Process for fem-drow!
A lot of people ask for stuff like this, but the issue is that I change up my coloring a lot depending on necessity since I'm still figuring out what I like :v This one was fairly straightforward though, and so a perfect candidate for that.
Shadows are some de-saturated shade in multiply mode that I usually tweak the hue of until arriving at whatever looks nicer for the final piece. I always put a layer of solid color over the whole thing in either hard-light or overlay mode to "harmonize" everything and add a highlight of a similar shade. For DU drow specifically, his skin's reflective color (usually blue) is done in overlay mode most of the time.
I went straight from rough-sketch to linework in this one but I usually do two sketches.
