sure you look your best.
“Honey butter croissant,” he yells back, “how did you know it was me?”
When you’re happy with your look, you finally walk to the front and smile, “So we’re changing it up today, are you okay? You sick or something?”
“I just wanted something new,” Yoongi looks different today. He’s dressed in a cream cardigan and black jeans, the usual rose tint to his cheeks is a bit stronger today.
“Okay, I’ll have to bake some new ones. It’ll take about 20 minutes if you’re willing to wait.” You explain, with an unsure smile.
Yoongi looks around for a moment, “Ugh, I guess I can wait.”
“Awesome,” you speak, “I’ll be back in a moment.”
As you walk towards the back, Yoongi listens carefully to you humming along to a song that’s been stuck in your head for days. You pull out a couple of fresh croissants and prep a baking sheet. Sticking it into the oven, you brush the flour from your hands onto your apron and walk back to the front.
Yoongi jumps up from his phone when he notices you standing in front of him. This is the closest you’ve ever been to him, the freckles across your nose easing him into a sense of comfort. “Do you plan on telling me why you kept ordering a drink you hate?”
Yoongi’s eyes widen, “Now why on Earth would you think that I hate it?”
“Welp,” you laugh, “you’re usually my only customer at night, and every morning I would check the outside garbage to see if it needed to be changed, yet the only thing I would find is a full cup of tea, with your name on it.”
For a moment, Yoongi was silent. He stumbles over his thoughts in an attempt to come up with some type of excuse. Something to hide why he had been coming here all this time. Yet, he couldn’t. So instead he looks up from his chair and smirks, “How else was I supposed to talk to the pretty girl at the tea shop?”
You swallow, your mind racing a million miles a second. Before you have the chance to respond, he stands. His body is close, and he smells so good. His cologne is expensive, herbal and earthy, and it makes you want to bury your nose into his neck and inhale. His eyes, the usual dark brown has turned into honey, drawing you in and keeping you there.
“You could have asked me on a date, we could have gone from there.” You shrug, feeling Yoongi’s calloused hand gently push away a stray hair behind your ear. He doesn’t move it afterwards, though, instead his thumb finds home on your cheekbone, stroking gently. His face has shifted, and he laughs. Almost bitterly, causing your heart to sink.
“I wasn’t sure if you’d be interested in the types of dates I get. You see,” his other hand slithers around your waist, “we get long walks in the park but we have to wear a mask and a hat. We get picnics by streams late enough at night that we know no one will be around. Sometimes we can slip away to another country where we pray that no one recognizes us, but with my schedule that thought is laughable at best.”
“What if I like long walks in the park with masks and late night picnics?” You breath, the look in your eyes stirring Yoongi’s heart.
“Then I guess we’d have to give it a shot, wouldn’t we?” He whispers. Your eyes flutter from his eyes to his lips, silently begging him to close the gap. You could sense his hesitancy, though. It blossoms from his chest and heats up his entire body but for some reason he’s frozen, completely still. He’s fighting, urging himself to lean forward and kiss you but he can’t move.
Good news for him, though, because you take a moment to lean up and press your lips against his softly. It’s gentle, easing him into the feeling of you so close to him. His lips taste of mint chocolate, causing you to smile into the kiss. It takes a moment, and for a second you’re hoping that you didn’t read the situation wrong until finally, he kisses back. It’s eager, introducing his tongue to yours and grinning idly into the kiss.
You allow him to back you up against the counter, boxing you in and surrounding you completely. His hands move down and pull your hips close to his, feeling the strain of his cock against his jeans.
“We’re entering dangerous territory here, baby.” Yoongi speaks, pulling away just a little bit. His eyes stay closed and his breath is hot on your face.
“How so?” You whisper, afraid of the answer but also intrigued. He doesn’t respond, instead capturing your lips and breaking the kiss repeatedly. Your fingertips dig into his shoulders and he smiles at the knowledge that you’re enjoying this just as much as he is.
A groan fills the air when you finally buck your hips towards him. In a feverish attempt to feel more, you wrap your legs around his waist and hang from his shoulders. Just as you’re about to slip your hand between your bodies, the timer on the oven blares through the building, shattering the small walls you built around the two of you.
“Fuck--” you gently pull away, “I’m sorry. I’ll be back in a moment.”
Quickly, you slip off the counter and rush to the oven. You pull out the croissants and douse them in honey butter from the fridge. You watch the butter melt for a moment, collecting your thoughts.
Did that just happen? Did that actually hap-
When you walk back out, Yoongi’s hands are clasped behind his back. He mutters a small thank you as you hand him the plate. He rips off a corner of the pastry, and pops it into his mouth.
There’s a beat of silence. One-- two-- then he speaks.
“It’s delicious.”
“Thank you, I work hard on them.”
~*~*~
“And you just left her?!”
Oh god. Yoongi has never seen Jimin so angry before. The small man can yell louder than ever imagined, and Yoongi would be lying if he said that he wasn’t scared.
A mere 30 hours ago, Yoongi had his tongue buried in your mouth and he was the happiest man on the planet. Then it changed quickly once he realized what exactly this could entail. Even though he wanted nothing more than to bend you over the dough table and take you roughly while you scream his name, he couldn’t help but over think.
Standing in Jimin’s living room, he expected to be comforted and given some nice advice from his friend. Instead he’s learning that he pulled a bad move.
“You’re supposed to be giving me advice, not yelling at me!” Yoongi yells back, gesturing his hands wildly. Even though he’s scared, he can’t help but defend himself to a certain extent.
“Hyung, I thought you’d have enough intelligence not to kiss her and run!”
Yoongi groans and drops onto the couch, his face falling into his hands, “The things I was feeling scared me.”
“Oh my god, go to the tea shop!”
~*~*~
Yoongi spots a customer at the register. He opens the door quietly, the break of dawn just behind the mountains. This was different to Yoongi’s usual time and you know that, your eyes going wide in surprise while you finish ringing up the last customer.
Once Yoongi hears the heels clack against the tile and the door open, he rounds the shelf and walks up to you.
“I’m sorry I left so quickly yesterday. I just- I got scared. I wasn’t sure how to approach the situation but after thinking over it I realized that I really need you to kiss me again,” Yoongi speaks fast, quicker than you’ve heard him before and it takes a moment for the words to settle in your mind, “I can’t stop thinking about you.”
You breathe out a laugh, leaning forward and pressing your lips to his again. This time it’s slow and soft, different but Yoongi loves every second of it. The minute you kiss him, you taste coffee. You hold back another laugh, pulling away with mock hurt, “You cheated.”
Yoongi brows furrow, “I don’t follow.”
“You drink coffee and then come try to sweep tea shop girl off her feet? Cheater!” You tease, putting your hand on your chest as though you’re in pain.
Yoongi grins, “You’re crazy. I would never drink coffee, not when I can taste you. You’re probably going to have to kiss me to make sure.”
You gnaw your lip, leaning upward and pressing a kiss to him again. He giggles against your lips, a sound that you will never get sick of. You pull away much to both of your dismay, “Let me take you back to my apartment. It’s small but it’s big enough for the two of us.”
He agrees instantly.
Yoongi waits in the car while your relief shows up and you clean up. He taps his feet against the pedals anxiously, the thought of what could happen exciting him. You have clouded his mind for a weeks now and as you skip out of the building and hop into Yoongi’s passenger seat, he can’t wait to get his hands on you.
He follows your directions, his hand resting on your thigh as he tries not to speed. When he pulls into the parking lot, you lead him up the stairs to your apartment.
Nervously, you toss your bag onto the couch, “It’s not much. . . but it works for me.”
Yoongi grins, “It’s quaint. Cute.” He reaches forward and wraps his arms around you in a back hug. You welcome it, craning your neck to kiss him.
“I need a shower. Join me?”
Yoongi nods, “Yes please.”
There’s a thumb in your chest louder than you’ve ever felt before. This is actually happening. Min Yoongi, is being lead to your bathroom and you’re about to shower with him.
Yoongi doesn’t waste much time once the door is shut behind you. He latches his lips onto your neck, tugging at the hem of your shirt and easing it over your head.
“I want to make sure you want this as much as I do.” Yoongi says breathlessly as he catches a glimpse of your bare chest. You don’t respond verbally, but you look him directly in the eye as you slip your pants and panties off in one swoop.
You stand in the shower, turning on the water and peaking your head behind the curtain, “What’s taking you so long?”
Yoongi moves fast as he tears off his own clothing, and you close the curtain so you don’t spot his body too quickly. Building suspense for yourself, you wet your hair under the warm water and feel your muscles relax after your long day of work. Although your eyes are closed, your ears are trained on Yoongi. He steps behind you, continuing his assault on your neck.
You sigh happily, but everything changes the minute Yoongi opens his mouth.
“Spread your legs, baby. I’ll hold you up.”
Instantly you feel your cunt clenching around nothing (unfortunately). You immediately allow Yoongi to guide your leg to the edge of the tub. He slides a finger in between your folds, collecting your wetness all while his lips trail kisses across your chest.
Finally you allow yourself to open your eyes, gasping at the image in front of you. Yoongi’s body is as rosy as his cheeks, his knees on the bottom of the floor and his face level with your heat.
“Ah, now you open your eyes.” He smirks, and doesn’t give you much warning as he licks a long stripe from your heat to your clit. You instantly moan, tossing your head back and bracing yourself against the wall of the shower.
He moves ruthlessly, consuming you like a starved man. The feeling of him against you doesn’t compare to the imagine in front of you. His fingers reach between your folds and pump in and out of you while he continues to nip and suck mercilessly at your clit. He looks up at you through his lashes, and you swear you feel him smirk against you as he speeds up his thrusts and sucks as hard as he can.
“You look so good like this,” you moan, “your tongue feels so good.”
Yoongi pulls away to let out a groan, “Fuck.” His chest is heaving and he reaches a hand down to squeeze his shaft for a moment of relief, then he stands.
“Think you can hold your leg up for a moment, baby?” Yoongi instructs, laying a kiss on your forehead as you spot his hand pumping himself a few more times. You nod silently, allowing yourself to relish in his glistening skin as he runs the head of his cock over your slit. You appreciate his concern, and you know he’s going to take care of you after he’s finished ruining you. You couldn’t be more excited as Yoongi’s cock continues to slip over you.
For a moment you feel him enter, both of you gasping at the contact but just as quickly as he enters, he slips out.
“No,” you shake your head, “please no teasing. Fuck me.”
Yoongi gives you a devilish grin, his hand holding up your thigh once again as he finally begins to push into you. He takes pleasure in the way that your lips part with every inch that he pushes in. Yoongi was proud of his size, and your reaction further fuels his ego. Finally, he bottoms out and you’re rewarded with being filled to the hilt with nothing but Yoongi.
He moans your name in your air after you adjust to his size, beginning to thrust faster. “So... tight. Fuck.” He sinks his teeth into your collarbone, relishing in the feeling of your nails scratching into his back. He can’t bare to leave your cunt for more than a few seconds, because the way you clench tightly around him was the closest thing to Heaven on Earth that he’s ever experienced. Every one of his thrusts is meant with a rewarding moan from you, your juices coating his cock more and more and fueling his pleasure.
“Ah,” you moan, “Yoongi. So good.” Your brain was absolute mush. You couldn’t think of anything else but him.
“So good at taking my cock,” he laughs breathlessly, “I can’t believe how well you’re doing.”
You surrender yourself completely to Yoongi at his words, his encouragement pushing you closer to the edge. “I’m close.”
“Good girl, cum for me. Cream on my cock.” Yoongi praises, kissing your lips tenderly as you feel yourself clench tightly around him. White hot electric shocks rush through your body, your eyes rolling to the back of your head.
He breaks the kiss with a bite to your bottom lip, “Take my cum. Take it- fuck fuck-” Yoongi’s cut off by his orgasm taking over, and you open just in time to see his jaw drop as he rides out both of your orgasms with increasingly slow thrusts until finally, he slips out, the feeling of his release dripping down your thighs.
He rests his forehead against yours, suddenly hyper aware of the water dripping down your bodies.
You lower your legs onto the floor, Yoongi holding you up while you struggle to regain your balance. The two of you giggle, sharing kisses for a moment as you both work off the pleasure.
You reach behind Yoongi, squeezing shampoo into your hands and massaging it through your scalp as Yoongi takes your soap across your body. It’s such a simple move, but even though you’ve already had sex he still is taking the time to take care of you. It’s endearing, and it fills you with hope for something more with Yoongi.
As you both finish the shower, you step out of the bath tub and reach for a towel.
“Oh, by the way, Yoongi?” You say as he runs a brush through your hair. You bite your lip to hold back a giggle as he stops, “Yes baby?”
“I still tasted coffee.”
Yoongi laughs, “God damn it.”

