Summary: Y/N was a runaway spirit who continuously found ways to dupe the escort team and not get caught, to be taken away to wherever they saw fit. This was beginning to become tiresome for the team, especially their leader, who was not one but pleased with your behavior.

This was starting to get on your nerves, you’d done anything and everything to get them off your back. But they just wouldn’t budge. They were like bubble gum you’d gotten stuck to the bottom of your shoe. You can’t shake them off. You knew it was their job to take you to heaven or hell, or wherever they had to! Because you were dead, and you knew it. But, you weren’t ready to leave the human world behind just yet.

And with the escort team constantly tracking you down 24/7, it was hard to catch a break. Running was all you had been doing. Running away from them. From him.

If he wasn’t so intent on getting rid of your soul, you’d think he was actually…sorta cute. Forget cute, that reaper was an absolute dream. Of course, you’d never let him know that. But, it still didn’t stop you from toying with him from time to time. That is, when he managed to catch you, all alone.

“You really are such a troublesome brat aren’t you. A nuisance.” He seethed.

the reapers hand runs through his thick black and slicked down hair, disheveling it.

That one strand hanging down on his forehead drove you to insanity. His jawline was sculpted by the gods it seemed. His skin was like porcelain glass. And his eyes were as cold and as dark as his character. Why must he be so beautiful yet so hideous at the same time.

“Am I really? Oh stop it now, you’ll hurt my undead feelings.” You said, feigning sorrow. This only earned you a spiteful glare, a glare from his gleaming eyes.

“I don’t care how many times you try to escape, your fate is sealed. So, please…” he responds as his voice begins to fade away soothingly. That is until of course.

“CUT THIS CHILDISH BEHAVIOR THE FUCK OFF!” the reaper shouts. You had never gotten a reaction such is this one out of him before, it startled you. But only the slightest bit.

“If I could get rid of you. You wouldn’t be sent to heaven or hell. Nor would you be endowed to the company. I’d be damned if I allowed anything like that to happen. One more second of your presence is enough to make me ill.” He said, gritting through blazing perfect pearly whites.

Although, it hurt you for some reason, to hear him say all this, you remained expressionless.

And where he stood, he looked you straight in the eyes and continued on,

“If I had it my way, I’d send you to a place where you’d be absolutely nothing. You’d mean absolutely nothing. No second chance, no reincarnation. A floating waste of space with no purpose.” He reiterates, through venomous undertones.

“That’s where you’d be going. That will be where you go, and I’ll make sure of it, if you continue to defy me.” The reaper warns.

And by him? He means the entire escort team and the underworld, correct? Oh what did it matter anyway, you’d continue to put up a fight no matter what.

“That was truly insightful, really. It’s helped me rethink my choice. My choice, of having stood here long enough to hear you bitch and moan about not being able to have me.” You responded, smirking.

Crap! You thought, that came out a little off. As soon as you had realized what you said, your eyes blew wide as saucers.

“ I-I mean, like have me as in to get rid of me- You know what I mean!” You shouted, a blush began sprouting from your cheeks. He seemed to notice it too. In turn, it seemed as if he were suppressing a smirk of his own. He couldn’t be though, could he?

“No, I don’t actually. I don’t know what you mean. What do you mean (y/n)?” He asked, in what seemed as if almost a teasing manner. The slightest presence of a sly smirk graced his face, and as quickly as it came, it went.

“ I- it- well- I mean- .” You stuttered profusely.

His stoic expression, hard and mean had once again returned.

“Enough!, the more time I spend conversing with you, the more brain cells I begin to lack.” He spat. Rude.

“Now, be a good girl and let’s get you the fuck out of my hands.” He adds.

I’d like to be in your hands very much, but I’m not now am I? You thought.

Oh my god, shut up! You scream externally.

You stared into space for a brief moment before snapping out of it, you looked up at him, ready to hold your ground as you have countless times. But he doesn’t seem ready to pounce on you and drag you back to jumadeung.

If anything, he did seem ready to pounce on you. But in more ways then one.

“Is that what this is about.” He asks, curiously. That devious smirk once again began to crawl onto his face.
