-> the king of curses remembers you, even before being sealed, you were his lover, of course he did had many to warm his bed but you were different

-> a young man who stole his heart and become his favorite and ( after he kills his other lovers ) the only person who he was able to be less dangerous and bloodthirsty he was, sharing touches and kisses though the day, how much he truly loved you

-> until he got sealed by that sorcerers! he never saw you, only heard from his enemies that you were torture and later had any memories of the jujutsu world erased just to you get married to someone else, a truly sad end to both lovers

-> however, when he manage to came back inside of yuji’s body, one of the few thoughts he had was asking what happened to you, his lovers and unfortunately, gojo confirmed what he heard before , that you die a long time ago after getting married to a random person

-> to say at least, sukuna was sad but manage to hide it beyond a mask of furious and destruction, slowing learning to stay calm and accept what happened to you

-> that what he though, once yuji got to jujutsu high, sukuna saw you, alive and well, but how? did you reincarnated or somehow related to his lovers? that don’t matter, as long you are with him

-> a young teacher specialized in fast healing during battles and fights, you are brave, sukuna couldn’t deny that, he saw you in action a few time while instructing the first years and share to yuji how proud he is of you

-> yuji though at first that sukuna only got interested in you because of your abilities, but started slowly notice how the curse would act around your presence

-> sukuna would try to take control over yuji’s body when both of you are in the same room and even he could control it, yuji decided to tell gojo about the current situation

-> and as yuji expected, gojo knew why the king of the curse was acting weirdly and showed the boy a old painting, a old one framed in glass, painted in the most lively colors, and the man represented is you

-> gojo’s words impressed the young boy, how you are the reincarnation of a lover from sukuna, his favorite one and the council hopes to use you as a bargain if anything bad happens to them

-> while sukuna did heard everything, he decided to stay put, he needs a plan to take you away from the council and control yuji’s body without worries, so for a while, he will keep playing slow, waiting for the moment to get you and destroy the sorcerers while you are in his lap

-> and you now? you still curious to know why your student is still acting weird around you, it is due the amount of blood you two had seen? you still have no ideas why but maybe he is just nervous around you

Kusuo isn’t easily scared.

there are very few things that actually do scare him, considering he can sense everything coming from a mile away

But shows and books are an exception (given he doesn’t stare at the pages to see through the book-)

he’s not normally into horror but your manga is actually very interesting to him!

NORAGAMI CH 100 THOUGHTS

guys I'm crying I'm genuinely crying actual tears. I was gonna make a "surprise, bitch. I bet you thought you'd seen the last of me" joke but it's no time to jokE. TOO MUCH IS HAPPENING.

And as a lot of people saw coming this appears to be the final arc🥲 it's sad but I'm glad that the story seems to have been allowed to run its natural course and adachitoka got to tell the story they wanted to tell (and boy, what a story). Bittersweet, but let's all enjoy this final arc together! I'm terrified!! What on earth is going to happen!!! How do all the loose ends get tied up????

anyway we're here and I am back on my bullshit under the cut...! Be warned: This is a long one.

as you may imagine I AM UNWELL

fast-moon dropped this one while I was on a date and when I saw that notification I had to stop, process it and explain to my date what was going on because that is how much despair it caused me. (And I hadn't even read the damn thing yet)

Why is it only now clicking for me that there is a CLEAR OBVIOUS MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIP between the names Yuki / Haru / Sakura.

Smarter people than I probably have and will speak more (and better) on everything going on with names and wordplay and Yato fighting and being nearly killed by Yuuki on the same hill where he buried his body and letters, but I will just say that it hurts and it made me cry ambiguous, confusing, sad-happy tears.

That entire section looked so pretty and Yato and Yuki looked so tiny and I'm just🥺

Ok now that that's out of the way. He makes a valid point- from his point of view, at least. From what we have seen of his backstory, Yato was created by a wish born of his deep feelings of injustice, of being left behind to die by the world and the gods ("You were my prayer"). TO him, Yato has always been a tool he had a right to, he deserved, to "cull the herd", to take back the power he believed was for him and taken away. Yato was Father's lifeline in a similar fashion as Father was his. He was his precious means of justice until he wasn't anymore. And he loved him in the same sick and twisted way he loves Mizuchi for very similar reasons. Again from what we know up until now, I fear it might be all he knows, love for someone as a means to an end; but I'm afraid we just won't know that until we learn more about his relationship to Kaya (vibrating with excitement As We Speak).

Oh no. Ohhh no. There is so much to unpack from Nora and Kazuma at the end oh NO.

Hey yeah remember that old theory I had that got debunked a bunch in the last couple of years where I talked about hafuri being immune to GGS and roped Kazuma into my examples? well lookie here guess we'll find out sooner rather than later won't we? :)

I mean, Kazu is like double-sealed though so it should be fine, right?

sequence of jumbled jotaor thoughts it's not a steady line of thought im jsut fucking crazy also im not proofreading this

im thinking about how the first time jotaro smiles in the manga it's when he's holding a gun to his head

i think about how holly screamed. i think about how it's implied jotaro did this more than once because he knew his brains werent going to blow out in front of his mom he did this to show off star platinum's frightening abilities he wasnt trying to die....this time at least. but earlier? well

i think about how he was 17 when his entire world is flipped upside, when he truly meets his grandfather for the first time, when he understands why his mother is the way she is (dont get me started on this ohhh do not get me started on this). i thinka bout how he met his first friends got 50 precious days with them and then lost them. even the ones that lived. him and polnareff are a tragedy of "we could've been great" because, with their differences in circumstance and their individual forms of grieving, i honestly think they both resent the fact that the other lived and not someone else just as much as they resent that they themselves lived. survivor's guilt spilling over and being directed at the only other person who understands. it sucks. also he loses joseph cause after being without oxygen for that long he had brain damage (as evidence by how much he aged in the 10 years btwn diu and sdc as opposed to the 50 years between bt and sdc) and he just, broke i think from the guilt of getting his friends killed again (avdol and kakyoin particularly). i think jotaro was alone again in anew way and it RUINS THE REST OF HIS LIIIFE

i think about how jotaro was beginning to trust the others when boom, the second he tries to trust them in the final battle to do their own thing, they die. every time he isnt there people die. polnareff wouldve died if he wasn't there. jospeh would've died if he wasnt there. everyone else died cause he wasn't there. he literally WAS ON THE WAY TO GETTING BETTER TO LEARNIGN TO TRUST PEOPLE but it fell in at such a critical moment and had such dire conseqeunces and he couldnt he couldnt he couldnt and so he didnt and it culminates 23 years later when he's not enough by himself to save his daughter, he trades the world for her and he still couldnt do it because he tried to do it alone ough my GOD

i thinka bout how he loved the crusaders so much he was so vulnerable with them he showed off his underbelly so sevrely and then he's hurt and hurt and hurt and he becomes so consumed in his own hurt that he runs CIRCLES trying to find a way to make sure he has the power to never ever ever let it happen again and so he isolates and he does things alone and he doesnt train the world cause he has trouble seeing it as anything other than dio (but it's him too he couldve made it his own but he didnt and it led to not having enough of a girp on it to save his DAUGHTER when seconds were the most preicous thing in the world)

