Hmm if you're asking for my headcanons, I'd say that they probably wouldn't be interested in children. Once upon a time, they were, but in my ObiKona AU, they're just content to have someone to whittle away the loneliness in their hearts. They're trying to right wrongs and build a future where others can have that happy home.

So, I think it all comes to what exactly "shipping" means, but in my understanding of it... I only ship YahiKona (and PainKona in the many ways it is a "shadow" of YahiKona).

The thing about YahiKona is that I love it completely. I like them, all the different dynamic portrayals of them (some writers/artists potray them differently than I do and I think it's wonderful). I love them in canon, in fanon, angst, in fluff, in humor, in canon-compliance, divergence, AUs, in fights or in smut, dead or alive, everything.

That being said... I think there are other ships whose dynamics I like. NagaKona, ObiKona, YahiNaga are all couples I find extremely interesting in specific ways, especially in how they relate to YahiKona -- as if YahiKona is the sun of which all these other ships rotate around. I find Konan and Yahiko characters very difficult to "pull apart"... one is a big part of the other, so I think it's very provoking to imagine what happens when a third character relates to either of them. To me it's as if the main ship is trapped inside this strange "love triangle" they simply cannot escape, cannot fight against... and may not even want to. I think it'd be rather unfair to say I ship these couples because it's so specific, and because I'm not usually interested in them in other dynamics... it's very different from how I view yahikona, which I adore so completely.

I know I said this a lot in this answer alone, but I just love YahiKona so much, everytime I find a new art/fanfic of them (regardless of what it is) I feel like my entire day is won, my mood gets instantly better, it's almost unreal. Lol! I hope I can continue to make art/stories of them that will bring joy to others and myself, as well as reading/seeing/supporting other fan's creations of them. I literally thought of 3 scenarios on how their first time could go so this post will be long:

This happens waaay after the night when Konan forgave him. She has gotten to fully know who Obito Uchiha is, and she fully acknowledges that the man he once was before his redemption has ceased to exist, and rather, he is this gentle and kind person that is looking out for her and cares for her and his village, and even for Naruto - the boy he once tried to lure into the dark side. She sometimes couldn't believe that she was almost killed by this man, but he's also not the same man… Their bond by then would've tightened and hence, their attraction towards one another would grow stronger and stronger, and later on, after a long while of dealing with conflicting emotions about a romance that feels so wrong yet so right at the same time, they just face it all and accept the fact that they're in love with each other.

They'd be kissing each other feverishly, with Konan leading him towards the bedroom as she unfastens his kimono, while Obito unzips her top and they'd pull their clothes apart as their lips chase one another and their hands grip at each other's body. As soon as Konan's back hits the top of the bed, Obito crawls over her and presses himself against her, and their kiss would then turn slow and sensual, their lips gently nipping and their tongues slowly tangling together, before Obito starts to explore more of her beautiful skin by trailing hot kisses down her neck, to her collarbone, and finally down to her full, luscious breasts - where he takes his time pleasuring with his mouth, tasting, licking and sucking at her soft flesh and gently pinching her nipples, drawing the sweetest moans out of her.

Scenario 2:

In which their first time includes some left-over anger with a mix of pent up sexual tension~

This would be when Konan, who is still under probation in Konoha, carries out a solo S-Rank mission to annihilate a potential threat, but then something goes wrong in that mission and she ends up in a dangerous situation, to which Obito would go against the rules and head over to where she is in order to save her.

He saves her, but this angers Konan because she thought she had everything under control, only for Obito to interfere with her mission. As soon as they're alone together, they break into a fight after a long time - in which Konan accuses Obito of trying to act like he's still her Akatsuki leader, the leader that she detests - and Obito sinisterly tells her to be careful with where she's going with her words.

Konan coldly taunts him and says, "Or what? You'll try to kill me again?" And this makes something snap in Obito, in which he grabs her and pins her against the wall, and the turbulent, conflicting emotions in his eyes shocks Konan into silence as Obito spat out, "Can't you see how much I fucking care about you? The last thing I want to do is to lose someone precious to me and go through that same type of Hell all over again."

