Oooh I have a Obey Me writing idea for you but you can ignore if you don’t wanna do it. So when you first come to the Devildom, almost all of the brothers are cold/petty asf to the MC (in my Pisces opinion). Imagine MC’s like “fuck that” and doesn’t try to pander to them as much as the game script wants you to. Like the story still progresses bc the MC is still nosy when it counts, but she doesn’t center them around her world and instead gets closer someone who was nicer/more helpful in the beginning (say like Solomon or Simeon). I’m sorryyy I’m not hating on the brothers but realistically you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Like yeah being a tsundere is cute to an extent but most of em were doing too much in the beginning. Maybe a reaction from the brothers (doesn’t have to be specific for each brother) as they slowly start to warm up to MC but they can’t stand that they’re not gonna be as close as they wanted to be. And either Solomon or Simeon (or both) reacting to you getting closer to them ;) Again this request may be highly specific so you can either tweak it or toss it if it doesn’t sound appealing to write. It can be SFW or NSFW. I love your writing!

- And even then he’s got his own stuff going on

- Played hot and cold to see how he can make you less mad when he interacts with you

- Lucifer is so desperate he’s fr about to make a pact early to feel any sort of proof you exist

- Idk if peacocks do it but you know how birds will rip out their own feathers under stress?

- Barbados just sit back and observe

- Even the season 3(?) characters come in early! Like you meet 13 as an extension of Solomon and y’all are thick as thieves

- Mephistopheles is so giddy that you’re close to him and not Lucifer

- Offers to hide you in his news room to avoid them

- “Oh hmmm, idk I saw them in the forbidden section of the library maybe check there? Weird y’all supposed to be watching them and have no clue about their whereabouts.”

- Lucifer can take it NO LONGER when we’re about right before lesson 16 and he’s making a scene at dinner

- “Why do you never stay in this house? You a mere human think you’re too good to talk?”

- “That. That shit right there is why I don’t talk to any of you. Do you not notice how rude you are?”

- Before Satan can even say his “we’re demons” line you’re cutting his ass off

- “Why would I want to spend time around people who threaten my life for fun?🤨my job is to heal demon human relations and I’m doing that just not with the help of YOU.”

- Dips to purgatory hall bc it’s not Solomon’s night to cook

- They all just kinda 🧍🧍🧍🧍🧍🧍for a few days bc wtf can they say to that??

- Like you’re absolutely right

- You were already humbling Lucifer before but now he has this irrational anger towards you

- He’s like packing your lunch and throwing away whatever you had

- To stir the pot let’s say this is lesson 16 and they show up to all that

- Their filled with even more regret than before!! They never got a chance to establish a deep bond with you

- Not really. Not like you have with everyone else

- And now you’re gone??

- They barely even care about the Lilith reveal like😭

- They do everything they can to win your favor but it’s like the end of the program now who’s to say it was enough??

- Beel is elated while the othered are broken that you and belphie become close

- Poor belphie is exhausted w all this drama so to make amends even more he goes out of his way to heal the gaps between you and the others so it’s all good now

- Not Lucifer tho

- He’s still moping

- Can’t hurt his pride by saying how glad he is that your back

- Can’t tell you how he watched his world fall apart when he saw the light leave your eyes

- DEFINITELY can’t tell you how he prayed to Lilith that he would protect you from now on and that he’s sorry

- All of RAD throws a huge goodbye party for you

- Lots of tears

- During the movie night of like that last few days

- As a little treat for you, you still sleep w Lucifer lmao

- Like you sneak out to go to the bathroom and none of the brother see you for the rest of the night?? Yeah we knew already

- He WILL cry jsyk

- He’s pressing kisses all over you and holding you like you’ll disappear

Apart

In which the brothers realize you're missing, and the events that follow. A prequel of sorts to Nightbringer.

Warnings: angst, gore, and minimal proofreading. Mild spoilers for Obey Me! Nightbringer. Implied Solodeus x Reader. As always, minors DNI. 🔞

Mammon

Mammon notices first. Your absence is an immediate, gaping void in his chest.

It feels like snipped string - a clean break. One moment, you're there, and the next...