i think about how he loved them i think about how he did the stupid cigarette tricks with them about how they knew how to comfort him when he was acting erratically and scared how this implies that he's done that before how it means they saw and helped him through it and he communicated how they can help him through it HOW HE ASKS THEM TO HELP HIM i thin abuotu how the only time we see him trust his loved ones not just himself BUT HIS LVOED ONES to someone else is in stardust crusaders and then it's gone and he never does it again i think about how losing the crusaders made him so grief stricken that he essentially signs his death warrant like he had gone past the event horizon but couldnt fall in just yet it was done it was done he was done

i think about how he killed people and he was so scared and he had blood on his hands i think about how he's teeth and nails and fists and it manifests in star platinum's offensive abilities i think about how he is so scared and he is so desperate and he loves so, so, so much, he tries to punch to distract the fact his heart is on his sleeve

i think about how uncomfortable he msut be with knives or anything sharp after everything i think about how he needs pressure but if something is too tight on his chest he'll hyperventilate i think about how he can't look at clocks and he can't look at his own stand and he can't look at himself i think he must hate the color yellow (his daughter has blond streaks in her hair, it must be some sort of joke)

i think about his relationships with people and how they both save and damn him simultaneously i think about how the relationships he has post part 3 give him some solace while he's marching toward his own deathbed and his refusal to deviate form that path means the relationships get strained and ripped and a chunk of his heart falls away every time it happens he is bleeding so so much so to speakby the time he even makes it to pucci it's no wonder he barely put up a fight it must have been a mercy (it was until it meant his daughter had no one left to be a shield for her)

So I was watching in real time the matches of team Z vs others and later Isagi's teams and plays against Rin and such and making commentary like 'ANOTHER FLAWLESS NUTMEG PASS DEFENSE AND OH! OHHH!!! EVERYONE STAND BACK BACHIRA IS ONCE AGAIN TURNING THIS COURT INTO A DANCE FLOOR. THE BEAT IS DROPPING AS HIS ENEMIES DO, TOO!!" or "YES A DIRECT SHOT BY THE MAN THE MYTH THE LEGENDDDDDD ISAGI YOICHIIIIIII!!!" it was wild but not too biased bc I was properly losing my mind over both sides of the match when something impressive happened. But I remember it being such whiplash to a lot of bllk boys bc I have a petite, curvy, and cute appearance but had the heart and roar of a crazy American announcer during games lmao

but honestly?? Aside from Ego needing more creativity for training sims (soccer boys vs holographic zombies WHEN) bc if he's gonna have that much money and tech and ruin these guys' lives let them have some fun in a interactive/simulation, their soccer feats absolutely deserve hype men. Is there anything you wish the manga added, out of curiosity?? I saw a post point this out, but I also wish the (vastly superior!!) female Japanese soccer team is mentioned at some point. Hi Jelly.. Can I request an angst fic (reincarnation AU) , *I kinda wanna make myself cry*. In which Levi and the reader is in a relationship but Levi is already distant because he felt overwhelmed by everything making him think he's losing interest and thinking he's slowly falling out of love to her? Then the reader confronts him about it leading to a huge painful argument whereof Levi said hurtful words (like- "I wish I never met you", etc.) And then the dreadful day happen- reader died in a mission. Levi cried and apologized to her grave cause he never got the chance to do so when she was still alive, they did not even have a proper goodbye. Later on, Levi lived that life full of regrets. In another life where both of them are reincarnated, Levi remembered everything vividly that he just waited to see and to be with reader again. He wanted to make it up everything for her. As they met each other again, their reunion was full of pain and happiness. Levi cried hard, he promises the reader that he'll love, protect and treat her right. That he'll never let her go again. Finally, they have happy ending in present life where Levi won't let them being apart again. (I'm so sorry if the description is too long)

So, this can help me with the angst. Plus, this is such a great idea! So, I don't know if people have played it, but I will be a bit inspired by AOT 2 game for reader's good act. Also Manga Spoilers!

Levi didn't understand why you wanted him as a lover and boyfriend. He couldn't figure it all out. You confused him, but he loved you. You really were his life and soul, yet you made him think and feel things he didn't understand. He acted in a way that wasn't him. He saw himself becoming soft to the scouts and he didn't like it. He had a reputation to hold.

You showed him new things in life, like holding someone, kissing and sex. You were Levi's first. The two of you explored life and love together, but then he started being consumed by his feelings. Levi was focused on only you and he overheard the scouts talking saying he had become a pushover. Levi hated that people thought he was weak, because if he'd become weak then he couldn't protect you.

You started noticing Levi was getting distant. He wasn't hugging you or kissing you as much as he used to. Levi was spending all his time training himself and others. The sex even disappeared and Levi was very hungry before for your body, but now it's like he didn't even want to look at it. The days you spent helping him with paperwork, as well as living with him in his room became less and less. You spent many nights lying in his bed waiting for him, but he never came. You'd dress up for him, but he never noticed anymore.

One night as you lay in bed, Levi had finally come back. You listened to him undress, then pull on his night things. He slipped into bed and you waited for your goodnight kiss, but nothing happened. You lay there and felt cold as the tears welled up in your eyes. You felt unlovable in that moment.

You rolled onto your side and looked to Levi with his back to you. "Levi?" You stared at him, but he didn't move or say anything. "Levi?" You reached over and lightly touched him. "Levi."

Levi turned and glared at you. "Tch, what!?"

You retreated and gulped. "I umm. I was wondering how your day was."

He rolled back over with his back to you. "Same as every fucking day."

You sat up and looked down at Levi. You leaned down to kiss Levi's cheek, but he flinched then sat up and smacked your arm and chest. You winced at the pain, then looked to Levi as he stared at you in the dark.

Levi gritted his teeth. "The fuck are you doing?"

You welled up. "I was just giving you a goodnight kiss."

He lay down in bed. "Just go to sleep."

"I love you."

Levi clenched up at your words. "If you won't shut up, then go to your room."

You stared at Levi, then rubbed your tears away. "What happened to you, to us?"

Levi sighed. "What do you want from me? You want a fucking sob story? Leave me the fuck alone."

You hugged yourself. "But we need to talk. You don't kiss me, hug me or sleep with me anymore. You avoid me as much as possible. You speak to me worse than you do the cadets. What did I do? Tell me what I can do to fix this, to fix us."

Levi clenched his jaw tightly. "You make me into someone I don't like. You make me weak and soft. I'm a disgrace."

You moved closer. "You're none of those things. You're strong and amazing. You are humanity's strongest! You haven't changed. The only thing that has, is your heart has gotten bigger. You care more."

"Caring gets you killed! Loving someone gets you killed!"

You stared at him as he lay there in the dark. "So, what are you saying?"

He pulled the covers up more. "Sometimes I wish I never met you."

You sat for a while in the dark, then you slipped out of bed. You changed into your clothes and grabbed the things that belonged to you. You walked to the door and looked back at Levi. "Goodbye Levi."

You went right to your room, then sat at your desk and stared into the void. As the days went on, you barely ate anything. You trained by yourself and away from Levi. You kept your distance from him, but he still seemed to be in a terrible mood. In fact, Levi seemed to be in a worse mood now you were acting like the two of you were broken up. You didn't understand what he wanted anymore. So, you decided to write a letter to explain how you felt about him.

When you got ready to go out on a mission, Levi was there for the send off and his eyes were on you. You didn't say anything to him as you got onto your horse, then left with the group to go on a experdition led by Hange. Usually, the others came with but this didn't need everyone invovled. You were just going to go out, investigate titan activity and then come back. Hange also wanted to inspect the land where titans had been, so maybe she could find out how they work and move.

