I wish we had gotten more of PV and the idea that POINT was basically breathing down his neck. Maybe with Grayman being utterly convinced that he was Laserblast, at odds with Foxtail who refused to believe it (though thinking he was the villain responsible for Laser's "death" - it was just his first move).

And moreover, how PV felt about Chip Damage, considering that he was Laserblast's "replacement". And in a way that was pedantic at that.

Though that would have made things fun when the show was still running because of all the theories that Chip would have been an old flame, but NOPE. Literal, actual replacement. A "So I WASN'T perfect enough for you all along!?" type of replacement, at least as far as PV is concerned. Chip is exactly what everyone expected PV to be as Laser, but he wasn't capable of being able to reflect on those burdens. To be powerful, to be charismatic, to be able to take being a celebrity of that caliber. And when he was given the capability, he saw that status for the farce it was and chose death rather than finding another way forward. Except it was a "real" death for Chip, collection of drones as he was.

And he left Elodie to pick up the pieces of what hero culture had left her from him and Laser.

And so then...what would that mean...for PV's perspective on Elodie, who craves fame and attention to the detriment of everyone around her?

Man, a PV vs POINT arc would have been so cool.

Friendships

It's International Friendship Day, and I wanna show you about different kinds of friendship.

Laserblast and his best friend, Multi, were members of P.O.I.N.T., and often fought villains together. Ever since they were kids, Laserblast and Multi were inseparable, and they treated each other like brothers. Multi/Tony has a childlike wonder, and was "the kid" of the duo, while Laserblast was like an older brother and mentor to Multi, and he laughed whenever Multi did something ridiculous. Though, overtime, their friendship began to fade as Laserblast kept his self-doubt from Multi, whereas Multi had kept his engineering skills and his marriage with a supervillain, Variousa, from Laserblast.

Lad Boxman and Variousa had a boss/employee relationship. They only had each other, and considered to be friends, even if Boxman never realized it, and Variousa was quiet about it. Variousa worked really hard to impress her boss, but Boxman was more focus of becoming an effective supervillain. Boxman ended up using his own assistant for his own benefit, and never shown his appreciation for Variousa. After creating Mr. Logic and successfully built Boxmore, Lad Boxman immediately fired Variousa, claiming he didn't need her anymore, and ended their "friendship"... if they ever had one.

So here, Multi and Variousa's friendship with Laserblast and Lad Boxman respectively showed that friendships came, and sometimes faded, but there's always a way to keep your friendship strong. So, even apart, keep your best friends closer.

Law Runners Au ! Max

au where QM kicks the bucket and max takes over the job of camp campbell's ground keeper ! i don't see max willingly coming back to camp campbell..so he returns not out of a want but because he kinda has to? neil created a biohazardous substance that ruined the local eco system of the city he was living in and it made it inhabitable for humans to live in. and now he's wanted by the government. and since max was a close accomplice, he's wanted by the feds too ! they get caught at some point, and nikki manages to bust them out of jail before they can be given any sentence. so now the three of them are on the run from the law !! what do they do ? hide at camp campbell, the place in the middle of no where, where no one can find them. its perfect !! why didn't anyone think of this before? (oh wait cameron campbell already did. but that's beside the point). i still need to draw up some neil and nikki sketches for this au ! honestly I'm kinda having fun thinking of whatever hijinks they'd get up to now that they're older