Mammon's first instinct is to reach out with his pact - and when he's met with a cold, empty abyss, he panics.

Mammon's second instinct is to call Lucifer. The eldest is, after all, one of the most powerful demons in existence.

But there's nothing. No physical evidence, no trace of magic. It's like you vanished.

Mammon organizes search parties. He spents weeks trudging through the devildom (even the areas no human could survive) looking for you.

But, as the days wear on, it becomes clear that you're gone. Possibly for good.

Mammon tries to fill the void with whatever he can - money, gambling: his usual vices. But nothing can replace you.

In the early hours of the morning, when the house is still and the moon has barely crested the horizon, he sneaks into your room. He wraps himself in your sheets and clings to your fading scent.

Mammon never gives up on you. He 100% believes that it's only a matter of time before you return.

Until then, he's waiting. He'll always wait for you.

Leviathan

Levi is the second brother to notice your absence.

His anxiety spikes. Your disapperance is marked by this quiet feeling of unease. Of inherent wrong.

Levi's first reaction is to call you. And when his call goes to voicemail not once or twice, but ten times, he spirals.

While Mammon covers dark, wooded forests and cloud-filled skies, Leviathan find his way to the ocean.

Beaches - especially the ones located in the farthest reaches of the devildom - are dangerous for humans. They're filled with ancient horrors: things with far too many eyes and too many teeth.

Being here brings back memories of the celestial war. But, he'll brave them. For you.

And when it becomes clear that you're not coming back? That you may never return?

Leviathan isolates himself. He's made great progress over the years - joining his brothers on excursions into town, venturing into the foyer when guests visit - but he regresses when you're gone.

He spends most of his days gaming. His brothers rarely see him, even for meals.

His figurines are gathering dust. The newest issues of TSL sits on his desk, unopened.

Without you, Leviathan becomes a ghost of his former self - just another specter that roams the house of lamentation.

Satan

Asmodeus once said that if the Avatar of Wrath became truly angry, the world would end. It's a chilling thought - that the wrath he displays isn't full extent of his power.

When you disappear, Satan is waiting for you at the library. It's a calm day - students in red and black uniforms drag feathered quills over curled parchment, while the librarian tends to his stack of books.

Then, someone whispers, and a book slams shut -

And that's all it takes to set him off.

The Avatar of Wrath succumbs to a rage he hasn't felt since the earliest days of his existance. His anger burns - and he takes it out on those around him.

There's blood under his nails and dust on his clothes. And Satan, like some lesser demon, revels in the destruction. He pulls himself from the wreckage and stalks towards the town.

He tears down forests. He razes cities. His reach is endless and his wrath, unending.

It takes Lucifer, Barbatos, and Diavolo to capture him.

While you're gone, Satan is under house arrest.

Everyday, he loses more of himself to his sin - and eventually, his brothers wonder if there's anything left of him at all.

Asmodeus

It's Asmo who bullys pursuades Solomon to follow you into the past.

Now two of the most important people in his life are gone.

In public, Asmo pretends like nothing has happened. He attends classes, hosts livestreams, and holds several Asmo gatherings per week.

In private? He's a wreck.

Asmo has lost the two people whom he values the most - the humans who know that Asmo is both deeply insecure and intrinsically flawed - but choose to love him anyway.

Asmo spends much of his time at the Fall. He loses himself to sharp taste of demonus on his tounge and the heavy, repetitive music. Hands reach out to grab him, and the avatar reaches back.

In the morning, Asmodeus wakes up in an unfamiliar room next to a stranger. They have the shape of your face and the same color hair.

Quietly, Asmodeus gathers his things and leaves. His makeup is smudged and he feels volatile- like a supernova before it implodes.

Beelzebub & Belphegor

It's Beel who finds your D.D.D. in an alleyway way. The screen is cracked and he smells blood.

From there, the twins have vastly different responses:

To cope with your absence, Belphie sleeps.

The avatar prefers his dreams to reality. Nestled in the soft embrace of sleep, he sees you again.

He tells you everything. How he cares. That he misses you. That he's sorry.

Beel, on the other hand, can't sleep.