Everything was going so well and smooth, but then something went wrong. It was a mess and people were getting hurt and killed for stupid reasons. Everyone rushed to get away and it ended up with you riding in the back of an open carriage with the injured. You looked back behind to see titans running for you all. You knew no one was as skilled as you, but it really was suicide.

You gulped hard, then put your hand in your pocket and pulled out a letter you'd written to Levi of all your feelings. "Hange!?"

Hange moved her horse closer and shouted back. "Yes!?"

You handed the letter over to her. "Give this to Levi and tell him." You welled up. "Tell him I'm sorry!"

Hange looked to the letter, then up to see you pull out your blades. She shouted your name. "What are you doing!?"

You looked to the titans running closer. "I have to do this, because someone else would get it wrong." You smiled at Hange. "It's been an honour."

Hange screamed your name and watched you lead the titans away. Hnage took her squad to the extraction zone and waited, but you didn't show up and there were no titans either. She kept waiting, then she and two others rode their horses to where you were last seen. She told everyone to spread out and call if they find something. She heard a shout, then raced over to see a blade stuck up out of the ground. She got closer and saw your lifeless body, eyes void of life. She could see you used up all your gas, broken all your blades and fought until the bitter end. You'd managed to kill off the titans, but it seems in your fight that they had beaten you badly. The last titan you'd killed must have landed on you giving you a finishing blow.

Hange returned with your body covered up. She slipped off her horse and saw Levi looking around for you. She walked over to him and handed him the letter. "She says she's sorry."

Levi gripped, the letter and looked down at it. "What...what do you mean?" He watched her walk away without a word, then he saw the carriage go past with a body covered in a sheet. "Hange. Hange what happened!?"

Hange turned to the scouts gathering around and announced your name. "Face down a group of charging titans so the rest of us could live. She attacked them head on and killed every last one of them until her body and gear gave up. It was the bravest thing I've ever seen."

Levi felt his soul leave his body. He then became devoid of life. He held onto your letter and didn't read it, not even at your funeral. One day he visited your grave after everyone had cleared out. He sat at your gravestone, then opened your letter and read your words of love. You told him how he meant the world to you and you'd always love him in this life and beyond. You said you were sorry for everything and that you weren't there enough for him. You told him you'd do better if he gave you a second chance.

Levi clenched the letter tightly, then cried. "I'm sorry. I'm so fucking sorry." He turned to your gravestone and hugged it. "Please, come back to me. Tell me this is all a lie. Tell me this is a dream. Come back to me. Let me hear you say you love me one last time." Levi waited, but he heard nothing. You were gone.

Levi carried your letter with him for the rest of his life. He regretted it forever and the darkness in his heart showed to others. At the end of the war, when Eren was dead, he was now in a wheelchair with a bad leg and a scarred face. He'd read your letter over and over and made people promise that he be buried next to you with his letter written by you. As old age took over Levi, they started preparing just like they asked and when he passed away in his dream filled sleep full of you, he was taken care of the way he wanted.

Levi didn't expect that all of these memories, this pain of war, loss and hardship would appear again, but it did. When he was born into his new life, all of his old friends were back. Erwin was alive and well as his boss. Hange was a researcher at the company. Mike was a department leader and none of them remembered their past life, but Levi did. Levi didn't understand why he was tormented and weighted by pain. He was happy that his mother lived in this life and he got to spend his life with her, but he still didn't know who his dad was.

The one thing that pained him the most, that he spent plenty of money on was trying to find you. Levi did everything he could, he even searched social media like a possessed man, but found nothing. He was pained and this time he had no letter to clutch as his heart called for you. He was beginning to give up and his heart was pained, so today he decided to go home to his mum's apartment and gain comfort from his mother.

He opened her door and sighed. "I'm home mum." He frowned when he saw a pair of woman's shows by the door, then he tuned in to his mother laughing at someone. He frowned, then walked in further. "Mum? What's going on?"

Kuchel turned her head and smiled at Levi. "Oh hey sweetheart! Lovely to see you. I do love your surprise visits." She walked over and hugged him. "Mm! I love you so much, my sweet man."

Levi blushed. "Love you too. So, who are you takling to?"

She gasped. "Oh! She's my next door neighbour." She turned and gave Levi a full view of you stood up and smiling. She said your name and smiled. "She came over with lovely baked things." She leaned over and whispered. "She's single too."

Levi walked past his mother and right up to you to see a tear run down your cheek. He said your name. "Hi."

You smiled brightly. "Hi Levi."

Kuchel looked at you and Levi. "I'll head to the shop and get you kids some food."

You looked away from Levi and walked over to Kuchel. "No need Kuchel. I'm actually going home now. I have a little dog waiting for me." You gave Kuchel a hug. "Thank you for having me over." You slipped on your shoes, then waved. "Bye." You looked to Levi. "Goodbye Levi."

Levi's heart stung as he saw you in the past saying the same words as you left his room. Levi stood there for a moment, then chased after you. Levi knocked on your door, then jumped when the door opened and a little dog ran towards him. "What the?"

You picked up the pup and laughed. "Sorry, Levi is a little scamp."

Levi stared at you. "Le...vi?"

You smiled at him. "Yeah. I named him after you."

Levi's eyes widened. "You. You remember?"

You stepped to the side. "You should come inside."

Levi walked into your place, then slipped his shoes off. He walked around your place to see art work everywhere. "You're an artist?" He stopped in front of a painting of him in his gear from the old life. "Wow."

You smiled. "I paint the war we were in. It's really popular. People are a little scared of the titans I paint." You hummed a laugh. "But it's a good scared." You looked to Levi. "I remember everything we went through and the pain I went through. My death hurt a lot and I weirdly remember that."

Levi looked to you. "I'm sorry." You both locked eyes. "I'm so sorry for what I said to you." He welled up. "I was a fucking fool. I thought I was weak and couldn't protect you, but as a result I pushed you away. I was crushed when you died. I almost lived by your gravestone and I was buried with your letter."

You stared at Levi and blushed. "You were buried with my letter?"

He nodded. "I was buried next to you as well." He dropped to his knees. "I'm so sorry. I know that nothing I can do could fix my words and actions, but I'm so sorry. I know you could never love me again, but I will always love you."

You smiled at Levi. "Didn't I tell you that I'd love you in that life and beyond? Hell Levi, I made a life out of painting you over and over. I might have made some racy ones, but we won't talk about that. I named my dog after you because I love you so much." You put your dog down. "I still love you." You knelt down and hugged him. "I'll always love you." You cupped his face and smiled. "I love you."

Levi crashed his lips against yours, then yanked you close to him. "I love you too. I love you always."

I think that this thing with the american heroes is happening because of hori's editor, bnha is popular here in japan BUT is not as popular as people in the west think, I would dare to say that bnha main demographic (??) is made of americans, so I think that the editor is pushing this narrative to make the audience feel more include in the story, but well, seeing you guys reaction to the chapter I don't think it worked

Well, I can't speak for the people on USA, because I'm from Latam and that means I don't fall exactly into their target audience, but my big problem with how they decided to do the American inclusion is that they:

Sacrificed My Villain Academia, that is a really important arc in the manga, for a movie that is not canon.

Well, they actually sacrificed the whole time-line of the last season for this movie.

Gave the N. 1 USA hero a stereotypical design that is on the verge of parody, because most suits like that in the western comics were used as USA propaganda for their wars.