Konan would then tearfully whisper, "I hate that I'm so into you..." and Obito, who could no longer mask his desire as his gaze flicks to her lips and back to her copper eyes, responds by saying, "The feeling's mutual." Those words were more than enough to make Konan grab his face and crash her lips with his, to which Obito immediately reciprocates by pressing her tightly against his body and tangling his hand in her hair, with her paper flower falling at their feet.

Clothes would roughly be ripped apart, maybe would flutter half way over their shoulders or waist if they didn't bother fully taking them off. Obito would grab her legs and hook them around his waist, then carry her to the bedroom. At first, he's on top of her, but then he'd flip around so Konan is on top, who impatiently grabs his waistband and pulls it down before she straddles him, making Obito hiss at her warmth. Obito would literally rip out her underwear due to his impatience. He'd run his hands over the curves of her waist, then grab at her hips as he smirks up at her, saying, "You're perfect," and he'd proceed to eat her tits out while his cock would tease and rub against her entrance. No longer able to contain herself, Konan would finally sink into him, gasping and throwing her head back as she sensually moves up and down, and Obito would melt into her movements, his Sharingan forever burning the image of Konan lost in white hot pleasure as their bodies connect together.

Scenario 3:

In which their first time is passionate and somewhat frantic (this one's a little shorter):

So I mentioned that they would be spending time together, this also includes carrying out missions for Konoha as a part of their probation, and even sparring together every now and then just to keep things lively (Obito would resume exercising and working out to keep his body healthy and in shape). They carry out said missions smoothly, and Konan would invite Obito to spar with her in hand-to-hand combat because she is very used to using ninjutsu. Little did they know that those sparring sessions would turn into bantering and flirting as they exchanged heated blows. The room is filled with tension as they blocked, kicked, punched and dodged fluidly. Every touch and every glance just heightened that connection between them.

Their sparring grows more and more intense, and then Konan would pull a sudden move where she would have Obito locked underneath her, and she would hold him down as she straddles him with her legs resting on his sides. She would smugly remark that she won, and Obito, who is simply dazed, would lock eyes with her and his smoldering desire is no longer masked. Konan would hold that gaze, feeling entranced and somewhat vulnerable as she felt this sudden, strong pull between them. Obito would then reach out a hand and softly caress her cheek and whisper, "You're beautiful." and Konan leans in to the warmth of his hands and the tenderness of his caress as he brushes his thumb over her plump lips. No longer holding it in, she would lean in and capture his lips in a searing kiss which Obito immediately returns.

As their kiss grows intense, Obito flips them over so that he's on top of Konan, and their hands would start to explore and touch each other with urgency, and Konan would roughly pull off Obito's shirt, while Obito rips off her top as he unzips it and unhooks her bra, and their clothes would then be scattered all over the place. Obito would then pin her down as he leaves heated kisses and love bites all over her skin while his fingers tease her sensitive nub. He'd have her begging for more as he further explores her body, and have her moaning out how much she wants him until he gives her that sweet relief when he finally enters her. They melt into their movements as they're just lost in the haze of their desire - finally releasing what they've been holding back for so long through whispers of need and praise.

Modern AU - FWB relationship:

So when Konan finds out that she's pregnant, she immediately meets up with Obito to tell him the sudden news. Obito would literally choke on his cigarette the second Konan breaks the news, and he starts having a coughing fit. XDD Konan holds up the test and he could see the positive sign on it, and then he starts to act neurotic; pacing around the room, then going over to the kitchen counter to pour some whiskey, takes a gulp of his glass then pours another, mumbling about the fact that he is going to be a father and wondering if he should marry her so she doesn't become a baby mama, or if everything is too soon - are they even in a real relationship? Is this even normal? He'd be asking himself between glasses and a puff of another cigarette that he lights up. XDD

Meanwhile, Konan is literally counting the costs of milk and diaper and baby essentials on her fingers, and would be stuck in her self-denial that 9 months isn't too long and what color the crib should be. xDD

Post War AU - Established relationship:

This AU is a bit angsty and sensitive. So to anyone reading, this is a trigger warning.