He also dreams of you: sometimes, they start out normally. Maybe it's movie night at the HoL, maybe he's on a picnic. But they always end the same: you, broken and bloody, at his feet.

He awakes with a start. Normally, after a nightmare, he'd seek you out. But you're not there. Instead, Beel clings to his twin and cries.

For once, Beel loses his appetite. Food doesn't taste as good when you're not around.

If When you return, he'll treat you to all your favorite foods. Just come back soon. Please?

Lucifer

Father must be laughing at him. No matter how hard he tries, his family keeps falling apart.

Out of all his brothers, Lucifer has the hardest time adjusting. Everything reminds him of you - the unopened bags of acidic coffee in the cabinets, the poison apples you'd bring to his study.

At night, he pours two glasses of demonus. (It's an old habit, from the days when you sought comfort at his side. He'd open one of his finest bottles and listen to you troubles). Still, he's loathe to let a good spirit go to waste. He drinks both, and toasts to your memory.

86. At the end of season four Simeon decided to stay in the Devildom until Raphael’s year long exchange was over

87. After demotion to human, Simeon was confronted and asked if taking the ring of light is why it happened but he responds “something like that” hinting it could be for more than one reason

88. Simeon tells Mephistopheles he “smiles a lot by nature” when Mephistopheles accuses him of finding him caring for Luke as something funny

89. Simeon once escaped and left Luke to endure Solomon’s cooking by himself

90. Simeon will bribe Lucifer to hang out with him

91. On more than one occasion Simeon has snuck into events celebrating him (Christopher Peugeot)

92. Simeon gets a little embarrassed when he sees his books on store and library shelves

93. Simeon sends Michael sweets from the Devildom is exchange for sweets from the celestial realm

94. Luke claims Simeon is too fond of flouting the rules when it suits him

95. When there was a mess at the café Simeon scared the brothers into helping him clean up

96. As a director, Simeon was called a dictator by the brothers for how strict he was

97. Simeon says he prefers the hustle and bustle of the Devildom over the serene quiet of the celestial realm

98. Simeon is the first person to recognize and point out Levi’s degradation kink and tries to stop him multiple times

99. Despite Simeon always looking serious and seeming hard to read, he claims he’s not thinking about anything deep in particular, and that no one believes him when he explains

I like to imagine twst and obey me sharing an mc for the express purpose of having interactions between malleus and mammon, because the parallel and contrasts between their personalities are so funny to me lmao

*eyeing Mammon's dragon wings, the dragon on his yukata & all the fire symbolism surrounding him* Listen, if the two mcs were the same person, they would fucking h a t e each other. Mammon is already possessive enough and apparently Malleus is too

Mammon doesn't fight unless he's pushed to it and, from what I've seen so far, neither does Malleus - it'd be a lot of really really weird posturing, a lot of "actually I'M their favourite"

That being said, as much as I've grown to love twst's mc they absolutely in no way compare to om's batshit mc

twst's mc actually has a self preservation instinct and doesn't actively seek out danger despite always getting in it, also doesn't seem to be a monsterfucker.

OM's mc on the otherhand has 0 self preservation, actively sticks their nose into situations they know can get them killed, is very much dtf even when they are being threatened with death (halloween event, 1st paws event, mammon's vampire card, possible more tbh), becomes a little bit prone to violence & destruction after they get powers to the point that they get called out by Mammon (ok fair enough) but also by Lucifer & Belphie of all people

So I propose: Let them be friends.

twst mc needs an adult in their life who has already gone through the whole "providing therapy to 7 traumatised overpowered idiots on the verge of a mental breakdown" process & come out stronger.

They need someone they can complain to who'll understand exactly what they're going through.

Also at the rate they're going, they need to learn how to defend themself & om mc is canonically really strong (enough to kick down levi's locked door & stop themself and simeon from being pulled into a "blackhole" that sucked in Mammon & Levi - ik mammon & levi are physically two of the weakest brothers but that's still an insane amount of strength on mc's part), can use a sword (Lucifer taught them for the tsl play and given how much of a perfectionist Lucifer is - they know how to use a sword), can use a bow & arrow (according to a HoL chat)

tldr: twst mc desperately needs an adult on their side who understands & helps them

I'm sorry this is going to be really long but I've been thinking about this for so long now and I just need someone else's opinion on it--

So something I've been thinking about a lot lately is the way Obey Me! presents Satan's personality vs his actual behavior.