And if not like there wasn't USA representation before in the manga. All Might is a well done character that honors the western comics in a very balanced way. In fact, if you're a fan of the western comics, you can pinpoint where Horikoshi got inspired by them to create certain characters, like Sero Hanta for example, who has many traces of Spiderman.

We already had a good movie, the first one, with characters from USA like David and Melissa Shield. They are very well done and they represent really interesting plots. Also, it's interesting how Horikoshi gave us a well executed redemption arc with David Shield, who was partially the villain of the movie and ended up paying for what he did, but he didn't die or became just a big tragedy, instead getting happy to see All Might okay and be able to be around Melissa.

It is totally wrong to sacrificed the quality of the anime in order to give more attention to the movies. I wouldn't be so angry if they had correctly animated this last season, but they changed the time-line and shortened My Villain Academia. This is going to be a total problem because Horikoshi wrote that arc in a genius way, in order to help the readers understand the villains and build a general sense of why they deserve to live, for example.

Also? Since the second movie, I noted a pattern that I really don't like. They are taking many plot points that were already on the manga and made them the focus of the movies. Why is that wrong? Because then they don't execute those same plot points on the anime. It takes the impact of the plots too, because people already saw them on the movies.

And finally, what people need to understand about the famous flag design is that it's traditions come from war propaganda of the USA. Many heroes with such suit come from the past century and the many wars USA fought in those years. Nowadays, using that type of design is a little ironic or even satiric. And making the suit just a giant flag and calling the hero something like stars and stripes is just... Well, I don't have words for that.

It only makes it more sad that the character is a woman, because we are already lacking good female character representation on the manga. Nothing surprising for sure, but still. When you have a hero already centered on the USA identity, it gets complicated. I think Horikoshi made this new hero a sort of fan of All Might or maybe even a student of him, because that's a clever way of explaining why they share such identity.

And maybe it's because I've been fighting for so long about how nations are a social construct and the identities of such nations have been widely excluding a great part of their populations, but the N. 1 USA hero looks so stereotypical to me. And I mean it stereotypical as in the way Captain America is stereotypical.

The problem with representing other cultures in our actual world is that you need to do your research and pay attention to the details.

And if it worked or no... No idea. This blog is already in the minority side by being a villain main blog. If you add to that the fact that I'm not from USA and I don't share many cultural beliefs from there, you are gonna find that my opinion doesn't matter that much to Studio Bones.

Summary:

You are the type of person to either have pulled so many all nighters that fatigue has finally caught up to you and the backlash is very intense, or you are such a sleepy person you’ll take a nap anywhere, anytime. It had cause inconvenience sometimes, such as having to keep the storage closet in school locked to prevent you from sleeping and being locked in, or skipping some classes to doze off. But thankfully your partner was able to help and spot you in time before anything off happens.

Iwaizumi Hajime x Reader

Iwaizumi knows his S/O can be such a sleepy babe

He wants you to be careful where you decide to rest

One time he wondered where you were, as he hasn’t found you in your class nor has his friends saw you in lunch

He usually visits you to check up on you, to see if you’re okay, if you got enough sleep, or if you ate

He!! Is!! Concerned!! for !! your wellbeing!!

With school ending and no practice today, Iwaizumi was eager to see you and walk you home, maybe even order takeout while watching a movie or something. When he said goodbye to his friends, he grabbed his scarf and jacket, heading to your classroom.

“Ah, Iwaizumi-kun.” One of your friends say, seeing him walk through the door and scanning the classroom. “If you’re looking for (Y/N), we haven’t seen them in a while. Last time we did it was the first few classes, then they left.”

Nodding in thanks, Iwaizumi decides to keep texting you, until you answer. But you didn’t. Which meant you kept your phone at do not disturb again OR your phone died. Again. You probably used it to listen to the newest podcast and went straight to school without sleeping a wink.Furrowing his brow, he grunted in frustration. “Where can they be?”

He thought for a moment.

‘Not in the storage closet, the janitor now locks it cause they kept finding (Y/N) in it. In the locker room? No, I got a text from one (Y/N)’s friends that they didn’t go to P.E.’

Then it clicked.

“(Y/N) better not be up there, it’s fucking freezing-”

Speed walking down through the hallways and up the stairs until he reached the rooftop, he slammed open the door and he looked around, circling the entrance, he sighed with relief.

You were napping against the back of the entrance building, a fluffy blanket and his hoodie that you were wearing to keep yourself extra warm. Not to mention you also layered his hoodie with his VBC jacket. You were lying in fetus position, your bag serving as a pillow as you snored softly, blanket pulled up to your nose.

You look so precious.

‘Snap out of it, Hajime! They could’ve gotten sick! They can’t sleep here any longer!’

Crouching down, he nudges your temple with the curl of his index finger. He’s not surprised that your skin was cold, the tint of pink on your cheeks and nose tell him how cold your face was.

“Baby, wake up.” He speaks quietly, still rubbing the crook of his finger against your temple.

Humming as your eyes flutter open, you sneezed, sniffing as you smiled in a daze to your lovely boyfriend. “Hallo, Hajime. What’re you doing up here?”

He pouted a bit, now his face is tinted red. “Idiot, I was looking for you. You haven’t been answering your phone, did your phone die again?”

You snuggled deeper into his jacket, looking so soft and cozy. Your boyfriend is practically dying inside from how cute you are. “Mm. I think so? M’not sure.”

“C’mon, let’s go home. You slept until school was over, dumbie.” He brought his hand close to you, sneaking out from the blanket, your warm hand grab his cold one, and he pulled you up, picking up your bag and then wrapping the fluffy blanket around your body.

“When we get to your place can we sleep? You’re so warm, Hajime.” You shift closer to him, snuggling against the crook of his neck.

He chuckled, ruffling your hair despite your annoyed, tired, protests. “Of course we can bubs. But you got to do your homework.”

You hummed again, softly this time. “I did it already. I can give you the answers if it means you’ll sleep with me.”

Iwaizumi sputtered, “W-Watch what you’re saying, dumbass! You can’t just say that to anyone!”

Hugging him, the fluffy blanket still covering you and engulfing him, you smiled slyly, “That’s why I’m saying it to you, babes.”

“Idiot, l-let’s go.”

“Eager, aren’t ya?”

“...Shut up.”

Suna probably either does get enough sleep or he doesn’t, there’s no inbetween

Sometimes he does, cause he’s so tired from practice and collecting blackmail from the Miya twins fight

and there are times he doesn’t that you have to pick him up from class cause not even the loudest Miya twin can wake him up

That’s cause Suna trained himself to tune out Atsumu HA

But in reality, I feel like Suna is a light sleeper and if you were to wake him up, he’ll be like, “Wassup, babe?” In the husky ,,, tone,, aARYUFVAOR

He does usually need to find you, cause he does get concerned where you sleep

During gym class, you decided to fall asleep underneath the bleachers. You weren’t dead tired, but you had a big exam for three of your classes. Three tests take up a lot of mind power and studying consumes days and nights of good sleep. Thankfully, Suna had let you wear his VBC jacket today, cause he knows how cold it can be in the gymnasium.

By the time gym class ended, lunch rolled around and Suna had texted you that he was coming over to your homeroom so he can pick you up and eat with him and the twins.

