A long time ago, I saw some very questionable anti takes, and decided that they were all totally ridiculous. I saw a lot of people saying that several pieces of media “weren’t made for proshippers”, so I thought “hey, what if I make something that is explicitly made for proshippers?”

I took some time and researched to see which dynamics they complained about the most, and put them into a poll for the general populous. The results of that poll, along with my own concepts I had been playing with for a bit, resulted in the creation of two very special characters: Wan-Wan and Okami. 

It’s been two years since that day, and with time, these characters and the world they live in has grown and expanded into what it is today, and that wouldn’t have happened without the support I received from followers, lurkers, and anonymous users. I truly wish to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart. 

Here’s to you, my beloved OCs, and the years that still lie before us. Happy Birthday.

Recovering this picture has been a nightmare, but I present to you my slight redesign/variation of Wan Wan and Okami, this time with my more common artstyle and preferred clothing choices. Also I just wanted to make the costumes match more (now with the added bonus of Wan Wan getting real ears with her transformation!) and look more....I don’t really know...superheroy? Well at any rate I’m still happy with this art. 

These aren’t really canon (they might be but I don’t know, honestly I just wanted to try my hand at redesigning them) but I am so proud of them, and it has taken me 3 weeks to get this file back so you better believe that I’m posting it. I hope you all like it, but I’m open to criticism!

This really adorable scenario just popped into my head and I wanted to share it:

After a night of fighting, chatting and such, Wan-Wan and Okami are about to go home, and it's a bummer for the both of them. Before he leaves, so that Wan-Wan wont be sad, Okami kisses her on the cheek, vanishing into the night.

The next day Angel cheerfully skips to school, and spends the entire day thinking about Okami (although honestly, she does that anyways).

I just love Angel being in literal puppy love, it's such a cute trope to me >v<