Here's chapter 2
So. All Might," She smiled over the top of her coffee cup. They were perched atop a building, watching the traffic below them. He glanced over, taking a sip as she collected her thoughts.
"Hhmm. I'm trying to think of things I can ask you that I can't just google... Umm... Favorite color?"
"Yellow. You?" He smiled.
"Mm, blue. How does your hair stay up like that?" She queried
"I lather rinse and repeat every time," he joked. She punched him in the shoulder.
"Why are you such a freeaboo?"
"A what?"
"What's with the American antics?"
He took another sip of tea and shrugged, "i grew up with a American hero movies. Thought it would be great."
"And?" She prompted.
"And?" He asked.
"Is it great? Being a hero?"
"...The best," he beamed. They sat in silence for a few moments, enjoying the sunshine and street noise. She pulled her phone out of her pocket and plugged in headphones.
"Am I being boring? Is she gonna leave? Oh shit, I blew it." All Might thought, panicking.
"Here," she offered a tiny earbud to him, scooting closer. All Might blinked and accepted it, confused.
"I love music, can't go a day without it," she sighed, scrolling through miles of playlists. She found one she liked and hit play, an unfamiliar American song played gently in the background as they returned to people watching. It added a touch of romance to the scene, All Might thought, leaning closer. She smiled and kicked her feet as they dangled over the edge.
"I used to be afraid of heights," she said suddenly, peaking down between her feet, "well, of falling from those heights, I guess."
All Might looked down too, all he saw were people and cars, nothing to be afraid of. He did spot a purse snatcher though. He gently handed her the earbud, "I'll be right back, don't move," he said, settling his drink next to her. He dropped to the street and apprehended the hooligan with little effort. Handing him off to an officer on the next block, he jogged back to their perch. He looked up. Her feet bounced in a rhythm while she listened to her music and sipped her drink. He jumped up to retake his place. She handed him his drink and shuffled closer than before, so he leaned back on his hand, casually placed just behind her far side. She offered him the earbud again and he accepted.
"Shit," she spat a few moments later, jerking out of the calm they had created, "what time is it?"
"Umm, 3:30?" All Might asked, checking his phone. She stood, earbud falling from his ear as she gathered them both together.
"I gotta go. I'm supposed to do this panel for new creators. Um. Hang on, here" she offered him her phone, "put your number in, we can chat." He hesitated.
"I'm not supposed to give out my number... Fans and all that..." He mumbled, smile fading. She looked away and replaced her phone in her pocket.
"Oh. Sorry. Misread... The... Um situation," she cleared her throat, "anyway. I guess then I'll see you later. Some time. You can look up my channel, Valkyrie Cosplays. I usually read the comments so... Maybe we can... Yeah. Anyway. It was really nice to meet you, All Might," she babbled, shaking his hand before turning and running for the far edge of the building, leaping out into the air. A few seconds later, All Might saw her rise far above the buildings and shoot off into the distance.
"Good going, Toshinori. Can't give out your number? What an idiot," he mentally kicked himself for blowing it, "the first girl you talk to in months and you blow her off because of some silly rule." He shook his head and lept of toward the agency to file his reports for the day. He thought about music the rest of the night.
The next morning All Might turned on the radio during his morning workout. The trainer gave him a look, but said nothing as All Might added weights to the bar.
"Goooood mooorning, ladies and gents! I'm your morning host, Present Mic. And heeree we go, kicking off another ten songs in a row to get you through that early morning commute. But first, let's take a caller! Hey, you're on with the Mic! What's your name?"
"Hey. Can I request a song? Can we do this again by NightOwl? Going out to a certain big hero I worked with yesterday. If he's listening, I left you something where we had coffee. Thanks!" The caller said, hanging up.
"Well, looks like some hero's got a secret admirer! Good luck to him and to you, caller! Hey hero! Don't let that one get away! Here's Can we do this again by Night Owl kicking off our ten in a row and maybe somebody's love story," Mic said as the music began. All Might smiled as he lifted to the bouncy pop song. Maybe he hadn't completely blown it yesterday. He'd just have to go find out.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
"Ok, if he doesn't show up by 9, he didn't hear it and isn't coming," Valkyrie whispered to herself from her perch across the street. She was watching the building they had sat on the day previous hoping to catch a glimpse of the big blonde hero again. She had called the local radio station at 6, hoping to catch him working out.
"A guy like that had to workout, right?" She scowled. "Maybe not; maybe his quirk was just that good."
She sat on the roof, back against an air conditioning unit, waiting, headphones in her ears. At five to nine, she stood, dusting herself off, frowning.
"Damn. Guess he didn't hear it," she grumbled, stretching her arms above her head and packing away her music, "should I take it with me?.... No, just in case." She thought, turning back briefly.
She turned away, taking off from the to roof with a great flap of her wings. All Might watched her soar out of sight and smiled. He stood from his own hiding place down the block and lept over to their spot. He found a flash drive sitting on the wall, "For AM" written on the edge.
He flipped it over, finding a phone number written on it. He smiled, tucking the drive carefully into a pocket.
When he returned home that night he grabbed his laptop and crashed on his couch. He skimmed his official message boards and agency email before turning to yo_tube finding his new favorite channel.
" Hey, Feathered Friends! I'm still here in beautiful Tokyo for the Tokyo Blast fundraiser! I met sooo many cool creators here! Lots of new cosplay ideas too, so new videos should be rolling out when I get back home. I also met someone my Japanese fans probably know, All Might!" She held up a tabloid magazine featuring a photo of the two.
"He was super cool and awesomely nice! Maybe I'll do a fem-cosplay for next year's Blast. It would be awesome to represent such a cool hero. Leave your thoughts in the comments! Any other heros to meet or cosplay?" She looked at the magazine. "I have no idea what this says. Someone translate for me? Thanks so much! Here is the video of the Create and Craft for Noobs panel I was on today! Lots of great tips for beginners! Also, today's tweet along song, Can we do this again by NightOwl, check it out in the description below. I hope a certain hero is watching. He should totally message me on my social media. Byebye! Catch you on the fly!" She winked and gave a peace sign again before the video went to her panel video. He backed up and paused on her face, studying it. He pulled out the little flash drive looking it over again before plugging into his computer. He navigated into the drive's contents, finding a group of mp3s and a video file. He clicked the video.
"Um... Hey! I guess my plan worked, you found the flash drive! I couldn't stop thinking about you, so," she cleared her throat, looking away and blushing, "I made you a playlist." She was sitting in a hotel room, cross legged on the bed, dressed in shorts and a tank top, hair a little messy, like she had been asleep just before. He studied her face as she gathered her thoughts before speaking again, still looking away from the camera.
"All Might? It would be.... Um... Do you think we could.... I want to see you again. Maybe we could take some time to... I dunno, see the sights? Maybe just get another coffee and chat? You're easy to talk to. It's been awhile since I felt like I had someone to talk to like that..." She looked at the lens, giving a small smile. He felt a small flutter in his chest as she ran a hand over her hair, swinging her legs off the bed to take the camera over to the window of her room. She turned the lens to view the Tokyo sky line, just as the sun began to rise. He had watched that same sunrise on his morning run.
"It really is beautiful here. This city is amazing. I wish I could see more of it," she sighed off camera, her profile barely visible in the reflection on the window.
"I... Sorry, I'm rambling. Anyway, there is my cell phone number, so text me. If you want. I'll be here... waiting. I hope to hear from you. Um, bye? I guess for now." She turned the camera back toward her face, smiling before the video cut off. He replayed the video again, watching her closely. She seemed... Sad? No... Lonely. That was it. He played through a couple of songs. He recognized the one they'd listened to the day before, and the song from the radio, and a few more popular songs from the States. He pulled out his phone as he listened, pulling up the contact he had made for her earlier in the day. He opened his messaging app, pausing to think of something to write.
It's fine now, why? Because I am texting you!
He hit send before he could rethink the message. He stared at the phone, waiting. Nothing happened. He pulled out the flash drive and checked the number again. It was correct. He refreshed his messaging app. Still nothing. He laid his phone down on his leg and went back to yo_tube.
"Hey, feathered friends! Tokyo Blast is drawing to a close! Just one more day! I almost don't want to come home, I love this city! The food is soooo amazing, and you all know how I feel about seafood"
She made a sour face and laughed. "I might have to extend my trip by a day or two to see some sights! Would you guys mind too terribly? I promise lots of pictures and cool videos? If this video gets 10000 likes, I'll even eat one of those live octopuses" she shuddered and made another face.
He clicked the like button while she continued on
"So, I got someone to translate the magazine headlines for me. Apparently, All Might and I are secretly dating. To be honest with you guys, I would not mind that," she winked, "you know my type."
A few images of her pointing at muscular blonde men photoshopped onto the screen flashed by, obviously cropped from previous videos.
"But unfortunately, we are not an item. Even if it would be great, I have to come home to you all and make more videos! If we were dating, what would All Might and my ship name be? Anyway, my plan is to take a couple extra days after Tokyo Blast finishes up to sightsee and then I'll be flying home, so videos should be going up in a week or so with new props as well as a gift opening vid when everything ships home. I'll also live stream a couple sights as well as the octopus if you guys are feeling mean! Leave your thoughts in the comments! Here is a quick video of some of the awesome people I met today! Today's tweet along song is Zero to Hero from Hercules. Check it out in the description below. Byebye! Catch you on the fly!" She said, with the wink and peace sign. He sat back as her video from the convention played. He had seen the magazines during the day, but no press had bothered him about it. He scrolled down to the comments.
Take all the time you need! We love you!
Show us ur b00bz

Eat the octopus, valkyrie! >:}

Wingd vic0ry
God leave All Might out of this your just lookign for subs
You 2 wuld b so cut 2gether! Val Might 4eva
He snorted at a couple, frowning at the more rude comments. All Might shifted checking his phone again. Still no response. Maybe he should just text her again with a 'hey, it's me'?
His phone buzzed with an incoming text. His hands spasmed and he flung it onto the chair across from the couch. He took a deep breath, gathering his wits before setting his laptop aside and grabbing his phone. He unlocked the screen.
Hey, AM! U up for a nite out? New club opening 2nite downtown
~Mic
He sighed harshly. It wasn't even her. He left the message unanswered and went back to his laptop. He clicked through her page, looking for popular uploads. He watched a couple of videos before he worked up the courage to search the name he wanted. He pulled up a new tab, typing in "Val Might" to the search bar. Several links popped up. Mostly news shots of them together after the robbery. There was one still frame of them sitting together on top of the building. They were dangerously close together, closer than he had remembered. He felt the flutter in his chest again. He went to images, most were the news shots, the dangerous picture featured prominently too. What he didn't expect was the fan art. The fan art made him blush. He closed the tab and went back to his fan site message boards, answering a couple questions and listening to his new playlist.
"Maybe she can make me a workout playlist," he mused out loud, bobbing his head to the rhythm. He closed his laptop, standing and stretching. He changed into workout clothes and went for his nightly run. He returned and showered, trying not to think of her sleep shorts and tank top as he did. Failing that, he cranked the water to cold half way through the shower. He toweled off, falling into bed with his phone, scrolling through her videos again. He found her liked videos, most of them being music. The most recent liked video was an old video, the face in the thumbnail all too familiar. He clicked it
I can't believe it! It's only been 10 minutes! He's already saved 100 people!
HAHAHA!
There he is!
It's fine now! Why? Because I am here!
He rolled on his side, stopping the video and staring into space. She went searching for him online the same way he had been. She found THAT video too. Why that one? He started to doze off, thinking about saving her from some faceless evil. The way she would look at him as he swept her up in his arms and kissed her. Her arms wrapping around his neck. Her legs wrapped around his waist as he pressed her against the wall and he--
Jerked himself awake from the dream, taking a deep inhale and releasing a shaky exhale. He looked at the time on his phone, 1 am. He also had a message.

