カルガモ親子とは全く関係ない、兼業先の障害者福祉法人に関する事です。

障害者の人権を強く唱えることは、その分野の法人である以上、至極最もでありますし、私自身それに異議を唱えるつもりはありません。

毎年の総会で集まる度にそれを唱えることも、支援にあたる各職員への認識継続に必要な事であるとも考えます。

施設や施設利用者、職員に関心を持っている者が唱えるのであれば、それは違和感なく刻まれ意識付けされる事と存じますが、そうではない者から発せられても、違和感しか残りません。

そうではない者と申しましたが、もしかしたら唱える以上、相応の関心を持っているかもしれません。

でも、15年を超え勤務する中で、唱える法人の長及び運営陣誰1人として来られた事がない為、関心がないと判断し申しました。

たまに何かのついででも施設に顔を出して、利用者や職員とコミュニケーションを図ることで、利用者、職員の意欲向上に繋がり、改善点等にも触れて頂く事で、質の向上にも繋がっていきます。

これまで何度か来て頂けませんかと理由を示し、運営陣の一部にお願いをしましたが、届かなかったようです。

届いたものの、行くタイミングが図れないだけかもしれません。

なぜ施設に来ない？

なぜ利用者や職員とコミュニケーションを図ろうとしない？

吹けば飛ぶような規模のNPOであり、いつでも来ることができる環境なのに。

そしてその話を耳にする度、人権のスポットライトは少なくとも職員に当たっていないと感じるばかりです。

虚しい悔しい思いや怒りばかりが、その唱えを聞く度に、心へ広がっていきます。

Beijing LGBT Center, one of the biggest LGBT support group (NPO) was shut down by government on 5/15/2023, two days before International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia. It was one of a few lasted after last year big-scale shut down, and only 16 of them existing after Beijing LGBT Center was shut down, Chinese LGBT people are facing more and more risks for only exisiting.

Working on my vote for NPO’s Eurovisie Songfestival top 50.

Vote for any song performed on the stage - from 1956 to 2021, they’re all there. Winner, loser, finalist, semi-finalist, they’re all there.

My problem: even reducing it to one song per broadcaster, I’ve 37 favourites for a maximum of 12 spots.

Vote closes at 0945 UTC (1145 CET) tomorrow, 13 May. Show’s on nporadio2.nl at 1400 UTC (1600 CET) on Saturday 14 May.