Arriving at your classroom, he looks around and sees that you weren’t there. Asking your seat mates, they reply to him that they haven't seen you since gym class. Blinking at them, he nodded and left. Pulling out his phone, he checked your snapchat and you posted nothing. Swiping up, he sees that you’re still in school, but it doesn’t exactly say where, only that you’re in the Eastside.

Gym.

You’re still in the gymnasium.

He knew that you were busy studying for the three tests that he came to the conclusion that you didn’t get enough sleep, which meant you’re sleeping somewhere in the gym.

Going to your locker cubby, he opened it to see that you haven’t even brought lunch with you. Except two juiceboxes. Taking them out, he headed back to his class and picked up his own bento.

“Where ya goin’ Suna? Aren’t ya s’ppose to eat with (Y/N)?” Osamu asked.

“Hm. I will. Gotta pick’em up.” He replied.

“Good luck findin’ them then.”

“Thanks, ‘Samu.”

Suna casually walked to the gymnasium, taking long stride to get there at a shorter time. (Curse them... and their tallness)) Entering, he decided to call you. Then he heard the small ringtone you set up for him, the ‘bunny-senpai theme’ something like that. Following the sound of it, he stood in front of the bleachers in confusion. The ringtone was coming from there but you weren’t on the bleachers. Walking to the side, he heard the ringing become louder. Peeking from behind, he shone his phone light and saw a figure sitting against the wall.

Snorting, he entered into the small cave and sat next to you, seeing as you were about to fall forward, he debated on either recording you fall flat on your face, probably groan and go back to sleep, or, he cannot do that.

Being the good boyfriend he is, he placed his hand on your forehead, pulling it gently towards him, having you lean against his shoulder. He decided to take a photo, only for him and your eyes, adding it to his album of you two together. The album was called ‘Finding (Y/N)’, which was dedicated to you being found in the oddest parts of school and Suna finding you. You were mainly asleep in most of them, since that’s why he named it after you because of the places you sleep in or on.

Last time he found you sleeping on one of the library tables, far back where all the bookshelves hide that table and other forgotten books.

Throwing up a peace sign, a certain angle showing both him and you, he captioned it, ‘Underneath the bleachers :P’

Somehow the flash of the screen camera made you stir, waking up, you lazily blinked.

Suna turned to you, kissing the top of your head. “Hey, Sleeping Beauty. Nice nap?”

Sighing, you nuzzled against his shoulder. “S’cold, Rin.” You muttered. Opening his bento, he picked up some meat and popped it into his mouth, talking with his mouth full he replied, “S’cause you’re wearing shorts, babe.” He draped his hand over your exposed legs, patting them softly and then pulling it onto his own. “Where’s your sweats?”

“Mn, I’unno. Must’ve put’em in the laundry. Or something.” You said, going back to sleep until you sniffed your boyfriend’s lunch. Tired eyes shooting up, you rub your head against Suna. “Can I have please?”

Chewing rice, Suna picked up a piece of spice pork and offered it to you.

Taking a bite, you mewled at how good it tastes.

“Nice hiding place, by the way.”

“Thanks, bubba.”

At the end of practice, Tendou headed to his dorm, ready to shower and change into comfier sweats. Opening the door and dropping his bag to the side, he noticed there wasn’t a familiar lump on his bed. Shrugging, he took a quick shower and changed into warmer clothing. Drying his hair with a towel, he sat down on his bed and checked his phone.

“Ara, (Y/N) isn’t in their dorm. Good thing their roomie is there. Time to find my sunshine~!” Standing up, he pocketed his phone and closed his door. He could use the snapchat app, but he always like a challenge. Checking your reoccurring and unusual sleeping spots, he had found that you weren’t there at any of them.

Humming, he had overheard from your classmates as he passed the hallways that they haven’t seen you after lunch. Like the good partner he is, he remembers your schedule. Since you had some of the same breaks, he made sure to drop by and wake you up so you can eat. He does find it worrisome that you like to sleep a lot that you forget to eat sometimes, but he doesn’t mind if that means he gets to see you more often! And talking about remembering schedules, he would sometimes pull you out of class so both of you can go into one of your hiding spots and catch up on whatever you wanted to talk about.

Tendou loves hearing about your dreams. You tell him you have the weirdest and coolest anime-esque dreams when you’re at a specific place in school, saying it ‘Awakens your dream eye’. He indulges on it, saying that maybe one of your dreams can become a really cool manga idea, so he decided to help you keep your dreams consistent, doing research as in keeping a dream journal to continue the awesome dream you had, most of the time, you have your boyfriend on edge with how detailed your dreams can be.

“My angel, lil’puppy, light of my life, where can you be?” He sang out at the hallways, passing by students who stayed a bit late to continue their studies or help around the school by cleaning.

Stopping for a moment he recalled what your friend said;

“(Y/N) probably dozed off again. I haven’t seen them since lunch and before that, we had lab.”

Humming a made-up tune, he made his way to the lab reserved for the third-years, and as he slid open the door, he turned on the light and looked around. From checking to the storage closet and underneath the student’s desks he pouted a bit.

A light bulb went off in his redhead.

Going to the teacher’s desk and pulling away the swiveled chair, he bent down and smiled.

“Found you, (Y/N)-ba~by!”

You were sleeping soundly, your knees pulled up to your chest and Tendou’s VBC jacket being worn as it made you look so much more endearing.

As practice rolled around, Shimizu-senpai asked Yachi to pick up some more chairs from the storage closet. As she walked there and opened the closet, she heard soft snoring.

She should know that it was you, but she was scared to move anything cause she doesn’t know exactly where you are sleeping on. Shuffling slowly, she peaked over some of the corners, reaching the blue mats, she saw the tuft of your hair at the opposite end. Climbing onto the mat, she crawled and looked down, seeing that you were sleeping in a cramped space.

‘How can (Y/N) be possibly comfortable?’

Your head was leaning against the stacked mats, knees pulled to your chest and arms crossed on your knees. Just as Yachi was about to reach and fix your hair, she squealed when you caught her wrist, pulling it down as her face was closely met with your tired eyes glaring at the person who tried to wake you up. Softening your stare, you smiled kindly, loosening the grip on Yachi’s wrist and kissing it from holding it a bit tight.

You were satisfied with the new color plastered on her face, a stuttering mess.

“(Y/N)! W-What’re you doing s-sleeping here?! Don’t you know how cramped it is? And dusty?” She asked, avoiding your gaze.

Humming, you rubbed the pad of your thumb against her soft wrist, “M’sitting on a spare towel. What’re you doing here?”

“I had to get chairs for practice.”

Groaning, with your other hand, you rubbed your temple. “I missed my last two classes. Damn.”

Yachi pouted cutely, “(Y/N), did you sleep at all?”

“I took a power nap. For five hours. Heh, don’t act so mad, buttercup. At least I got to wake up to you.” You flirted, snickering at how redder she became.

“D-Don’t do that! I’m trying to be mad at you! You know I worry about your health. An average teenager should try to at least sleep seven or eight hours!”

Sighing, you smiled at her with fondness, “I’m nocturnal, Hitoka. I sleep as much as possible when it’s the daytime. And I know for a fact that a student like you doesn’t sleep as much considering all the advanced class work can be a pain in the ass. Wasn’t it two nights ago you face timed me at two in the morning cause you were ready to set your homework on fire?” Smirking as you observed her sputtering for an explanation, you raised your hand and held the back of her head.

“I’ll fix my sleep schedule if you give me daily kisses, how about that? Would you accept my offer, princess?” Your lips ghosted her, you can practically feel how warm her face is.

