April Fools with the Lions: Best Bits
Omg. Hello? It’s so nice to be back! In honour of April Fools and the discord having a bit of fun with it, I bring you… April Fools with the Lions: Best bits!
All characters belong to @lumosinlove. Happy April Fools!!
Logan rubbed his eyes, waking up fully. Leo curled into his neck at the movement. He looked over to find Finn’s side completely empty. Leo stirred once again and looked up at Logan with a sleepy smile.
Logan squinted at Leo, wondering if he was seeing things.
“Leo, why do you have lion face paint on?” Leo’s face was fully painted, as though he had been to Katie’s birthday party and had been forced to sit down and have his face painted during it.
“Why do you look like a zebra?” Leo asked, just as confused as Logan.
Logan grabbed his phone off of the nightstand and opened up his camera. Sure enough, an intricately painted zebra looked back at him.
He messaged Finn, asking if he woke up the same.
All that was sent back was a smile emoji sent by Siri.
-
“You’re going to walk into the rink like that?” Nat asked Kasey, who was sporting a dolphin and a rainbow across the side of his face.
“I need to find Finn before Finn finds me.” Kasey called back. “I know Alex didn’t do this on his own. He has about as much artistic talent as I do in my little toe.”
Kasey and Nat never did find Finn before practice. They did, however, find a Lion stood dead centre of the locker room looking at the Goalies TPed stalls.
“If this was you, you need to do better next year.” Kasey laughed, clapping Leo on the shoulder. Leo laughed.
“No no no. This was Cole and Layla. They were round the corner watching me come in here thinking I didn’t see them.
“Time to recruit Nat, I think,” Kasey whispered to Leo and pulled out his phone.
-
“Layla I have no clue what to do. I can’t go out on the ice like this. I thought I was being nice by just TPing Kasey’s stall!”
Layla only covered her mouth to suppress a chuckle, watching Cole panic over his now upside down name and number on his jersey.
“All is fair in love and war, Rookie!” Kasey howled through the door, Nat howling after him.
-
Pascal let out a frustrated groan. Some the start of practice, not a single one of his shot found the back of the net. Timmy let out a similar sigh, taking his helmet off and wiping the perspiration off his head.
“It’s playoff season! We can’t be doing this,” he gridded out. He watched Finn line up a perfect shot, only to miss as well. Looking over to Coach Weasley, he wondered why he wasn’t angrier. He looked amused, even.
Pascal looked down at his hockey stick. Something felt… off. He held it out in front of him, Timmy and Kuny doing the same.
“It feels small.” Evgeni stated.
Pascal looked up at the rest of the team to find the Triple Threat of April Fools, Remus, Sirius and James, grinning back at them.
“You know, when I locked Remus and Sirius in my basement, I did not expect to be paid back like this.”
-
“Luke! Luke!”
Luke ran into the bathroom, only to burst out laughing upon finding Saint with bright red hair.
“Was this you?” Saint’s face like thunder, he pointed to his bright red hair. Luke fought to keep a straight face and shook his head.
“I promise it wasn’t. Now hurry up, I need to shower as well.”
Two hours later, Saint and Luke rocked up to practice, looking like Rangers biggest fans sporting bright red and bright blue hair. Logan was unable to make a shot that practice, for he was laughing so hard at the coloured sweat dripping down both their necks. He snapped a pic for Leo, his only partner in fools it would seem…
-
Remus and Sirius made a habit of turning up to practice early. Maybe it was the quiet before the storm, maybe it was the control of having the rink to themselves. One thing they did know, however, was that they liked the rink before anyone started playing the practice session joint playlist. ‘Game Day Vibes’ they called it. A playlist comprising of songs from everyone’s repertoire.
Once the rink was full, Coach allowed the playlist to be put on. Except all that rang through the rink was… a nursery rhyme?
Remus looked over at Finn who was in charge of the playlist. He pressed skip. Finn looked up in confusion as a musical rendition of ‘incy wincy spider’ played out.
“Who, in the ever loving fuck put this in the playlist?” Jackson called out, skating round next to Finn as he frantically scrolled through the playlist. “It’s just nursery rhymes…”
James was doubled over in the far corner, something akin to ‘don’t diss my son’s music taste’ coming out in amongst gasps of laughter.
James had his playlist privileges revoked for 6 weeks.
-
“So we did the ducks last year, what are we doing to Remus and Sirius this year, Dumo?” Julian asked, placing his cereal bowl in the dishwasher.
Pascal thought on it, scratching his head.
Katie bounded in with multiple chain links in Rangers colours.
“Look what I made for Logan, Papa!” She held them up with a big toothy smile. Well, almost toothy. She had a visit from the tooth fairy the previous night.
Jules’ eyes widened and looked over at Pascal, who responded with his own fully toothy grin.
“Go get your brothers and sister, Katie. We have work to do.”
Remus and Sirius returned from practice to find their entire front room decked out in Rangers merch, chain links hanging from each light and across the ceiling.
“I swear as soon as Logan and I meet on the ice again…” Sirius looked over at Remus, “it’s war.”
Remus chuckled and pulled out his phone to find a message from Dumo.
‘Thanks for the key, it’s under the flower pot’
-
Everyone was gathered in Sid’s for their monthly get together. Some of the Rangers had made the trip down as well. Thomas was sat at the bar, his arm hooked loosely around Noelle’s waist.
“So no one managed to get either of the brothers?” She whispered in his ear.
Thomas smiled back at her, eyes softened as he moved a strand of hair behind her ear.
“Not yet. Did you manage to get the video?”
Noelle pulled her phone out of her bag and showed it to Thomas.
“It’s hilarious, T. Me and Nat were in stitches.” Thomas smiled slyly, placed a kiss on Noelle’s forehead, and walked up the the little make shift entertainment stage.
“Can I please have everyone’s attention!” He called out, arms wide. Mutters of ‘speech!’ were called out across the bar, paired with smattering’s of applause.
“Now with the close of another successful year of April Fools, we have this years standings. At the bottom, with the most unoriginal prank I think any of us have ever seen, we have Cole and Layla, who took it upon themselves to TP Knutty and Blizz’s goals.”
A round of ‘boo’s’ swept across the bar.
“Yes, yes, thank you. Do better next year” Cole and Layla had their heads in their hands looking mortified.
“Before I reveal the winner, I have one last thing I would like to do. Who here has been personally victimised by a certain pair of red-headed brothers this year?” Hands went up, Logan the Zebra’s face like thunder as people turned around to chuckle at him.