Thank you @tulipteastudies for tagging me in this super cute tag. so much fun.  rules: answer ten questions, then tag and pose ten questions to ten people
what’s your favourite film and why? Its always changing, but as i work at a movie theater as a manger i get to have my favorite movie on my “fancy” name tags and the two that i have are The fault in our stars and Love, Simon. and while i love those both dearly if i could get some new ones it would be Spiderman: far from home (because Tom Holland is a BABE.) or John wick because also a bomb AF franchise of movies.
which languages do you/would you like to speak? I currently only speak english, but it’s a goal for me to learn sign language because i think everyone should know it to create a more inclusive world.
what’s a song or music artist that you’re in love with right now? OH SO MANY.... as I have said in the past few tags i’ve done. music is something I could talk about for hours and hours. But as of right this second as i’m typing this im boppin with all the one direction songs (because memories and such) but i’m also always down for some country music
is your workspace well-organised or a chaotic mess? (no judgement, mine is a mountain held together by hope and delicate balancing) As of recently its been very clean, as i have found during this quarantine thing it is the best way for me to focus, I can’t focus in a mess.
did you have a favourite fairy tale or folktale growing up? what was it? if not, what was your favourite childhood book? I don’t specifically remember any folk tales but I do remember the book “The very hungry caterpillar” ( shoutout if you know it. but also like same.)
if you could only wear clothes in three colours for the rest of your life, which colours would you choose? Black 10000% most of what i have is black, then maybe red? (i have a red blazer that i’m in love with) and finally i guess burgundy. it has been a recent obsession
do you have any pets? if not, would you like any in the future? I have one cat, her name is Piper, as she a pain in my butt, but also the love of my life and i would die if anything happened to her.
have you had enough to eat and drink today? (yes this is a self-care checkpoint, go have a snack and a glass of water u study legends) Yes i have been good today and kept myself nourished. Generally if im not i get really bad pain in my ribs and then i feel like i have to eat.
what’s your favourite season? I love summer for the weather and the sun and the fun, BUT FALL is such a vibe, sweater, scarfs, hoodies, boots. so many great things.
what is your current goal in life? any and all sizes and scales count, it doesn’t have to be a monumental, long-term goal I have a few, on the academic side it is to finish my diploma program so i can move into my full degree program. Work wise i really want to get promoted, which was a high possibility prior to COVID so now it more of just a waiting game for things to go back to normal. and i have a few personal goals in relation to weight and health as well. Okay so now time for my questions: 1. what has been your favourite course that you have taken? 2. where is your favourite place to travel to (or somewhere on your bucket list that you want to go to?) 3. A book you think that everyone should read? 4. Tell us a song that always puts you in a good mood? 5. how do you take your coffee? (or if your more of tea person how do you take it?) 6. Your favourite article of clothing you have? 7. A scent that makes you happy? (this could be a candle, perfume, etc.) 8. what is your favourite thing to eat? 9. what is your favourite thing about yourself? (go ahead brag, its important to give yourself some self love!) 10. Who is your idol/inspiration, someone that you love and want to be like?
and tagging these lovely souls - as always, no pressure to participate! @coffee-study-coffee @sunsetscholar @cloggedwithcocoa @microbiologynerdd and of course anyone else that wants to do it.

1. So now to the diet on of the most important things.
Why? Cause a slender figure helps you a lot to look more like a girl.
Healthy Eating/Diet To become the perfect sissy bimbo the figure is an essential part of your existence. You can train all you want, but training will only form your body a good figure is 80% based on your eating habits. Here I will give you easy simple tips. What are the important things that I am looking for in this to make it work? It must be flexible and easy, so it can work for everyone and is easy adaptable.
1. Don't eat between meals. (Exception you are going to train - we will handle this topic later in this blog). - There are arguments that you should smaller meals more frequently during the day This is often said by people that do regular training. My counter argument is that you should see training as a different thing. For training you don't "eat" but you look that you have enough energy and the right stuff for training and recovery. So you don't really "eat" between meals, but more you look for the right state of nutrients and energy for the training and then recovery phase.
- why I am against eating between meals beside for training reasons. a) Intermittent fasting has proven to be beneficial. ! I don't suggest you do it, but it shows that there are benefits to have time between meals! b) It helps you to learn about your hunger and appetite. Often when we eat between meals we have forgotten how it is to really be hungry. Which is understandable in a time where we just have to walk to the fridge to get food. c) It gives you clear guidelines. You have 3 meals beside meals for training and that's it. d) your body can relax. If your body is constantly in the process of eating it is stressful. TIP- Have cucumbers around to eat when you have the feeling you need to eat something now.- Have them already prepared!!! Cause if you get stressed or craving and they are not already there you won't clean a cucumber then. It is better to throw away one or two (If you don't want to waste food - believe me if you are a stress eater you are much worse for nature than when you throw away 1-2 cucumbers per week but then become a normal eater).
2. Healthy meals A great suggestion is to split your plate into three separate parts. (PICTURE 2) This helps you in a few ways - You eat lots of vegetables and fiber, - you have a simple way to check if you have good nutritions
- you don't have so much doing a calorie count cause the plate regulates it for you automatically.
What you still have to look out for?
a) potatoes, green peas, corn, and squash. Kidney beans, pinto beans, lima beans, black-eyed peas, and lentils are not vegtables but should be seen as healthy starches. b) be carfull with sauces, fats (butter etc.) they are delicious but often huge calories. c) the plate should be normal stacked. Don't cheat yourself by only taking one plate and stack it up to the brim with food.
Know how much calories you need per day & how much additional you need when training. You shouldn't count calories but you should have more or less overview how much food you need per day approximately.
& Plan your shopping and cooking ahead and don't let yourself drive too much by your own appetite.
- You can still adapt your meals if you really crave for something, then change your meal to it as long you have a healthy version
& replace rice, pasta, potatoes, bread with healthy alternatives but still eat them from time to time cause to reduce cravings.
3. Accept your cravings even the bad ones, but also understand what the body tries to tell you.
Here I gave an example: I had once a college that always craved chocolate cake - he eats it often as lunch. I told him that the craving is only the animalistic part of him that craves for engery sugars and fats. He should try a good alternative. Some meat that has a bit more fat in its well seasoned - not salt, but more herbs and spices, fruits and good carbs and as dessert a little bit of dark chocolate. It solved his cravings.
So always think if I could eat chocolate all day, then your body wants to tell something but because chocolate can't be the solution we need to understand what It needs. - google about cravings. & Don't deny yourself some stuff you like. pizza, burger, fries everything is ok as long as you don't overdo it. But with time you should replace it with healthy alternatives.
4. No cheat days or if then make a healthy version. This stupid 10000 calories, pizza, fried food, donuts will stress your body so much you will need a week to recover. Yes, it pushes your metabolism up so you burn more, but at the same time you will achieve a healthy weight by just eating healthy and normal. & Add the stuff you like to your meals. If you want a sugarglaced and filled donut. Take one, but maybe only eat a third or half of your meal as dessert and the rest the next day.
5. Time between meals. Have at least 4 hours and maximal 7 between meals during the day. - Everything under 4 hours you still are processing your food. Everything over 7 hours you go into the craving mode. At 7 hours you will have already a few hunger phases, but not craving already.
5. Learn to understand hunger/appetite/fullness/empty stomach. - Many that have a weight problem and eat during meals are not used to have the body not processing food. It makes people having a need to eat often again, that's why waiting at least 4 hours is so important.
- Learning what is hunger and what is apostate. Waiting at least 4 hours will teach you when you just would like to eat stuff or when you are really hungry. - Learn that hunger goes away you have to wait for about 20min. No matter how hungry you think you are but it will stop. The body needs to spend energize to send you hunger signals if after 20min nothing happens he will stop doing it to save energy. ! But after 7h you should always eat something! By then you might have 2-3 hunger phases already. Mostly it is one phase per hour. After 7h the body will not start with hunger, but with cravings which are worse because then comes the time you go into frenzy eating.
6, Start a food diary Do not count calories!!! But a diary helps you to become more conscious about when and what you are eating. If you go over my tips over and over again and start do a diary you will become more and more conscious of your eating habits and this will help you to change them with time.
7. Chew all your food well If you eat fast or swallow before you chewed the food well it will these following negative effects.  - It is bad for your digestion which can lead to problems with stomach and intestines which can lead to problems with time - it helps you to digest things better, helps you to get more nutrition and more vitamines in your body - cause you eat more consciousness your food you will taste it more and it will satisfy you more which leads to less cravings during day.
TIP for this: - Heat up your plate so the food doesn’t cool down so fast when you eat slower - Put down your cutlery between each bites this will help you to get used to chew your food properly
8. !!!! No processed food!!!! The problem of processed food, or food that is created especially to taste delicious, makes your body addicted to it and crave it even more. Why I explain in the later part. The same goes for sodas. Tips for all that have a problem not to eat between meals and/or are stressed eater! First: Welcome to the club: I myself am a stress eater too and I struggled all my life with being overweight. I still am but I have it manageable under control and slowly going down by trying to do the stuff above. What you read is a lot of my own experience and by searching on the the internet.
Why is this so important! READ THIS! Your body's job is to keep it going. To achieve this it doesn't have the capacity for self reflection. So our body still exists in ancient time where we didn't have any processed food and when we didn't have a supermarket or just could go to the fridge to eat something. Further more can't our body grasp the concept of prepared food that was especially created to taste delicious - perfect combination of salty, sweet, fatty etc.
This leads to these following problems: 1. Our body sees processed food as hightly valuable cause the information he gets by taste signal him that this food is full of nutrions. For example: Sodas are overly sweet - the body sees this as a high recource of vitamine cause it interprets it as a ripe fruite.
The results in the problem, that our body starts to crave this food cause he sees it as hightly valuable which leads to the next problem.
2. Cause our body is always in survival mode and tries to keep the engine going. Valuable food he sees as important to consume. Cause the body doesn't know we have supermarkets or fridges. So he gives us the input that as soon such food is available, we need to consume it. Which leads to the problem that we have lost our feeling of when to eat and when not.
Summery and how to lose weight in short:
1. Chew well: This will help you more then any other diet thing. Forget the right food or intermitten fasting etc. If you chew right you are about 50% at your right weight already. How to achieve this? - Take more time for you meal. If you chew better you will take more time. If you always take only 5 minutes for your meal and stuff yourself like a goose you will never make progress  - put down your cutlery during every bite. It will take time to get used to but if you have the next bit already on your fork in front of your mouth you wont chew anyway. Your body is programmed to open its mouth when foot is presented to it.  - Chew well: I mean really the food should be mush. And if it is already mush at least have your salvia coated everything - like 10 bites or 6-7 turnarounds with your tongue.
minor tips:  - hot plate for hot meals: So your food doesn’t get cold when you eat slower. - smaller bites: But as long you chew really well that isn’t so the important point.
Result/Benifit: - less problems with digestion and prevention of diseases: A well chewed meal that is well coated with saliva will help the body to process it much easier - which also puts less stress on the body - therefore less diseases.  - better nutrition: Because a well chewed meal helps to extract more nutrition which makes a meal more healthier (well junkfood will still be junkfood but you know what I mean) - you will eat less automaticly (reasons)   a) The more time you need for your meal will help to reduce appetite and hunger beceause on the process of eating your body will slowely reduce the hunger/appitate.   b) chewing the food better will help you to expereince the nuances and flawors stronger which will help to feel more satisfied with your meal, expereince more endorphines in your brain while eating which leads to the reaction that the body conects more value to the food (better tasting - more nutritions) which will help to reduce cravings and hunger during the day.
2. Have fix times when to eat: For most of us this is a given by job etc. But I suggest you keep this on your weekends and vacations.
How to achieve this:  Min/max between Meals: There are people that might eat only one meal or intermediat fasting etc. but this is what I found out for myself. !!!Training!!! is an exception to this rule cause you need enough energy for training and your body needs energy to recover this should always be implemented with the daily portion planning & that you don’t crash during training or aftwards.  Meals per day:  Only meals that are not connected with any training regime I suggest three.  Many of you might now say. Hey I can’t eat something in the morning. I was the same but there are many reasons to do it.

