I just want to be clear that presently, we are living in a world where Commander Cody is alive.
He’s alive and living with his brothers, or whats left of them, in the newly reformed empire
He’s alive, and getting to live out the rest of his life in a well earned retirement… its bittersweet.
He cries himself to sleep at night, knowing it was his hands, his squadron, that killed Kenobi— he can’t prove it, but he lost a friend that day, he lost his rank, he lost everything with Order 66.
But he’s alive. He’s alive and trying to be better. He’s rescuing his brothers, he’s helping a rebellion, and he’s growing old.
He’s alive god damn it, and if David Fucking Filoni tries to take that from me—

That Star Wars AU looks really interesting! I have to wonder who the other roles would go to. Like, who’d be Darth Vader?
AAAA I'm glad you're finding this au to be interesting and cool! I LOVE Starwars and Ducktales so it's only a matter of time before I had combined the two.
Now as for the other roles 👀:
Della and Donald Duck
In this au the duck twins were both force sensitive and both trained to become Jedi’s back when the Republic was still standing and the Empire had not yet emerged. They were both padawans for Scrooge McDuck (who I will be talking about his role later) a Jedi Master. Donald and Della trained together, it was clear that Della was naturally better than this force thing but she was a lot more reckless whilst Donald tended to follow the Jedi Code and procedures. So in other words...
Della is taking the role of Anakin Skywalker and Donald is taking a role similar to Obiwon Kenobi.
So what does this mean? That epic fight Obiwon and Anakin had in the third prequel movie in that lava planet? Yep, in this au the Duck Twins are fighting. Della has been turned to the dark side and Donald is forced to fight his sister, beats her and is forced to leave her behind. In which the Emperor takes Della and...yep that's right, turns her to Darth Vader.
(HDL’s eggs have already been laid, and having Della turn dark, forces Donald to separate the eggs)
Donald stays in Tatootine where he left Huey with Ferthy, and remains a hermit as he continues to study the force.
Scrooge McDuck
Scrooge is taking both the role of Quigon and Yoda. What do I mean by this? Like Quigon, he is the Jedi Master of Obiwon, whose role is Donald. Except that instead of dying, he simply remains being Donald’s and Della’s Jedi Master. He takes the role of Yoda because the same way that Yoda trained Luke, Scrooge would be training Huey.
Other roles:
I was torn between having the Emperor/Chancellor Palpatine be either Magica or Bradford.
Webby would be Ahsoka, Della’s padawan, and Beakley would be been a senator of a planet.
Gladstone is the senator of Alderann and would take in Louie.
Fethry is a simple farmer over at Tatooine and would take in Huey.

Hi All ( ^ _^)/ It's been a while, been working and all :3 So recently Star Wars: The last Jedi was released on Blu-ray and Digitally so I thought it's fitting to give a review :3 WARNING Spoilers ahead So, before I watched this film, feed backs on it was all over the place. Some people loved it and some people hate it. I... liked it very much, it wasn't fault free but it was good. Let's say the goods first: Firstly and not surprisingly the CGI and Visuals were on point. The creature introductions were okay (could have been better) but creative none the less. Character development on new people was pretty damn decent. I specially liked how at the beginning of the film, both Rey and Ben were lost and didn't know where they belong and what's their role, then help each other to become in peace and solid ground to underestand what they role is in the force. They became each other's master. BUT I really didn't like porg animation, felt very unnatural, didn't like the way Yoda seemed like a hand toy and specially didn't like how Rays parents were nobodies (can someone tell me why she remembers Ben Kenobis voice?) Why was snark a nobody too? How did he die so easily, I think he was undersold Also can someone explained why did Luke stared at the Sun's before joining the force like kenobi did? And what was the flying Leia about? Since when can she fly? Overall I think it was a good watch and nice fun like a decent star wars movie so I give it a 7.7 out of 10 And the people who didn't like it: I think it's because they pictured the film in a way they wanted to be before they see it and when it wasn't that, they didn't like it. Which is What I think I did for BvS so it's underestandable #StarWars #LastJedi #StarWarsLastJedi #Movies #Films #Reviews #MovieRivew #FilmReview #Geek #ray #BenSolo #Kenobi #Yoda #lukeskywalker #vader #obiwon #Leia #Spoilers (at London, United Kingdom)

THE FACE OF RACISM
"We are a symbiont society. What happens to one affects the other." is a quote from Obi Won twenty years later this quote still rings true.
Hello champions of words, today blog post is a blast from the past. Dated August 17, 2011, I decided to tackle an entry posted on a friend #Facebook page dealing with racism in America. I wanted to get the conversation going at which I failed but now in revisiting past blogs, I think this is just as relevant today as it was nine years ago.

