This might just be me but have you ever hugged someone or been near someone that you can smell them and they smell like a mom? Like they just have this specific smell and it makes you feel safe? I feel like that’s what Dark smells like. I’d like to think Dark asked everyone what they wanted for Christmas and they all were like “hug please 🥺”. Yancy gets to experience it all the time because Dark gets cuteness aggression with him. (Probably Night too but I’m not too sure where Night is on being touched)
Dark def has the mom smell in the Mama Dark AU. Like, it kicks in after Yancy comes to the Manor
Everyone asking for hugs from Dark is adorable!
Yancy gets hugs constantly and asks for them often as well and even has a whole system where he can just give Dark a look and Dark knows to give him the biggest hug
Night's probably too prideful to ask for a mom hug from Dark, at least verbally, but there have been times he's had a rough day and he just leans against Dark and Dark knows that means he wants some motherly lovin

So I had thought about this funny Dark and Yancy interaction where they were having a conversation and it led to talking about the 1920s but I don’t know how it came to be but Dark got frustrated and was like:
Dark: well what do you think I was doing at the beginning of 1924?!?!
Yancy: well I was born in October that year……and January to October is 9 months….👀
Dark: *his face goes from 😡 to 😨 and 😳* I’m forfeiting this conversation. We’re no longer talking about this.
Yancy: WHAT WERE YOU DOING MA?!! 😭😂
Dark: WELL WHAT DO YOU THINK I WAS DOING?!!
Yancy: ON YOUR BACK OBVIOUSLY SINCE IM HERE.
Dark: *gasps* I was never on my back.
Yancy: 😱 EW!
Dark: *laughs maniacally* 😂
(Just imagine them both laughing at the end.)
Dark NO!
Oh my God! XD

Scholomance Fanfic Premise - GE spoilers
So Orion’s somehow in contact with the void, yeah?  Imagine if this influenced his offspring to have a magical affinity for dealing with the void.
So what if Orion and Galadriel’s child, years and years later, somehow discovers he can walk out into the void, and come back without being having his magic and anima put out of phase with the real world?  What if he could explore the void, moving through the bits of half-existant artifice left out there, or bring back people everyone thought were lost forever?
I’m picturing this kid getting pushed out into the void at the Scholomance when someone decides to get back at El via him.  And then he comes back, days later after his room’s been reassigned and everyone’s mourning him, but he comes back speaking absolute gibberish.  It only lasts a few days, though he gives everyone the impression it lasts longer, and he terrifies the shite out of his would-be murderers when they try to take him out again, and he’s just like, “Dude.  So not cool.”
And then he brings back Mika, who got pushed out into the void during ‘A Deadly Education’.  Mika, who hasn’t aged a day and who is terrified to find himself back in the Scholomance--the void was boring, but at least nothing was trying to kill him.  Mika, who has no idea what has happened in the past twenty years.
His little sister is proving to be as good as a healer as Grandma Higgins, with a twist: she has an especial knack for people who have been in the void.  She manages to help Mika get more or less in phase with this reality, but the kid still has a habit of disappearing when he’s stressed out and reappearing at odd times and places.  Gradually, he develops it into a new affinity for translocation, albeit not one anyone has ever seen before.
I also kinda want this hypothetical child of Orion and El’s--we’ll call him Jon, because I imagine El would either name him after her father or give him the most boring name possible, sorry to any Jons in the audience--to interact with Yancy’s crew.  No concrete plans.  Maybe just have him spelunking the dark depths of the London enclave with a hot older girl from the indie wizards and uncovering some surprises the enclavers wish had stayed buried.

I wanted to make Fry/Leela offspring that deviate from the standard tropes of “redhead cyclops” and “purple-haired biclops” and use some of Leela’s other mutant traits. I started this a short while ago and the Futurama revival news made me wanna finish!
