Superpowers Story Introduction

Determined to step out of the shadow of his mother’s legacy, Mathias joined the police department’s tech support team. He wanted to honour his father’s legal ways of making a living, rather than falling into the trap of his mother’s persistence that joining her would be better for everybody. However, when people with Abilities start causing havoc in the city, and Matt’s best friend needs his assistance in fighting it, Mathias begins to realise that perhaps his option wasn’t actually as easy as he’d first hoped; and a chance meeting makes him question exactly where the lines really are.

Taking over the family business was always part of the plan for Gabe following his uncle’s departure. It was something he’d been training for, but hoped he wouldn’t have to step up into for a long while because he was happy with being the planner of the group. Happy taking orders from his father and continuing to learn from him. But, when the gang return to a city sooner than they could ever have imagined, Gabe is willing to take on the extra responsibility with his father’s support.  Even if not everybody might agree with some of his actions.

The family gang was one of those things that Robbo always assumed he had to be a part of. Sure, he’d been told plenty of times that he didn’t have to stay, that he could go off and be a civilian – even if he only tried it for a few months of sabbatical. Never before had he really had a reason to contemplate leaving it all behind. Until a chance meeting at the local ice rink, and the reminder of just how dangerous it is to be a part of the Laverna gang, make him wonder what life could be. 

Being a teleporting criminal was one of those things Sophia quickly realised would help the family gang in a way she wasn’t going to let slip them by, even if it meant having to hide it in the hopes of not getting negative attention from gangs who might accuse them of belittling the talents they’d all spent years honing. But, when a struggle for power in a city that was once a Laverna stronghold breaks out, Sophia quickly learns that sometimes having an Ability comes with tougher choices than simply not using them.

For as long as she could remember, Ruby had had Abilities. She’d never had any real reason to use them, and for her own safety her family had always suggested that she keep them hidden. However, when everyday people started to find themselves with Abilities, and varying degrees of responsibility with how to use them came to the fore, Ruby quickly realises that sitting idly by isn’t something she can wilfully do. With the help of her best friend, Mathias, Ruby tries to figure out how exactly she can help without putting the people she cares most about into danger.

Moving into the city with his cousin was one of those things Jonny did in the hopes of making life for the young man easier. The promotion offered to him with the transfer didn’t harm matters either. But what he hadn’t expected was to find himself dealing with Abilities, or the sheer number of them in the city. Partnered with a young woman who appears to have a vendetta against them, but cares when hearing about bad things happening to them in the news, Jonny slowly begins to realise that there’s more to the city than he’d initially thought.

You have always been into technology I mean you are MIT graduate.

You also were an influencer which made you kinda famous around the world.

Shuri then came from behind and hugged you and kissed you on your Cheek.

You and Shuri had just got engaged a month ago and haven’t really made it a really public thing.

Only people in Wakanda knew about the engagement.

“ how is the design coming along?“ Shuri asked you with a soft voice with her hands on your shoulders.

“ good all I have to is just mark off what is what and then get notes on it from okoye” you said as you look up and smiled at her.

“ The student is going to be here soon.” Shuri said as she seemed somewhat excited to allow a student to come here for the out reach program here in wakanda.

“ That’s good” you say sounding a little uncomfortable as Shuri noticed.

“ what’s wrong “ Shuri said getting on one knee next to your chair and grabbing your hands into her and she rubbed her tumb slightly on the plam of your hand.

“You know how I feel about strangers coming into our country” you said as your thick accent which always made Shuri’s heart melt.

“ I know Sthandwa but we need more people in the lab anyways” Shuri said while still holding your hands.

You both looked each other in the eye as you two were about to lean to kiss Griot announced that Okeye and unknown person were approaching the lab.

You and Shuri both then stood up and made your way down the stairs to greet them.

This girl was brown skin and short with a middle part buss down and wearing a skims set.

I immediately noticed how she looked me up and down with a smirk on her face but quickly made a stank look when she saw Shuri.

“Hello I’m April “ She said with a smile look me in the eye which was intense.

Shuri Looked and noticed this clenching her jaw and ball her hands up into fist without making it noticeable.

But you noticed, Ever since everything with the Talokan happened Shuri just speed more over protective of you.

“ I can show you where you will be working” you say with smile and Shuri immediately looked down at you with that don’t even try it face.

You and April both made your way up the Lab Stairs as You showed her where she is working.

Shuri knew that April was feeling you.

Sometimes when she noticed her getting too close she would tell you to come here or ask you to help her.

She was watching this April girl like a Hawk.

She knew that this wasn’t something knew since men and women always tried to come onto you and she always handled it in her way.