In this AU, Obito and Konan finally end up together, and Konan would have long assumed that she cannot get pregnant due to injuries she sustained over the years or possibly even from the war. She and Obito were having unprotected sex regularly, and then one day she starts feeling very sick and decides to get herself checked... and this is where she finds out that she's pregnant. The news shock her, and it made her grow distant for a while. Naturally, Obito would've noticed the change in behavior, and how she's been avoiding him recently. He'd confront her about it, and then Konan realizes that this isn't something she could hide from him. She tearfully tells him that she is pregnant with his child, and she doesn't know how to feel about it... and whether she should keep it or not.

Obito would be completely shocked and confused at the news, and then the first word that tumbles out of his mouth is, "This can't be happening..." and he starts pacing around. Konan tells him that she never expected him to feel happy, because she herself doesn't know if she should be happy. Obito explains exactly why he cannot be happy for the both of them, and the reason is because they never wanted to bring a child into this shitty world that they live in, and let them go through the rough life of a shinobi given that the system has not changed so much despite the fact that things are starting to modernize. It'll take a while for the two of them to figure out what to do next.

ObiKonan ask. Post war slowburn world. Are they the type to get married?

Yes, actually! :3 A few years into their relationship, they'd decide to get married but they wouldn't announce it to the world. They're a very private couple.

They'd just sign a marriage certificate and that way Konan can legally live with Obito in Konoha as his wife, and they'd just submit the necessary records in order to fully register their marriage. And since Obito's a rather gift-y type of guy, he'd buy them really nice wedding rings for him and Konan to wear (men don't get to hit on Konan that way, lol).

Can you imagine the shock on everyone's faces, particularly Naruto and Kakashi, when they eventually find out that they got married? XD

Kakashi would be the one to bring it up to Obito when he points out that Konan has been living with him for years and is technically a resident of Konoha (she has not set foot in Amegakure for very personal reasons), so he suggested that the two get married. And before Obito could respond, Kakashi starts babbling about taking care of the ceremony, and that he and Naruto can act as witnesses, but Obito would cut him off by lifting up his hand, showing him his ring.

"Uhh... Kakashi, we're already married."

Kakashi would let out a rather loud "WHAT?!" and grab Obito's hand to inspect the ring, and then he'd start firing him with questions of when and how. xDD

Naruto, however, would be very upset and pouty that Konan and Obito didn't tell him they got married because he wanted them to have a flashy celebration. XD "I would've thrown a big party for you guys!" He would say.

Kakashi would try to gift Obito his books, but Obito would smirk at him and says he doesn't need them since there isn't anything he and Konan haven't done. XDD

But all in all, Naruto would arrange a rather nice dinner to celebrate Konan and Obito's marriage after knowing the news. :)

-Konan would be an orphan because of the clan war between the Senju and Uchiha, and is unfortunately caught in their crossfire, in which Obito finds her and assumes she's a part of the Senju Clan or is a hired spy.

-So Konan gets held captive and taken to the Uchiha's camp by Obito, who tells his other clan members to back off because she's his prey. Konan of course, tries to fight back but she has no means of escaping, as Obito sinisterly tells her, "You would die before you could even go back to the wolves."

-Obito and his clan members talk about interrogating her, assuming she's a Senju or could be their spy. At first, they try out the normal method - but since Konan is too stubborn, Obito uses his Sharingan to draw out the truth from her. Much to his surprise and to the other Uchiha, she is not even a part of any clan, nor is she a spy.

-The Uchiha think that they should let her go, but Obito decides to actually keep her, much to their shock. He keeps her under the pretext that she might sell them out to the Senju if he lets her escape, and tells them that he will be responsible of her.

-In reality, Obito is entranced and fascinated by her beauty, and wants to spend more time with her and get to know her. Konan, of course, doesn't bother to give him any attention and merely answers with short, cold replies. He realizes that having her hands and feet tied up isn't going to make the situation better, so he cuts her binds.

--Obito would be very protective of her, even against his own members who are just as wolfish. If anyone interacts with her, Obito would let his possessiveness seep through, and this would make him and Konan get into a fight with each other every now and then, telling him that she doesn't need him and can take care of herself.