Personalities and extra doodles under the cut :)
Clover is highly confident in her skin and sucker cups. She’s a champion sewer swimmer (in the Semi-Aquatic Non-Amphibious Cup), partly because her third eye (a trait from her great-grandmother) gives her better judgment of vertical distance. She's very cordial, but talks faster than she thinks, and is a terrible liar. She’s very huggy but that’s kind of an issue cuz she gets stuck (though it allowed her to cling to her parents very adorably as a baby). But as good as she is with people, she gets overwhelmed sometimes and likes to surround herself in water or cushions or something to calm down. She’s Leela’s favorite, even if neither would openly admit it in front of Cy, cuz Clover’s had admirable levels of skill and dedication since she was a child. (Fry doesn’t have a clear favorite, he does relate better to Cy, but also objectively knows Clover is doing more cool stuff.)
Curtis Yancy does not like their name and goes by “C.Y.” or “Cy,” and realized too late that “Cy” is absolutely going to be mistaken as short for “Cyclops” and they just signed up for a lifetime of extra schoolyard bullying. They like engineering, though they don’t know how to do much more than just turn screws and push buttons yet, and hole up in Farnsworth’s lab or the Planet Express ship cuz they got nowhere else to go. They’re also a pop culture snob, especially with music, and have an affinity for the “classical sound” of the Bedroom Pop Era. They cling to their dad more because his time-travel shtick absolutely astounds them, and they can ask questions about the 20th century and Fry will pretend to remember the answers. They are so in that phase of “I was born in the wrong generation” and I guess you could argue they’re technically correct? (The best kind of correct) But despite that, Cy still likes to mess around with tech, including Uncle Bender, and they absolutely picked up a bit of misanthropy from him. Oh, and the tail’s from Leela’s mom and swishes like a mofo when they get cranky (they get cranky a lot)
Between the two of them, they have a normal amount of eyes and a normal amount of sibling rivalry.
Bonus doodles of clingy baby Clover and Cy doing homework

It’s finally OVER!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
FINALLY! This has been a long working project on the offspring list of Archer and Waverly and the best part was I got a wildclaw from this nest! How cool is that??? Definitely keeping them.
Tumblr media
At first I thought I had one too many eggs before I thought of the ‘and’ said in the ABC’s song so it all worked perfectly!
Ps- I already know Beta and Yancy aren’t the actual words in the military alphabet, I just thought they would look better and imo they do lol ( ^w^ )

PRODcast 158′s Old School Player of the Week: Hugh Yancy
Hugh Yancy was a second and third baseman who played in seven games spread across three major league seasons with the Chicago White Sox. In 1972, he played in three games, got nine ABs, hit a single, and that was that. In 1974 he pinch bunted. That’s all. And in 1976, he got 10 ABs, and ripped another single. Add all that up and you’ve got yourself a sweet .105 career BA, and an OPS+ of -23, which seems low.
Yancy ripped some easy 70 DADHAT, and while the look was ubiquitous in that era, he had a DGAF flair to his lid placement that was something to behold.
Yancy had the pleasure of playing in some absolutely ghastly Sox unis – the all-navy collared disasters that looked like coveralls for a pest control company or some off-brand freighting/delivery service, and the inexplicable red White Sox unis who were not the Red Sox but had red socks.
Hugh is now 69 years old.
He also looks like he could be the offspring of Eazy-E and Terrence Howard.

“Gotta kick this shit off with chaos and controversy” The UFC’s debut on ESPN preview
Joey
January 16th, 2019
Well folks! Welcome to the ESPN Era! Where to start where to start here. Let's begin with what feels like two repetitive themes of 2018 already poking its thicc ass into 2019. 1) The UFC overbooked a bunch of cards in an attempt to have big PPVs and in the process deprived themselves of potential main event fights. That, in turn, leads to the UFC scrambling to figure things out and try to put together a show with a limited hand and fighters who just don't seem to be in a rush to take any fights. This in turn lead to moving a PPV headliner to ESPN+ to make everybody happy which I guess leads to our that other deal aka 2) SUPERFIGHTS! This is a "superfight" in title alone, pitting a 0 defenses Henry Cejudo vs a 1 title defense in a rematch TJ Dillashaw. Cejudo really doesn't have anything better to do but Dillashaw does and instead he's here in a super fight. It IS a fantastic fight on its own but the additional drama of the flyweight division's fate resting in the balance gives me some heartburn. The rest of the card is very peculiar; some damn good action fights, some names we know of trying to resurrect their career, some intriguing prospects and Greg Hardy. There is a little bit of everything even if some of that something is unpleasant. Welcome to 2019! Things are unpleasant!
