Wear gloves when you do dishes/housework, moisturize every time after you wash your hands (esp if ur using hand sanitizer when ur out! it’s super abrasive and strips your skin of moisture like its no one’s business) l have a thing against body hair so I pluck/wax my fingers too hhh

Wonderful Wednesday: Numba 2! I love when you come around and your big, boisterous, sincere laugh is lovely. I'm so glad to know you. You seem to have all your priorities in order and you are always up for a fun character romp of adventure.

You are easily Numba 1 in my book, darling! You were one of the first to really be a true friend, and for that I appreciate it. I don’t know how I could have made it the past near decade without you. @kharrisdawndancer

I’m done! No thank you. I don’t want to live this life anymore. NUMBA ONE This blog is the only way I will be interacting with any form of social media for the next two or so weeks. NUMBA TWO I am also going to take a break from my competitive eating stuff (at least temporarily) to focus on more important things, also so I can revert back to proper macros, net calories, eating schedule, and hunger control. I’m not sure I’m going to go back. NUMBA THREE I am going to take much better care of myself. Right now my only priority in life is to be good to myself. That’s it. That will manifest itself in two ways--1: I must relearn algebra 1 and practice furiously basic mathematics and interview questions in order to score the highest of anyone on the aptitude test for my apprenticeship. and 2: I must be well in body and mind. I will treat myself to leisure. I will treat myself to discipline. They both offer their own gifts. All in all just about nothing I can do can kill me. My current goals are written in my icloud notes. To my online communities I bid you adieu, and to my past I do the same. I am no longer a person who spends excessive time on the internet. :)

*i believe I will go back to competitive eating, at least for a single cha....nah I’m still unsure. I just don’t know if I want it. There are better uses for my time...more fun, more help, more self-improvement. I think that now, at least.

Huh so looking back on this post, I have not decreased my time on the internet (first day back from vacation), but I have spent most of that time wisely, in my opinion. No problem there. I think my time on the internet is plentiful but not in excess. No competitive eating for me. Not until I find a nice challenge I’d very much like to do. Then I can go all out. That’ll be fun and something I’m proud of.

Summary:

Taking a break from OBSESSIONS is good.

Variety is the spice of life.

Do things that are important to you or that you enjoy.

Avoid wasting time in the true sense of the word.

Be good to yourself; improve yourself.