We've seen the game frequently tell us that he hides behind a mask of a smile, as if he has truly malicious intentions. I was reading a summary of his A Teasing Gesture Devilgram the other day on the Fandom wiki, and the final part of the Devilgram says that Satan asks MC if they aren't worried that they're being too trusting.

Again, this happens in one of the Season 1 Lessons when he gives us advice for the TSL quiz. If we choose to say "thank you", he wonders if we don't think we're worried about being fooled by him.

Then there's also his character introduction: "All smiles are just an act, the cynical fourth born", as well as his depiction as the Lord of Masks (again, hiding his true intentions behind a false smile). And in the Star event, even Asmo says Satan comes off as a friendly & approachable person "at first".

All in all, what I'm thinking about is, is that I feel like the way Solomare intends to present Satan as this malevolent person that hides his malicious intentions behind a fake smile, just doesn't fit with the way he acts overall all that much (and the reason why I say 'all that much' instead of 'at all' is because of his pranks on Lucifer, but we already know why he does that, but I kinda wanna exclude Lucifer so we can look at this in a broader perspective).

But the way I'm thinking is that Solomare want us to think of Satan as someone who'd be willing to betray the trust and hurt someone who didn't even do him wrong in the first place (such as MC), and maybe for the sake of his own entertainment.

I really feel like if Solomare wanted Satan to be this kind of sadistic, fake smile-malicious personality underneath kind of person, they would've done a better job at it. But I also feel like I could just be reading this depiction all wrong, and that it's just a way of saying Satan is trying to protect people from his wrath when he ever loses control of it. I feel like a could have also missed something along the way, or could be thinking a bit too hard, but for now I'm just going to leave it at this. What are your thoughts?

Not make him even softer and more open around MC when it’s just the two of them. (and yeaaaa that could be another way Satan’s just manipulating MC but I don’t think so-)

Satan always makes it clear that he’s being as open as honest with MC as he can be. In the main story and Devilgrams he tells them how he’s always worried he’ll lose control and end up hurting the people he cares about. It’s always in the back of his mind that he could hurt them and how he did lose control for a few minutes, which just like he’s afraid of; resulted in MC getting hurt. (when MC refused to make a pact with him in season one)

Soooo yea- imo it’s more like you said at the end ‘Satan is trying to protect people from his wrath when he ever loses control of it.’ even if that means putting up another fact mask. and always holding himself back.

Then again I could be reading him all wrong and he could be just manipulating MC. But after so long, I don’t think he’d bother keeping up the act. I think by now there would have been a bigger crack in his mask. If Satan was going to be darker and actually manipulative we would’ve seen more of it by now.

Leviathan's Mc!

This is the third drawing and headcannons of my mini series with the obey me charachers and their custom mcs. Previously i did Mammon's mc if you want you can check my page. After alot of thought i decided to make Levi's mc next. I'm accepting request for the next characher reccomentations, Ty for reading and enjoy!.

(Apologies for any grammar mistakes.)

Third Leviathan's MC

Warnings: Spoiler alert of the lessons, small swear words.

Heacannons:

This mc (he/him)

Personality: energetic, optimistic, shy sometimes Really Forgetful, aloof, secretly a Weeb, sensitive (very sensitive if someone bully him about his horns. Protect at all costs.)

1)This Mc is a medium size fella not to big not too small. A perfect size with much floof. He always have a pink blush in his face, He doesn't know why XDDD

2)when he arrived at devildom he was the only one that was asleep. When he woke up he was thinking that everything was a dream (bad one since he was seeing demons surrounding him). Poor guy had an existential crisis when he learned that it wasn't a dream.

3)At first he wouldn't get out of his room at all. He was really scared. Lucifer assignmented Levi to guide him in the devildom since this Mc showed a very introverted nature with them. Lucifer also hoped that Levi would find a new friend since he was locked himself in his room.