Fights: 13
Debuts: Greg Hardy, Alonzo Menifield, Vinicious Moreira, Ariane Lipski. Mauro Batista, Kyle Stewart
Fight Changes/Injury Cancellations: 6 (Thomas Almeida OUT, John Lineker IN vs Cory Sandhagen/ John Lineker OUT, Mauro Batista IN vs Cory Sandhagen/Ion Cutelaba OUT, Karl Roberson IN vs Glover Teixeira/Joe Benavidez vs Deveison Figueredo scrapped/ Randy Brown OUT, Dwight Grant IN vs Chance Recountre/Dwight Grant OUT, Kyle Stewart IN vs Chance Recountre)
Headliners (fighters who have either main evented or co-main evented shows in the UFC):  9 (Glover Teixeira, TJ Dillashaw, Heney Cejudo, Joe Benavidez, Yancy Medeiros, Paige Van Zant, Donald Cerrone, Joanna Calderwood, Dennis Bermudez)
Fighters On Losing Streaks in the UFC: 2 (Dennis Bermudez, Paige Van Zant)
Fighters On Winning Streaks in the UFC: 7 (TJ Dillashaw, Henry Cejudo, Gregor Gillespie, Dustin Ortiz, Alexander Hernandez, Belal Muhammad, Geoff Neal)
Main Card Record Since Jan 1st 2017 (in the UFC):  20-9
Henry Cejudo- 3-0 TJ Dillashaw- 2-0 Greg Hardy- 0-0 Allan Crowder- 0-1 Yancy Medeiros- 2-1 Gregor Gillespie- 4-0 Joe Benavidez- 1-1 Dustin Ortiz- 3-1 Paige Van Zant- 0-1 Rachael Ostovich- 1-1 Glover Teixeira- 2-2 Karl Roberson- 2-1
2019's Records We Keepin Track Of:
Debuting Fighters: Greg Hardy, Alonzo Menifield, Vinicious Moreira, Ariane Lipski. Mario Bautista, Kyle Stewart
Short Notice Fighters:  Maurio Bautista, Kyle Stewart
Second Fight:  Allen Crowder, Chance Rencountre, Te Edwards
Cage Corrosion (Fighters who have not fought within a year of the date of the fight): Allen Crowder, Paige Van Zant
Undefeated Fighters:  Greg Hardy, Gregor Gillespie, Mario Bautista
Fighters with at least four fights in the UFC with 0 wins over competition still in the organization:
Weight Class Jumpers (Fighters competing outside of the weight class of their last fight even if they're returning BACK to their "normal weight class"): TJ Dillashaw, Karl Roberson, Yancy Medeiros, Donald Cerrone, Dennis Bermudez
Twelve Precarious Ponderings
1- How confident are we that this is the final flyweight title fight of all time?
2- Let's say this is the final flyweight fight of all time. What's the legacy of the division? How will you remember flyweight?
3- It's totally unfortunate to put it in this light but the biggest problem I have with this fight is that its offspring will further hold up 135 lbs, a division bursting at the seams with new intriguing fights for Dillashaw. If Henry Cejudo wins then you're going to get a rematch at 135 lbs between Cejudo and Dillashaw. If Dillashaw wins then he's probably going to start chirping about fighting Max Holloway or someone at 145 lbs. In the interim, guys like Jimmie Rivera, Aljo Sterling, the Moraes/Assuncao winner and Pedro Munhoz are just kind of chillin knowing that the concept of a title shot in the future is flimsy and almost a joke. Welcome to the Superfight Error I guess.
4- Alexander Hernandez's UFC debut couldn't of gone better.  He went in there on short notice and mowed through a very solid proven 155er in Beneil Dariush. His second fight wasn't quite the roaring follow up as Hernandez struggled with the size of Olivier Aubin-Mercier and perhaps even dealt with the pressures of being on a Fox main card. His third fight is the ESPN debut show against a superstar 155 lber that normally rockets you up in the rankings and put you right in title contention. No pressure dude.