-Konan of course, eventually tries to make an escape - but is intercepted by the Senju that were roaming around. Konan is not weak, she knows how to fight them off and has combat skills along with ninjutsu, but after being captured by the Uchiha, Obito sealed off her ability to use chakra, so this lead to a disadvantage while trying to fight off the Senju members.

-Obito comes along and slaughters them, and of course, an injured Konan would refuse his attempts to help her up and she would yell, "I was doing fine on my own! I don't need your help!" and Obito would smirk at her and shrug, telling her, "Alright then, leave." But because Konan is too injured to move, Obito grabs her and hold her closely to him, then teleports them back to the camp where he personally tends to her injuries.

-This is the first time Konan sees a soft side of him as he gently cleans her cuts and bandages her wounds, and she notices the subtle way his hands would linger on her skin and the way his crimson eyes would meet hers, before he lets her go. Obito then tells her that once her wounds are healed, he'll let her leave, but then Konan has a moment of vulnerability and whispers that she has nowhere to go.

-They spend more time together, and they get to know one another. Konan slowly starts to open up to him, and talks to him about her troubled childhood as an orphan and how she lost Yahiko and Nagato in Amegakure because of the clan wars that ensued thanks to the corruption of certain village leaders that hire clans to kill each other. Obito does the same, telling her he's an orphan too and his parents were murdered by Senju - and that fact brings them both closer.

-Konan starts doing small things for Obito, such as make a meal for him, make his favorite tea - and no, she's not doing it as a servant, she does it so he can join her and they would just eat and talk together. Her feminine side only makes Obito start to desire her more. They just get to know each other that way, and eventually Konan shows Obito her origami talent, such a making a rose out of paper and different other complex shapes, and Obito is definitely impressed when he learns that she can utilize her chakra to use paper for ninjutsu.

-He starts taking her outside and show her some beautiful fields that are far away from their area by teleporting her with his Kamui. Being alone together gives them a chance to get more touchy as they flirt thanks to the heavy sexual tension around them, without anyone walking in or seeing them - and this gives Obito a chance to admire her beauty and physical features even further.

-Eventually, when Obito takes her to a nearby river, Konan comes up with a plan and decides that she wants to bathe, but she wants Obito to join her. She shows how genuine her intentions are with him when she starts to strip off her clothes slowly, unfastening her kimono until she is bare naked in front of him. She then steps over and unfastens Obito's belt and as she does so, she locks her eyes with him and starts to feel him up, playfully groping him, before making her way to the river. Obito immediately undresses, then grabs her and holds her to him, and seals his lips with hers as he backs her up against a nearby rock on the water. They kiss feverishly, after a long time of pent up tension and desiring one another, and he runs his lips down her neck, then down to her beautiful full breasts, his fingers roaming over her curves before brushing over her sensitive area, and then they end up having sex in that river.

-They end up having alone time like this every now and then as well - just a secret relationship in the middle of an aggressive war between 2 clans. I'd even say that Obito would end up marrying her to keep her beside him, but that's later on down the line. xD

-Their fights together would usually come from Obito's recklessness when battling the Senju and landing an injury here and there. One thing that really brings them together though is that they both share the thought of an idealistic world of peace where there is no wars and no fighting amongst any clan or village, or even nations, and I'd say this slow-paced headcanon would end up as something a bit climactic, in the sense that will they be able to live through a time where their wishful thinking will come true, or will they not?

ObiKonan. Post war. Who does the cooking? Who does the cleaning? What kind of hobbies do they have? Basically, what is their normal day like? Give me domestic stuff. They're always hot and spicy. :)

Konan does the cooking and the cleaning, while Obito would run the errands. Obito however, helps keep the house very organized and is generally not a messy guy.

Hobbies are usually Konan's thing; she is a crafty person, so along with creating her origami designs, she enjoys things like embroidery and sewing clothes, crocheting.. she finds it to be very therapeutic, and it keeps her distracted on rainy days (rain reminds her of home and it's a complicated, bittersweet thing for her).