“Yes, now. I set Christmas on a task a week ago. Big love, Noelle,” he held a glass up to her and winked. “A little birdy once told us that our very own Alexander and Finnigan have their own pregame ritual they started when they were kids. Their mom and dad were more than happy to share this video with us-“
“No no no- please Walker I’m begging you,” Finn called out, laughter clinging onto his every word. Alex’s jaw was on the floor.
“If you’d please turn your attention to the screen.”
An old video played. A young Alex was instructing their parent to sit on the couch whilst Finn was in the background rewinding the tv to the perfect moment. The pair did an almost perfect rendition of the handshake from the parent trap.
Thomas looked back at Finn and Alex who were doubled over in laughter.

O'knutzy kiss -> number 48: out of habit <3
“Get the keys—“
“Yep—“
“—waterbottle—“
“Mhmm—“
“Wallet?”
“I think I’ve got everything,” Finn laughed, pulling back from a third consecutive kiss to Leo’s pink cheek.
Leo grinned up at him. “You sure? Better keep checking. Jacket?”
Finn quirked a brow. “What’s all this about?”
“You could get cold.”
“It’s 80 degrees out.”
“It could rain.” Leo batted his lashes innocently.
Finn rolled his eyes and carded a hand through the grey-streaked side of Leo’s hair, then planted one last kiss to his forehead as he headed out the door. “See you in forty!”
“Have fun!” Leo called after him. The door closed; he leaned back in his chair and cracked his knuckles. Ten almost-goodbye kisses total: eight on the cheek, two on the head. A new record.
He still wasn’t sure Finn realized he was doing it.

O'Knutzy Week! Prompt: gardening, smile
I'll be posting parts of the same story each day this week! It's a cubs au where Finn's spending the summer at his parent's house in the Hamptons and Leo is their private chef. Established LeLo. Characters by @lumosinlove, for @oknutzyweek2023
Part 1
Part 2
and now, Part 3
Finn looked up from his laptop, he had been sitting under the big umbrella at the side of the yard going over his latest edits. He noticed the sun had well crested through the sky since he last looked up. But it felt good to finish up those edits and send them back to the author. He took a breath and leaned back in his chair, stretching his back and arms overhead, looking around at the house in the distance and the green of the property all around him.
His eye caught movement straight across the lawn from him, a sunshine yellow hat at the raised garden beds. The soft yellow, wide brimmed hat sat on top Leo’s head, giving him the illusion of even more inches of height. He was wearing overalls, it looked like cotton ones. And thank god for that, a person was liable to melt in denim today. He had a big basket beside him, filling up with produce from the garden. But also a spade? Was he digging something? Finn watched as Leo stood up and used the spade to turn the earth in the garden bed, his arms flexing strongly even from this distance. He bent over to reach for something and Finn jumped up. He couldn’t admire Leo from over here like some sort of creep. Just go talk to him. And get out of the line of sight that makes staring far too easy.
He had found himself doing that, staring. Just gazing at Leo as he moved around the kitchen with such a graceful confidence that it could almost be a dance. Across the dinner table, Leo’s hand around a cup, damp with condensation, how he closed his eyes to fully enjoy the perfect bite of food. And, okaaay, that was enough of that train of thought, he reprimanded himself. He crossed the lawn in easy strides, hands in his pockets.
“Hey, Leo. Whatcha doin?”
Leo looked up from patting down the dirt with his gloved hands. He ran the back of one of his wrists over his cheek, smudging a bit of dirt there. Why did Finn want to reach out and brush it away? He clenched his hands tighter in his pockets.
“Oh hey, Finn. Just getting some stuff for dinner, doing some planting. How’s your work going?”
“Oh, great! Thanks! Ya, I've done what I need to for today.”
“That’s good to hear. You were sitting out here a long time.”
Finn laughed self consciously. He knew he tended to lose track of time.
“Yeah, it was an interesting project and I wanted to get the edits to them for Monday, you know? So I just kept going.”
“Well I’m sure glad you’re done. I was going to bring you a drink, but now you can come in and get one.”
Finn stared as Leo turned back to the garden, seemingly digging shallow rows in nice straight lines. Leo had noticed him? Was thinking about if he was drinking enough? How could he be so sweet? He coughed slightly.
“Whatcha planting there? Isn’t it kind of late in the season for planting?”
Leo kept working as he answered, shaking tiny seeds from a packet and placing them carefully. “For a lot of things it is, but there’s some things that you want to have consecutive crops of, every few weeks. So I’m doing a few more rows of beets and other greens, like arugula, spinach. This is probably the last row of carrots for the season too.”
Finn had never thought about gardening for two minutes straight in his life before, but there was a first time for everything.
“Beets and other greens?” Finn questioned, “how are beets green?”
Leo laughed, covering up the latest tiny seeds with a layer of dirt and patting them lovingly.
“You’re right, I said that in a confusing way. I just meant how you can eat beet greens - the leaves of beets - just like they’re lettuce. There were some in the mixed salad last night.”
“Those were beet greens in the salad last night? Who knew!” Finn reached out a hand to pluck a long, leafy stem from the neat row of beets in front of him. He could see the round curve of the beet starting to appear up through the dirt. Leo looked up from his planting, almost in time, “No! Not that –”
But, Finn had already brushed the leaf off and popped it in his mouth, chewing slowly. His relaxed face rapidly morphed into horror.
“–one,” Leo finished lamely. A smile quirked at the corner of his mouth and he scrunched his eyes shut, whether in laughter or distress … Finn couldn’t tell, given the rather large distraction of one of the worst tasting things he had ever put in his mouth and that was saying something ohmygod.
Finn coughed, spluttered, and looked around frantically, searching for salvation. He dashed to the tree line and spat out the bite as fully as he could.
“Leo, what in the fuck…” Finn said as he walked back, wiping his mouth, eyes wide.
Leo couldn’t help the burst of laughter that escaped his chest at the horrified look on Finn’s face. “It’s only the little ones we eat, Finn. Oh my God, your face.”
“That was so gross!”
“Yes, I imagine it was,” Leo chuckled, reaching for a plant at least a quarter of the size of the one Finn had chosen. “Try this one, maybe it will get rid of the taste.”
Finn reached out his hand, taking the small leaf. He paused, “Promise?”
Leo’s blue eyes locked onto Finn’s soft brown ones and the moment stretched.
“Promise.”
Finn popped the leaf into his mouth, a little relief softening his features.