Staring at her, she scrunched her brows and pursed her lips. “I don’t mind that proposal.” Yachi whispered.

Grinning, you straightened your back as Yachi willingly leaned down to tilt to the right and returned the kiss. Pulling away, you stuck out your tongue between your teeth with a successful smile.

“Since you’re awake, can you help me bring some chairs to the gym?”

“I was lazy to cook, Sugawara-kun. So, I ordered you guys pizza and burgers. Knowing (Y/N), I know they would complain to me if I haven’t bought them fries either. It’s in the living room, so try to wake up that tired kid o’mine to eat. Went straight to sleep when they came home.” Your parent sighed, shaking their head at your behavior.

Sugawara chuckled. “I’ll bring them down, don’t you worry!”

“I’m positive you will. If it’s you and food, (Y/N) won’t mind at all.”

The teen went up the stairs and opened your door, switching the lights on as his eyes landed to the barricade of blankets and pillows that shifted a bit. Walking closer, he saw the small exposure of your facial features. Tearing away the blankets, he smiled as he leaned in to pepper your face with soft kisses. The apples of your cheeks, forehead, temples, nose, and lastly, your own lips.

Stirring, you slowly blinked.

“Good evening, Sugar. Did you sleep well?”

You grunted.

“Come downstairs, there’s food!”

Two hands shot out from the blankets as you held onto your boyfriend’s shoulders, pulling him down as he yelped.

“Koushi, you can’t use food against me. I was sleeping.” You said in a tired voice.

He turned to his side to look at you, lifting his finger and tracing your face, cheeks, nose, arch of your nose, and your lips. You took his hand and intertwined his fingers with yours. With half-lidded eyes, you watched underneath your lashes the pink hue on his face, even the mole near his eye was highlighted.

“You have to get up, (Y/N).” “Why.”

“So we can eat and watch anime!”

“Hmm.” You brought the hand you were holding close to your chest, “But I wanna stay here and hold you.”

Sugawara can be speechless at how flirtatious and bold you can be, even if it was unintentional. But he knows you, and he knows how to play this game.

Shuffling close, you can feel his body heat, “If you wake up, I can give you some of the answers to the homework. And hand feed you fries.”

Eyes fully awakened, you smiled cheekily, “You know me so well, Sugarplum.”

I remembered I started this so here we are: there's a lot of problems with s2 but you've probably heard everyone talk about them anyway so I'm skipping that and going straight to all the stuff I DID like about s2:

(episode 2) especially the parallel with the drop like holy shit

(episode 3) the fish bug scene while maybe out-of-place is pretty cute and funny

I doubt this old geezer would have jumped Emma; it could reveal their location, that's true, but oh well - it’s implied he met them more often before so maybe Emma just slowly considered over time / maybe her realizing they’re not that different and all that yadayada)

(episode 5) Emma doubting herself because they've literally just been chased around (ik some people didn't like this and I get why but they've been barely surviving for like 11 months... she's lost and paralyzed, she's allowed to have her doubts, though they could be worded a bit differently. It just sucks that there wasn’t much of an arc regarding this after that, so. Yay Norman Christ has rescued us all.)

(episode 6) the reunion hug / scene, it looked so soft and nice ahhh- the entire art in that scene was just nice.

(episode 6) the atmosphere and framing of when Barbara was eating the demon meat. it came pretty unexpected and the moment you realize was such a big “ohhh… oh no.“

(episode 7) Lani and Thoma mentioning the migrating birds during their tower watch and that then later coming back when the kids think about where they could be was nice!

(episode 7) Norman’s soft “be careful” to Emma and Ray

(episode 7) Also Ray's reaction to "the gate is in gf" is just a mood haha

(episode 7) THE SHIPMENT PARALLELS! the sounds, grabbing his hand this time when he had to take hers during his shipment AHHH-

(episode 7) evolvment of the “dont do it on your own / involve your family/friends” by asking Gilda and Don to come with them on the search for Sonju/Mujika. Sadly this doesn’t carry over to ep11 where they decide to do sth as drastic as staying behind for god-knows-how-long without letting anyone know beforehand.

(episode 7) like their reactions to it are so wholesome, I really like how it is portrayed. Especially because up until now Emma was still bottling up. Idk I like that it takes a while for this to really settle in properly.

episode 8

(episode 8) “are you god?” / “I’ll be a god or a devil” / “are you a human?”

(episode 8) showing the demon suffering pretty graphically for what I expected

(episode 8) the simple fact that I got the experience of pure euphoria and a laughing attack when the parallel between Vylk and Norman was actually a thing, when I was so confused why they both had a distinct characteristic (the walking stick) in episode 5. My friends thought I was crazy but I was just big brain. (we were robbed of more stick though)

(episode 8) norman hand symbolism, with blood, Emma grabbing it, him looking at it and how it ties Emma to his plan inherently and then when it's not his blood on his hands but someone's that he's taking away from another living being.

(episode 9) the unspoken realization that he’s not the only one being tested by the test scanner was on the right-hand side. good shit. Ik thats technically not the anime’s idea but I like how they put the focus on it with blur and didn’t actively state it.

(episode 9) him coughing up blood to show how fast it’s been progressing/getting worse // though that implies he refused to take his meds OR that its that bad even with the meds which I don’t think is the point. Like the psychological warfare of giving the kids a condition that they can only fight while they’re in their prison bc they’ll run out of meds is just. hHHH

(episode 9) I really liked Norman going to talk to Vylk and… hhh- Emma *AHEM* and how he didn’t really know what to say, and .........… E-EmMa going up to him and apologizing for what demons did, showing empathy and understanding AND ABSOLUTING WRECKING NORMAN and me. man, cycle of hatred bad.

(episode 10) Emma speaking over the radio to everyone is just… so heartfelt ahh

(episode 10) The little kids sneaking amongst the others is rly cute and honestly kind of epic haha

(episode 10) the moms/sisters either not noticing them or not doing anything bc they’re on their side anyway is just… a funny thing to think about either way

(episode 10) Phil and Emma hug TvT

(episode 10/11) MICHELLEEEEEEE

(episode 11) the turning ceiling is pretty

(episode 11) I like the shadow asthetic of the Ratri exposition, generally the Ratri exposition is pretty nice aside from being so fast you cannot take all that in and process it properly

(episode 11) dramatic gate closing is dramatic

(episode 11) the slideshow of them in the human world gives nice glimpses into things, even if… very vague haha. Especially the shot of Isabella playing guitar stuck with me. And Phil on a train! Not a steam one, sadly.

(episode 11) while the demon world slideshow is uhhhhh SOMETHING, I do like that the weird dragon-on-water thing is in both the Ratri exposition during the promise thing and then also at the end, which at least gives A BIT of context to what's likely happening. Idk I liked that, but then again my standards aren't very high.

I'm not saying any of this outweighs the problems bc oh boy, but ye.

Easily the best action based chapter post timeskip

Very action dominated chapter this time. Just pure adrenaline, not many answers. Not complaining though, great chapter!

Best chapter since 122, hype levels were great, pacing was great, just overall great really.

What I loved about this chapter is that this was the first time I REALLY felt the suspense, the kind of suspense where it looks our heroes can not win the fight and all hope is lost. It was a very similar feeling I experienced in the first chapters of Attack on Titan where the fight against Pure Titans always felt like the enemy had the upper hand and our heroes were fighting a losing battle that they could only fight to mitigate the losses as low as possible

A chapter will less talk more fight. It's been a while.

