Some new character information about Rei’s father and the other new male character shown in Episode 8. Since this deals with spoilers, I will be putting all info under a Read More:

Shigeki Suwa

This is Rei’s father, his name is made up of the kanji 重 (heavy, important, esteem, respect) among other meanings and 毅 (strong). Some more information about him:

Age: Unknown.

He is Rei’s father and the head of the organization.

He has instilled in Rei, even at a young age, the skills and mind frame of an assassin. 

In order to unite the organization, he will show no mercy to anyone, even family members.

Satoru Kaji

Satoru Kaji’s name is written as 梶悟. 梶 means “paper mulberry,” which is a type of flowering plant.

Washi paper is made using the inner bark of this tree, and has been used for food, fiber, and medicine for ages in many parts of Asia. 

Meanwhile, the 悟 part of his name is connected to words like 悟り (satori) - “spiritual enlightenment’ and 悟る (satoru) - a verb which means “to perceive, to sense, to become aware, to realize, to comprehend,” and so forth.

The Oppo Find X6 is rumored to feature a massive camera island and recently leaked live images seem to confirm this. The new renders show the device in black and suggest a triple rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The device is rumored to measure 9.2mm thick and feature curved edges.

The Oppo Find X6 and the Oppo Find X6 Pro are expected to launch next month and replace the Oppo Find X5 series. According to previous leaks, the vanilla model is expected to come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, while the Oppo Find X6 Pro is rumored to have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

"There's a pharmacy in Liyue called Bubu, and in it is Dr. Baizhu. His skills make all illnesses better, but his medicines are really bitter!"

This nursery rhyme has been widely spread throughout Feiyun Slope, and it has been used by countless parents to warn their children not to get sick... "or else."

However, it seems that the main character of this nursery rhyme is hardly feared by children. Instead, it is with utmost affection that he is called "Mr. Baizhu" by them.

This impression is mostly attributable to Baizhu's gentle and friendly demeanor. Interacting with him is a most refreshing experience. And no matter how anxious the patient may be, his confident smile will never fail to reassure.

Regrettably, Baizhu cannot save all his patients — himself, for example.

Herbalist Gui has mentioned that Baizhu's physical condition is extremely poor, and he often has to go back to his residence to rest after seeing patients. Even so, his smile never falters while in front of people.

When Gui asked him about this, he replied, "If the doctor looks sick himself, how can his patients face their illnesses with confidence?"

Day after day, Baizhu heals his patients. His ever-present smile hides the numerous bitter medicines he takes and the pain he suffers alone.

I've always been sympathetic to Luke, but the prequels' Skywalker backstory definitely makes me more so.

I've heard people dismiss him for playing with an old toy while complaining about being made to stay on a desert hellworld dominated by slave-owning gangsters, since Leia's a hardened revolutionary at the same time.

I think Luke's dislike of Tatooine is actually entirely legitimate based on the OT alone, given what he likely knows, but then it turns out that the slave-owning gangsters owned Luke's father and grandmother.

Luke doesn't know anything about Padmé and he doesn't have Leia's visions of her, so he has no sense of a legacy from lush Naboo or the apparently prosperous Naberries. His world is Tatooine and the legacy he's intensely conscious of is Anakin's, and Owen and Beru's. And I mean, Owen is Luke's uncle because Owen's father bought Luke's grandmother and freed her to marry her. She was later captured from the farm and tortured to death; Luke would see her memorial on a regular basis as he helps extract moisture on the farm.

He has every right to complain about being stuck on Tatooine—and always did IMO, but after the prequels? Whew.