“How the fuck can the same plant have two so different tastes?”
“Well I don’t know the chemistry of it, but yes, you only eat very new beet greens. Like I said, that’s why I’m planting more. The big ones are left to grow to eat the actual beet, but it’s nice to have another crop of fresh greens too.”
Finn nodded sagely, he wouldn’t forget that lesson any time soon. Rather effective learning technique.
“Do I even like beets?” Finn asked, and cringed, as if Leo would know.
“Well I know a lot of folks don’t, but I’ll try to make something good for you. I like them roasted and served cold with balsamic vinegar and feta cheese. Maybe we’ll do that as a side dish tomorrow. They make such a goddamn mess though, you won’t believe it.”
Finn laughed, “You must hate that.”
Leo looked up at him, and rose from his planting, clapping his hands together to brush off the dirt. “Yeah, I do. You caught onto that, did you? I’ll peel them outside with about a roll of paper towel handy.”
Finn shrugged, “I’ll help you. I don’t mind a mess.”
Leo paused in his gathering of gardening tools and looked at Finn, saw him full to the brim of sincerity.
“You don’t have to, Finn. You’re so sweet to offer, but it is my job. You’re supposed to be able to work, and relax … and not worry about cooking on the weekend.”
Finn cocked his head to the side, not loving the reminder of their power imbalance. He needed to fix that. Somehow. “I appreciate the amazing food you make so much, Leo. It’s more than a job, or like … a service. It’s been a gift. I’ll help you. If you want.”
Leo smiled his sunshine smile and the bitter taste still coating his mouth was worth that smile, that laugh. Being in Leo’s orbit only brought him joy. Finn helped gather up the last of the gardening tools and they walked back to the house across the soft grass.
Leo turned to FInn, “You need a good glass of water to get rid of that taste, and then a strong tasting drink. Maybe sweet tea to cut the bitter? Or maybe cover it up with a strong taste, like a mojito?”
“Afternoon mojitos?!” Finn practically bounced when he was excited, and was even bouncier to see that it made Leo smile.
“Mojitos it is.”
Finn tried to tamp down the silly grin he knew was all over his face, but he couldn’t stop the feeling of bubbles in his chest at the idea of spending the rest of the late afternoon with Leo. And, honestly, he was also quite looking forwards to getting this goddamn horrible taste out of his mouth. Beet greens, indeed. The things he’s do to see that sunshine smile.

O’Knutzy Week Day Two let's gooo
Posting a day late because *gestures vaguely* life, but it's here! It's happening!
Leo, Finn and Logan belong to @lumosinlove <3 Written for @oknutzyweek2023 <3
Day 2: Cooking Mishaps (A2)
Dear Mama and Dad,
I’ve officially been in the UK for a month, but it feels like longer. It is SO fucking cold. Hogwarts is amazing, but there aren’t enough heating charms in the world to make me like November up here. Can you send another quilt for the bed? One of the super warm ones Nana makes?
I WON THE FIRST TASK! Even Kasey said he couldn’t have done it any better. (You know how he’s student-teaching? He actually got to come here as one of the chaperones. I’ve got other friends here too, but it’s nice to see him every day again. It’s kind of like before he graduated, except he can give detentions now, haha)
I know y’all always tell me don’t go borrowing trouble, but the tournament is intense, and the second task has nothing to do with the first one. It helps to go into it with the most points, but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna win or even come second next time. Doesn’t help that I have no idea what it’ll be, so no idea how to prepare. All we have are the golden eggs from the first task, and we haven’t figured out how to open them to see the next clue yet.
We meaning me, Logan and Finn. You know how I said we agreed to a truce and were gonna help each other get through the year? I think we’re actually real friends now. We’ve been meeting up most nights (yes I’m still doing my homework) and Finn’s been showing us all the best secret spots in the castle. Although honestly, we just end up in the kitchens most of the time, making tea or sandwiches or whatever. I’ve even cooked a little. Had a few mishaps because sometimes I forget everything’s in metric, but I made some chicken & rice soup last night that was pretty good. Finn said he’d pay me to make it again if he gets sick, and Logan had seconds even though he usually just wants sweet stuff at night.
Some people are kinda pissed at me for being so friendly with them because they’re "the competition" (same thing for Finn and Lo), but they don’t get how hard it would be if we didn’t have each other’s backs. All the prep on top of school is a lot, and there’s crazy pressure to win from everyone, even the teachers. We’re still all playing to win, but it’s nice not to be alone. And I actually like them, like outside of all this. You can meet them when you come here to watch the third task in April. Maybe they can come visit this summer?
I really miss you. And Mama’s food. And the animals. And being WARM. But I’m good, so don’t worry. Kermit’s liking it too, I think, but I have to keep him away from Finn’s owl. There’s no truce in their future.
Love,
Leo
Cher Maman et Papa,
Je vais bien. Je travaille dur pour gagner la prochaine tâche. Simone mange trop de tartes au poisson et ronfle dans mon oreille la nuit.
Je t'embrasse,
Logan

O’Knutzy Week Day 2
Prompt: warm || cold (a day late)
@oknutzyweek, character credit to @lumosinlove <3
CW: Smut, 18+
Leo had been looking forward to their summer off. A not-too-long summer, of course. But it was a summer he'd get to spend with his boys. Finn and Logan would be away from him for some of it, but they would be home with him too. The first day had been perfect.
They'd spent the next few days exploring the town and each other. It was sleeping in until the sun was high in the sky and staying up until the moon had started to go back down. Leo loved his boys, and he loved home. He didn't realize until now how much they had become the same thing.
There'd been plenty of late nights filled with soft kisses and plenty of mornings filled with sweet smiles. It nearly drove Leo mad watching Logan and Finn walking across the beach everyday. They knew it, too.
The best part, though, was that Leo knew he was driving them just as crazy and he didn't have to try. They would stare as he walked past, lick their lips when he talked, and fall into bed the second they were alone.
NOLA was always hot in the summer, but this summer was hotter.
Finn and Logan were hotter. Tan skin and bright eyes, smiles that shinned and lips that turned bright red. Something about them being here with Leo had warmed him. Seeing them around all the places he had to hide himself for so long made him want them more. It made him think about all the times he'd wished to just have this one thing, and now he had it and some.
Leo had just finished his shower after spending the day on the boat, when he walked into the bedroom and was immediately hot again. The other two were in nothing but their boxers on top of the bed, arms around each other. They were whispering softly, faces close and smiling even softer.
