Pin-Lee suggesting that Murderbot start reacting to its injuries more to let humans know it’s been injured after realizing that it’s been casually walking around after a fight leaving a trail of Fluids. It’s like “I could.. probably write some code for that I guess.” and Dr. Mensah is like “don’t worry about it if it would be distracting to you. Just.... tell us afterwards. We want to know how you’re doing” and it’s like “i can give status reports yes.”

Pin-Lee is like “I still like the idea of you giving an indication you’ve been hit. For example.” she points finger guns. “Bang oh no I have definitely hit you with a projectile. Indicate that somehow.”

Murderbot, with extremely flat inflection which would not immediately seem like a distress call to nearby humans: “Ouch. I Have Been Injured.”

Pin-Lee is like “hm no there’s gotta be some sort of. I don’t know, you don’t have to verbalize if you don’t want to, maybe there’s like an alarm noise you could make? or an “AAA!” sound? Okay let’s try again BANG”

There is a brief delay (less then a second) and then Murderbot responds with damage vocalization option 2.

“File:Wilhelm_Scream.ogg” blasts through the station.

One of the things I like most about WWX as a character, is how easily his whole image is tiptoeing between dramatic and silly. Some of my favorite examples of this dichotomy are about his weapons.

The first time WWX uses Suibian post-resurrection to repel JGY’s attack. By doing so, he alerts the whole cultivation world to the return of fearsome Yiling Laozu. The second time he uses Suibian to cut watermelon, while LWJ and WN are busy digging graves.

Chenqing is a unique and extremely powerful artifact associated with dark art and death of thousands of cultivators. At the end of the story, it’s WWX’s weapon of choice, although it holds the tragedy of his first life. Oh, and It’s also one toddler’s favorite chew toy.

Plain and simple

She brings almost nothing to the narrative except more drama with the creator and because of 'therapy' we missed a lot of family bonding moments. Like-before she arrived if any of the siblings needed to talk over something they'd go to each other, but once Earth joined the crew its all 'go to earth' 'earth is better at the emotional stuff' we see this specifically with Lunar bc when he's just been brought back he tries to talk it over with his brothers but is mostly deflected and told to go to Earth WHO HE LITERALLY MET THE DAY BEFORE?! And now that Earth is going through her own problems the whole fam is completely useless besides Solar WHO WAS BROUGHT INTO THE SHOW TO HELP WITH LUNAR'S TRAUMA! So why did they add Earth and remove the multiple opportunities for family bonding!?

Honestly the only arc she was good for was Monty's because he needed someone to care for and care for him in the same way. But even then this could have been done with any other character!

And, this is just a tick of mine, earth doesn't act tall, despite being the tallest of almost everyone she doesn't act tall and I honestly think its because Queen Kat is like 5'2 so has no experience being tall

society if hoo had them at uni age and the lost trio went to chb and chiron is like "how tf are ANY of u alive and unclaimed". wilderness was just community college.

#on a serious note this changes a lot actually. annabeth and percy would not be in chb anymore so when percy goes missing #its like. a genuine possibility and fear because demigods don't make it that old. there is also some added time between tlo and tlh as well #further adding to jasons isolation as being even WEIRDER than everyone else. he also would've been praetor for longer so maybe the romans #wouldve cared more. this also does away with the plot hole of ppl not giving a shit that jason piper and leo (and dylan) straight up #dipped. introducing piper especially to a summer camp makes chb less appealing because they're too old for that and thus makes their #departure from chb make more sense in toa. yet also it opens up the possibility of new rome uni.... which i cannot see any reason as to why #leo would not go there!!!!! outside of being banned cuz he bombed new rome lol. but pipers sexuality arc works for college too!!! ur never #too old to find urself. but also this is the question of if you are able to relatively function in society (this is more for piper leo fran #and i guess percy) then why would you even fight this prophecy??? anyway lol them being college aged is perfect cuz percy is literally #going to a new place and having a new transition with new ppl... like u do in college LOL. now the question is would hazel still be 13. nic #is a lot older at this point and perhaps has the same age gap as bianca and him did 🤔 cant remember. but also don't know why hazel was 13 #in the first place lol. idk. in my college hoo she is just a senior in hs about to graduate from spqr and thinking about staying there or #possibly going to newru after seeing frank make the decision the previous year!