Dark Phoenix
Tumblr media
We owe a lot to the X-Men. Lest we forget the halcyon days of Y2K, superhero movies weren’t always a guaranteed blockbuster hit or taking up real estate at the multiplex for 80% of weeks in a given year. But some terrible CGI, brooding Canadian sideburns, and a terrible line about a toad and its relationship to lightning later and Marvel comics properties are suddenly in the conversation as a sure bet at the box office. And now it’s 2019 and the X-Men have had some...let’s say ups and downs. With Dark Phoenix, we’re allegedly saying goodbye to this crop of actors playing these superheroes. So was this a bittersweet farewell or a “don’t let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya” type situation? Well...
Somewhere in the middle, like when you see your uncle who used to give you piggyback rides and pull quarters from behind your ear when you were a kid but now you only see him at Thanksgiving and you only ever talk to him about 1) the weather 2) whether you’re still at the same job (you are) or 3) how good Aunt Judy’s pie was this year and he gets up to leave and you’re like “Oh you’re leaving? Well it was good to see you, drive safe!” and you share an awkward side-hug.
Do you need a synopsis? It’s an X-Men movie. Mutants are getting up to mutant-y shit. Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) is all like “we can help the humans and they’ll like us if we save them from space disasters!” and Erik Lehnsherr is all like “mutants are better than humans and we should conquer them but since I’ve tried that a couple times and got caught I’m just gonna build a little island mutant utopia” and honestly both of them are kind of side characters in their own franchise which is a bummer because I think we can all agree that the Charles/Erik dichotomy is the beating heart of why people connect with this mythology. The main plot is about Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) getting dosed with a bunch of space energy that she can’t really control and shit happens and people get hurt and she’s like I like hurting people but also she doesn’t. Jessica Chastain is wasted as a woman with very ghost-like features who’s trying to convince Jean to use her powers for EEEVILLLL. You probably heard that this movie was terrible. It’s not. But it’s not good either. It just...is. Frankly, I feel very zen about the whole thing.
Many thoughts:
During the first opening narration, Sleepy Gay leaned over and said, “I already hate this.” And uh, that mood was about right for the narration throughout. Unless you’re doing a true film noir, you have to have a DAMN good reason besides laziness to have voiceover do this much heavy lifting.
#onlyninetieskidsremember the 1992 space shuttle because we don’t care about funding NASA anymore!
I know the production of this film was fraught, and there were some massive reshoots, which obviously means a quick and messy editing session. But that slapdash feel permeates the movie into even the most mundane scenes - an early example is Hank (Nicholas Hoult) turning into Beast at the end of a conversation to reply, “Yeah.” Was...was that necessary? Is that how he ends all his conversations?
And the emotional beats feel really weird. Like when Jean gets back on the ship from space, the vibe feels completely wrong for the scene we just witnessed.
I will say, it’s a thing of beauty to see just how 10000% done Jennifer Lawrence is while she languishes in this movie with nothing to do but die (listen they spoiled that shit in the trailers, don’t @ me). Her snappy line, “The women are the only ones who do anything around here, maybe you should change the name to the X-Women” is delivered with such exasperated can-you-believe-we’re-still-doing-this spice, it’s just *chef kiss* gorgeous.
In spite of all the crying she does in this film, Sophie Turner’s eye makeup is FLAWLESS. I want to know what eyeliner she uses.
I’m feeling very uncomfortable with the fact that when I was a kid, I agreed with Charles on his whole “it’s our duty to protect the humans and show them we’re good” manifesto but now........idk, maybe it’s because Nazis are like, a big thing again, but I’m kinda with Magneto here? Maybe it’s the existential nightmare that’s swallowing us all but uh I just can’t really hang with respectability politics any more? This is like that moment in The Little Mermaid when Ariel says, “I’m 16 years old! I’m not a child anymore!” and you know where you’re at in life by whether you say, “Yeah, tell him Ariel!” or “Back those fins the fuck up and go to your room, young lady!”
Scott (Tye Sheridan) is just the most boring character and he has NO chemistry with Jean whatsoever.
Question - if you have sex in the X-Men house, does Charles know? I’ll bet he does. What a perv.
In spite of his terrible conversation enders, I will say Nicholas Hoult is looking damn fine these days. DAMN fine. However - I’m a fan of his work overall, I really am, but he must have been having an off week when he filmed his angry grief confrontation with James McAvoy (a frankly incredible actor who elevates every single thing he’s in so...let that sink in). Going from quiet to loUD VERY QUICKLY over and over again is not the same as portraying grief, my dude.
I don’t understand why you would get an actress as magnetic and arresting as Jessica Chastain and then make her act like the love child of a ghost-robot one night stand. Her only sparks of something interesting are when she’s doing the big energy transfer with Sophie Turner, because frankly, that read as very homoerotic to me so like...into it.
Wait but did they hurt that dog. There’s no resolution about the dog and that is VERY upsetting.
How are we this far in the franchise and no one has told anyone involved in production “So uh. The floating thing the mutants do when they enter or exit a room in a big scene. Are you guys like...married to that? Have you thought about maybe not having floating be such a big part of the final emotional confrontation between Jean and everyone she’s ever loved trying to destroy her?” Because if there’s one thing I know of that creates and amplifies dramatic tension, it’s floating.
Is Michael Fassbender the most handsome man alive in these movies? It’s possible. At one point he’s in a collar and that really felt like someone involved in that script punch up was giving the fans anything at that point to keep them engaged, but I’m not complaining about it.
How many fights have these X-Men been in? Isn’t the first day of X-Men school devoted to “Don’t make significant eye contact during a fight!”
Did I Cry? I probably should have, but the most I got was a slight tearing up.
Overall, this is a mess. It’s kind of a fun mess if you already like the characters, and there’s certainly some eye candy for those interested in all genders. If you like the other films, give this one a gander just for completionist reasons and try to remember the good old days when X-Men actually meant something.

Bandit
Level 13 → Level 14
The password for the next level is stored in /etc/bandit_pass/bandit14 and can only be read by user bandit14. For this level, you don’t get the next password, but you get a private SSH key that can be used to log into the next level. Note:localhost is a hostname that refers to the machine you are working on
Tumblr media
connect the ssh server using sshkey will lead me to next level
Level 14 → Level 15
The password for the next level can be retrieved by submitting the password of the current level to port 30000 on localhost.
Tumblr media
Telnet can help you to establish TCP/IP connection between you and the server
Level 15 → Level 16
The password for the next level can be retrieved by submitting the password of the current level to port 30001 on localhost using SSL encryption.
Helpful note: Getting “HEARTBEATING” and “Read R BLOCK”? Use -ign_eof and read the “CONNECTED COMMANDS” section in the manpage. Next to ‘R’ and ‘Q’, the ‘B’ command also works in this version of that command…
Tumblr media
openssl will help you connect the server using SSL protocol
Level 16 → Level 17
The credentials for the next level can be retrieved by submitting the password of the current level to a port on localhost in the range 31000 to 32000. First find out which of these ports have a server listening on them. Then find out which of those speak SSL and which don’t. There is only 1 server that will give the next credentials, the others will simply send back to you whatever you send to it.
Tumblr media
nmap can help you find out the open ports and their services on the internet, we can see we have found two open ports, and let’s try to connect the first one:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It only offers echo service, let’s try the second port:
Tumblr media
This time it gives out the ssh key, we save it and then go to the next level
Level 17 → Level 18
There are 2 files in the homedirectory: passwords.old and passwords.new. The password for the next level is in passwords.new and is the only line that has been changed between passwords.old and passwords.newNOTE: if you have solved this level and see ‘Byebye!’ when trying to log into bandit18, this is related to the next level, bandit19
Tumblr media
diff can show the differences between the textfiles
Level 18→ Level 19
The password for the next level is stored in a file readme in the homedirectory. Unfortunately, someone has modified .bashrc to log you out when you log in with SSH.
Tumblr media
Though I can’t log in properly, I still can visit the file directly and get the password for the next level
Level 19 → Level 20
To gain access to the next level, you should use the setuid binary in the homedirectory. Execute it without arguments to find out how to use it. The password for this level can be found in the usual place (/etc/bandit_pass), after you have used the setuid binary.
Tumblr media
This program basically fakes you like another user, and you just use it to cat the password to the terminal directly
Level 20 → Level 21
There is a setuid binary in the homedirectory that does the following: it makes a connection to localhost on the port you specify as a commandline argument. It then reads a line of text from the connection and compares it to the password in the previous level (bandit20). If the password is correct, it will transmit the password for the next level (bandit21).
NOTE: Try connecting to your own network daemon to see if it works as you think
Tumblr media
What you need to do is basically setting up a client and server, where nc here is actually a client sending the message, and the binary setuid here act as a server to listen to a specific code and return the password.
Level 21 → Level 22
A program is running automatically at regular intervals from cron, the time-based job scheduler. Look in /etc/cron.d/ for the configuration and see what command is being executed.
Tumblr media
What you need to do is actually investigating what do the shells do, then you find that the shells are exporting the password to a file somewhere.
Level 22 → Level 23
A program is running automatically at regular intervals from cron, the time-based job scheduler. Look in /etc/cron.d/ for the configuration and see what command is being executed.
NOTE: Looking at shell scripts written by other people is a very useful skill. The script for this level is intentionally made easy to read. If you are having problems understanding what it does, try executing it to see the debug information it prints.
Tumblr media
Find the shell first, an then just run it:
Tumblr media
After running it, the password is generated.
Level 23 → Level 24
A program is running automatically at regular intervals from cron, the time-based job scheduler. Look in /etc/cron.d/ for the configuration and see what command is being executed.
NOTE: This level requires you to create your own first shell-script. This is a very big step and you should be proud of yourself when you beat this level!
NOTE 2: Keep in mind that your shell script is removed once executed, so you may want to keep a copy around…
The cron does not seem to run the sh automatically... I’ve waited for a long time and nothing happened, so I skipped this level
Level 24 → Level 25
A daemon is listening on port 30002 and will give you the password for bandit25 if given the password for bandit24 and a secret numeric 4-digit pincode. There is no way to retrieve the pincode except by going through all of the 10000 combinations, called brute-forcing.
Tumblr media
Let’s make a new directory, and create a shell script
Tumblr media
and run the script, we will get the key
Level 25 → Level 26→Level 27(actually)
Logging in to bandit26 from bandit25 should be fairly easy… The shell for user bandit26 is not /bin/bash, but something else. Find out what it is, how it works and how to break out of it.
Honestly, this one I did not find out the solution myself, I stuck at this level for a long time, and finally, I went to google for the solution, the solution is AMAZING!  The solution is so creative that I actually shocked, I will go through the solution for you:
Tumblr media
When you tried to login, you find the connection is closed immediately.  Then I tried to find some information about the shell it this level uses, then I found this:
Tumblr media
So basically, the shell will close immediately after it showed all the text...how the hell can you connect to the level 26 and get the password of level 27???
And this is also where I stuck...
And the solution is....
The shell does close immediately after showing all the text, but... what if you can find a way to slow down the procedure of showing all the text?? And yeah!
with “more”, you can actually realize this by simply resizing your terminal to a very small size, and now you can let the text show page by page...and as long as your text has not been fully shown on the screen, you still have the connection, and you could enter the edit mode, which is vim, and in the vim, you know you can open other files, and boom, you have the password!

Suppose that a bigger problem is made up of a million points. Each of these points is breaking through something hard (whether by 1 go or by 100 different pushes) to get to the final solution. And these points are ranked from the #1 hardest block to the millionth hardest block.
Because if there’s a million, it’s motivating that we move as many points as we can, isn’t it? At the end of the day, we didn’t just move 1, we moved 100 or 1000 or 10000 or 100,000. That’s motivating if you’re working on several things right (e.g. Venezuela and Yemen)?
The problem with the million points method is how to figure out which group of people should solve each group of points, because, well, there’s a million points.
Maybe you use the million points method to motivate yourself when you’re working on multiple problems (e.g. I’m going to focus on 20 this week- you might focus on 3 or 6- or 1,2,10- whatever motivates you),
And the 10,000 problems method is for figuring out what group of people should solve what types of problems (as it’s not overwhelming)
And it helps to always stretch yourself a bit- aim for the harder points, the harder #s, in a sustainable (i.e. motivating way)
Maybe the easier parts of the 1 million aren’t that hard, they’re pretty easy
And in a more overall way, I wonder what the best worldwide methods could be for:
Effectiveness- 1 million best points
Safety- 1 million best points
Rewards/Motivations- 1 million best points
Self-care/Health/Take not aging much seriously Please- 1 million best points
Because it looks like there is a strong likelihood for the sanctions to continue on the PDVSA in Venezuela, how would you create 100 new ethical, safe income sources for the most vulnerable Venezuelan people? As in, what would some of them be, in a way that covered all or most of the most vulnerable people, income wise?
They would need to be “incomes that cover all of a family/person’s needs, at the different levels going for- e.g. going for level 1, going for level 2, going for level 3”- e.g. a whole income/business/self-employed with low capital startup that employs a tonne of Venezuelans- especially those that bring in export money.
And how can Venezuelans (and foreigners- although treat this like a boost rather than any kind of dependency) intensively train Venezuela’s most at-risk and vulnerable to quickly get the skill level to do these?
For example, it seems like 4 potential income sources for Venezuelans are (1) contracts in ship parts, and anything to do with ships- how do you win contracts with these, (2) anything that makes the other Latin American countries better off with transportation- how do you win contracts with these, (3) manufacturing cleaning goods, (4) IT skills or app development- we don’t need computer science or IT degrees- we just need job tasks that need to be done, and we can export them and everyone can get enough money for food, gas and needs; and people who organize these (high value), (5) ethical ways to optimise your immune system and survive the coronavirus.
For people in Venezuela, it would be incredibly important to build (ethical) relationships with the outsiders who could help a lot and see them as potential boosts in the points up to solutions that cover everybody- but do not be dependent or sit around and wait for outsiders- in very, very, very safe ways, keep creating momentum yourselves too.
Therefore, money comes into the country via these exported sources. Then the people working in these export businesses also spend some of their disposable income on local businesses. Then some of the local businesses support local businesses. That’s the idea. Money flowing in, with a % spent on internal businesses.
And what are the 5 structural things that most need to be done to support this- e.g. do people in more vulnerable areas have more access to
Because considering the recent report and what is happening with not allowing elections that genuinely reflect what the people need and want (as well as the drug and crime related risks to the international community), the sanctions might be there for another 4-8 years.
It is also worth all Venezuelan focusing 99% of their emotions and energy on the things that they Can Do, Control or Influence (currently existing and to be created/thought of), and avoiding thinking about things that they can’t Do, Control, or Influence (stoicism).
World help would also be greatly be appreciated as this is one of the world’s biggest humanitarian disasters.
What are the hardest one million points that need to be solved and implemented for persuading the 150 most powerful and influential people in government to genuinely do what is best for the people?
The one million hardest bits that need to be solved and implemented?
What are the hardest one million points that need to be solved and implemented so that the most vulnerable 40% of Venezuelans- and especially the most vulnerable 5%/10%/15%- have enough to get by/ aren’t too stressed- and for real reasons, not false ones.
I have given it about 20 goes so far, most reaching maybe 10-10,000 points each. But every time I reach something that creates huge points (e.g. 100,000) I’m feel really excited and happy.