Obito's hobbies are training and working out, that's something that hasn't changed about him. xD He loves being fit and in shape. (We're talking about shirtless white-haired Obito here *fans self*)

What they enjoy doing is sparring together, mainly in taijutsu, or since I have this headcanon that Post-war Obito would be a sword user, Konan would help him using her paper ninjutsu to practice his sword style.

I think they would also enjoy gardening together, too. :) Rather than have pets, they'd grow flowers and plants and it'd make their house rather lively! Safe to say that Obito and Konan are potentially plant parents? XD

So a normal day for them starts out with Konan making breakfast, they'd eat together and just chat, then Obito heads out to run his errands and even see what missions he'd have for the day, and during his absence, Konan would just either tend to the gardens, or even prep lunch, and when Obito returns, they'd eat and then run the bath so they can relax in the bathtub together, in which Konan would lay her back against Obito's chest, playing with the bubble as she listens to Obito talk about his day.

Afterwards, towards the evening hours, it's just quiet and comfortable quality time for them, where Obito would sit on the side and clean his weapons, or read a book and have his tea, while Konan would just work on her crafts.

If Obito doesn't have anything to do, he'd just help Konan around the house - either he'd tend to the gardens, or just help her organize and clean up around, and just keep her company while she's cooking. x3

It's cute, simple, and rather quiet and private between them. :3

Oh and yes, they'd have sex in between, but we're talking about domestic stuff, so yeah. xD

In any AU you'd like, how do Konan and Obito meet? How about three scenarios!

I've got one that's a modern AU and 2 others that are from the canon universe. xD As much as I adore ObiKonan, it's still a rather tricky ship to get right.

--

Scenario 1 - Modern AU:

They'd meet each other in a dimly lit quiet bar, where Obito would be sitting alone, swirling his drink. Next thing we know, Konan quietly walks in and moves with confidence and grace. She just strides towards where Obito was sitting, and politely asks, "Mind if I join you?"

Obito would be surprised and rather intrigued by her direct approach, and he simply gestures to the empty seat beside him and says, "Be my guest."

Konan would then slide into the stool beside him and orders her drink, and the two of them would be sitting in a comfortable silence.

Given that Konan's presence is rather charismatic because she has this rather subtle, confident demeanor with a hint of mystery, naturally she'd catch Obito's attention.

After subtly checking her out, Obito decides to initiate a conversation while Konan's gaze lingered on the amber liquid in her glass. "Quiet night, huh?"

A small smile plays at the corner of Konan's lips. "Sometimes that's exactly what we need." She replies, then takes a sip of her drink.

Obito lets out an amused chuckle at her response as he lifts his drink for another sip too.

Scenario 2 - Canon AU:

Another idea I had was the two of them crossing paths as kids; back when Obito was a Chuunin and a member of Team Minato. It would be during a mission in which Jiraiya requests Minato to check up on the Ame Orphans for him on the side of his main task.

Minato would make Kakashi, Rin and Obito locate their place by giving them the coordinates that Jiraiya told him, while he goes on to complete the main mission.

Eventually, Team Minato would locate them, but it's not without being attacked at first because the Ame Orphans would think they were intruders or a bunch of bandits attempting to kill them. A battle would ensue - Konan would target Obito, thinking he wasn't the most intelligent out of all of them (ouch, right?) while Kakashi fights against Yahiko as Rin tries to negotiate with Nagato.

At first, Obito would be wowed by Konan's paper techniques, but Konan's main goal is to simply finish him off. Obito would be on the defensive mode, dodging and yelling at Konan to stop because he doesn't fight against girls, but Konan merely takes that as an insult and she would fire a barrage of lethally sharp papers towards Obito, who has no choice but to counter her jutsu with his Giant Fireball technique.

Since Konan's paper attacks is no match for Fire, she begrudgingly decides to hear him out, and Obito rolls his eyes and explains to her that he is a student of Minato Namikaze, who is Jiraiya's student as well. This apparently calms everyone down, and then the team gradually acquaint themselves during that brief period of time.