He stood in the doorway for a moment just watching them, a smile forming on his own lips.
Logan noticed him first, "Le, come here."
Finn turned his head back to look at Leo, smiling, "come here baby."
It wasn't hard to miss the way they were looking at him. He'd always notice their blatant staring, their smirks and dark eyes.
He walked slowly towards the bed, watching them watch him.
He could see the way their eyes trailed up his body, the way Logan paused to lick his lips and the way Finn craned his neck further to look. Leo knew the towel around his waist was doing nothing to stop his growing interest, and he knew that it was affecting both of the boys just the same.
As soon as he was close enough Finn was reaching towards him, one hand on the back of his thigh and the other pulling the towel off. Finn pulled him down until Leo was straddling his hips. Leo could feel him, hard beneath him. Logan's hands were on them, one running up Leo's thigh and the other tangled in Finn's hair.
"Do you feel what you're doing to us?" Logan said, voice low and rough.
"Mm, tell me." Leo gasped as Finn thrust up.
"Hot, Peanut. You make us hot," Finn choked out during another well-timed thrust.
Logan's grip tightened on Leo's thigh, inching upwards.
Hot. Leo almost wanted to laugh. They were always hot, and honestly, it was starting to become an issue. Hot. As if he wasn't just as hot at the sight of them.
A low moan tore out of Finn's mouth, and Logan's grip tightened.
"Harz-"
"Yes, Lo. Yeah," Finn breathed out. Logan rolled away, making Leo open his eyes to seek him out. He'd barely opened them before Finn was rolling them over. He leaned over Leo, knees between his spread thighs and hands framing Leo's face. "Hi, baby."
Logan was back in a second, laying down next to Leo on the bed and pushing a bottle of lube into Finn's hand.
"Le, do you want--"
"Yes," he answered quickly, "please, Harz."
Finn leaned back, moving so he was centered between Leo and Logan. He snapped the band of Logan's boxers, "off, Lo, off."
That was all it took. Logan stripped quickly and Finn covered both hands with lube. He pressed one finger in slowly and Leo let his eyes roll back at the feeling. He felt Logan tense for a moment before relaxing back against him. Finn fucked his fingers into them a few more times before Logan was begging for more. His voice sent heat down Leo's spine.
"More, Finn. Please. More."
Logan moaned next to him, and then a second finger was pressing into Leo.
"Le?" Finn whispered down to him.
"Yes," Leo pressed his hips back on Finn's fingers.
Again, Finn fucked his fingers in a few times and then curled them up. Logan moaned loudly, obscenely, next to him. His body was tense, side pressing up against Leo. Finn curled his fingers again, and this time he brushed against Leo's prostate. He moaned at the same time Logan did, their voices loud and ringing through the room.
He continued pressing his fingers in, pressing on both of their prostates over and over. Logan was moaning and rocking back against Finn's hand, which sent heat throughout Leo's body. They were all together and Finn had both of them ready for him. Logan's shoulder and hip were pressing steadily against Leo's, and Leo was pressing back. He reached up, where Logan's hands were above his head and grabbed one, entwining their fingers.
Leo looked over at him, his mouth was wide open and his eyes were squeezed shut. His forehead  had sweat over it, his hair sticking to it and falling away from his face. Logan always looked amazing in the heat of it, like he was made to feel pleasure.
Leo's eyes trailed to Finn, who was looking back at him with heat behind his eyes. Gorgeous, he mouthed, and Leo could only nod as another moan was torn out of him.
Slowly, Logan's foot moved from where it was next to his to tangle their legs together. From there he slid his foot closer to himself, pulling Leo's with and spreading his legs more. Finn moaned and Leo could see Logan's open mouthed smile.
"Fuck," Finn mumbled, voice cracking.
"Please," Leo responded.
Finn's fingers stilled, just for a second, "you think you're ready, baby?"
"Yes," Leo responded, "god, yes."
"Lo?" Finn asked, pulling his fingers out.
Logan nodded against the pillow, then choked out a 'yes.' Finn was quick to strip, leaning back over Leo and lining himself up. He pushed in slowly, eyes dropping closed as he went. Logan rolled so he was pressing against Leo's hip, watching Finn's movements closely.
Finn pushed in all the way and then fucked in, making Leo moan and his eyes roll back. He thrust in until he found a rhythm. Leo was breathing hard, panting out both the boys' names.
"Finn--" Logan gasped after Leo moaned loudly.
"Yeah, yeah. Okay, Le?" Leo nodded, "ready, baby?"
Leo didn't know who he was asking, but nodded anyway. Then Logan was moving. He moved to his hands and knees, crawling over Leo until they were face to face and their cocks were brushing with every thrust of Finn's hips. Leo looked up at Logan, their faces closer now and lips brushing.
"Ready, mon amour?" Logan whispered into Leo's open mouth.
He wasn't sure what he was meant to be ready for, but he nodded. He trusted them, with everything.
Logan reached behind him, holding Leo's cock and lining himself up, and oh. Finn was fucking him while Logan was riding him. This was new. They'd definitely talked about it before, too, which made it so much hotter. Logan groaned as he sank down, letting himself take all of Leo at once.
Finn didn't stop, and each thrust he gave to Leo went to Logan too. Logan who moaned each time and began circling his hips on Leo. Finn's hands were trailing up Logan's sides, and one stopped at his hip, tightening. The other moved to Leo's hip and trailed down his leg to move it around his own hip. It changed the direction of his thrusts, making Finn's cock push against his prostate, again and again. Leo began moaning, and Logan responded just as enthusiastically. He started bouncing on Leo's cock, his face open with pleasure.
Leo looked up at both of them, Logan's head was resting on Finn's shoulder, mouth open and filthy noises pouring out. Finn was looking down at where Logan's hips met Leo's, eyebrows furrowed and eyes foggy.
Looking at both of them made heat pool in Leo's stomach, made him so dizzy it hurt, "I'm gonna-- Finn, Lo--"
"Yes," Logan said, more of a moan than words.
They fucked him through it, Logan groaning as Leo filled him up and Finn pulling out in long strokes. When he finished Finn fucked Logan through both of their orgasms.
They lay there together, Logan in the middle and practically on top of them, for a few minutes.
When Leo's mind had calmed down a smile spread over his face, "that was fucking hot."
He felt Logan smile against his shoulder and saw Finn's face light up, "thought we'd show you how hot you make us," Finn said.