I loved this chapter immensely. For months, this was the first I could finally rate the highest.

We are near the end, oh god, this was a a hell of a journey from 2013 as a manga reader it is for me one of the best manga I have ever read

This chapter was filled with lore, action and great individual character moments but seeing the fantastical forms of titans past brought into the fight was our favorite moment with 31.4% of the total. “Mikasa carrying the whole damn team” was second with 24.7%. The arrival of the flying titan (10.6%), the vision of Bertholt Hoover (10%) and Pieck rushing forward with the bombs (6.9%) round out the top five.

One of my all-time favourites probably, I absolutely loved all the character interactions as well as the amazing new titan designs.

With a battle involving Alliance teamwork and some visits from old friends, this chapter had many moments between current and former comrades. The wholesome scene between Jean and Reiner packed with an Armored Titan joke garnered the majority of votes (50.2%), with others favoring Armin’s vision of Bertolt (15.9%), and Annie’s reunion at the end of the chapter (14.1%).

jean saving reiner really moved me i really love these characters and after seeing them fighting it was nice seeing one saving the other. i mean jean had a really good reason to hate reiner and he previously said that he would never forgive him but he did and it was nice

It’s Mikasa nation domination with 52.4% of the vote. There were a lot of great character moments but it’s hard to beat the one who stopped the manga ending prematurely! There was also appreciation for Ymir (12.8%) who brought in some interesting Titan designs and a great fight. 11.8% gave the nod to Falco for swooping in for the last minute save. 6.3% were hyped for Pieck’s no-nonsense charge, and 4.1% liked seeing Levi push himself in battle despite needing another couple of months in bed.

Levi has been severely injured for not even a week, yet he held his own and saved Connie AND Jean. I don't ever want to hear any whiny criticisms about this man ever again.

Ymir apparently freeing the pigs was an unexpected opening for the chapter. For 34.4% this action meant that Ymir has always been #TeamFreedom. A sizable 18.8% think this relatively minor reveal makes her way more suspicious. Closely following that, 18% think it means nothing at all. It’s just a cool detail that resolved a mystery.

It's trying to say that since Ymir freed the pigs, she created this whole mess which I heavily dislike since it goes against what her character was in 122

When back in 122 everyone was foaming about tHe FuCkInG pIgS, I was rolling my eyes so hard, because to me the pigs were insignificant: it does not matter who set them free, they might have just run away on their own, what matters is that Ymir is the one they blame, which started the whole story. NOW, huh, the pigs might be important, or at least it really might have been Ymir who let them go, set them free. She couldn't get free herself, so she granted freedom to the poor animals.

I always just assumed Ymir set the pigs free, I didn't realize it was something people saw as ambiguous until now…

I wasn't expecting any of that sh*t, and now I'm certain that Ymir is the real baddie here

The chapter opens with Ymir after freeing the pigs from the pen, but what does this mean? It’s close, but the most popular option is that Ymir is recalling that the last time she prioritised the idea of freedom the suffering was not worth it (29.9%), followed by the assertion there’s no deeper meaning (22.3%). A close third place of votes believe the connection is that Ymir has given up acts of selflessness as she doubles down on the rumbling (21.8%) and an even closer fourth place see it as her looking down on the Alliance as if they were the caged animals (21.4%).

The chapter was really well drawn. Also I see lots of new possibilities to happen, as Eren being a slave, Ymir perhaps becoming the final villain. it also makes to recall back to chapter 1 when I see Eren crying in front of Mikasa after some sort of "dream". This makes me think that Eren will eventually come to regret his actions but it's gonna be too late. thus he receives this dream but he is never able to see it through. Quite a sad fate. Although that's just a speculation on my part.

The most popular design in Isayama’s titan showcase by a decent margin was the “Faceless Titan” (45.8%), with “The Thing Titan” coming in second (34.4%). In third was the “Minotaur Titan” (32.4%) and narrowly in fourth, the “Mummified Titan” (31.3%). Interestingly, 2/4 of the top designs appear to be previous Warhammer Titans, which is fitting with it being one of the most popular titan designs. Previously, it was left to our imagination what all these past Titan Shifters looked like, but thanks to this chapter (through the power of PATHS!), we got to see many of them for ourselves. A nice treat from Isayama, but also a mind-blowing one, especially with how they intervened in the fight.

Seeing all these past Titan Shifters appear like that was so interesting to me that it made me analyze each one and try to identify which was an old Jaw Titan, an old Beast Titan, an old Cart Titan, an old Warhammer Titan, and so on, so this chapter also felt like a fun guessing game in that regard!

Adding animals to the mix just feels like a try hard to make them scary. If he wanted them to have some real crazy powers it could've been done better imo, having these many animals just thrown around didn't make sense to me, we already got the beast titan and that bird titan. It's enough animals for me, especially since initially what made titans so scary in the first place was how identical they are to humans, only differing in their mounstrous size.

I never liked the idea of animal titans, it just feels so weird and out of place with no explanation for why or how they are animal-like. That being said, some of the other titan designs were pretty rad.

Ymir summoned titans of the past according to Pieck, does that mean Zeke is of the past now too? The fandom is overall undecided on this one, as about half don’t know, at 48.5%. 32.7% are confident Zeke is still around, and 18.8% take this as confirmation of his death.

Zeke may not be dead, because the beast titan summoned last chapter could be Xavier's beast titan too. Because in one earlier Marley arc chapter, someone mentioned that "The beast titan is the same as ever". Meaning, Xavier's beast titan was also monke.

IF Zeke is alive, it means that Pieck is once again somehow "faking" her defeat and goes for the detonator but then she somehow runs into Zeke. There were also 7 mentions of the cannons that the Marleyans got ready to use this chapter actually coming in handy, and setting off the explosives. It’s also noteworthy that Pieck is thought of more than any other character to be likely to sacrifice her life to get it done. Additionally, many people who put forth Armin detonating them suggested this occurs through his titan transformation igniting them, not just him using the detonator.

In one of the more confusing panels of this crazy chapter, we see Bertolt standing over Armin. 39.6% believe it to be a fragment of Berthold brought back through the Colossal Ymir summoned, 25.5% think Bertoto has awareness in an afterlife, 25.1% think Armin is having a memory from his predecessor Burrito, and 7.3% think Ymir is just messing with Armin.

Him seeing Bertolt for the second time makes me think these two are going to switch places at some point. That being said it's not the end-end for Armin, and Eren is definitely reserving him a seat in whatever path underground there is.

Bertolt's individual "soul" still exists as a singular entity, that lives within Paths. Armin as his inheritor has a soul-link to him, can see him, recall his memories and even feel some of his feelings. However his presence here will serve for Armin to make some kind of realisation that will help conclude the battle.

A majority of nearly 60% agreed with all our gushing about her performance, selecting all of the above. Isayama loves himself some throwbacks and this chapter was no exception. Mikasa giving a speech reminiscent of her Trost speech was the most popular option at 32.9%, with Armin dreaming of Bertolt crying similar to his dream of the Colossal Titan was a close second at 28.2%. Rounding out the top three was Falco taking a bird form in parallel with the Fort Slava scene we just saw in the anime.