But she knew you always hated when she took violence as a first response so she decided that she wasn’t going to piss you off and just make the girl Jealous.

You and April were working on some new designs for ships when all of a sudden heard your name being called.

“Y/N” Shuri said in a deep tone.

You excused yourself from April as you made your way down the stairs to her. April was looking from the top level and Shuri knew this and she saw her peaking.

“ Y/N I need you to test something for me “ Shuri said with a smirk on her face as she looked you up and down.

she needed you to help her with some calculations so you grabbed the stylist and started to work it out. As you were doing that Shuri hugged you from behind and kissed your face.

You giggled as she did so still trying to focus on the problem.

Shuri then looked back and up and April who was giving her the death stare and Shuri put the middle finger up at her and winked and she then turned her attention back to you.

“What’s goin on between you and Shuri “ April asked like if she was yo girl or some shit.

“ what do you mean?” You say confused as to why she questioning you about your relationship.

“Y’all was all cuddled up and shit just know like what goin on?” April said as she leaned back against the table.

“ that’s my fiancé?!” You say to her which made her jump up with a mad expression.

“ I really thought it was something between us” she said under her breath as she grabbed her things and left.

It left you confused and oblivious to what just happened.

“ I really thought there was something between us” those words she spoke had you extremely confused.

And then what caught you off guard when you looked over and saw your fiancé laughing and walking back down the stairs

It had been a couple of weeks since then and you haven’t seen April since.

You tried going to her apartment but the landlord said that she had moved out weeks ago.

When you asked Shuri about it she simply said that she wanted to go home.

But you knew she was lying there wasn’t even the need to ask her the truth because you already kinda guessed on what happened.

You entered the lab and griot had informed Shuri of your arrival.

Her back was turned as she was writing something on the screen.

She looked back at you and smiled “ Hey ma” she said with a raspy sleepy voice.

“ hey” you said as the sun was rising out the sky as you looked at threw the large glass.

Shuri then stopped what she was doing and pulled you close to her and kissed you.

“ you know your only mine’s ma “ she said looking you in the eye as she cupped you face gliding her tumb over your chubby cheeks.

“ I know “ you said in a soft tone.

The silence in the lab wa very clear because no one was in there and the sexual tension was high.

“Let me show you that your mines” Shuri said as she started to kiss you grabbing your neck with her hand and slowly using her other hand to lift up your hoodie.

A/N: SOOO this was something I have been think about writing for awhile and decided it was the perfect opportunity since it was requested please request me ideas because lord I can never think of anything I don’t like doing what everyone else is doing you know.🤷🏽‍♀️ but anyways I hope you enjoyed this!!!!

attuma/okeye + shuri/namor + namora/riri demons & angels au!

okeye - as one of Heaven's top generals - is sent on a mission to capture one of hell's most calculating and vicious demon (who also happens to be a general) named attuma.

something is happening in the underworld, with more and more demons popping up in random places and shuri (the top angel/ (Michael ig since this is slightly supernatural based ngl)) is TIRED of it. she sends okeye to earth where attuma is rumoured to be.

and.....

okeye finds attuma with a bunch of kids hanging off of him LAUGHING.

okeye has no clue what's going on, but she instantly is on guard. she doesn't attack first - no that's dumb and a way to get yourself killed.

no, she waits until attuma spots her (who saw her the moment she appeared) and throws down a challenge.

"come with me peacefully or come with me unconscious"

attuma - who is one of the most vicious demons for a reason - is annoyed at this uppity angel who's interrupting his peaceful time. he thinks it's going to be nothing to kill her.

he is wrong and they both come out of that battle bruised with no clear winner. and that's when attuma falls in love.

Yada yada, more things happen, attuma keeps flirting with okeye and being respectful and good with kids (of all ages) yet never loses his intensity, he rocks her world, she rocks his, and shuri comes down from heaven because at this point she's going to have to kill attuma herself because something is scarily different with okeye and she's heard stories about attuma, and namor (Lucifer ig) comes up because shuri! is! here! and the whole demons popping up was him trying to court her because she hasn't been off of his mind since three thousand years ago when she could've killed him in a battle but gave him mercy.

and namora? namora hates angels, would kill anyone who tried to ruin her people, but that girl - the smart girl who hangs around attuma and laughs with - at - him like he couldn't kill her with a twitch of his finger - riri Williams who's all human but has amazing weapons because she was raised in the life but she's always been a little twisted. Oh, namora wants to kill her, wants riri's blood underneath her fingernails and then they fight and namora is being blasted with holy water and now she wants riri underneath her for other reasons.