Act justly, love mercy, walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8
Let’s also all memorise that superficial appearances mean nothing. We are all individuals: all of us.
Real liberty can exist only where exploitation has been abolished, where there is no oppression of some by others, where there is no unemployment and poverty, where a man is not haunted by the fear of being tomorrow deprived of work, of home and of bread. Only in such a society is real, and not paper, personal and every other liberty possible. Joseph Stalin

A true revolutionary is not one that demonstrates value in the period of the victorious uprising, but who knows how to fight not only at the time of the victorious advance but also at the retreat of the revolution; that demonstrates value in the period of the defeat of the proletariat, which does not lose the head, which does not abandon the road when the revolution suffers a defeat and the enemy records successes; which is not dominated by panic, or falls into despair in the retreat of the revolution period. There needs to be a better way than sanctions though. If a country is a dictatorship, there is very little the people can do to remove it. Dictatorships frequently just don’t give a shit and ignore the worst suffering of their people. because they can. people dont have the power to change much in these contexts, other than help themselves and their communities.
Rather than doubling down on cruel policies and draconian economic sanctions that squeeze the Venezuelan people -- but benefit the regime by giving them false excuses for economic failures (e.g. hyperinflation and the most at risk, not being able to diversify ethical industries, and public services) - a new US-Venezuela policy should seek to help the people. America's failed policies on Cuba should be a lesson, and Venezuela should not fall victim to a repeat of that approach. For decades, provided the Cuban regime with an excuse for failed local economic policies, and now doing the same for Venezuela. Never-ending sanctions on Cuba have not resulted in regime change. That tactic will not work in Venezuela either. Sweeping economic sanctions primarily hurt the people of these countries.
Targeted sanctions on specific individuals in the Maduro government, military, and security services would be more effective. By the end of 2019, and almost a year after the United States imposed broad economic and oil sanctions on Venezuela, 96% of households in Venezuela were living in poverty, and of that number, 79% in extreme poverty. Yet, Maduro remained in power. US sanctions should target Venezuelan nationals supporting and funding Maduro; those who commit human rights violations; those who undermine democratic processes and institutions like the National Electoral Council (CNE); and those who run drug trafficking and money laundering operations.
However- the PDVSA is (1) a huge source of tax- for public services and (2) a huge employer and a (3) a huge source of exports for the imports that Venezuela needs. Also, focusing only on not importing anything is a short term strategy but not a medium or long term strategy. The highest income and product value benefits come from exporting and importing, as most sea-based countries learn over time.
The blunt tool of general sanctions further degrades the poor economic conditions in which the majority of Venezuelans now live. We are deepening their suffering rather than providing leverage for a solution.

wo w ee i am so excited to see where u take equilibrium! tbh i really like how u r writing jungkook (not in the obsessive relationship sense but like) because it feels like u r really giving us an insight to his mind and how complex of a character he is and like what drives him.. idk if that makes sense lol but i really enjoy the entire story and cant wait to see how it develops !!
Here are the rest of my equilibrium asks under the cut! I am so truly sorry that I just simply do not have the time to answer the rest of them (besides wouldnt you guys rather have me expending my energy on writing ch 12? ;)), but be assured that i have read each and every one of these messages multiple times over and appreciated them all
bonyg said:Equilibrium is really giving me mixed feelings, it's so complicated that I don't know if I want oc with Jungkook or Jimin. It's just not healthy to be in this relationship :"( if I were oc I'd definitely left them both even if I'm gonna die without Jimin :'( it's getting more exciting and I can't wait to know what's gonna happen between oc and Jimin. Thank you for updating ^^
jaaneman-s said:Hi, I don't if this sounds or rude or not, but I'd like to thank you? or idk, I was born in a very manly culture? I know (on my own) how certain things that look okay in this culture but are not in equalness and respect to the woman happen but reading equilibrium has like, opened my eyes a little bit? When I read ch.11 I just sat down and spent a while thinking about everything and how different you view stuff from my point, and how this is actually right? anyway keep the great work ily ♥
Anonymous said:pls read equilibrium at my funeral🙏🏻
Anonymous said:oh oH OH is it going to be one of the cases where the boy "misinterprets" the girls basic human kindness for flirting?!!?? If so, @ the character: go to hell
Anonymous said:Well, it seems like JK (and a little Y/N) has tipped the balance and now everything is coming crumbling down. Who does JK think he is?? I can't imagine Y/N could let the weekend go by without getting close to JM, especially since he needs her. I'm just anticipating the moment when jimin realizes and everything is out in the open. I really loved this chapter! You can see how bold JK is getting knowing that Y/N will do anything he wants, just for his cooperation. Suspenseful!
Anonymous said:me rn: *prays for a joon hyung to sweep OC off her feet and abandon JK and JM* (seriously i'm such weightlifting fairy trash it hurts) (also do you know where i can find my very own joon hyung 😭😭😭😭)
Anonymous said:Reads part 11 Equilibrium -insert jungshook meme here-
Anonymous said:Don't be bothered by those ungrateful readers who thinks you're obligated to write them more than 3k words. Seriously, did they somehow get the impression that they're paying you for this? Just write at your own pace so you can produce quality stuff.
Anonymous said:Finally got around to reading Chapter 11 & if I'm the oc I'd be on a plane up outta there so quick! Set Jimin up with some soup & a blanket, & scoot skedaddle my way out of dodge. Jungkook isn't about to talk to me like that, thinking dick isn't abundant & low value. Shit... Also bless your writing, each Equilibrium update has me on pins & needles~
Anonymous said:I just like... What if Jungkook comes home unexpectedly and finds y/n and Jimin getting it on and then flies into a murderous rage, severely injures Jimin and kidnaps y/n. The second part could be Jimin feeling all guilty and trying to find her while she tries to escape
Anonymous said:Holy shit I'm convinced that Jungkook poisoned Jimin because he's going to be away for the weekend and he's paranoid and crazy as shit that the OC might do something with Jimin so he made sure he's unable to do shit with her 😵 cuz when he called to ask her where she was for his graduation, he didn't even seem all that surprised that he's sick, he just cared about where the OC was.
Anonymous said:Twist end: OC learns boxing and kicks Junglebooks ass
Anonymous said:theory: part two will be titled monogamy and Jungkook and OC will have an abusive relationship. Cause you seem pretty adamant on the idea of abuse (which is 10000% not a bad thing for obvious reason) so i feel like you are taking this story as a lesson for girl to see the warning sign. and part 3 will be about her leaving him finally and becoming single or whatever
Anonymous said:I don't want to defend the oc by saying this but in equilibrium she clearly is right now the one who is fucked up The other 2 get what they want after jk's scary possessiveness and if she wouldn't be controlled by her feelings towards jimin then maybe she would've already left She has also fault but earlier they took advantage of each other's feelings and everyone got something that they wanted but rn oc is like trapped in a cage & can't even touch jimin Idk maybe I'm the only one who thinks so
Anonymous said:I don't understand equilibrium??? Like I thought it was sweet that JK wanted her all to himself but after chap. 11 I think it's just plain creepy with his possessive obsession towards her... like WTF! I kind of want to see Jimin's side of the story like why is he in love with JK and what is with JK not giving a f**k about Jimin at all like when he was the one who initiated this relationship anyways WHUT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED!
Anonymous said:I mean it Jungkook will kill them both. Like this boy has the makings of a serial killer. Why the fuck does the oc not love herself?? Why are you trying to create your happiness from the sparse attention given to you by a man??!! Why the fuck are these people so dysfunctional?? Even Jimin and Jungkook they're basing they're entire happiness on people who they know don't care!! If there's ever a lesson here its self love first before you can love someone else.
Anonymous said:Just read the new Equilibrium chapter (11) and wow JK is absolutely terrifying in there. I'm so glad there are stories out there that portray abuse the way it should be portrayed and not romanticized. I really just want the OC to get the hell out of that house and faaaaar away from this messed up relationship ): she needs to run away from him asap like forget Jimin he ain't helping you either just run while you still can girl!!!!
Anonymous said:iF JUNGKOOK GAVE JIMIN SOMETHING IM ABOUT TO GIVE HIM THE BIGGEST WHOOPING EVER
Anonymous said:Regarding Equilibrium, I reread some chapters after I was done with 11. The necklace bit in 11 makes the sex scene in 4 kinda freaky. The way Jungkook yanks on OC's chain and how he got angry when OC said that she didn't know where hers was. It's like Jungkook finds security in the couple necklaces because he associates it with OC being his and when OC doesn't wear the necklace, he feels that his possession has been taken away from him. Maybe I am thinking too much but it was such a cool detail.
Anonymous said:I have a feeling that jimin's going to witness something that's gonna break his heart bc if you look at the situation then jimin should be happy bc he gets his alone time with jk who he loves and he doesn't have to pretend to love the oc that often bc jk doesn't let her go near him and if jimin sees something that breaks his heart(jungkook&oc)then maybe he would leave both and so they would all go their own ways(?)none of them would have a reason to stay but maybe jk will become even scarier idk
Anonymous said:You should just have the OC in Equilibrium go full on Bruce Lee on JK and JM
Anonymous said:Chap 11 in Equilibrium freaked me out btw. Especially after the sex scene when OC watches Jimin sleep. You wrote "tug" so that implies that OC used her hands. So when OC finds her hands restricted by Jungkook, that honestly scared me. Also in that scene, it was interesting for OC to say that she would do anything to comfort Jimin but seemed to take back that statement when she was restricted by Jungkook. It's like OC has become more afraid of Jungkook than she is in love with Jimin.
Anonymous said:In ch11 of equilibrium it was really sad when she compared herself to a pet... like girl, you're a functioning human being, an adult that can take care of herself. You're able to get out of this cage that's been created around you. It's scary what manipulative people can do to someone but at least she knows what messed up situation she's in now and not like... being attracted(?) to the crazies JK is pushing on her
zeloandhobiaremyhubbies said:Hi there ^^ I'm a new reader, and can I just say I love your writing skills and the story line so far. With that being said, coming from a person who has a close friend in a manipulative/almost borderline abusive relationship, I can honestly say I hope the OC get out of that relationship, especially with Jungkook. There's a thin line between being jealous/slightly possessive and possessive and pretty much controlling. Ugh! I want to know what happens next, but I'm also scared to know as well.
Anonymous said:What do you mean you don't know where is the chain OC(me)?! How can I be so careless?? What if Jimin will find it, no I am sure he already did 😑 and now probably the person I precious the most hate me cuz I took his love of life... This shit (relationship) is not falling fast enough huh? Good job me, good job 😒😒
holdingbackforsnow said:I've read equilibrium 11 and somehow I have the feeling that Jimin knew. Even before Jeongguk showed how messed up he is for us readers. I feel like, that's why Jimin entered the relationship. Maybe he was worried for the OC and wanted to act as a buffer in between her and Jeongguk (including his feelings for Jeongguk) that would explain his phone call, when he was gone on business and even how he wanted the OC to go to graduation so badly. I feel like Jimin knows more than we think...
Anonymous said:As much as I anticipate every update, I hope you are taking care of yourself too! Even as an undergrad, I still get stressed & overwhelmed with my workload so I really worry about your well being since being a phd student is so much more stressful and you still give us great content. Thank you so much & I hope you can take some time for yourself as well! ik remembering to take care of yourself is the last thing on your mind with a huge workload but please please don't neglect your well being!
Anonymous said:Oh god Jungkook in Equilibrium is really a psychopath. The fact that he's so manipulative and lacks empathy for others; it's quite terrifying to think about how long he's been manipulating everyone without anyone realizing it. As a psychology major it's really interesting to read a character like this but it's scary how so many people see his behavior as okay esp since there's so many real cases of abusive relationships like this, it makes me really sad. Ty for shining light to issues like these
Anonymous said:Wow, jk has really started to go crazy-something's gonna blow up soon.love the tension you are building though. It's really appreciated the time you take to build an intricate storyline. and not to focus on negative stuff, but for real, if any misogynistic messages pops up now, then... While I think most readers (but apparantly not all) saw the possessive traits of jk in earlier chapters despite it being somewhat(but not very) subtle, this time you rly spelled it out
lastshadowmonkeys said:to stay with Jimin. Everyone's being manipulative as fuck and it can never end well in my opinion...This is so...Wow, and it all comes out of your brain and imagination, that's amazing! I'm so excited to see where this all will go and if Jungkook will just lose his shit (or any of them really, someone is bound to lose their shit) and to see where Jimin stands with oc now and wow so many questions! I'm intrigued! Amazing job, thank you so much for writing this piece of art!
lastshadowmonkeys said:after that, but woops boy was i wrong. He just turned full on psycho, and i have the impression Jimin is not even interested in her in that way and never has been. That leaves OC to be in a relationship with men who don't love her at all, in the end, which is so so sad and i just wish she'd get over her love (or is it obsession, really?) for Jimin, so she could get the hell out of that toxic situation. She's being manipulative herself, going through all that misery to somehow be able (3)
lastshadowmonkeys said:blowing my mind and i have immense respect for that. I'm not lying when i say i'm trying hard to improve my plot skills haha, since my mind tends to be too chaotic to ever get any structure in anything. I enjoy your stories so much. As for Equilibrium, shit's about to go down man and i just can't fucking wait to see what will happen. At first i was rooting for Jungkook and the oc since it seemed like he just had pent up frustrations from being misunderstood? I thought it would get better (2)
lastshadowmonkeys said:Hey Lu! Even though my asks get lost a lot of the time, it doesn't stop me from telling you how much i appreciate the fact you make time to write such wonderful, intriguing stories to make us actually think about important matters. Equilibrium has become one of my top favourite fics ever, and i just love how you can make every chapter like a little piece of a giant puzzle. You write so well, and they're actually plot goals! To imagine you're a grad student on top of all that is just (1)
got7boystobang said:I feel like (in fact; i knew it due to the fact that u hate nochu so much) the end of Equilibrium is going to be such a downfall for jk just like what happened in jjk must die and that crys drabble idk how tho but u just always have ways to kill jkook cause i bet you've millions of pictures in your head on how to😂😂😂 i love your dedication!!!!! lol
Anonymous said:Ugh, Jungkook is threatening people now? Yeah, it's time to call the cops. That's scary. I felt uneasy the whole chapter. I asked myself several times while reading, "Yo, what's wrong with this kid? And what's up with Jimin? Is he just CHOOSING not to acknowledge some of the fucked up shit that's going on around him?" And actually, homegirl is holding up a lot better in this chapter than I thought she would. Interesting. Thanks for another chapter! Looking forward to the next. :)
Anonymous said:Omg so intense!! Gosh I just don't know what to expect anymore, I'm glad there'll be alone time with Jimin but then what if Jungkook finds out, and what if-what if-gah! Can't wait to see what will unfold next, thank you once again for updating even though you're busy~

