I'll take you to dinner or something, but there better not be a bunch of nasty face sucking going on in front of us!" He tried to sound angry, in order to cover up his bashfulness.

Deathstroke's use of the girl Terra in his plot had been an excellent stratagem if the Russian woman said so herself and she had been instructed to evaluate the girl to see if she could be used in the Brain's plans. Unfortunately stubbornness was so often a characteristic of children and it did not seem Terra was in a mood to listen, which was most tiresome.

Enough of this. Dodging the latest rock thrown in her direction, the shapeshifter crouched then leapt into the air, the power of her elastic legs carrying her up to the rocky shelf the girl had taken refuge on. Terra was already aiming what was doubtless a brutal kick taught to her by Slade into her waist, but she made no move to avoid it, the kick slamming into her side with a...squelch and sticking there.

"Vill you listen now, or vould you prefer to become an amputee?" The rubbery goo encasing Terra's foot tightened, a clear sign that Madame Rouge would carry out her threat unless the girl complied.

Right now, right after such a horrible experience, Starfire couldn't really think about where to go. No, it was more an autopilot of her mind that was steering her, and somewhere on her way back to the Tower she must have turned. However exactly she came here, she was now approaching Terra, and almost collapsing even as she walked. "Terra? Terra, Terra T-Terra please..." Along with her shaking and the rather horrifying sight that her bloody clothes created, Starfire was also stuttering a lot. "I- ... I need... I could not... please, I... how did I... I did not, I would not..."
