There’s a new hot spot in Oasis Springs ! This old fashioned saloon has been around since 1840’s. Negan Greene a very wealthy businessman and collector renovated the saloon in order to expose a part of his collector’s items. ☀️ Mrs Crumplebottom ☀️

Agnes is a lonely woman who prefers the company of her dog, Princess. She doesn’t have any friend in Oasis Springs except for Luisa Libros her nice neighbor. They like to talk about the latest books they’ve been reading and to debate about literature.

People tend to avoid Mrs Crumplebottom. Not only because she is cynical but also because she’s a widow with a scandalous story. Apparently, her husband died under inappropriate circumstances. Her husband has been found in a shabby hotel in the company of a certain Grace Nash. He died of a heart attack after a distracting but pretty intense exercise session.

Her husband used to refrain her desire to become a writer. Now that she’s alone Mrs Crumplebottom wants to pursue her dream to become a romance writer.

🌼 Meet Luisa Libros and Doug 🌼

I recreated Luisa Libros a pre-made Sim who used to live with the Calientes in TS3. Her personality traits were: bookworm, loser, friendly, excitable and good sense of humor.

In my save file, Luisa is a kind-hearted young woman who would do anything to please her family and friends. She works has as a supply teacher and is an aspiring writer.

Her young brother Doug has recently lost his job. Luisa offered to host him to give him time to get back on its feet. Doug is pretty concerned with his image and he spends all his time sculpting his body instead of looking for a new job. Not to mention that Doug is absent-minded and a messy person.

How Luisa and Doug will manage to live together?

🌹 Don Lothario, the womanizer 🌹

Don Lothario is the local womanizer, holding down relationships with two women at once : Jade Rosa and Kaylynn Langerak his maid. Jade Rosa is starting to fall for him unlike Kaylynn who just wants to keep it casual. He’s a one-night stand type of guy and he ghosts every woman he spends the night with.

He used to work as a coach at the Oasis Springs gym but recently he started to work on SimTube as a fitness influencer. He shares his workout tips and tricks, his diet, fitness mistakes to avoid, and so on. He’s eager to gain enough influence to release his own sportwear brand.

☀️ Meet Tina and Bass ☀️

Bass has always been a good, caring father. He raised Tina the best he could since her wife passing. Bass is a former well-know wrestler who had to give up on his career after a severe injury. He soon started to squander his money in gambling. Tina used to be trained by her father when she was a kid. As a teenager, she decided to drop trainings. She started to gain weight and Bass can’t help but pointing it out.

Bass has high expectations for his daughter, he would like her to become an athlete. Tina is longing to become an actress or a famous singer in Del Sol Valley.  

Tina and Bass don’t really know much about their neighbor Budd who his a loner.

Obviously, this household is highly inspired by the series of videogame Dead or Alive.