How To Get Rich: 10 Reasons Why Most Don’t Become Wealthy
youtube
So this is a novaspirit is owned by the richest man in British Columbia, timmy Patterson Jimmy Patterson story cuz he started from scratch used to own a car dealership that’s how they, got started the first pieces, talk about sales people he was also very well known for the bottom like southpaw, people every single month, write this is Wellness, the beautiful bold and I’m not a boat person but, every time I walk by this I get so inspired yeah absolutely absolutely nothing, baby at 10:15, you could have we talked about today why do you think people don’t become wealthy, in spite of the intention or they wanted that they say they wanted yeah but what’s the difference between you and I, we both started from scratch, we want be we weren’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth, we all we both build up is, the way it is today, So what do you think are the top, reasons why people become real, yeah let’s dive into I think there’s, the core mindset, between those that are, successful vs., and we both work is so many people now we, seen the bottom, i seen the pattern, patterns are obvious so, galaxy, let’s do that, go to seat, so let’s talk about, the top 10 reasons, why, people don’t, what is a furry, i would say a lot of, if you feel like having, clarity, i don’t really know what they want, why they want, i mean being wealthy is, so General, why do people say I want to make more money in case yours a dollar, yes the money right but I think a lot of people, very clear, why do they want to, become wealthy what’s the amount, offer them that can allow them, 2, live whatever kind of Lifestyle they want because I just look at money as, A tool that can allow you to, do you want to travel more, materialistic, possessions that might be, tribute more in my, be able to grow more yourself, family I think a lot of people they don’t, have, strong enough reason why, and really what it comes down to it, they don’t want it., because, if possible, i mean II, reading the other day I think, 1300 people every single day that are becoming millionaire, it’s easier today., become a millionaire than ever before, and, i think really what makes a difference, at least one of the reasons is, you gotta want it bad and I think a lot of people these don’t want it bad enough, they say they want it, but, they really don’t, it’s like the only wanted if it falls in their lap the only wanted if it’s, Easy they only want it if it’s going to be.
Bite, you and I both know in order to create wealth, you have to, grow and improve yourself massively yep, you’ll have to create value for others, i agree, i think I think most people don’t get what they want in life because they don’t know what they want, it’s not enough to say I want to make more money like I said, do you want to make $5 in a month you want to make $10 an hour to make 20,000 do I make 50000 what whatever, and also believe it’s not just how much money you make, i talked about this is how we make the money, so not all my income is created equal so they have one person making $10 a month, maybe working a corporate job, aquatica travel long hours, 6 days a week, another person maybe more and left light laptop lights on, But working late do they sell, there’s a big difference, 10000, if you don’t know what you want, it’s very difficult to reverse engineer so I like to think of, look at this DDD ideal lifestyle that I want, money right, what the Fu money Target, and what’s how much would that cost, not, not how much, roughly maybe no let’s calculate, and what I realize is after all these years, pakistan many people, what are the ideal that they have to say, i want to be able to travel I want to be able to have to, drive this particular car or have this, the Glass House, when they actually break it down it doesn’t cost them as much, really throwing it random numbers, totally unrealistic Dino I could, accomplished or I want a conference with, maybe sooner., that’s a very different golden, 30 million dollars a year right, So I find it to be the case and like I said, people, they say they want it but the actions, don’t match, was what they say to you, i think another reason, 2 is, they might, say that they want this, and they have the reasons why but, if you don’t believe that is possible for them or if you don’t believe that, they can do it that they can make it happen then they’re not going to take any, action to do it, a lot of people are presented with opportunities every day I mean, today I mean we both have great programs and resources, that can help people to help us and help others, people’s well, and you can put that opportunity in front of someone, but there’s still a lot of, barrier said I think a lot of, people have to really maximize, utilize it, And I think it comes down to their belief, if they believe that that’s a scam or snot going to work for them or, they think that why can’t do this because, i’m an immigrant and I don’t have it, english, the timer money then die I’m too by the way, plenty of examples of people in those situations that I’ve been able to overcome the, but the belief is a core thing, because without the belief your your behavior follows w, and a lot of people there to close minded, bBB, allow their beliefs, to be dictated from their past, that maybe in the past, they got hurt, they got another they got ripped off, because, you know we’ve all maybe at times maybe in high school we, we’re very open and, in many ways naive and you fall in love with someone and then you get your heartbroken, But you can’t let that.
Experience of having your heartbroken, you can’t carry that forward with you another relationship because if not then they’re always going to, be closed off, a lot of people even if, i just have to have an open mind at all times you always have to have that belief, the anything’s possible, but you can do it, you know what one man can do another man can do, and, is possible, you have to really believe in Odin, and I think it believe the self-belief it’s I think it’s more than that I talked about, it’s even more than believe I think, so who you are who you are so difficult to, to create any kind of change, give your all of your order, example letter give, it’s like people who want to, if I call if my identity is on the smoker, always, A struggle, rite Aid always, well I want help, the Powerball, there has no temptation, in fact like I said we don’t smoke, we can stand even possible, i can’t wait to have a secret, so until next day, ching’s identity, i was joking about it I was a millionaire in my mind, way before I had the money in my bank account, yeah the way even when I have no money, i never worried about, the gas prices, how much lettuce, call, but those things don’t, into my mind, how many years, but in reality to catch up, if you look at some the most, successful people they all had that again almost, it is almost like this Identity or belief, that’s somewhat delusion, it is impolite Muhammad Ali the greatest, but, they all believed in if you study the work of, napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich, he talks about having this, Like boardroom of advisers of these, secrets in his mind that he would visit, gabby day, and I think that kind of, segways into another reason, i look at environment, they said that were the some of the people that we spell, spend time with that if you want to look at, if you wanted figure out what your how much money you’re going to make just look at the three close, and that’s how much money you’re going to make hungry, and who you spend time with, a lot of people you’re hanging out and spending time with people that are broken, complaining and negative, and lazy and, and a lot of people in might have the desire I seen this all, so many times they, are excited it would improve their life with their friends and family are pulling them down because, they’re saying all that’s not going to work for you, That’s a scam, or whatever it is and, it’s very challenging to overcome your environment, very challenging, and I think it’s, the kind of data packets, the crop story right, we’re your buckets of crab with Minecraft, try to get all of the foxy out of custom pull that crap down, it’s exactly like that, that’s what everything I do right now I’m at a point where, i see you’ve also seen me in your we working together that I have grown over the years, they go to the next level, the first thing that I think of is not so much, oh I need to do all these, that’s not want to focus, first, identifix, who do I have, to be in order to, beatitude list, when did Nixon resign, i alter my environment, it’s much easier, i would say, environments 10 times multi 100 times more powerful, Change your environment.
New place new car new everything, new opportunities to expand my, i want look in the mirror do I see myself, just us, this person, what did I see myself as being, hundred. Do I look like a someone joining, active Behavior operation, like someone who’s winning, hennessy, is different than, i want to change it death first, action, behaviors with change, and, most people don’t get that, right, let me learn something here let me learn something there, but they don’t change who they are, it’s like, cigarette people in the past here, you know these little tricks and gimmicks, what should you do if you still smoke, you still smoke and that doesn’t doesn’t work, call Dad was against a once they say they want it but they’re not really committed, i want to be around people that are millionaires multi-millionaires people, Making a million dollars a day at the time was like so mind-boggling to me but, now I’ve been around people like that night this audio cabinet invest it cuz, you have to pay to play if you want to be around those people they don’t want to be around a lot of Dallas we had to pay and invest it, will be around them so I never go into some of these events, totally change my mindset cuz I saw there a lot of regular people but they have, way of looking at things a different mindset that really rubbed off on you in a lot of ways and, is really inspired me to raise my standards of what’s really possible cuz when you see that this person did it this person did it this for, you think you know what I can do that just by being around them., Osmosis of that rubs off on you don’t it doesn’t take willpower you will take on their belief, when I was in my 20s, so at the first Mastermind group, which is also, it’s by organized by my mental Allen, go ahead this marketing, i was in my 20s, what’s the youngest guy I’m not supposed to get into because I’m a minty so you kind of put me in there, kind of almost, my sake, it just, tag along right, sitting around with all these near me, all these guys, i was make, nothing, like maybe maybe $80,000, i was looking at, you know the biggest thing thing I got out of it, they’re not that smart, what is it talking about I get, it is not like rocket science, belief, it’s okay maybe I maybe I could do that too that’s all you need maybe I could do that too, That’s a starting point then you can go up there, what resources do I need do I need to be in order to become., bBQ, if you’re if you’re comfortable the environment that you’re in the wrong environment right if you’re the smartest one in the room, i feel like I’ve been doing very well but I’ve been part of Gru, i like The Quiet Ones as funds let you know just being a fly on the wall because these guys, guys are talking about a hundred million dollar deals and that’s on the, i love being in those environments would they make me a cup, you know and they I just, i can be that, student environment I think that’s a, the key thing is just always having, always being open to learn, and I think that’s also been one thing constant for us, voice to read books, I mean you’ve got a huge Library I’ve got a huge Library we’ve always.
Going to seminars invest in ourselves, attending willing to actually decide in one app, pay to learn, from other people that have, experience knowledge, we want to be able to, i think it’s not just people think about it why we, marvin Gaye so much, know why we bind a book Sabina program, depending on, it’s not so much, all the stuff is free I can get online and I can, i can watch videos you don’t, real f****** get it, first of all, the good stuff, is not online, okay it’s all the Tracy Kahala, closed-door, the second thing is, until you invest, existed, like when there’s no skin the game is no game, there’s a difference between, like you know you love want something for free versus, you put some money on them, You pay more attention, more you pay the more you pay attention, 100%. The value is not necessarily information its, what you do with it like I’ve heard things time and time again on free videos or articles and blog posts, i didn’t do anything with it so it didn’t really have much value but sometimes I go to an Adventure Course, and because I paid and I value it more, actually do it and apply it to me I’m like I got my money’s worth, like I actually led to me I should taking action it sometimes, we need that again it again or you need to actually, i member you know in my business, i had a lot of, mental barriers around really hiring people to scaling up and bring you on a manager cuz I had believed surround, we can’t do as well as me and then, Fear of giving up control, starting you like I already had information to read these books, but it wasn’t until I paid this, couch, and, invested a lot of money, in this person, actually got me to do it, even though I had, read about it all the service that he got me to do it and that was so valuable, formula, i definitely want to Circle back about you about, skeptical, the people say all the skeptical of in Bernal., men always say what have you ever had a bad meal before, yes, used to eat, right it’s the same idea that, just because you’ve been burning the past, we’ve lost money, on so many we have, has failures, we have gone to programs., suck, like investing wrong people, but it doesn’t mean we stop, it just all part of the process, so I think when people say, I think Tony Robbins talks about, medusa I’m skeptical what, right up your phrase, you want to get your hopes up, so instead of getting, raising a standard expectations what do you do, your lower, you lower it like you don’t get your hopes up your lawyer’s vacation, so you won’t fail, then what happens, you’re not playing to win you play knocked loose, then I think one thing a lot of people don’t realize is that they are going to fail, oh yeah right there, lessons are going to failure, and, i think changing the relationship because, the successful person feels just, as much if not more than the other person, they don’t view it as, i’ll remember always sometimes when I do speaking I would, aussie audience, how many have lost more than $10,000, half a million a million basically usually just a couple people, my hair to f****** up, In front of the in front of you teaching.
I thought I failed more than anyone of you, anyone lost more money make more stupid mistakes, and that’s why but it doesn’t, if you don’t learn from it, only feedback, you know that’s feedback then you can always, get batteries improved from that and that’s what’s going to leave you two have in it, yeah and it’s the buff telling fast, knowing what doesn’t work in any movement, so those are some of the top reasons, click it watch next video and find out more reason, why don’t you come out, go ahead, are you guys still here come on,