4)The first meeting was awkward.. VERY awkward, With Levi repeating calling everyone a normie including the mc. This backfired with a big surprise cuz this mc is secretly a weeb, as one manga comic of an anime series that the mc was watching fell on the floor.

5)After that they has a duel what realm has the better anime and games. The jealousy and tesion was so intence you could cut it with a knife XDDD. They had a big rivalry with eachother proving the superiority of their favourite series and games. (i imagine the MC doing jojo poses and Levi be like "WTF am i watching now???")

6)After the TSL showdown, Mc was really hurt with Leviathan actions, both of them took some time to cool off. Levi admitted that Mc won and decided to make peace with them, earning Leviathan pact. (the pact mark is visible on one of Mc's ears).

7)This mc had many incecurities and it turns out he was bullied alot in RAD. One of Mc's incecurities is that he didn't had any horns compared to other mcs of this series.

8) Slowly both leaviathan and mc started hanging out exhanging games and anime series that they should try out. They bonded over the colorful characters and funny scenes to the point they turned thing into regular meetings in Levi's room.

9) Both of them failing classess Miserably since they spend alot of time together playing very late at night. They almost had to repeat a year.

10) Leviathan and Mc have a wholesome relationship mostly, thought sometimes Levi jealousy and incecurities gets in the way.

11) Levi and Mc had alot of deep talks with their gaming sessions. Levi always remembered that they were incecure about not having horn like the others. Sooo Levi decided to do something about it.

12) Since Levi is a premium member of Akuzon... He decided to buy secret magic horns for the mc as a token of appreciation for all the good times they had so far. (The mc loved them and wore them everyday, the bullies got real quiet after that XDD). Also gifts are also an often thing that Levi does to mc, whitch include manga and special limited stuff.

13) After some time Levi and Mc are inseparable, either they are hanging out to levi room, or Mc's room. Not anywhere near outdoors. (only on events with the others, otherwise outside? Big no)

14) Levi is getting jealous alot when the Mc is hanging out with someone else other than him. Overthinking alot that the mc doesn't care for him anymore. (whitch is not true). Well he is the avatar of envy, its literally his first nature..

15) Sometimes his jealous issues are getting severe alot sometimes he doesn't act upon them, sometimes he does.. and when it does he doesn't let mc out of his room, making excuses for "cmon one more episode mcccc pleaseee! It's about to get good!!".

16) The mc is guarding Levi rooms at times whenever he away so that Mammon doesn't steal stuff or money. One time Mammon tried to steal a limited edition ruri-chan figuring and it didn't end well for Mammon since Mammon's mc will drag his ass away and apologize for him to the mc and Levi.

17) Mammon's mc and Leaviathan's mc have a very wholesome bond. Kind of like a wholesome sibling bond. Whitch is soo cuteee.

18) Sometimes the mc with levi will play online with the angels luke and simeon. Lets say we all know who wins those online games XDDD. (poor luke and simeon RIP)

19)This mc is very forgetful sometimes, when events are coming up, Levi is always making sure to remind them and ask them if they wanna go together. (sooo wholesome and shyy)

20) After RAD ended The mc didn't wanna return to the human realm, He got too attached to the devildom. He visits the human realm from time to time but he usually likes to stay at the devildom with his favourite person Levi. He made connections with the others as well. (closest friendships Mammon, Levi, simeon, luke and Mammon's mc)

What if MC was the artist for the TSL graphic novel

So I got a bit to go before the new genshin update, so to kill time I'm going to write the most self indulgent obey shit that has been on my mind for the past few days.

*it's exactly what it sounds like

*I’m not sure if it was brought up at one point of TSL having a graphic novel, but a bunch of popular books and franchises eventually get a graphic novel made of it, so it's not unlikely

*Anyway, starting off, You and Simeon knew each other before the events of the game.

*Agreeing to illustrate books, demand to talk to the author to take even more thorough notes than whatever the original books were going to give them.

*Whether or not Simeon realizes that his book is prophetic, and that Mc is technically Henery, it doesn't really matter. He agrees to meet up, talk shop about the characters, what kinda designs would be wanted/backgrounds/expressions/body language ect ect.

*This leads to Simeon describing the brothers in very different ways. Some will be entirely appearance, some will be certain mannerisms, different interests, and whatnot.