5-  Is it fair to say that PVZ and Joanne Calderwood are basically competing against one another for a title fight? Would imagine the winner, if impressive, trumps Jessica Eye off of 3 decision wins. Unless we're gonna get Eye vs PVZ.
6- We often times take pitchforks to 205 lbs but Alonzo Menifield and Vinicius Morreira are intriguing enough 205 lb talents to get kind of excited about that fight and I think Karl Roberson won't be too out of his depth at 205 lbs either.
7- Let's stick with Roberson vs Teixeira for a quick second and debate this fight as a whole. Glover Teix's slow decline due to age and his all around fighting style seemed to really have hit the skids over the past few years. Post Rumble, Glover has seemed particularly broken even in his wins. He looked spooked on the feet vs Jared Cannonier but relied on his wrestling, got smoked vs Gus, struggled with Cirkunov before "the big guy who gets taken down first loses" rule kicked in and then against Corey Anderson, his total lack of movement and athleticism was exposed really badly en route to getting mugged for fifteen minutes. His rebound fight to this (after an injury ruined a September booking) is a super athletic MW coming up on short notice who represents the biggest weaknesses Glover has. You'd assume this is going to be a blowout BUT Glover can absolutely still wrestle with people dumb enough to let him impose his grappling game. Karl Roberson is super raw and allowed Cezar Mutante (a similar minded stiff grappler) to take him down, casually maneuver through his guard and eventually submit him. If Roberson has improved his grappling a smidge, he should win this. If he hasn't (and that fight was in May so it's not like he's had years to work on his ground game) then Glover should absolutely be the favorite here.
8- Welcome back to 155 lbs, Dennis Bermudez. I know your run at 145 lbs sort of fell out of favor recently so this could be a nice change of pace for him. Your first opponent is an ultra talented prospect coming off a loss in his debut who will probably be a weight class bigger than you come fight night. Best of luck, dude.
9- Is Gregor Gillespie the best blandest potential top fighter on the come up?
10- So on 99% of these cards, it won't matter what fight 2-12 is because they'll all be on the same network but I object to there being *counts* 10 fights better than Geoff Neal vs Belal Muhammad. Even if we acknowledge Belal has a bland no frills fighting style, h's still capable of putting on some solid performances within those blegh fights. Geoff Neal is a really impressive DWTCS guy who is 2-0 in the UFC, both finishes and both of the impressive variety. Muhammad tends to struggle against guys who he can't keep on the defensive for long and Neal's offensive output and freakish power sort of masks his deficiencies overall as a fighter. This is a good match up and worth tuning in early on ESPN+ to check out.
11- Briefly dipping back to the Joanne/PVZ conversation for a minute; is 125 lbs doomed to be known as the division where fighters who couldn't "make it" in their own division found a safe haven to beat up on other similarly skilled runner ups?
12- How many Chance Recountre jokes do I gotta make to get kicked off the DojoTalkPodcast?

Opinion: 'Why did you leave me?' The migrant children left behind as parents are deported
Adayanci Perez Chavez, who was separated from her father when they crossed the border from Guatemala more than two months ago.
One by one over the past few weeks, 90 percent of the children at the center, managed by Bethany Christian Services in Kalamazoo, have been put on planes and reunited with parents who had been held at immigration detention centers across the country.
“Yanci” was not among them, because there was no longer a parent with whom to reunite her. Desperate to get his daughter back, her father, Hugo Lionel Perez, said he had agreed to accept quick deportation as the price — except that when it came time to leave the country, he was put on a plane without her.
“The official told me, ‘Sign here, and you will be deported together.’ They tricked me,” Perez, 30, said in a phone interview from his indigenous village in Guatemala. Now, he said, “Whenever we talk, Yanci asks me, ‘Why did you leave me, Papito?'”
As the Trump administration has rushed to reunite thousands of children separated from their parents under a “zero-tolerance” policy on border enforcement, it is now left with 700 or more cases that have been more difficult to solve, including those of 431 parents who were apparently sent home without their children.
