Radio Drama Analysis, the Radio Live Broadcasting. In which Sougo teaches Kagura to read but ended up reading the manuscript together and getting interrupted by Madao just to shout the Okikagu.  However,  I really thought Kagura could read and write since she's reading the newspaper in early episodes of the series and have been exchanging a letter with her father and Gin also ask her to read from time to time.. some fans also got confused about this.  The question is does Kagura really knows to read or did she just learn later on the series?  To answer this question properly, I've gone through some research. I might not have the direct answer you wanted or we wanted but my findings might help us to have a canon conclusion.  First this Radio Live Broadcast was released at Year 2017 of November 05, and the content of it is that ' Sougo teaching Kagura to read' or ‘Sougo and Kagura reading the Manuscript for live radio broadcasting but Sougo ended up guiding her’. However, in episode 5 of Season 1 Kagura could be seen reading a news paper report about terrorist. Thereafter, in episode 204 of Season 1 as well is an episode where the Yoruzuya reading everyone's New Year's Card. We can see that, Kagura's reading Sougo's New Year's Card. Keep in mind that Gintama Season 1 was released at Apr 04, 2006 to Mar 25, 2010. Furthermore, Kagura is also the one who read out loud Soyo's letter to them at the end of Shogun Assassination's Arc, which was released dating back December 2015. Meanwhile the episode 1 of Porori Arc was aired on October 01, 2017 wherein Kagura received a letter from her admirer and read it. In the end of this episode, a scene that she's writing a letter for her father also showed. Therefore, we can say that Kagura really knows how to read and write years prior this Radio Broadcast and might be only faking that she don't know how to read the manuscript. Considering what Madao said at the end, he said that he couldn't take it anymore because they are way too obvious and deliberately confirm the Oki****Kagu**** Disclaimer: This is not one hundred percent the truth but only based on the findings and information that the canon actually have.  Here’s the link if you want to hear it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7abmJbNsvuI&list=PLgcO24SptETEDrAOqxp13U8Bu9lLYMTke&index=3&ab_channel=GintamaLA

I couldn't care less if there's way too many of Okinubo fighting scene during the Farewell Shinsengumi Arc since I've got carried away by the story until someone from Reddit point this out. True enough, seeing Kagura get in between them after watching Sougo and Nobume for almost one whole episode makes me scream of happiness hahaha.

Uhmmm...that's mean that your love Sougo-kun is real for Kagura too, because you were the first one who realised the truth, weren't you?
