B.K grew up in Riften’s Honorhall orphanage after her mother was slain trying to clear a temple of bandits. The soldiers that came to collect her only allowed her to take one item from their home and she chose a book that was always kept on her mother’s bedside table. Why? Because whenever her mother was unable to sleep, she would call B.K into her room and have the young girl read to her until she fell asleep. It was was the only real time the two spent any time together since her mother was far more interested in killing bandits than raising her child.

The orphanage was quite poor, only able to afford to feed a couple of children each day, so B.K spent most of her time stealing food to survive. As she grew older, she became more fascinated with the thrill of stealing and quickly became obsessed with the written word. After getting kicked out from the orphanage when she became of age, she joined the Companions in Whiterun in order to make enough money to purchase a home where she could safely store her beloved books. However, the Companions did not approve of her thieving ways and, when they found her stealing books from the guild itself, they kicked her out.

She returned to Riften when she was recruited to join the Thieves guild and it wasn’t long before she helped return them to their former glory, earning her the title of leader, but she didn’t stick around for long. Now with more gold than she could ever spend in her lifetime, she built a home near Falkreath from scratch, where she was able to construct a large library for her books and even found herself a family to call her own.

Day 17 ⚜️ What is your favorite shout?

Without question, it’s the Storm Call shout. As someone that finds so much happiness from rain and stormy weather, this shout is perfect for me. The problem is that it doesn’t recognize friend from foe ._.) If you use it in a town, the lightning will strike randomly, sometimes the enemy, sometimes a guard, and sometimes a civilian. Naturally, this ends with you getting a bounty and the guards attacking you...

And if you plan on using this shout, you should be a loner or have an essential follower because it WILL kill your follower. Found that out the hard way ;_;) But here’s some shots of B.K using it on some enemies.

Day 11 ⚜️ Do you have the DLCs? If so, which is your favorite?

Hmm, probably the Hearthfire DLC because it’s cool to have your own manor outside of the cities. It’s fun to build them and decide what you want to add on to them.

B.K chose to build a huge library in her home where she can keep the vast collection of books she has acquired. Note: only the books she has added to her library (@theskyrimlibrary​) has been added to the shelves. The rest are waiting in the chest to be read. That blog hasn’t been updated in a while, though, because B.K has been pre-occupied.

Day 7 ⚜️ What is your favorite weapon or spell?

I believe it’s called... Dawnbreaker? Yeah it is. It’s the sword that you get from doing Merida’s quest. That sword is so cool and I always feel excited and powerful when I’m killing something and it explodes!

I tried to get a pic of the explosion but it didn’t work out so well lol instead, here’s B.K holding it and using it to set a bandit on fire c:

This little shit is putting his greasy hands on B.K’s books! She has to fight the urge to yell at the child, knowing he’s innocent and just curious. Sondas helped to keep her calm, letting her know that their son would not harm the books because he understood how much they mean to her. True to his word, as soon as Francois was done reading, he carefully set the book back on the shelf before leaving the room, unaware of his parents huddled behind the door.

Sondas: “See, my love? Our children are well behaved.”

B.K: *muttering* “Because you teach them well,”

Sondas: *laughs* “I do my best,”