These are the cases that will continue to occupy federal immigration lawyers and immigrant advocates in the coming days, as federal authorities continue to unwind the effects of the policy that saw 2,800 or more children removed from their families in an attempt to deter the recent flood of migrant families from Central America.
Despite having substantially met the court’s deadline for reuniting “eligible” parents and children, the Trump administration continues to face immigration lawsuits across the country, including a case in Seattle in which 17 states are challenging not only family separations, but how the government handles claims for asylum and the licensing requirements for migrant children held in detention.
In Los Angeles on Friday, Judge Dolly M. Gee of U.S. District Court said she would appoint an independent monitor to evaluate conditions for migrant children housed in border processing centers and family detention centers where families can be held for up to 20 days. The judge said there was a “disconnect” in the assessments of conditions at the facilities between government monitors and the harrowing accounts of lawyers, health workers and others who have cited inadequate water, inedible food and other problems.
“I think the court was moved,” said Peter Schey, president of the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law, who was a co-lead counsel in a 1985 lawsuit over the detention of migrant children, on which the current challenge is based. “I think this was an essential step in bringing the government into line with the terms of the 1997 Flores settlement that required the humane treatment of detained children and their proper release in appropriate cases,” he added.
Gee also issued a second ruling, which was preliminary and therefore subject to change, in favor of plaintiffs who alleged that migrant children in federal custody are routinely medicated with powerful psychotropic drugs, without giving informed consent.
Leecia Welch, a lawyer with the National Center for Youth Law, which filed the second motion, said evidence suggests that children were being medicated for “the convenience of the employees at the facilities to have more zombified residents rather than to actually help these children with their mental health needs.”
In the main case on family reunifications, Judge Dana M. Sabraw of the U.S. District Court in San Diego signaled that he would likely rule over the weekend on a petition by the American Civil Liberties Union to further postpone immediate deportation of newly reunited families. Deportation orders are already pending against about 900 such families.
In about 120 cases, said Lee Gelernt, a lawyer with the ACLU, parents signed papers agreeing to be deported themselves without understanding that they were giving up the right to take their child with them. In such cases, most children are permitted to pursue their own petitions for asylum in the United States.
“We absolutely want the judge to stay the removal of this group so we can talk to this group about whether they knowingly gave their children away,” Gelernt said. “What we have found out is that many, many parents were clueless about what they were doing. They want their child.”
Perez said this is what had happened to him.
He said he and his daughter had been apprehended by Border Patrol officers in Arizona on May 12 and separated the next day. After that, discussions began about accepting what is known as “expedited removal” back to Guatemala.
Lawyers at the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, which is representing Yanci, said that they had received assurances from officials at the Office of Refugee Resettlement, which is responsible for children in government custody, that father and child would be reunited and sent home together if the organization did not pursue a separate immigration court case on behalf of the child.
“An offer was being made and we agreed to it so that the reunification could happen as quickly as possible. But the promise was not kept,” said Susan Reed, managing attorney of the legal-aid organization in Kalamazoo, adding that the same scenario occurred in about five cases.
“We were comfortable with a plan that got us the best possible result without the child going through a lengthy court process,” she said.
Since the father’s departure in June, the organization has made three formal requests to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to expedite Yanci’s removal from the country. Late Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agreed that it would work with Yanci’s lawyers to seek voluntary departure before an immigration judge. The process could take several more weeks before she can be returned.
Homeland Security officials have said that all the parents who were deported without their children made an informed decision to do so, and had agreed in writing to leave their offspring in the United States.
In a court filing this week, the ACLU said that “evidence is overwhelming that parents have signed forms they did not understand,” including papers they thought stated that they wished to be reunified with their children.
Some Central American migrants are illiterate. And many migrants from the highlands of Guatemala, where several dialects are spoken, do not speak Spanish.
The ACLU cited several examples of detained parents who were confronted with documents to sign without understanding their content, and who sometimes did so under emotional duress. Among them were parents who had waived reunification when, in fact, they had wanted their children back, the organization said.
“They gave me a paper to sign in English, which I didn’t understand, because I believed their word,” Perez said. “There were others there who also signed thinking that they would get their kids back. We were about 10 together. They told us not to worry.”
