Oh my god I'm so glad we share this headcanon because it consumes my waking thoughts.

Yeah, Finn doesn't tell anyone unless he's gonna sleep with them, its not any of their business. He was already getting attached to Chow and Ratso so it was kind of nerve wracking when he told them, but they were both just like "oh. Well okay!" And it wasn't a big deal at all.

They were his number one supporters when he got bottom surgery, taking care of him out of the hospital and stuff.

Its my hc that Finn started working for The Dark Hand to pay for top surgery when he was working at a bar, his coworker asked him if he wanted to get into this more shady stuff after work and once he saw how much they were paying he was like 'oh my god hold on I can pay for surgeries now'

Finn doesn't tell anyone once he's got bottom surgery and The Dark Hand had plenty of money and resources to make the name and sex marker change process much easier.

Finn always passed really well, and most people assume he's a cis gay man and that is exactly what he wanted.