"Chaud, comme le soleil," Logan mumbled. "Je vous aime."

If you could write some fluff for after the new Vaincre chapter tomorrow that’ll be great, literally any kind of fluff. Maybe the cubs
Welcome to my “little picture” of the boys playing in the rain! I hope that it’s sufficient! It’s so short, my apologies.
“Leo, get back in here before you slip and die!” Finn called from the sliding glass door.
Dumo, Celeste, and the kids were out of town and it was Leo, Finn, and Logan’s job to feed the fish and check on the plants while they were gone for the week. They had pulled into the driveway mere seconds before it started to downpour. Logan, who was upstairs feeding the fish, had no idea that Leo had decided it was his duty to go weed the plants in the middle of a storm.
“If the weeds take over the plants die, I’m not letting Celeste’s garden die because you’re scared of water.” He called back. Finn rolled his eyes as he watched Leo squat down and pluck at the weeds, his curls quickly getting weighed down by the water and sticking to his forehead.
A moment later Finn heard Logan clunking down the stairs. “Why’s the door standing open?” He asked, brushing his hands on his jeans.
Finn looked back at Logan, “Leo decided it was time for a shower.”
“Huh?” Logan moved his way over to where Finn was standing, accepting Finn’s arm around his shoulders. Logan sighed, “and he’s out there getting drenched for what?”
“Oh, there are weeds in Celeste’s garden,” Finn toyed with the seem on the shoulder of Logan’s shirt. “You should go retrieve him.”
“Why me?”
“Because.”
“That’s the whole argument?” Logan looked at Finn in disbelief.
“Yep. Go on. Fetch.”
Logan grumbled something about not being a dog and getting rained on but Finn couldn’t quite make out what he said as he ran into the yard. Logan tackled Leo into the yard, likely getting mud all over the sweatshirt he’d borrowed from him who knows how long ago. Finn could hear their muffled voices and laughter, drowned out by the rain.
Somehow Leo ended up on his back with Logan tickling his sides. Finn shook his head, happy that he was first of all, not being tickled, and second of all, not being tickled in the rain and mud.
“Wait, wait, wait!” Leo called before whispering something to Logan. A moment later Leo and Logan were on their feet running towards Finn.
“Oh no- no, no, no, don’t you dare!” Finn said as they got closer before Logan jumped at him. Instinct alone cause Finn to be able to catch him, though he did nearly fall.
Logan pressed kisses to Finn’s cheek as he was koala-ed to him- legs wrapped around his torso and his arms around his neck. “You are the worst how dare you,” Finn said.
“You sent me into the rain, this is payback,” Logan replied.
“Ah yes, the usual payback of kisses to the one who needs them like he needs air. Oh the horror.” Leo said sarcastically, topped his head to the side causing a water droplet to roll off the tip of his nose. His hair was dripping onto his face, making his lips look softer and more pink than usual.
“You’re just lucky I didn’t fall.”
“Oh you wouldn’t have fallen. And if you did, I would’ve made sure to get plenty of pictures for the team!” Leo told him with a cheeky smile, his dimples doing their thing.
Finn reached a hand to Leo, encouraging him to get closer. He cupped Leo’s face and kissed him gently. “You’re both kind of annoying, you know that?” He told them.
“Oh yeah. We know. Don’t we lovebug?” Leo replied poking Logan’s back before laying his hand flat between his shoulder blades.
“We sure are!” He said before kissing Finn on the cheek once again. “But you love us, you really, really love us!” He sing-songed.
“Uh huh. I hope you know you aren’t getting in my car like this.”
“I guess we’ll just have to wait,” Leo smiled.
“Or you can walk.” Finn let go of his grip on Logan, causing him to start slipping.
“You wouldn’t!” Logan whined.
Finn smirked. “No, I wouldn’t. But wouldn’t it be fun!” He said as if talking to a toddler.
“You’re really annoying,” Logan said, pressing his face into Finn’s neck, tightening his grip on his waist with his thighs. Finn placed one hand back on Logan to stop him from slipping, the other to reach for Leo’s.
“I know,” he replied smiling. “But seriously, what are we going to do about your clothes?”

Read on AO3 here
“Any normal person wouldn’t go out for a run to get rid of a hangover, you know.” Logan mumbled into his pillow.
Sirius chuckled as he set down the cup of coffee he got for Logan on the bedside table.
“No, but some of us are blessed with easy hangovers, or, you know, we know how to handle our drink,” Sirius mused. He opened up the curtains to sounds of protest from Logan, who pulled the duvet up over his head. Logan tried to ignore the spinning room, alcohol memories from the previous night bubbling their way up to the surface. Or was it the actual alcohol? Either way, Logan definitely regretted the obscene amount he spent last night.
He pulled down the duvet, letting his eyes slowly adjust to the light, only to find an amused Sirius sat at the desk.
“If you're going to throw up, I’m sure the hotel staff would appreciate it if you made it to the toilet.”
“Do you ever shut up? Merde.” Logan mumbled as he swung his legs over the side of the bed, room spinning. “I think I’m still drunk.”
“I think that's an accurate assumption.” Sirius stood up, clapping his hands together. Logan winced at the sound, head reeling at the sudden noise. “Come on, team briefing in 30.” With that, he left Logan to get ready, or some semblance of it because Logan would be nowhere near 100% ready for a team briefing in his current state.
The shower was ice cold when he stepped into it, but Logan couldn’t find it in himself to care. The shock of the cold water woke him up. If it wasn’t for the time constraint he could have easily spent the rest of the day there, maybe the rest of the week. His muscles ached from the torture he put his body through from the previous day. It was days like this that he had to remind himself he did, in fact, enjoy playing rugby. The wins made it worth it. The achey muscles, not so much.
As he shut the water off, he noticed his phone pinging relentlessly. Switching it to silent, he dried himself off and went in search of clothes- clothes that were thrown haphazardly all over the hotel room. His untidiness had earned him endless torture from his teammates but he couldn’t find it in himself to care. He towel dried his hair a little more before placing his hat on top of it. The brief ping of his heart made him look up- because of course it was the hat Finn got him all those years ago.
Seeing Finn with the new blond rookie- Leo he thought his name was- sent Logan’s heart plummeting. He looked… happy. Happier than he was ever with Logan. From the brief conversation he had had with Leo, though, he could understand why. If he was to ever meet someone who was the literal definition of sunshine, it was him- and it hurt.
