Polish city concretes around parked car after owner fails to remove it
Yes Łódź, that’s the spirit 💪🏼
“Speaking to broadcaster Polsat on Saturday, a spokesman for the city, Paweł Śpiechowicz, admitted that “the situation is certainly attracting attention” but he assured that “it does not in any way affect the quality of the renovation”. He added that the work “must be completed by the end of this year”.
IT SINCE DISAPPEARED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT
I’m due for a visit in the old country

I listen to country music with an older tone and pretend I’m someone’s wife making breakfast from scratch while the sun rises and my husband tends to our land.

my journey hasn’t been in vain. Today is so intimate, these times of strife I find myself within. In some way, some sick, cynical way, I find freedom in the unknown pulling the strings and playing as my geppetto. I’m not sure if my future is as bright as I intend it to be, nor am I positive I’ll ever find the alternative in life to keep me happy. But, one thing I do know it, “somebody, lonely” (my latest attempt to find consistency in music for once), drops today and to see how much I’ve changed is ridiculous. This is a demo that didn’t make the cut (mixing took to long), but I kinda like the raw demo itself honestly. I’ll prolly put it on a deluxe or a different project, I doubt I’ll ever revisit this topic in the same way I approached song-writing with this one. Anyway, rock out with this demo with me and share this sacred moment of intimacy and elevation. We goin up foo!! “fuc boi memiors, vol. 1″ (which will be a bunch of demos I lost due to a hard drive malfunction), coming soon, the precursor to the greatest album of all time, “fuc boi memiors, vol. 2″.

What Spotify Tells You Old Country Is:
“Honky-Tonk Badonkadonk” (song about objectifying a girl who snuck into the bar and trying to get close enough to “accidentally” assault her)
Vs.
What Old Country Actually Is:
“Frankie took out her camona/ Took out that little .44/ Rootie toot toot- she shot her man right through the door/ He was her man and he done her wrong”
-Jimmie Rodgers, “Frankie & Johnny” (song absolutely condoning the murder of that no good sumbitch who don’t treat his lady right) lol

Johnny Cash released the first single, "Seasons of My Heart," from his upcoming album Now, There Was A Song! The single, released by Columbia Records, was a cover of the same song written by George Jones and Darrell Edwards in 1955. As the B-Side to the single, Johnny released "Smiling Bill McCall," written by Johnny himself, which does not appear on any of Johnny's antemortem albums. Johnny's recording of "Seasons of My Heart" reached #10 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs list. "Smiling Bill McCall" reached #13 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs list and number #110 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles list.

"Everyone must move forward. This is a country of immigrants, this city especially, of people who have left things behind. They have brought their pasts with them. They have not succeeded in turning this into the old country--there are too many old countries competing with one another. It is a city built of bits and pieces of many different times and places, and it offers those magical things to everyone who comes through it."
Kirsten Bakis, Lives of the Monster Dogs