It was like going back to Trost arc amazing wise... It was really a good one full of quotes from previous memorable moments of the series, while reading it i thought "wow, it really is ending

I'm completely sold on the idea of past shifters being summoned. Some people may say it's quite an asspull, but honestly, I've had a little problem with this series, which is that the Coordinate has been teased as the power of God itself but we've never seen that in action, so I'm satisfied. I'm not a big fan of the flying titan (teasing things is not the same as justifiying things) and the lack of character deaths made me think Hanji could have died this chapter, which would've been more meaningful honestly. Still, I'm very happy to say Isayama has surprised me once again.

I don’t know why Isayama does it, but he keeps assuring us the end is near. But we’ve guessed the end is near since… oh, RTS? Then Marley? Then when the Rumbling started? Remember when chapter 130 was the max? I'm worried about the pacing. While I was glad to have a glimpse of Bert (and Erwin) again, his appearance is long overdue. Along with a whole bag of other characters who need resolutions. I don't know how Isayama will delegate worthwhile endings to this huge cast and themes in 3-4 chapters.

dunno how this ends with everyone being satisfied. Estimating that 3 chapters are left we need a conclusion to Reiner, Mikasa and the promised Eren and Armin confrontation. While there's mysteries like Zeke's whereabouts, what's going on w Historia, why can ymir manifest herself in the real world, what did eren mean by saying "you haven't gotten to the part where I eat our old man", Bertholdt shard of him getting spared by Dina and Mikasa's see you later scene. Not to mention an epilogue where if alliance wins we get to see how the world treats the eldians now. Im already losing faith that minor characters might be just cannon fodder and I find myself saying "Its Isayama. one chapter where it feels nothing happened doesn't meant we're getting a rushed ending" too often these days.

GOOD chapter, definitely some eclipse vibes lol, Armin seemed to have realized Ymir is the one with the power and that they'll have to deal with her sooner or later to stop the rumbling. Next step is realizing Eren is 100% ready to kill him if he needs to. Maybe they'll stop trying to kill poor Zook for no reason now at least.

If ymir creates the bodies of titan shifters, why did she give falco a bird form if she wants to stop them? Not saying it's a plot hole yet, but I hope there's a reason for it.

The title reminds me of the chinese saying of “天人交戰” which literally translates as battle between the heaven and human but means ones inner struggle. Maybe it is referring to eren’s inner struggle of wanting freedom and having to kill everything standing between him and freedom. Idk.

A lot of people have been trying to make sense why we're learning about Ymir freeing the pigs here of all places, but rather than it being evidence that she's some evil mastermind I think it's a representation of how devastating this cycle of hatred has been. In that first scene we see Ymir as a kind and empathetic girl who decides that though she can't free herself, she can still help these simple animals who she saw earlier also wanted to escape. But in the present, after suffering greatly for her kindness and being forced into servitude that lasted for countless years and even into death, we see Ymir not just as willing to commit a brutal omnicide on the rest of the world but as someone who is seemingly enslaving others in the pursuit of that goal - in many ways, she might be repeating the same crimes that were done to her by King Fritz.

After seeing the first episode of the new anime season and how well Mappa delivered on that, I cannot *wait* to see the crazy battle action of this chapter animated.

I'm a fan of how fucking OP Eren and Ancestor Ymir, which is honestly how it should be. I never expected The Alliance to stand a chance, and they all got fucking wrecked. I'm completely surprised nobody died, I feel like that'll be changed next chapter, though; unfortunately. My main question is: What the fuck do The Alliance plan to do next without Armin and Pieck? Also, seeing the past shifters was fucking amazing and I didn't expect that shit.

Decent chapter. I gave it a 3/5, because it was a purely action, set-up chapter with not so great action scenes, at least compared to other great fight scenes in the series. Still, we got quite a few nice panels and interesting powers, so i will be looking foreard to the payoff.

I think there is a possibility that eren and ymir brought back the shifters because they agree (mostly) with the rumbling and bert is crying because he knows what he has to do to ensure it

I wonder if Ymir regrets setting those pigs free. It was the act that set her life into further misery. I think it's beautiful but tragic how Eren really gave her back the will to fight.

I'm blown away

I'm honestly shocked at how incredible this story has become. Much like Bertholt I feel like I'm fine with whatever happens, because this whole journey and the world are incredibly cruel. And that does not make it bad by any means, it makes it more meaningful.

I'm not a huge fan of the fight scenes so I'd just like to see a satisfying climax and conclusion to the fight soon. Looking forward to Levi killing Zeke and all the reunions.

I'm really optimistic about Bertholdt possibly coming back, oh gods I hope he comes back.

Isayama really got to flex his ability to design terrifying monstrous titans again.

It was an interesting chapter. It really works well if you think about it. Regular humans who are humanity's last hope, the strongest soldiers left are against two literal gods. Of course it will not be easy at all, Ymir summoning all those titans and everyone nearly dying multiple times is proof that you cannot defeat such gods that easily. Very excited for the next chapter to see how everything else plays out.

Maybe Anni can use her female titan powers and attract all of the former titan shifters - so that Mikasa detonates the Bombs.

Mikasa deserves a fuckn BREAK. like God she saw her family get butchered TWICE, first by humans, then by titans and now fckn Eren took away the one family she was desperately trying to protect. If anyone should've gone crazy like Eren it's mikasa. She does seem to be at her wit's end and ready to go above and beyond after saving everyone in this chapter and seeing the harm Ymir/Eren is causing. But since she's always done what she believed in, no matter what she does, I just want Mikasa's character to get some sort of happiness by the end of it. Is that too much to ask :/

It gives the idea of how powerful that titan god is, i think it lives up to Rod's description of titam god and how powerful it felt during Ymir's backstory (her form)

It got really hype when all the past shifters came over but Pieck’s bomb failing could be seen a mile away. Over amazing with some nice moments.

It was amazing! I'd say this could be one of the best chapters written! So much action went on to the point where I hope MAPPA has a decent sized budget to animate it all. I'm really eager to see what the next chapter has in store. The main thing I'm looking forward to that wasn't listed here is basically what will happen to Levi. Is he going to survive through all this, or is he going to succumb to his wounds? Is he going to pair up with Zeke to take down Eren? Or is he going to stay on the "sidelines" untill the war is over?

Levi might be a ‘slave’ to being a hero but he’s a victim of his own popularity which is preventing Isayama from killing him off. We know he’s not gonna fulfill his promise to Erwin because Levi never gets what he really wants, surprise surprise. But if he keeps getting injured and left out of action he’ll live the rest of his life with nothing but regrets.

Pretty good. As much as I want the Alliance to win in the end, their utter defeat this chapter felt more realistic, than if they managed to actually do anything.

Really liked Jean and Reiners moments this chapter, overall a good chapter that flew by. Hope quickly turned into desperation but Falcons teams arrival means they got one more chance. Armin capture thing was a little weird but more or less makes sense.

Since the rumbling started, this series has became more dull and predictable. Loads of plot armor, stupid teosts only for shock value and weird pacing are major problems in this arc. Too bad, because the post timeskip portion of this manga up until the rumbling was one of the best pieces of media I had seen. But now I am only expecting the boring cliche shonen ending.

Still hate Annie being back, she can still go.

This chapter was actually exciting! And thank goodness Bertolt is finally back!!!!! So many people assumed he was finished and forgotten, but a small group of us knew Isayama wouldn't leave us hanging without his closure. This chapter was breathtaking and hard to continue due to the speculations that someone was going to die. I feel like the next few chapters is where things start to get serious if not already. I found it very enjoyable yet nervous at some moments.