It hurt that it wasn’t him that Logan was stealing looks from, soft brushes of hands in crowds. It wasn’t him who knew when Finn felt the need to leave. It wasn’t him. And it should have been.
The sound of his phone ringing from the bathroom was enough to elicit a groan from him. There were only two people that could override the do not disturb setting- his sister and Pascal. He couldn’t decide who he wanted to speak to less given his current state. He let the phone ring out, only for his door to be pounded. Pascal it was.
“Come on, open up.”
Logan ran his hands over his face, wading through the mess to open up the door.
“Ah, there you are. Full of sunshine as usual,” Pascal smiled. Logan rolled his eyes, returning to the room to get the coffee Sirius had brought into him which was most definitely cold, and his phone. He pulled his hood up over his hit and reluctantly followed Pascal through the hallway and down into the conference room that had been booked out by the team managers.
Everyone was in various states of alertness. Regulus looked similar to Logan, sunglasses hiding what Logan was sure would be bags that would be considered designer. Sirius looked as chipper as ever, making light conversation with Nado, who looked like he could have done with another few hours in bed. Knowing Nado though, he likely didn’t get to bed. This was made obvious by the fact he had yet to change, and the poor attempt at rubbing a wine stain off of his top. Logan noticed that Barty and Evan weren’t there, though.
He sat down next to Pascal, who was typing away happily on his phone.
“Well well well,” Coach burst into the room, making Logan jump along with various others. A few grumbled at the noise, whilst others whooped back at him “how are we all feeling, Grand Slam winners?” he smiled. He was met with cheers from across the room. Logan half-heartedly joined in, raising his fist and bumping the air slightly.
“Some of you are a sight for sore eyes,” he laughed, setting his glasses and the stacks of paper down on the table. “Everyone had a good night?” People nodded, some more enthusiastically than others.
Logan zoned out of the rest of the briefing, the loose skin on the edge of his nail more interesting than the sounds of praise coming from the coaching staff and the management team. Had he not been so hungover, he may have heard the question that was sent his way. He looked up when Pascal nudged him.
“Sorry, can you say that again?” he asked, face flushing red.
Coach laughed. “I asked if you- you know what, never mind.” He looked around the room at the team. “Judging by the fact some of you are probably still drunk-” a curt look at Nado, who looked up at the ceiling, suddenly very interested in how many tiles there were, “now probably isn’t the best time to be having this meeting. Rest up, enjoy the rest of the week and we’ll reconvene next Monday, yes?”
The team nodded, thankful that they could  leave to either sleep off their hangovers or simply continue to drink. Logan looked over at Regulus, both chuckling to themselves at the state of the other. Regulus looked down at his phone and Logan felt his own ping.
‘Breakfast?’
Logan looked over at him before typing his response.
‘Maybe. Depends on what though. Not sure I can stomach much rn.’
Regulus laughed and walked over to him.
“Pancakes?”
“You read my mind,” Logan laughed, wincing slightly. “Let’s go before we get roped into drinking more.”
Regulus nodded and followed him out. He enjoyed Regulus’ company more than the others’ most of the time. It wasn’t that he didn’t love his team- he would go to the ends of the Earth for them, but the calm that Regulus carried around with him was enough to calm any storm. He was an easy person to be around.
They walked in silence to the pancake bar they had found the last time they were in Dublin for a match, both immediately deeming it one of their favourite places as soon as they entered it for the first time. It was a quant little diner, out of the way of the hustle of Dublin’s busy streets. They sat down and ordered their usual, with extra helpings of all the sweet stuff now that they weren’t under strict diet plans in preparation for a big game.
“So,” Regulus started, sipping on his coffee. “The new Irish hooker’s a sweetheart, right?” he asked, smirking over his mug.
Logan scoffed. “Don’t you dare,” he warned.
“All I’m saying is he seemed to enjoy Finn’s company.”
Logan scowled at him. He should have expected this really. If there was anyone on the team who loved gossip more than Sirius, it was his little brother. His little brother who moved in silence, listening to everything and watching everyone. If something happened, chances are Regulus probably knew about it before it ever occurred.
“And good for him,” Logan shrugged.
“Don’t pretend like it doesn’t bother you,” Regulus teased. The waitress brought over their plates, both of them thanking her before digging in.
“Look, if I wanted to talk about Finn, I would have gone to breakfast with your brother.”
“No you wouldn’t have,” Regulus chuckled, hand over his mouth as he took another bite.
“You’re right,” Logan said reluctantly. Sirius only knew how bad Logan was from the outside when he fell out with Finn. Regulus knew the ins and outs of it all, was the ear to listen when Logan would go on and on about how much he fucked up. The metaphorical and physical shoulder for him to cry on. Truthfully, Logan wouldn’t trade Regulus for the world, even if he was a metaphorical and physical pain in his damn ass.
“Did you see how Nado and Kuny were with each other, though?” Regulus asked.
Logan shook his head. “I can’t actually remember much of last night, enlighten me.”
Regulus smiled at him and leant in. “They were all over each other.”
“It’s about time,” Logan laughed, picking up his coffee and sipping it.
“Right?” Regulus replied, waving his fork. “I mean there’s only so much I can watch of those two tip-toeing around each other. Glad they finally figured out their differences- or, you know, their sames.”
Logan nodded in agreement. Nado and Kuny were something else. He’d never seen two people work so well together on and off the pitch. It was refreshing to watch, sometimes.
“Did I miss anything else last night?” he asked.
“Uhm,” Regulus paused as he took another bite, “James and Kasey were dancing on the bar with their tops off, Sirius and Remus did body shots, Barty and Evan were off doing Barty and Evan things so god knows where they wound up but they seemed to be having a good time before then Thomas was going around recording and pretending to hold a microphone asking people who they thought would get the most drunk- you were the most popular answer by the way-, Alex gave a wonderful rendition of ‘Pocketful of Sunshine’ which had everyone in stitches. ”
“Please tell me if someone recorded that.” Logan laughed. Regulus looked at him as though the answer was the most obvious thing in the world.
“Thomas,” they both said at the same time before laughing.
“You were arguably the funniest, though. You had ripped your shirt and decided that you weren’t the only one allowed a ripped shirt, and got the grump so most people ripped their shirts in solidarity. Oh, and there's a video of you giving us all a strip tease on the tables. Did you not see it in the chat this morning?” Regulus asked.
Logan groaned and shook his head, letting it fall into his hands. “Muted it. The buzzing was doing my head in.”
“You also spoke to Alex quite a bit…” Regulus hesitated. Logan’s head shot up.
