I get the appeal of roleplaying with someone else #I'm usually such a control freak about the stories I tell lmao #with the visual aids in this set I get to imagine the character dynamics so much more easily #like this time around the senpai picked the scientist archetype #and he made that guy a white guy with some means who has been sending people to death to serve his science #and my character's an asian guy who was with a pest control service (yes I picked the trevor henderson character lmao) #who got drafted into the bureau and works as like cleanup/fodder #so immediately I got to go like oh so I hate your guts. and you condescend at me #which turned out to be a Very fun dynamic to roleplay lmao #throughout act 1 we've made this dynamic steadily Worse. one of them envies the other into oblivion #while the other can now communicate with No one except his mission partner #and we're gonna craft the second act as chase. a predator and a prey. gods. it was SO fun #its so funny both of them were touting to be smart or good at their job. and then they went into the zone and Immediately got fucked up #this game really gives u that satisfaction and fascination with like. when things go wrong in way too thematically fitting and messy ways #lmao my contract's fulfilled I do not have to talk this game up. its just really fun. man I enjoy that so much #sadly my pool of english speakers who can play this game with me is not big #I'll try and find time to run a few small games in the near future... maybe during lunar new year #I was over at the senpai's today to toast out birthdays lol. to get that out of the way we've been planning something like that for weeks #weve been both way too busy. with different sliding scales of uh. how pleasant that busy's been

I just love the idea of Megan first hiding his pregnancy, then hiding his sparkling in his pouch. I can imagine being so large helped to hide any physical signs, and he's probably used to hiding any discomfort. And he's more than likely armoured enough for the baby to be safe in his pouch while he fights.

And then I guess he gets captured or something? The sparkling is revealed, and that probably has some major consequences.

Oh I'm rolling around the idea of megaratch here because it's a fairly neat rarepair. Plus, I've always had fun considering these two working together aaaaand wait a minute. Consider: Megaopiratch. I've read a few spectacular fics with both of them, it'd be an interesting dynamic, and my brain is instantly giving the ultimate scenario of both of them being the sire. Am i trying to figure out a scenario where this even happened? Yes. I feel like it was during one of those temporary "We're only going to work together to get this done, and afterwards we're going back to fighting" situations like the unicron thing. I got derailed lol

Plus, you can completely justify this as Megatron avoiding Knockout like the plague, which? I mean, you can consider the idea of checkups having a pretty long amount of time in between, and i think it was mentioned that yes Knockout and Breakdown were on their own adventure off world as a vacay. For such long lived beings i can see there easily being decades to even vorns between each one, i mean these guys live at entirely different time scales than us. So, that'd be a reason.

I think my love for collage is directly related to why I love YTPs and Spamton. YTPs are just video and audio collages, and Spamton’s dialogue is collage but with words. I honestly consider it a type of poetry lol

it's funny you mention that bc that's a genuine special interest of mine! Just combining things that have little to no relation and just mashing it all together to form something cohesive and connected! (When I was a kid i would cut out fun magazine pictures like cats and stuff and combine it all in collages to line my binders and walls lol)

I also grew up with ytps and i wholeheartedly agree with you!! Like you're absolutely right. Collage is like a form of poetry cuz it's combining so many different things and finding a meaning they all share. Some sort of connection, via the artist's randomized selection. Or if there is no obvious meaning and connection, just the way these pictures/audio/video are all combined has meaning to the artist and we get to interpret that or laugh at how random it all can get. I guess my latching onto spamton was inevitable because it's kinda like that. The comedy behind it is all top tier. The mix of ads to form sentences is also a super interesting speaking quirk you can have lots of fun with and get lots of humorous lines of dialogue out of it! :D
