Soi Fon - Seelie Court Faery

Her short temper has worsened with age while her control has grown in power. Even those who claim themselves not superstitious pause and pay their respects before entering her forest. It is said all animals which may hide themselves from human eyes are on guard for her.

Even with her immense magic, she can never completely mask the glass of her back. The sight of fae innards are near incomprehensible to mortals, so it is best to do no more than glance.

Those who live near or venture within Soi Fon’s forest have learned to throw away their apprehension at owning a black cat. Those who own a cat of particularly bright eye and silky coat may find a patch of flowers growing from their window sill or yard—or wherever their cat sunbathes most—where their had been none yesterday.

It is a fool who bothers a hornets nest and furthermore a dead one who does within her domain. Soi Fon has little love for changlings, so children who do not bade their mother’s warnings end up buried.

Yoruichi Shihon - Catgirl

Nyan, nyan, wanna fucking die? Because you will if you touch her ears without explicit permission.

Queen of trolling. Will pretend to only speak gibberish so people let their guard down or lose their patience. Even Urahara thought she really used a litter box for years, she was so committed to the bit. Still insists she loves cat food despite never tasting it in her life.

She’s a cat of chaos. No glass object resting on a table is safe, even if it takes a couple visits for her to no longer suppress the urge of slapping that fragile object to the ground. Or scratching at the arm of your nice chair as she chats with you. Or falling asleep in some hitherto undiscovered position in a patch of sunlight when you left to go to the bathroom.

She owns a cat who feasibly could be her if she could transform into a cat. Absolutely everyone is convinced she can and that the cat is her. Dry ice and tossing the cat into the next room shouldn’t be so successful but it is.

Gin Ichimaru - Kitsune

Every village he visits develops at least one new myth about the horrible nature of kitsune and why it’s fine to kill them, actually.

If he takes up the title of guardian for someone—usually poverty stricken children—its not something they’re thankful for. His presence in human’s life is usually painted negative even when his intentions are otherwise. The long term consequences of making someone only crave or desire to eat persimmons isn’t something he cares to think through, after all.

Takes full advantage of how often he’s mistaken for a good omen—mortals can’t tell silver from white. Gin turning his fur from silver to white through illusion probably doesn’t help.

He goes through a vicious cycle of long stretches of independence, craving a home, getting bored of the mortal he attaches himself to, and sowing chaos until he is let free of any pesky promise he made in weakness.

Izuru Kira - Kelpie

He convinces himself each new mortal will be a new circumstance. This time, his love will be so genuine and profound that his overwhelming urge to devour them will be overcome. It is not.

The deep sting of betrayal keeps him a creature of habit. The necklace he wears in human form, the saddle in horse form, is tied in a knot—someone tried take it from him, once, and he foolishly let them.

Writing or speaking his poetry at the water’s edge, he cuts an attractive if not melancholy figure. It is so easy to love someone like that from afar. Safer, too.

He clings to love as his only happiness and drowns the objects of his affections with exquisite relief and agony in equal measure. Though he may never trust another hand upon his silver necklace, mortals take his hand at water’s edge with smiles. He wishes they wouldn’t smile at him. He weeps at the thought of never receiving another.

He kills for justice too. Most often as a horse, his backwards hooves tearing into those mortal innards that he deems unforgivable. These are fewer in number, as he gets caught up in the philosophical questions of who is unforgivable and loses confidence and resolve in his own decisions because of it.

Jjk kitsune au.

So this will focus on noritoshi kamo mostly, will mention others but they aren't important. I will say sorry if I don't get anyone right, something's might change to fit this. DON'T LIKE DON'T READ.

Ok so for this noritoshi has six tails (he's seen things), he's served out his sentience for becoming a devine messager, learned all he could and followed orders like a good boy, he's from one of the three pure blood lines.

He has seen his wife to be a lot during his most recent times down there and when she visits the shrine under his protection.

He kinda fell in love with her when he heard that her wishes were for her friends and not herself.

Her handmade food is his favorite.

Once he stated that he wanted time off, the elders fought him tooth and nail but caved eventually cause this was his first request of them.

He ends up as her neighbor to get to know her only to find out she overworks herself and is never home. One really late night he talked her into coming into his apartment, eating something then letting her sleep using his lap as a pillow.

'wifey' woke up embarrassed but he brushes it of like no big deal.

"any time you need rest, let me know and I'll be happy to assist you." His voice was soft and he smiled.

This became a normal this ti the point she just offered to rent a place with him.

Now y'all are 'roomates'. He sees it as a stepping stone to marriage but start slow and work up to it.

The funny thing is he has smaller, newer devine foxes that take care of the house under his careful eye.

How you found out though is you came home early from work to find him and another kitsune cooking, (he wants to learn so you can have a meal from the heart). It didn't turn out well for either of them.

You ended up staying up all night asking him questions and petting his tails.

Her upper body is all human, excluding her head. She wears her prayer beads around her neck. Her legs are doglike, patterned with her soft fur. Her feet are a lot like a dog’s as well. her hair is tied into a side ponytail.

She is loud and cocky, but has a soft spot for quite, soft-spoken people. Her firey personality reflects her powers, and she can always summon up fire in a pinch. She loves to be cuddled, and is about 5′. She can be seen wearing her traditional clothing, or close to nothing at all. She doesn’t really care for clothes.

A long time ago, I saw some very questionable anti takes, and decided that they were all totally ridiculous. I saw a lot of people saying that several pieces of media “weren’t made for proshippers”, so I thought “hey, what if I make something that is explicitly made for proshippers?”

I took some time and researched to see which dynamics they complained about the most, and put them into a poll for the general populous. The results of that poll, along with my own concepts I had been playing with for a bit, resulted in the creation of two very special characters: Wan-Wan and Okami.

It’s been two years since that day, and with time, these characters and the world they live in has grown and expanded into what it is today, and that wouldn’t have happened without the support I received from followers, lurkers, and anonymous users. I truly wish to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

Here’s to you, my beloved OCs, and the years that still lie before us. Happy Birthday.
