Macaque looks so friggin cool!!! You can bet the moment Wukong gets banished from the group Reader is going to be on high alert for him and guarding Tripitaka even if she can’t do anything.

Yall I have so many ideas about how Reader would meet MC! But the possibility is that she will get injured so Wukong wants her to rest at the Flower Fruit Mountain (he will say it's because now she is double weak so she would just slow the party but he cares) with the monkeys. She wasn't there to see the fight that happened between Wukong and Tripitaka. So when Fake Wukong showed up Reader was very chill about it. BUT AS MOMENT AS SHE SAW HIM EATING A FREAKING MONKEY SHE FELT SUS! Have that situation but in a more comedic way where Macaque is Fake Wukong and Reader saw him eating a monkey 🐒

Unlike Wukong (sometimes), Macaque is a good listener lol

other thing that keeps me up at night: [let's say this takes part in the canon/manga universe] y/n is the "one that got away" for naoya. sure, he was a piece of shit, yes he treated her terribly, but he genuinely, deep inside him, maybe even outwardly too, loved her.

but you didn't. you tried your best to make the best out of this situation, but you couldn't take the horrors of his family, and him. so, you end up leaving the clan;

to make it all worse, there was a moment where you managed to be with him was husband and wife. a hope for something better between the two, but it didn't persevere, so that was the end of it. the heartbreak of it all.

after your departure naoya completely loses himself, leading down to the prick he is in the manga. the mere mention of you is prohibited in the estate, anyone who dares talk about you will suffer consequences.

yet, you remain as the one that naoya once loved. the one that he was obsessed with, since the moment he saw you at jujutsu high. but now, lost, alongside any semblance of humanity in him.

one could only wonder what he'll do if he ever found out that you were pregnant when you left the clan; and that you had the baby.

Evan is so dramatic, bless him

He isn’t just angry at Barty. He’s angry at his family, he’s angry at the world–but Barty is his best target at the moment, and the most visceral one. Everything else feels like a deep, festering wound, but Barty feels like a dagger to his heart. Everytime something like this happens Barty pushes it deeper, Evan’s fingers curl around the blade begging for him to stop, resisting, and being sliced open anyway.

The image makes Evan careen into an unpleasant place full of fantasies and fears that he has not yet decided are real. Nonetheless, in the deep recesses of his mind, he knows he wouldn’t mind dying that way. Barty’s hand on the helm of the dagger, Evan’s heart beneath it.

The thing is, Barty isn’t holding a dagger, and Evan’s heart bled dry the night his mother left.

He knows he can't keep doing what he does with Barty. He knows it will end in tragedy. It always does. Just like Icarus falling into the depths of the sea. Evan would rather not fly too close to the sun, and he would rather not drown in an ocean of regrets.

Reading back over The Lady Gardener, and I've only just realised that of course Crowley is going to sympathise hard with Louise’s beleaguered nanny. Olga the nanny is about to gain a new demonic ally in her war against her horrible boss. I am simultaneously appalled and impressed by the levels of chaos I'm about to unleash with this chapter. When you've got Crowley, a malfunctioning angel, and a publicity-ravenous TERF in the same village then it was always going to be mayhem, but even I didn't anticipate the wild Great British Bake Off swerve that things are about to take. Oh, and I think I might have just sparked a potentially violent and prolonged conflict with the local WI, but never mind. I'm sure it will be fine.
