BOY WATCH boy alert 🚨🚨🚨🚨

Felsic is done! 🔥 I made him in part to finish off a plush tutorial that i have in the works, and i'm still haunted by accidentally destroying his figure so now he can live on in plush form.

Felsic is SO cuddly since i used a new type of silky stuffing and mochi minky in places. like oh my god hugging him feels so comforting. its part of why i omitted all of his spikes because he's going to be more of a hugging plush than just a display one haha.

At long, long last, Yarrow the drabbicorn is accomplished!

I cannot gauge just how long it took to make him because I took a few decently long hiatuses while working on him. Turns out designing almost an entire pattern all on your own and having to fix a lot of egregious mistakes along the way tires you out in a project this large.

Yarrow is the most complicated plushie I have ever made, and as you can see, he can stand on his own! I do believe the laundry pod I made was larger, but nothing quite beats just how intricate this guy was. He's made primarily of fleece, but the dark pink is some kind of faux fur material. The result is a soft, huggable lad who is only somewhat fragile around the legs and arms!

(A wild me for scale.)

He's certainly not throwable but he's perfect for sitting on your best and being given a nice hug before bed.

He is intended to be a gift for the guy who designed him, my precious bf (link to his fursuit business twitter)!

Making the raincoat and boots for this plush was one of the most challenging things I have ever sewn. I made the patterns for the clothing myself, and I'm very proud of how it turned out! (Fingers crossed I don't have to work with stretchy pleather again any time soon, haha!)
