Hypno my favorite too^^. They are both associated with sleep, Hypno puts you to sleep and eats dreams, and Sam turns a dream into a nightmare. It is interesting that even Hypno's hypnosis does not work on Sam, due to his drowsiness and inability to fall asleep at all, because Sam’s “sleep” is simply his blackout, and he does not see dreams and does not rest as a result.

Sam is daydreaming while NANA plays on their laptop. After an undisclosed amount of time they make their way across the street. Meanwhile, Gia is doing homework. Perhaps she is daydreaming when a rock hits her window.

GIA: Sam, it's late. SAM: Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair. GIA: Gimme a minute.

SAM: We can't keep meeting like this. GIA: Sam, please. SAM: I want to watch a movie. GIA: It's past curfew and I'm in the middle of homewo--. SAM: So, that's a yes! Come on.