*They stay in touch during the illustrating process and well past that cause its Mc and that otome protagonist powers are strong.

*Anyways, times pass, and you get yanked into he- The Devildom.

*Slowly starts recognizing the brothers, and small things fall into place cause Simeon you ain’t slick.

*Also

*Diavolo - “Allow me to introduce you, Mc. This is-”

*Mc- “SIMEON! YOU FUCKING NERD” *Simeon - “Mc, it's been too long”

*Diavolo - “wait-”

*Anyway onto the good shit

*Levi

*”The second lord attempted to steal the lord of corruption’s platypus, which could lay golden eggs”

*They hear Solomon say that once, don't even wait for Levi to finish.

*”i know you’re just repeating Solomon to get on my good side”

*Lore dumps how the Lord of Corruption not only got the platypus but why it could lay golden eggs.

*access into Levi’s room achieved (kinda)

*Levi’s being his good ol’ self, saying how just because you know a ‘bit’ about TSL doesn't make us friends or anything even close. And just because you tricked the dumbest of us into a pact (HEY!) doesn't mean you should even think about coming after me.

*It keeps going like that for a while. And then it turns back around to TSL and how they probably just read that off the fan wiki and aren't a real fan.

*Excuse me

*This just became the battle of the nerds which poor Solomon and Mammon are stuck in the crosshairs of.

*It finally escalates to You challenging him to a TSL trivia battle

*no goating needed this time, Levi’s accepts immediately

*”Mc, why are we going to Simeon”

*”I just need his permission Mammon, then I will destroy his faith in friendship, brotherhood, and the goodwill of man.”

*The competition was brutal

*and at the very end

*”Wh…what…?...NO! THAT’S INSANE…THE LORD OF MASKS WOULDN'T DO THAT TO THE LORD OF SHADOWS!”

*What You had presented was a section of the unreleased 9th edition rough draft of TSL.

*Victory felt oh so sweet

*Until Levi tried to commit murder.

*But, you win, another pact mark under the belt and another story to tell the grandkids

*next morning

*”So, how did you get the script? Was it leaked or something, it can't be I would have heard about it…”

*”Levi, you have the graphic novels of TSL don't you, of course you do. Do me a favor and go get it”

*Shortly after leaving the table there is a scream and a loud thud coming from upstairs.

Hihi! since you're doing an event i figured I'd send in a request for a fic idea thats been brewing im my mind forever. levi (from obey me) with an isekai reader, specifically the reader is a datable from an otome game similar to obey me that only levi knows about. how will he react to meeting one of his biggest fictional crushes? and then to find out hes their fictional crush too?? (sorry if it doesn't make sense)

Isekai AU - Levi

His brothers did not get the appeal of otome games. But for Levi, they were amazing. In the games, he was smooth. He used the in-game lines and had characters falling for him left and right. More people loved him in-game than loved Asmo IRL! Especially in his favourite game, Heed Me! But his favourite in-game character was you. You, unlike all the other dateable characters, weren’t a total normie. You invited his character to watch shows and play games and made references to non-copyrighted spoofs of stuff that he always understood. He was in love. And best of all, you liked him back. Urgh, and when you got jealous of the other dateables for spending time with him? It was weirdly attractive seeing you indulge in his sin. But, in typical otaku fashion, you were just his 2D crush.

You also loved otome games. Specifically Obey Me. It was just so fun, seeing demon brothers and literal princes of Hell fall for you to the point you were practically running a shadow government. But your favourite was the nerd who’d blush whenever you went near him. He may call you a ‘normie’ more than he called you by your name, but he was still adorable. You wouldn’t even mind sleeping in a bathtub with him! Even though you did not understand how his back survived that every night. It was probably the Ruri-chan body pillow. Sadly, however, the game was only that. A game. You couldn’t win the heart of a blue-haired otaku outside of the pre-written lines that made him swoon.