How Long Does It Take to Rank in Google & How To Speed It Up
Regardless if you’re just starting out with SEO, or you’re offering SEO services for a long time, everybody seems to ask you the same thing:
“How long does it take to rank in Google?”
Well, it’s time to understand exactly what factors impact ranking time so you can approximate (after an SEO audit) how long it would take to rank and, if it’s the case, sign a contract with your client accordingly.
This can be a tough one to answer and it might even even prevent you from successfully making the sale. A while ago, I addressed it in the How to Convince Clients for SEO article. The short answer there for was that you can’t really tell how long it will take, because it depends on very many factors, such as budget and competition.
  Google Ranking Duration Factors
Current website performance
Competition level
SEO Budget
Google Dance & Click-Through Rate
Speeding It Up!
Get Bigger SEO Budget
Write REALLY Good Content
Target lower competition

As mentioned before, there are some factors that influence how long it will take until you can successfully rank a page for a keyword.
You can’t really tell how much time it will take to rank until you audit the website. How many keywords does it want to target? What’s the competition for those keywords? What’s the current state of the website? What’s the budget?
These are all factors that affect how quickly a website can get to the top.
Quick tip: One thing I like to do is to offer the Audit for free in case they eventually sign the SEO services contract (for the determined period of time required, which you will find after making the audit). If they then decline, you will only bill the audit. I do this because sometimes an audit can take less than one hour (if the site is small) but it can also take weeks even months (if the site is huge).
  Current website performance
The first thing that has to be taken into account is the website itself. If it has issues, they will take time. This doesn’t mean that you can’t start working on keyword research or content creation. You should do that as soon as possible. But if your site isn’t mobile friendly, for example, it just can’t make it to the top these days.
It is worth mentioning that a website which loads slowly and lacks authority will perform worse than a fast site which has lots of quality backlinks.
  Technical:
Technical issues don’t necessarily speed up the ranking process, but it is something most people try to fix first because it’s very important. How are the URLs, canonical tags and hreflang tags? Does the site get indexed well? Is it mobile friendly, or does it need a complete overhaul?
Depending on which technical problems the website has, it can take from 1 month to 1 year, so it’s really hard to estimate.
If you have a bigger budget, you might fix them faster, because you could outsource to multiple people. If not, it will just take more time.
There’s no time here to spend detailing what technical problems could arise and how to fix them, so we’ll just assume that you’ve taken care of them all using our technical SEO guide.
  Old / New Website:
Generally speaking, an older website will perform a little better than a new website. This of course, if the site has something useful to provide.
Either way, a website is definitely not trusted by Google when it’s first launched. It could be just another automated SPAM site, or just a really bad website. You’ll need to spend some time getting it to index well, showing Google that it’s well structured and fast and that users like it.
You’ll also have to take into account how long it is going to take to build the website, if it doesn’t exist yet. Is it a small one? Is it a big one? Does it have basic functionalities or is it a complex digital eCommerce store with hard to implement features?
  Big / Small Website:
Again, in general, bigger websites tend to perform better. Why? Because it also means they’re probably a little older and chances are they also have backlinks. However, while big websites might rank a page faster than a small site with no authority, it will also take more time to rank all the pages because they are so many.
If you decide to tell your client: “I think we could rank for these keywords in less than a year”, then you would also have to assume you’re going to publish articles for them all the same time, now, which is unlikely to happen.
  Current Site Domain Performance:
Domain Performance is critical when trying to see how long it will take to rank. If your website has absolutely no backlinks pointing to it, then it’s probably going to take a lot longer to rank for a target keyword than if you had thousands of (quality) backlinks pointing to it.
You can see a quick estimation of your domain performance by entering your website URL in the CognitiveSEO Site Explorer.
  cognitiveSEO Site Explorer
If your domain Influence is low and your competitors’ domain influence is high, it’s going to take a lot longer to rank against them.
  Competition level
Now that you’ve established where your website or your client’s website stands at, you can look at your competition. The secret here is to spot opportunities. If you want to establish a long term strategy, I’d focus on creating high level content and target medium to high level competition keywords (be realistic though), while generating short terms profit via PPC.
  Content Quality:
When you’re looking to rank for a particular keyword, you’ll have to see what type of content is already ranking there.
You can see an average of your targeted keyword’s content performance using the CognitiveSEO Keyword Tool. You can also look at individual pages and see how they perform.
However, it’s not the only thing you should take into account. Is it something ugly? Is it really good looking? What about the information? Is it good? Can you find a gap?
Last but not least, how long is it? Does Google rank short articles, or does it rank “Ultimate Guides” which can be 10000 words long? You can see that in the tool as well, next to each result.
    Competitor Domain Performance:
If you’re going against websites that have really strong signals that they’re qualitative (such as Wikipedia), it will take longer than if you go against websites that don’t have a strong link profile.
So, if you see that a results page is full of websites with low domain performance, it’s a good sign you can rank faster than usual. This often happens in local SEO niches, where there are higher chances of small sites being the only ones targeting those keywords.
Again, the Keyword Tool can help you identify if there’s an opportunity. You can see the average by looking at the Keyword Difficulty, which includes a mix of the average content performance and domain performance.
However, it’s also enough to spot a couple of low domain performance websites ranking to know that you can do it as well.
If the top websites don’t target the keywords directly in the title, there are 2 possible reasons:
They are incredibly authoritative (also they probably have backlinks with the keyword as an anchor text) and it will probably be very hard to rank for. If you see that no other ‘smaller’ sites are ranking there, it’s probably a good idea to skip it.
There is no relevant content that directly targets that keyword so you’ll probably rank next thing in the morning.
    SEO Budget
Budget is really important when trying to determine a website’s ranking time frame. It directs everything, from how fast the technical fixes will be implemented, to how well the content will be written.
  Technical Budget:
Depending on how well or bad a website is optimized, the required technical budget can be small or huge. There might even be situations where the best solution is to rebuild the website from scratch.
This adds budget, but also time. If you have to rebuild a website, you can’t start publishing content right away. It’s better to wait until it’s finished.
For example, I’ve been working with a client which has a custom built website. This was a turnoff for me, because I knew we would run into issues. Not only did it take a lot more time, because the programmers responded slowly and we had to keep chatting to get things right, but it also cost the client more money.
For another client (actually my lowest budget client ever, which was also a very large site but didn’t really want to invest much) things didn’t go so well. They had a pretty serious hreflang content duplication issue which I did not know how to fix (from a programming perspective) and did not want to spend the enormous time required to learn how to do it, especially for that budget.
Screenshot from CognitiveSEO’s Site Audit Tool showing duplicate content issues
Either way, they knew from the beginning what I could do and what I couldn’t and how much effort I was willing to put in for the amount of money they invested.
  Content Writing Budget:
Content creation is the most time consuming and expensive part on the long run. However, it’s the best investment you can make. Without content, you won’t have a foundation to play with. You can’t outreach or get links to something that doesn’t exist. Your clients can’t read the article you never published.
If you only have $10 to spend on an article, it’s probably not going to be the best one, at least not in the US market. Pay $50-$100 instead and you might have a change.
Of course, you also have to consider the other factors mentioned above, such as competition. If their content looks like $5, then a $10 article might just do it.
  Outreach & Backlinks Budget:
Sometimes, there’s just so much you can do with content. If all the other competitors build links, you might feel like you’re not making any progress at all. It’s not an issue if you purchase publicity on other sites, but try as much as possible to make it worthwhile also in terms of clicks. Don’t just buy a link that nobody will see.
Again, if someone asks you for $1000 for a backlink, you’re better of investing that in quality content, outreaching and building relationships. It’s not easy to do everything yourself, but try as much as possible to develop an outreach strategy which you or someone else can easily execute.
You can also use the CognitiveSEO Tools to easily determine link opportunities you can outreach. For example, you can go into the Competitive Analysis (once your campaign is ready) and look for Common Domains. Then, find the ones that your site (Site 1) doesn’t have yet. This saves time, because you won’t be blindly writing e-mails. Instead, you’ll be targeting webmasters you already know are interesting in the topic.
    Social Media Budget:
Social Media is a great way to initially boost your content. If the signals are good and the content receives traffic, it means that it’s performing well and that people might also like to see it in the search results.
Managing a social media account isn’t easy. It’s not just about simply sharing your latest article on a page. Your main focus is engagement. If you’re interested, here’s an article on how to establish a great social media strategy. You’ll see that it’s no child’s play and that it must also be done properly in order to be effective.
  Google Dance & Click-Through Rate
Once you start ranking on the second or first page, you might notice that sometimes, Google throws your website to the top, on spot 1 or 2, but only for a while. Don’t celebrate yet, because chances are it’s only a Google Dance.
This happens when Google sees algorithmic signals such as quality content and backlinks, but they also have to check it with real time Rank Brain signals such as CTR. Will the users like your content? Can’t know without sending a little bit of traffic to it, right?
youtube
If the Google dance keeps pushing you up, it’s a good sign. This means that you’ll rank on position #25 for a while, then go on #2 for a day, then back to #13. After a week or so, you’ll be on #3 for a day, then go back to #9 and so on.
In order to have a quick idea, I’ve created this graphic to showcase how long it will take to rank in different scenarios. The graphic above is valid considering if your site is rather new and the piece of content you’re going to publish is of very high quality.
Note that these are just gross estimations and shouldn’t be taken for granted:
You have to sort of ‘add up’ the rows, meaning that if you have a poorly optimized website it will take you between 6-12 months to fix that before you can actually start writing quality content. Then you would focus on content and domain performance.
If your Domain Performance is high as well, then you can ‘cancel’ the Domain Performance metric and consider your competition as ‘low’. This is not available for Content as well, as that rather involves UX and CTR metrics more.
  Speeding It Up!
You really only have 3 options that can really speed up the process of ranking a page in Google. And no, they’re not quick and easy. It is what it is. SEO takes time. If you want short term profits, take advantage of PPC.
  Get Bigger SEO Budget
The real simple way of increasing your chances to rank is to increase budget. Better content, professional design, greater outreach efforts and social media boosting of the article once it’s published will definitely help you rank better.
However, the costs of publishing content like mentioned above can go up to $500 if not more. But it will pay off if done properly. Kick-starting things now can be beneficial on the long run.
There’s also the option of buying backlinks. This can save up a lot of time. However, this is risky and can get you into trouble. The safe way is to buy nofollow backlinks. You might think that it’s not helpful, but in fact, nofollow backlinks do help with SEO.
  Your client’s answer
Either way, you should focus on finding quality backlinks that are relevant. The link should reach an interested audience. It’s ideal if it can also bring some traffic. If it costs more than $250, then you’re probably better off spending that on quality content creation or outreach.
Don’t waste money on BlackHat SEO tactics such as automated link building or PBNs. It is risky and it can even end your business if you mess up a big client’s rankings.
Bigger budget means also improving your sales capability. If your client keeps asking about the time frame, then you should be ready to explain how you can speed it up and that it requires more budget.
  Write REALLY Good Content
When I say really good content I don’t mean it like “quality content”. I mean really, really good content, on which you spend weeks even months developing, planning outreach and designing it.
To be honest, this very piece of content doesn’t fit that category. Although it’s very qualitative (hopefully), we haven’t spent months designing it and, while we do outreach (as I’ll probably reach out to Nathan to let him know that I featured his video), I haven’t spent months developing a list.
A good example of a really good piece of content is what Nathan Gotch did with his “blogspot” article. He ranks for that keyword, although it’s a branded keyword and most people are directly looking for blogspot.com, not his article.
His twist was to come to the topic from another angle and write something that hasn’t been written yet. In this case, the results were full of “how tos” but, instead, he decided to write “11 Huge Reasons to AVOID Blogspot“.
Here’s his video about the process:
youtube
Writing this type of content can get it viral, which means people will start sharing it and linking to it, which will get it ranked really fast on its own. However, you’ll probably need to kick-start its grow somewhere on social media.
  Target lower competition
Your final option is to only target low difficulty keywords, which means spending more time in the research phase.
In order to correctly position yourself in the market and know which keywords you can successfully target, you should check out and execute our SEO competitor analysis framework.
Even so, this is only to speed up ranking but not also traffic or profits. You can spend one year to rank for a 1000/month search volume keyword with higher difficulty, or you could spend 1 month ranking for a 100/month search volume, but you’ll actually need 10 of those to make up for the same traffic you’d get from the first one.
If you’re starting off with a low performance website and a low budget, you should focus on low competition keywords.
  Direct links to that article/page
Links to a single page will help that page rank faster, even though other sites have a greater domain performance. So, if you really want to rank on a particular keyword and you’re competing against a high Domain Performance website, you can compensate by getting links to that specific page.
You can check direct links using the Site Explorer. Simply paste the exact URL there and you’ll see how many backlinks a page has. This way you can also spot link opportunities.
    Conclusion
Seeing results with SEO usually takes from 6 months up to one full year (even for experienced SEOs). But it can also take longer, because it depends on very many factors. Of course, it can also take less. There are very many high quality websites there that are poorly optimized for search. A small intervention can dramatically increase their traffic.