“About what?”
“You know what about, Logan.”
“Fucking hell. Was it bad?”
Regulus shook his head. “You mainly asked how he was doing and who the new guy was. Alex gave you a very ‘media safe’ answer and you weren’t happy about it. Went off and sulked before James handed you another drink and pulled you onto the bar as well.”
Logan groaned, once again.
“I’m never drinking… ever again.”
Regulus’ phone started ringing, his brother's name flashing up on the screen. Logan zoned out, finishing off his now cold pancakes and guzzled the rest of his coffee.
“Team dinner. 6pm.” Regulus told him.
Logan rolled his eyes- because how dare his job get in the way of his plans to do absolutely nothing all day.
“Come on, you can mope about it later. It looks like it's going to rain soon and I’ll be damned if you’re the reason I end up sick.”
They paid for their breakfast and left, opting for a more direct route back to the hotel than the one they took to get there in the first place.
A flash of ginger hair made Logan double take. There Finn was, waiting at the crossing across the road from him, face flushed from his run. Logan quickly turned around, causing Regulus to look back in confusion, before looking back and spotting Finn himself. He grabbed Logan’s arm to sounds of protest, before walking down a different street, away from the one person that Logan didn’t want to see but could spend hours upon hours looking at.
“He even looks good in those god awful shorts,” he mumbled under his breath. Regulus’s head rocked back as he let out a laugh.
“You’re so whipped, man.”
Logan looked at him in disgust.
“Am not.”
“Are too.”
“I can’t stand him.”
“Yeah, sure you can’t, buddy.”

O'Knutzy Week
I'll be posting parts of the same story each day this week! It's a cubs au where Finn's spending the summer at his parent's house in the Hamptons and Leo is their private chef. Established LeLo. Characters by @lumosinlove, for @oknutzyweek2023
and the whole part of Leo at the grocery store is co-written by @heyitssmiller
Part 4 was kind of short, so I decided to just post everything I have done! Thank you for reading and this has been so fun, to be filled with love for the cubs all week.
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3
Part 4
After afternoon mojitos, Leo cleaned the kitchen to prep for dinner. First he made the apricot shortcakes for dessert that he had practised on Logan at home (yes he had refrained from mentioning that they were called shortcakes when he had fed them to Logan, with lots of whipped cream … he pulled himself back from those memories while trying to work…) He breaded the chicken cutlets, grilled the romaine (and felt half melted while outside, the sun was out today) and put together a pasta salad with grape tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, and his homemade pesto. Haley and Ramsey were bubbly and kind and alternated between teasing Finn and earnestly asking about his day and his work. Leo loved watching them interact, it reminded him of his own mama in her big kitchen. The windows would be open there, too, although the smells filling the kitchen might be spicier and fuller.
Leo plated the food with garnishes on the beautiful pottery serving dishes and set it all out on the island for the O’Hara’s and the couple they had over that night to serve themselves. All of them were kind, but Finn, when Finn locked eyes with him to say thank you, Leo felt his heart rise up like it was going to float right out, and he quirked a smile back at Finn before turning to finish the dishes.
Finn had gone outside to eat with his parents, and Leo knew he'd eat a bit later, so he finished the dishes and plated the apricot shortcakes, with rather less whipped cream than he had given Logan, and set them out for when everyone was done eating.
They came back inside surrounded by laughter and the smell of the summer sunshine around them like a haze. Everyone cooed over the desserts.
“Are you feeding us a fried egg with whipped cream, Leo?” Finn teased. “Seems like a stretch, but what do I know.”
Leo rolled his eyes but joined the laughter. “Yes, Finn. It’s an egg. Add some salt and let me know what you think.”
Finn seemed to consider it, looking around the big kitchen, presumably for salt. Leo laughed and pushed his shoulder to guide him back outside. He looked down at his hand, on the back of Finn’s shoulder, at how every place his hand was touching was covered by a constellation of freckles. Leo huffed a laugh and said, “Just go eat it you plebeian, trust me it’s great. And it’s not an egg, it’s an apricot, a perfectly halved apricot, perfectly baked in perfectly flaky dough.”
Finn looked over his shoulder at Leo, his eyes taking in Leo’s hand, still on his shoulder, then travelled up to Leo’s face. A smile as wide as New York grew across Finn’s face.
“I do trust you, Leo. Can’t wait.”
Leo smiled back and dropped his hand as Finn went back to sit with his parents. He shook his head and went back to the never ending sink of dishes and looked out the window as he worked. He focused his eyes and mind on each colour of green of the leaves, the shapes of blue and white shifting across the sky, the pops of yellow and orange from flowers. There definitely were not images of freckled skin dancing behind his eyes.

Part 5
The next morning, Sunday, after fluffy pancakes and crisp bacon, Leo needed to grab a couple of things for a change in plans for the one more dinner of the weekend. And somewhat reluctantly, when they were sharing an early morning coffee, he had agreed to Finn’s enthusiastic request to join him shopping. Leo loved his big heart, his contagious happiness, his ability to bring out smiles on even the worst of days. But he also loved his colour coded and military precise grocery store runs. But it would be ok. He only needed a few things.
Five minutes into the store and Finn was testing Leo’s patience in the sweetest, cutest way possible and it was driving Leo insane because those two things shouldn’t go together. “Sweet” and “testing Leo’s patience” were separate, non homogeneous, like oil and water - they shouldn’t mix. Yet here they were. His heart felt floaty again, despite anxiety quickening its beats, just a bit.
See, going to the grocery store was Leo’s home turf, his safe haven. He did it multiple times a week. It was part of his job. So naturally, he had a system - lists of what they needed from each aisle (starting from the front of the store and looping back around to the checkout counters, Leo was nothing if not efficient), the way he organised the cart, the way he didn’t take detours. It was a well-oiled machine: get in, get the things he needed, get out. Short and sweet.
And then came Finn, blowing it all to smithereens.
He meant well. It was actually very sweet, how he ended up tagging along to the store this time. It was his mama’s birthday and Leo had called her early, knowing she’d be up already for her run. He had sung to her over the phone, making her laugh. They had talked about what they were each cooking that day, and what he could make for her next time they were together. So, really, he was missing home. And after he had hung up the phone and Finn had stumbled into the kitchen earlier than expected and instantly picked up on Leo’s melancholy, he had told Finn the reason. He was like that - always attentive, always sensitive to the moods of others. And Leo liked to talk when he cooked (Finn joked that he should just start recording and he’d have his own cooking show in no time) so the story had come out pretty quickly, Leo rambling away while mixing pancake batter and Finn sat at the bar and listened, all keen-eyed and sympathetic and engrossed in Leo’s words.