Until, of course, you woke up one day in a council room with some random redhead telling you you were in the Devildom. And after a lot of expletives, and a serious mental breakdown when you wondered if you were going insane, you’d almost gotten into the swing of things. Except for the fact that it was surprisingly difficult to talk to your now concerningly 3D crush. Why was he avoiding you so badly, dang it? The script says he’s meant to fall for you. He didn’t even challenge you to the TSL quiz. Which was especially hurtful considering you’d binged the series since arriving here and were now fandom-fluent in it. Though, to be fair, it was probably for the best that you hadn’t talked to him too much yet. There’s no easy way to approach a man you’ve read fan-fiction about.

Of course, little did you know that Levi was having the exact same issue. What in Diavolo’s name were you doing here? And, more importantly, why were you 3D?! He could barely even look at you without turning bright pink and running in the opposite direction, much to the amusement of his brothers. But what was really worrying was that you seemed to be making an active effort to try and talk to him. After a very long time spent gathering his courage, he decided to approach you. Maybe you just looked like the character from his game, after all. Maybe the only reason you’d been seeking him out is because you wanted to borrow one of his DVDs. Yeah, that was probably it. There was no way you were a self aware otome character come to life to mock him for being in love with a fictional character. Hopefully. He really hoped being isekai’d into his world wouldn’t allow you access to his browser history. He did not want you reading the fan fictions he’d read and/or written.

“Hi, MC!” He said, waving you into his room. Oh no. He knew.

“Hey, Levi. It’s nice to meet you.” Diavolo this was awkward. “Oh, is that Henry?” You had always wanted to meet Henry.

“How did you know his name?” Asked Levi, paling. He’d mentioned having a pet in the game, able to type in the name of his pet. You couldn’t really be that MC? But there was no other explanation! There’s no way his idiot brothers would waste time with you talking about HIM. You were panicking.

“You mentioned it before.”

“Nice try! I don’t talk to people.” He spluttered. “You’re from Heed Me!”

“Whaddya mean? What’s Heed Me!? You’re from Obey Me!”

“Wait... you don’t know what Heed Me is? It’s a - uh - a video game. An otome game.”

“What?! I’m not from an otome game, YOU’RE from an otome game!” What?! He wasn’t -

It took a solid hour of explanations, halfway through which you happened to spot one of his posters of you that he’d forgotten to hide. Man, the 2D you was hot. Apparently Levi had a crush on your character, who was a streamer in an otome game called Heed Me about a demon summoned to Hollywood who lives with a group of celebrities in various industries. It was nice to know that in at least one universe you were famous.

“One final question. How popular is my character?”

Just gonna dump my thoughts about nightbringer even though im very late to the party

But first i would like to address something.

Why are the devs making an entire new game anyway?

Aside from trying to pull in cash from both games, they said that theres alot of new stuff they had planned to add to the og obey me but it would be too much of an update so they decided to just make an entire different game.

Anyway for my actual thoughts:

Personally i think that we really shouldn't send too big of hate to the devs about the fact that the og game will not have new lessons.

I get it, you spent a long time to build your cards only for it to be useless in the end and the devs just confirmed that moving your cards will not be a feature, but like think about it, would you like to try and play nightbringer while having to keep up with the new lessons in the og game?? Thatd be more tiring than the back to back events tbh. And the story will eventually be countinued in nightbringer as said by the devs so we wont have to worry about being left on a cliffhanger.

And its alright to feel that way anyway, i just dont think we should be too harsh about it like how I saw some people comment.

I have high hopes for nightbringer actually, i hope they dont fuck up the execution yk? And i am really attached to the obey me characters to much.

Theres stuff that i would like to have in the game, like more demonic personalities, less romance and more lore based, for it to be 95% story and 5% events, more angsty, less grindy, the rythm game graph to not be too hard, more tsl/ruri chan lore, better writing, the graphics not look too bad, a good explanation for the weird plot holes in the game (why the fuck is there a video chat feature there seriously), NO REWRITES ON THE STORY IN THE FUTURE (really im serious) etc. And most of them are litterally unlikely or confirmed to not be the case so you can see im also mourning.

One big fear of mine is that theyll abandon the og game in the future. Sure it might be less taxing to us players to play both games buuut idk man it just doesn't sit right in my gut.

Anyway thats all i have for now, hope shit doesn't go out the window for nightbringer.