The 1,878 children who were returned to parents or sponsors in recent weeks represent only a fraction of all those who were separated from their children after crossing the border, a practice that began last summer and escalated in May. President Donald Trump issued an executive order on June 20 halting the separations after bipartisan outcry and global condemnation.
Of the 711 children who were deemed ineligible to reunify, according to government court filings, 431 have a parent outside the United States; 120 have parents who waived the right to reunification; 79 have a parent released into the country who has not been found; 94 have a parent whose location is under “review”; 67 have a parent who raised a “red flag”; and seven have been precluded from reunification by separate litigation.
Immigrant lawyers working at family detention facilities and volunteers helping arrange shelter and travel for newly released families said Friday that reunifications had been plagued with chaos in some areas.
“The government would like the public to believe it successfully met the July 26 deadline; nothing could be further from the truth,” said Efrén C. Olivares, a director of the Texas Civil Rights Project. “Here in South Texas, chaos dominates the government’s family reunification efforts.”
He said that many parents were reunited with their children in a parking lot of the Port Isabel Detention Center. One mother was brought the wrong child. Some parents had to sleep in cars because they were released but their children were not yet there.
Perez makes his living in Guatemala working in the corn fields and doing odd jobs. He lives with his wife and two children in a room in his mother-in-law’s house.
His plan had been to head to Florida, where there is a large Guatemalan Mayan community, to work in landscaping until he had saved enough money to buy his family a home in their village.
“I went out of necessity. We don’t have a house. I wanted to work so that I can support and feed my family, whom I live for,” he said. “They took my daughter from me.”
In Kalamazoo, Yanci spends her days at the migrant children’s center and her nights with a foster family. But she has exhibited increased anxiety as many of the children who, like her, had been separated from their parents began leaving.
“She told me all her friends have gone with their mommies and daddies and keeps asking why she can’t leave too,” her mother, Alma Lucerito Chavez, said in a phone interview.
The child’s caseworker informed her last week that Yanci had taken scissors to her hair in a fit of anger.
“I talked to her today. She was crying, saying she doesn’t want to be there,” Chavez said.
Her husband said that he had asked about his daughter right up to the moment he was boarding the bus to the deportation plane. Immigration agents told him they had no idea, he said.
“I wouldn’t have signed anything had I known,” he said. “It was all a lie to get us out of there.”

Danti angst:
When Anti first found out Dark had a kid (Yancy) he kept his feelings hidden because well he didn’t cause Dark or Yancy any trouble but also didn’t really see himself as a father figure not in the same way Chase was with him or the rest of the egos or like Henrik was with Robbie sometimes. Like to think that the whole reason they had so many fights and argument was so Anti could further create that wall/barrier between them mostly just for himself. Even when Dark did try to ask Anti out, Anti just shook his head and told Dark why and went to his room.
Dark being stubborn as hell especially since how he felt towards Anti didn’t let this stop him to consistently ask Anti out just so he could prove to him that those thoughts didn’t mean anything to which Anti would finally come around cause who is he to say no to Dark XD
My heart breaks at the thought of Anti going; "You know who I am, Dark. What I am. I can't be a parent. I know Yancy is an adult and doesn't rely on you that much but for me to...I'd ruin everything and I can't do that to you two."
He'll get his happy ending but the steps are gonna be painful until he reaches the top

Hey sorry I’m late on the birthday prompt but I JUST had this cute little idea pop up! Baby Chicago not wanting to leave “mama” who she calls Dark and dark also not wanting to let go either.
Time for the cute! ----------------
“Was she good for yous?” Yancy asked as Anti walked him and Illinois into the house. “Sorry for being out a bit longer than planned.”
“We got a little…busy.” Illinois chuckled, which became a full laugh when Yancy elbowed him in the side.
“Oh? So you use the grandparents to babysit so you can fu-” Anti was cut off by Yancy elbowing him.
“Do not say it.” Yancy did not need to hear a parental figure talking about his…personal life.
“Fuck.” Anti finished his word with a big grin.
“Yous are terrible.”