The things this boy did to Leo’s heart.
One thing led to another and now here they were, with Leo’s original dinner plan of kebabs on the grill scratched and his mama’s ingredients for her homemade gumbo crammed into the bottom margin of his grocery list. Finn had asked Leo to tell him about his mama, and while he was cutting bananas for the pancakes he had mentioned gumbo and Finn had apparently never had gumbo??
Finn was… well. He was doing things to Leo that he wasn’t sure he wanted to admit to. But if something was going to hold his floating heart down to earth, it was how Finn clearly saw the sanctity of the grocery store in a very different light than Leo.
They were in the produce section, Leo grabbing okra and onions while Finn darted off towards whatever caught his eye.
“Leo!” he called, much too loudly, bless him. “Leo, look at this! What the hell is it?”
In his hands was some dulse, red-ish in color and leafy-looking. He held it up with his fingers and flopped it around with a delighted laugh. “Oh my god, it’s so weird!”
“That’s dulse,” Leo told him, smiling when Finn repeated it after him, rolling the word around on his tongue.
“What’s dulse?”
“Seaweed.”
Finn dropped the dulce with a banshee shriek. The offending seaweed hit the linoleum floor with a wet smack. People were staring. Leo grabbed at Finn’s waist to keep him from escaping and slapped a hand over his mouth, laughing as he did. “Shh!” he hissed, the word shaky as he continued to giggle. He couldn’t see Finn’s smile, but he could tell it was there, under his palm, by the way his eyes crinkled up at the corners. Leo removed his hand (selfishly and maybe a little deviously keeping the other at his waist, unable to resist), if only to see that smile even more. There it was - that lopsided, boyish smile that Leo was trying more and more to bring out as often as he could.
“Leo,” Finn said gravely, “cooker of delicious foods, please promise to never cook with that stuff.”
Leo picked up the offending dulse and inspected it, watching Finn shudder out of the corner of his eye. “Why not? I’ve heard this stuff is real good for you - lots of antioxidants and all.”
“We can get antioxidants somewhere else, please put the seaweed away now.” Finn’s attention was grabbed by something else and he gasped, running off and inquiring. “What are these?”
It was hard for Leo to be frustrated at his ruined grocery store routine when the wrecker of said routine was so damn cute. He was cradling a bamboo shoot of all things in his hands, looking down at it with puppy-dog eyes and a slight pout to his lips. “Leo. They’re so cute.”
“I- it’s a bamboo shoot?”
“You can cook with these?”
Leo grabbed one as well, rolling it in his hand experimentally. “Guess so. I’ve never used it.”
He wondered what their flavour profile was like. Were they hard or tender? Did they need to be blanched first? Were they primarily used as a garnish or was there nutritional value there?
Finn was suddenly in his line of vision, bent over awkwardly to do so, still cradling his bamboo shoot with a hopeful, pleading expression on his face.
They didn’t need the bamboo shoots; they weren’t on the list - hell, Leo didn’t even know how to use them.
But how was he supposed to say no to that face?
“Grab a few more,” he acquiesced, watching that smile appear again (goddamnit) as Finn lunged for more of them gleefully.
Leo pulled out his phone, not nearly as resigned as he pretended to be, and looked up new bamboo shoot recipes. He’d have the big kitchen to experiment in next week, after all.
Part 6 - free space: cliffhanger ;)
Finn was bouncing, and he knew it, and he couldn’t stop. It was a sunny day, the trees were perfectly and aesthetically manicured, the kitchen was clean and ready for Leo’s genius to arrive, his work was done, and Leo would be coming to stay for 10 whole days. 10 days! He had a running list in his mind of what they’d do during the week, on days where they could grab dinner at a food truck or pack sandwiches for lunch and do all the things Leo usually didn’t get to do on his weekends here. The beach, obviously. Put Leo beside the old wooden pathway down to the white sand beach, it could be a postcard. If the sun could stay shining they could bring a picnic blanket and spend time by the turquoise water.
If Logan wanted to, Finn supposed. His stomach flipped again at the thought of Leo’s boyfriend, that unknown factor might slow his bounce a little … but if Leo loved him, then he must be great, right? If he didn’t treat Leo well, well Finn didn’t know what he’d do. Not keep his mouth shut, probably.
No, a social studies teacher who Leo loves? Finn was sure they’d get along. He’d read that new biography book this summer after all, that seemed like it should be right up the alley of a teacher. And he’d have to make sure to let them have time together on their own too. He had made sure there were extra towels and hangers in the room Leo usually stayed in. Everything was ready.
He checked the train schedule, again, they would be here soon. He picked up a cloth to reflexively wipe the countertop, realised it was already shining, got the broom instead. He cycled through sweeping, and lining up the glasses in straight lines, and moving a vase of flowers around the room at least three times. When he got a text from Leo that they were leaving the train station, he went outside. He pulled dead flowers off the plants at the front of the house. The strong scent of marigolds filled his nose as he pulled the dried flowers off with a satisfying snap. Were you even supposed to deadhead flowers? Or let the plant reabsorb them? He didn’t know, but these ones were far too satisfying to stop, and the smell helped him take a few deep breaths, and he felt a bit more settled by the time an uber pulled up to the end of the driveway. He headed down the driveway, intent on helping them with any bags. He smiled wide as he saw Leo’s tall frame unfold from the car.
“Hi Leo!” Finn called as he got closer, waving. “Here let me take that,” he said as he reached for a duffle bag at Leo’s feet.
“Well, hello Finn. Good to see you. You didn’t have to meet us at the car. I do know my way to the front door, having been here once or twice before,” Leo teased.
Finn laughed, pushed his hand through his hair.
“Oh, yeah, I know. I was done working though and was outside anyways.”
“That’s sweet of you.” Leo turned slightly, looking over his shoulder. Finn followed his gaze to a shorter, dark haired man coming around the other side of the car. “Finn, this is Logan, my boyfriend. Thank you so much for inviting us to stay this week.”
Logan rounded the car as Leo was talking. He took his sunglasses off and looked down to tuck them in his shirt, before looking up at Finn.
“Oh mon dieu,” Logan sputtered.
“Holy shit,” Finn gasped, barely audible. And then both of them:
“It’s you??!”