That is probably the only time Team Minato would meet the Ame Orphans as children; and years later, Obito would encounter Konan again, but this time through a diplomatic mission when there was news that an organization called the Akatsuki (the original one) is on the rise, and Obito was tasked to ensure that this organization posed no threat on Konoha, and to see what was their main goal.

Konan intercepts him in Amegakure, right as Obito arrived. She'd be floating above him, held up by her paper wings, and she would eventually recognize him in shock when he smirks at her and says he could never forget those papers that almost killed him long ago. Konan would then slowly glide down to him and retorts that it was thanks to him that she decided to enhance her techniques. Konan would then guide him through Amegakure as the two of them would slowly catch up with each other and talk about what they've been up to throughout the years.

Scenario 3 - Hokage Obito AU

Lastly, I'd imagine they would meet for the first time in a summit when Obito is a Hokage and Konan is an ambassador of Amegakure.

I'm in the mood for a bit of drama: what if Obito discovers Rin to be alive after already falling in love with Konan?

Ooh! I love drama!

One thing that makes Obito and Konan's relationship a little toxic is the fact that they're both still hung up on their old love, but they lean on each other because they just get each other like that and have suddenly become addicted to one another. Obito is never the type to betray his love after falling for her so he thinks that Konan is the only perfect woman for him in this shitty world that he intends to conquer.

Until one day Obito finds out that Rin is actually alive and is living normally in Konoha. He couldn't contain his shock when Zetsu tells him about this news that all this time, Rin survived her attempt to end her life, and the revelation just simply tears him apart.

At first, he remains in denial, and tries to stop thinking about it - but then, he's suddenly distant from Konan. Their stolen nights are getting less and less, and Konan doesn't understand why. This builds an unfavorable tension between them because whenever Konan confronts him about his sudden change, Obito starts to coldly threaten her, and this hurts and angers Konan.

Konan would then avoid Obito for a long while, and while the two of them are distant from one another, this gives Obito the opportunity to deal with the revelation.

He starts to become more absent from Ame, teleporting to Konoha so that he could stalk Rin and watch her from the shadows. At first, he denies that it's her, and it's just someone that looks like her because her hair has grown longer in length...until he hears her friends call her name, and then there is that undeniable purple-marked cheeks...

He follows her everywhere for hours without her able to sense him - and then, there is one nail to the coffin that fully confirms that it's actually her, Rin Nohara; and that is her sitting by the Memorial Stone in the middle of the training grounds, calling out his name as she weeps.

This awakens a storm of emotions inside Obito, who for so long suppressed his emotions and the memories of Rin because his feelings for Konan actually masked it. When he returns to Ame, Rin becomes all that she thinks about, and then he tries his best to distract himself by going back to Konan just to lose himself in her, but even as he's kissing who happens the most stunning woman in his arms, Rin's present image is still at the back of his head.

Konan senses the subtle change and pushes him off, and once again questions him. This time, Obito hesitantly tells her that Rin is actually alive. Konan at first is in disbelief, and then when Obito explains further about how he went to confirm that she's alive, Konan gets shocked and remains silent. She can tell that Obito's lingering feelings for Rin has resurfaced and the fact that he's thinking about Rin while he's with her just makes Konan grow resentful.

A fight ensues between them, where Konan vengefully brings up Yahiko and says that she feels like she betrayed him and his memory because she ended up sleeping with a man who is conflicted because he might want someone else. After hissing and throwing low jabs at each other, they both decide to separate and take the time apart to reconsider their whole relationship and if they would even last with each other.

A non-sexual date idea could just be sitting on the rooftop of a building (definitely a tall, fancy residential building) at night time with a pack of beer, looking over at the view of the city and at the pretty moon. They'd talk about random stuff, share a cigarette, tease each other, throw playful jabs, or even lightly tickle each other (Obito would do that to her, he'd drill his finger into her ribcage and she'd roughly push him). Sometimes they'd talk about deep stuff, maybe even a little more about themselves and their personal life.

Given that they're FWB, they're pretty simple and chill with the type of dates they have. It would just be the two of them hanging out and then having sex afterwards, lol. :)