Direct Links to that article/page
  Google Ranking Duration Factors

Opening Statements
Congratulations Alyssa and Saxon for making it as far as you can make it in this game. You both will now face the jury where they will have the final say in deciding which one of you will win IOS: Amsterdam and the title of Sole Survivor.
Tumblr media
“Oh wow hi jury! So as you probably have heard by now I’m officially in the Final 2 for Season 9 because my dear alliance-mate Alyssa took me to the end. And you heard that correctly, Alyssa and I have been in a final 2 alliance called #SagAttack since Day 2, merely 3 hours before we created a Final 3 alliance with James called the Unholy Trinity. This game has 100% been a whirlwind for me and I nearly didn’t even apply when Nick asked me to but I am 10000% glad I did because I was able to meet amazing people during this game who I would love to talk to after this is all over, and as an additional note, this has hands down been my favorite game I’ve been able to take part of. As you all maybe remember if you’re a geek like I am about IOS, I got 12th place in Lake Victoria after a messy journey of confrontation, petty laughing, and flushing out other people’s idols. For Season 9, I was one of the 6 returnees for this game. With Madison and I being the 2 returnees for the Gegoochel tribe. Coming into the game I knew I had a target on my back because I was a returnee and you can’t deny that the returnees weren’t targeted when you had Nic and Jacob leaving back to back and Chrissa not even making merge. The last time I played an ORG I was controversial and messy and didn’t really love the person who I was becoming and took the summer off and I’m glad I did because I found out a lot of stuff about me that explained my actions thanks to many many many doctors appointments. I wanted to be calm and be better and I wanted to do such a thing. So I hope this game shows the growth of who I am now than the person I was back in April/May. I would like to treat this jury questioning segment as a way for us to all check each others notes and perspectives on how this game was played rather than saying one was wrong and one was right. Because I do want to see what is the true story behind this game and what really went down. So please, if I do get something that you know is 100% wrong, clock me on that as I will do the same. I can’t explain everything from my perspective in 1 opening statement and that’s why I’d like to depend on the jury questioning to help reveal the moves that I did and the moves Alyssa and I did together in this game because Alyssa and I hands down kept each other in mind when we made our own individual moves and came back together to buckle down and protect ourselves from elimination. So contrary to some of y’alls belief, I wasn’t a sheep and I wasn’t a follower and my perspective will help show you why. Now I am really thankful to the hosts first and foremost for hosting such a lovely season as I truly did have a blast! And I’m thankful for the jury and the rest of the Amsterdam cast for conducting a very interesting season that definitely brought out the strategist in me. It will definitely be the icing on the cake if I’m able to win this game and be the first ORG I win after being in this community for 8 years now but I can’t strong arm all of y’all into this as I know there’s some very important questions to be answered and I will answer them to the best of my ability. Not to sound like a complete pageant queen of course. Now to end this opening statement, here’s a list of fun facts that apply to me if I do win this game and overall how I performed because I am a IOS Geek through and through. - Last Returnee Standing - Last Male Standing - 2nd POC to win this game if I win - 8 Challenge Wins which is a tie for 2nd most overall challenge wins in IOS history as I’ll be tied with Dom and Grace from Normandy. - 3 Individual Immunity Challenge Wins, most this season - Survived 11 Tribal Councils - Played IOS for 56 days between both seasons I appeared on - One of 3 people to go to Het Kerker 2x -  1st Sagittarius to win this game if I or even Alyssa wins - 2nd Californian to win this game if I win - Participant in the 2nd ever Final 2 FTC in IOS History - Beat my original placement by 10 placements - 1st Indigenous Winner if I win - 1st Wiccan Winner if I or Alyssa win this season Now, as a side note, these are just fun facts about me in this game and don’t apply to the overall strategy that I did do in this game. I can’t wait to hear from all of you soon and I can’t wait to see what the true story of IOS 9: Amsterdam is!”
Tumblr media
“Hi guys! I wanted to make a video for you all but after 10 tries where I was unsatisfied I think it might be impossible. Thank you for giving me the amazing opportunity to play this game with you all! I was able to get to know you all personally as well as in game for which I’m very very thankful. Having played a game with some of you has definitely made a lot of VLs more fun for me. Coming into this game, I had gotten voted out very early from Kilimanjaro for being seen as a social and physical threat as well as someone who had formed alliances early and was unwilling to move on those. I kind of took these weaknesses and decided coming into this game that I would try to play a game where I could work with everyone to accomplish what we both saw as best for our games. In considering contestants during my time in the jury I looked at four things: Social Game, Strategic Game, Physical Game, and Jury Management. I want to go into a brief summary of all of them for you so that you can have a good idea of what my game was about. I thought my social game was one of the things that really helped me throughout this game. Being able to speak with all of you and form connections made it so that I could form a working relationship on an already-established bond of friendship. Although I was seen as someone who kept many secrets, I was also seen as someone who was very like-able (via the Touchy Subjects I won), which was sort of exactly what I was going for. I was able to establish enough trust with people to have NO votes on me this season but still be able to work under the radar. Through the relationships I made, I was able to know what was going on in the game at all times and on both “sides.” Being able to have this information from my social game was CRUCIAL to my strategic game. Having all of the information to make the best decisions I could was the greatest thing I could do for myself. I was able to form long-lasting bonds very early in the game which later helped me to make moves and know that people would be on my side for certain votes that were crucial to my path to the end of this game. I truly believe every decision I made throughout this game was the right one to get me here to final tribal council. My physical game was also a strong aspect of my gameplay. Although the statistics only show that I won one immunity challenge, there was much more than that. Early on in Geogoochel I proved myself as a hard worker in the URL/puzzle challenge, which helped me to be the first person from my tribe voted into Het Keker. The advantage I was given was to allow someone from Moelen to go to Het Keker. This helped me establish a connection very early on with Autumn, who I worked very closely with throughout the game. I was also able to get a lot of points for my unmerge tribe in the video challenge, which solidified my vote into Het Keker where I won an advantage in any challenge in the game. My hard work in the “I cast a spell at ____” challenge allowed me to get myself into Het Keker AGAIN where I won an immunity idol to keep myself safe. My physical game very much allowed me to take advantage of the Het Keker system and be the person who entered Het Keker the most. On top of this, my win in the final immunity challenge allowed me to solidify my entrance into final tribal council and decide who I would be facing, which I believe was one of the most important challenges to win. As far as jury management goes, the addition of Het Keker, though extremely advantageous to me throughout the game, kept everyone on their toes. After a unanimous streak throughout the game, the Jones vote was the first to have a split and it marked the entrance of Het Keker advantages into this game in a big way. I think after that point, everyone was afraid of who might have an advantage and may sway who would be voted out. Because of that, a lot of the decisions I chose to make in voting people out were ones that I kept a secret. For that, I am truly, truly sorry if I hurt any of you. I did not make these decisions lightly and would not have done it unless I truly thought it was necessary. I would concede that jury management was one of the weaker parts in my game, but I am certain that we have a wonderful jury who will vote for the person who had the better game.  I tried to be as specific as possible without being completely overwhelming so please feel free to ask multiple questions! Pick out what doesn’t make sense for you, if you want specific details to back up any of my claims here, and generally anything you would need to know to be able to consider voting for me. I am very willing to answer tough questions and work with you all to truly convince you that I played the best game. Thank you so much for reading!“
Jury it is now your chance to address the final two. Your final questions are due tomorrow (Saturday) @ 10 EST.

it’s been a while
hello camille
you’re a little rusty at this
you’re also 10000% procrastinating right now. fool.
loneliness has become a steady companion for you. wait actually lets rewind even farther:
1. the people that you meet and immediately fall in love with. be careful of those. i don’t know how to do that yet, i am so quick to love so deeply. but be careful, they all leave. megan was different, she wasnt someone that i fell in love with immediately, but she will probably be one of my slowest heartbreak heals. phil, just a complete stranger to me now. it is such a distant memory to me, it has shaped me into the cynical lover i am today but my heart doesn’t hurt to look at him. does that mean my heart doesn’t race when i see him? no. definitely still someone i more or less avoid. but i feel powerful. durga, a completely manipulative piece of shit. was that rude? yes. am i still mad? oh, definitely. it’s truly surprising how quickly my life has just moved on without him though. he’s still brought up all of the time, but who else is dea to tell? he clearly is the cause for a lot of how my brain works now, so it’ll take a lot of time for me to reclaim all of that. i’m working on it though. do i expect to become amicable with him again? i don’t know. it would be nice to be able to go to movies with them, since they are my movie people, but like, he was my movie person. thats the main thing i miss i think. that and just having a go to. but im discovering not everyone has a go to. you dont need a go to. im still wrapping my mind around that one every now and then. right now is one of those moments. loneliness is something im still learning how to do. i am not good at utilizing my time well when i’m alone, which i need to fix. i’m just a fuckin mess. victor. ha, what a flash friend. like truly in and out of my life like lightning. not that he’s gone, hes definitely still here and relatively distracting but like really truly what on earth was that time period. camille needs to pour that kind of time into someone that can love her just as intensely as she may love them. he knows so much about my life though and im not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. i guess it doesnt necessarily need to be either. it is simply a thing. as is many.
2. you are so vain camille. this isnt new. its just really clear, now that durga doesn’t bathe you in attention all of the time. im seeking it out from other people, not in a way that ill go out of my way to get it, i just go out of my way to spice myself up to be worth the attention but thats dumb. and i recognize that i do it and i know that its stupid while im doing it its just a habit and way of life that i need to break. fr kyle told me that we are a monstrance and Jesus shines through us. it doesn’t matter what we look like. hes very right.
3. i just really miss friendship, God. i miss coming home to someone i miss hearing about peoples days i miss learning what my friends are learning i miss walking through life with someone. is this normal? to not? to just exist completely on my own? i guess so but i gotta say, God. this isn’t the life that i personally particularly like. You made me one to want to share my life constantly. and i guess now its clear that i dont NEED to share my life constantly. You didn’t make me dependent on others, You’ve just instilled a genuine interest for life within me and that is okay, that is good. but just because i recognize that doesn’t mean that God is going to send some perfect best friend my way. i have friends. i have willow staff to come home to. i have people i can talk to. i am capable of starting conversations and making friendships. i no longer feel like im in the search of quarters, its just clear to me that i have the friends that i have and they may leave any time. is that a trust problem? i feel like thats just life. i cant expect people in my life to just be intertwined with me forever and always. that isn’t how it works. how does it work then, God? what do i have to do for the best friend that i share my entire life with? does dea not count? why not? simply because she isnt right next to you? quality time IS very high on my list of love languages, which would explain why i do not feel that kind of love towards nearly any of my friends right now. what am i to do when i am older? my friends wont all be living within hours of me all of the time. i can’t rely on getting a husband. i don’t want to settle for the friendships i have right now. do i keep cultivating these friendships? yes. do i not want to? they stress me out. they make me feel stressed because i want so desperately for them to love me back. and so what if they dont? you will be okay, camille. how do you cultivate friendships with people without spending every waking minute with them? perhaps invite people. start being a planner, camille. start creating those opportunities for encounter.
Lord, when You came to the seashore, You weren’t seeking the rich or the wealthy, but only asking that I may follow... Oh Lord, in my eyes You were gazing, kindly smiling, my name You were saying, all I treasured, I have left on the sand there, close to You, I will find other seas.
Go find other seas camille. What could you possibly be waiting for.