Lupita Nyong'o was originally rumored to be the lead Jedi character, possibly a granddaughter of Obiwon Kenobi. On the one hand, I can imagine her just completely replacing Rey, but a younger black actress I feel would be better suited.
Right now I’m picturing her playing Finn’s older sister.
I’m calling her character Mya for now. How she fits into the grand scheme of things under the cut. I have blown my whole Sunday thinking about this.
The First Order establishes itself in 21 ABY (After Battle of Yavin), when Finn is ten and thus too old in my opinion to not remember his family or birth name. Operation Resurrection (how Finn is kidnapped) doesn’t appear to have a canon establishment date yet, but it had to have been in process for many years prior to the First Order.
So! In 15 ABY, a remnant of the former Empire working on Operation Resurrection rolls through Mya’s little outer rim, home world. I’m imaging this a colony world has only a couple of small towns and barely one acts as their city like capital, maybe max a half a million people planet wide. They are the decedents of refugees who escaped the Empire. Children are kidnapped from schools, Mya is almost kidnapped but is able to escape and make it back to her parents. Infants and toddlers are taken from preschools, newborns from hospitals. This world’s leaders are able to contact the New Republic for backup, who do show up to help drive the First Order away, but they are very late. Thousands of children are gone.
Mya being one of the very few children able to escape, is brought in to questioning to establish what exactly happened. She is immediately detected by Leia as a force sensitive, Mya’s ability to escape part of the proof. Leia talks to her parents about the proposition of their daughter learning the force with Luke. They are of course hesitant because they already lost one child, but her parents cannot deny that they have seen their daughter do extraordinary things in her day to day life. They fear holding her back from her true self. Leia offers to help Mya’s parents move off the world, but at the time, Mya’s parents see no pressing reason to. They would much rather find a way to get their son and the thousands of other children back. Leia petitions the New Republic to help return these children but there is push back and it’s treated like a waste of resources for such a small, isolated world. So Leia ensures that there is a way they can keep in contact while Mya is away at Luke’s temple.
At the temple, she learns the force alongside Ben Solo. It’s a shaky and highly competitive relationship between them. After many years, contact between Mya and her parents are lost when the newly establish First Order begins to conquer outer rim worlds. Leia is unable to make contact as well.  Mya makes plans to go behind enemy lines to find them. Just before she can, Ben becomes Kylo Ren and destroys everything. She manages to fend him and his Knights off, escapes, and becomes the only survivor to not join him. Luke assumes she died with the rest of the students. The reason he never senses that she is alive, is because he has already begun the process of disconnecting himself from the Force. The sensation of so many of these students dying one after another triggered it.
Mya gets back to her old neighborhood and finds it in shambles. Some other family has taken up residence of her family home. They tell her that her parents fought against First Order advancement on the world and joined a segment of Leia’s newly formed Resistance. When Mya gets in contact with what remains of that Resistance on her home world, she learns her parents have died fighting. She is back in contact with Leia and learns of Luke’s disappearance. Mya commits herself to the Resistance and helping Leia find Luke.
At this point it’s easy to replace Rey completely and continue the story on another path. But at the moment I’m fitting Mya into the existing canon.
Years later, a stormtrooper named Finn defects to the Resistance. Mya sees his face, and the Force let’s her know that this is her long-lost brother. But event after event prevents her from the initial chance to really talk to him. When Rey leaves to contact Luke, Mya stays behind finding the Force guiding her to stay with the Resistance. Especially with the concern that brother is unconscious in the med lab. In the second movie, Mya sides with Holdo and Leia, which can help disrupt the whole White Feminist crap that goes on. Which pits her against Poe. When she realizes Finn has disappeared, she confronts Poe who plays ignorant but also demands Mya tell him what Holdo is up to in exchange. Which puts them at a stalemate. Mya tells Holdo that maybe they should let Poe in on the plans before he does something really drastic, but Holdo holds firm that he doesn’t need to know. At the end of the movie when Finn almost sacrifices himself, Mya realizes she has to tell him the truth.
Of course, this all disrupts the title of “The Last Jedi.”
Between the second and third movie, while Leia takes up training Rey, Mya takes up training Finn.
Honestly, I would completely change the story of the third movie and that’d be a whole other blog post. But for now I’m fitting Mya into the existing canon.
I didn’t understand why Rose can’t be with the trio, and I can’t see why Mya couldn’t be there too. Mya filling a sort of big sister role for both Rey and Finn at this point. This is also where she almost squeezes Jannah out. I don’t want to remove Jannah completely, but I can see Mya helping Finn get across those waves and onto the Death Star wreckage. Mya and Finn at first initially gets into the lightsaber fight with Kylo Ren, but Rey force pushes them out of the fight. Mya encourages Finn to stay back. While Mya hates Kylo Ren with ever fiber of her being, she’s not going to let rage and revenge blind her or her brother. They need to prepare themselves if Rey goes dark side, which at that moment she appears to be on shaky ground. Ultimately though, Rey needs to dismantle the system her grandfather created even if she had nothing to do with it.
Mya and Finn lead the charge on the flag ship surface, light sabers a blazing.
Unrelated to Mya, that pointless kiss is completely cut out.
