my face is finally healing from my recent bout of Extreme Dermatillomania ... cant wait to sleep on my side again xoxoxo

#of all my mental illness things this is the WORST one hands down the WORST thing #i dont care that it is 'gross' or ugly or whatever anymore im over that bit but it does hurt anyway #and i hate getting blood on my pillowcases or white shirts #and there was that time i got mrsa bc of it and almost died and i guess THAT sucked too #and even though i personally dont care about the scarring and stuff its like. i cant stop OTHER people from caring #and it does suck so hard when other ppl point it out lol especially my friends or ppl i have to like see on a basis #or when ppl try to give 'skin care advice' bc they think its acne #i rarely rarely get acne anymore and i actually have a pretty in depth skincare routine when i do go through the trouble #and i also know enough about skincare to know that giving advice is so freaking redundant bc everyone has a specific type of skin #and all the bs popular products are so freaking bad for you and it should be a crime to 'recommend' them to anyone else #ok i need to get off my soapbox im FINE i just dont talk abt it a lot and sometimes i go insane