“Tell me that the next time you need us to babysit.” Anti giggled and led Yancy and Illinois into the bedroom. “Although I don’t think it’ll be hard to convince ‘mama’ to watch Chicago for you two.”
“Now that’s adorable.” Illinois chuckled at what the three of them walked in on.
Dark sat in the middle of the bed, legs crossed, and little Chicago in his lap. Chicago held a finger from each of Dark’s hands, giggling happily as her hands got moved in a dance of sorts. Dark hadn’t even noticed them. He had his own big smile as his movements got more happy squeals from Chicago.
“Those two haven’t left that spot since dinner,” Anti said, going over and sitting himself down on the bed. “The kids are here.” He teased and kissed Dark’s cheek before plopping down to his back. “And it’s going to be our turn to get busy~”
“Gross. I do not want to hear about that either.” Yancy made a face as he went to the end of the bed. “Hey, baby girl, it’s time to go home.”
“Mama!” Chicago kicked her feet in protest and leaned back, leaning against Dark with what little body weight she had.
“We can’t leave you here all night,” Illinois said with a chuckle.
“Stay!” Chicago huffed.
“I mean, I don’t mind if she stays the night.” Dark was not showing any signs of helping get Chicago to her parents.
“No way, she’s not staying. I’m not sucking your-”
“Anti!” Dark cut Anti off and covered Chicago’s ears, getting another set of squeals and giggles from her.
“See? Point proven, can’t leave me around the little ones. Let her go home.” Anti crawled on the bed over to Dark and Chicago again. “Lovely having you. See you around later.” He took one of Chicago’s hands and shook it.
“Pap-pap!” Chicago squeaked at Anti. Anti went stiff, and his eyes were wide, almost looking like they would form tears.
“Nope! Nope, nope, nope!” He quickly crawled away. “Take the baby before I cry!”
“Alright, alright. I’ll see you later, little one.” Dark sighed before scooping up Chicago and handing her to Yancy. “I have my other baby to take care of.”
“Shut up!” Anti huffed and poured. Chicago started to huff and puff herself but soon got over it when Yancy hugged her to his chest. She did love Dark, but she loved Yancy even more.
“Sounds like we’ll need to set up another date night soon,” Illinois said with a grin, running a hand through Chicago’s hair.
“No, you don’t.” Anti was now burying himself under the blankets.
“Just give us a call whenever you need it.” Dark waved and then sent the three of them home so they didn’t have to worry about walking back. “Now, to the other baby.” He turned around and found the bump under the blanket that he knew was Anti. “Are you going to come out of there, or am I going to have to make you?” There was a pause and then an evil giggle.
“Make me~”
“You asked for it.”

Hey veggie! It’s been a hot minute since I last threw in an ask! Had been busy with mental health and trying to get a job. I did end up getting hired at a place that sells tools and it’s a pretty easy job I guess. But I wanted to vent a little on Yancy also dealing with learning a new job. I don’t know if I mentioned the idea of Yancy working as Darks secretary ( as a baby step for him to know the ins and outs of darks job cuz he might take over as heir) . once Yancy figures it out, he starts to become the go to person when there’s a problem and Dark is just in the background watching his son be a leader like him but maybe even a better one 🥹🥹🥹
Welcome back! I hope all is well <3
And Yancy making his Mama proud by doing such a good job. And then said Mama sees Papa's influence on Yancy when he gets annoyed with someone and calls them a very creative insult XD
Illinois is also watching with big-ass heart eyes

Also for that tattoo ask, imagine Dark having a tramp stamp and not even Yancy knew about it until one day Darks wearing a regular shirt instead of his reg suit, he reaches up for something and his shirt rides up and there it is for everyone to see.
Yancy: what is THAT?! *pulls shirt up*
Dark: what is what? *looks confused* OH! That’s my tattoo.
Yancy: since when did you get this?!
Dark: *thinks* I believe before you were born? Or after? I’m not sure, I was drunk when I got it.
Yancy: :0
Yancy really being like "When the fuck did you get inked, mother?" XD
Also, cue Wilford shouting the answer from down the hall because we know damn well he was with Dark and they both got drunk tattoos XD

I know it’s Darks birthday, but since it was Father’s Day yesterday do ya think Yancy would get something for Anti? Maybe like ask Dark what’s his favorite candy and get it for him idk
Ooo~!
I'm just imagining it's the first time Yancy's wanting to do something for Anti for Father's Day. He does some research to try to figure out what kind of gift would be appropriate and, after asking Dark about the candy, gets it all set to go.
Yancy goes to Dark's and Anti's room and hands Anti a 'world's best dad' mug that filled with sour candies. There's a long pause as Anti stares at the gift and then;
Dark: Are you crying? Anti: No! Yancy: Do...do you want me to take it back? Anti: Don't you fucking dare!
Anti then drinks from that mug every single day after that

Only if you want to! But I'm curious how'd you'd write maybe a trans!Jackie with Phantom on an insecure day, like "Does this look good? Do I still pass?" If not that, then maybe some Mama!Dark and Yancy shenanigans?
I’m going the Mama!Dark and Yancy route first since I immediately came up with an idea XD (And I'll admit to having a bit of an off-body day so I'll save the dysphoria writing for another time) ----------
Illinois’ flirt game was going strong. He had a hand pressed against the wall next to Yancy’s head and smirked as he spoke.
“I think red is a very flattering color on you~” Illinois softly chuckled, seeing the deep blush on Yancy’s face.
“Oh, shut up.” Yancy giggled a little, leaning against the same wall and looking at Illinois with his own big smile. He was thriving and loving the attention. It was always a lot of fun when it was just the two of them, Illinois would get so good and touchy, and it made Yancy’s heart flutter.
“What? I’m just telling the truth,” Illinois gently held Yancy’s chin between his thumb and pointer finger, making him tilt his head up slightly. There wasn’t much of a height difference between the two, Illinois having an inch, maybe two, on Yancy, but he knew how to use that to his full advantage. “You look gorgeous like this.”
“Yeah?” Yancy giggled some more. Only Illinois could turn him into this flustered mess. All of his usual toughness and edginess were gone. None of that existed when Illinois’ eyes were on him. “I think-” He stopped his comment when Illinois was suddenly yanked away from him. Dark held Illinois’ arm firmly, and walked down the hall with him, claiming there was ‘work for him to do’. “Ma!”
x~x~x
Yancy softly smiled as he traced a finger along the line of Illinois’ palm, his other hand holding it up a bit. The two were sitting together at the meeting room table, having been talking with Bing and Google about a future mission, and they were now left alone.
“This one means yous have a great smile.” Yancy chuckled. He knew how to read palms properly but was having too much fun. And the laugh Illinois let out made it worth it even more.
“Does it now? What else does my hand say?” Illinois leaned over a little closer as he asked.
“The way these two lines connect means yous are a very flirty man.” Yancy wasn’t even looking at Illinois’ hand when he said that.
“I would have never guessed that.” Illinois’ voice was nearly a whisper now as he and Yancy were only inches apart. “Anything else?”
“The line also says yous are going to kiss me,” Yancy whispered, and his eyes went front Illinois’ lips back to his eyes. Illinois only chuckled before leaning in and kissing him, hand closing to hold Yancy’s as well. Yancy sighed happily into the kiss and moved to lean into it more but found himself going toward the air. He blinked a few times and noticed that Dark had the back of Illinois’ chair and had pulled him away.
“We have a meeting,” Dark stated.
“No, we don’t.”
“Well…I must have the dates confused.”
“Ma!”
x~x~x
“Oh, Darky, you work too much~” Anti giggled, giving Dark’s tie a little tug.
“I don’t think I do,” Dark said with a grin, sitting on his desk’s edge and with Anti standing between his knees.
“You do, and you need to spend more time with me.” Anti tugged again on Dark’s tie, getting him good and close.
“I supposed I could take a quick break.” Dark chuckled and started going in for a kiss, stopping when Yancy suddenly barged into the room. Neither he nor Anti was prepared for Yancy to rush over, scroop Anti up, throw him over his shoulder, and run back to the other side of the room.
“Yancy, what are you doing!?” Dark demanded.
“Your turn, Ma!” Yancy shouted before taking off again, this time out of the room with a loudly laughing Anti.
