He had asked you to change his bandages about a week ago you both have been really busy with work and you couldn't but one day you both had a day off and you changed them and he wasn't to happy to see his scars the scars he did to himself self-harm scars you have thought they were beautiful he was looking away and you took your pen and drew on his arm and made something with the scars together than kissed his scars he looked at it and than you and you smiled and said "they are beautiful Dazai" he than said "but- I cut myself and you think that is good?" you shook your head but said "no but they are beautiful" and you changed his other arm and wrapped his arms up in the new bandages he smiled and said nobody will see "I know but still" you said and you kissed his cheek and said I'm going out to get stuff for dinner and left and he went with you

He was writing a book and Karl was running around the room you were sitting on the floor drawing in your book he bought you with the pens he bought you ended up some how with some weird ass thing draw in the whole book in under 3 hours you got up and played with Karl for about a hour amand than you found yourself drawing on Poe's arm amyou said "Poe look!" He looked at his arm and said "what happened to the notebook?" you picked it up and gave it to him and said finished it he looked so shocked and just said "how did you do that in under 3 hours I bought you it before I got to work" you nodded he said "I'll buy you a bigger and better one tomorrow than love" he than kissed your forehead

A Demand for Shakie Shakies - A Dad!Guero Fluff Short.

For my Guero girls (ENABLERS) who have done nothing but encourage this man to take up residence within my brain. Damn you all to hell. Love you really, though :D

Words - 856

Warnings - None, just cute (annoying!) dad!Guero fluff!

“Daddy!”

That yell. Jesus, she’s loud. Even from where she’s playing within your eye line in the living room across the hallway, her decibels rival that of a pneumatic drill.

“What up, button?”

“Need snacks!”

“Alright, chill, tiny girl. I’m making that happen as fast as I can.”

“Faster!”

He pauses, attracting your attention, pointing at you with the knife he’s holding. “She gets all this mouth from you, mamacita.”

Turning to him, your eyes widen at the sheer audacity of him to even suggest such a falsehood. “Says the man with the mouth the size of Manhattan, and twice as loud.”

Guero grins broadly, bobbing his tongue between his teeth just as the patter of tiny feet signals her arrival in the kitchen.

With little hands clasped to her hips, she opens her mouth to draw a big breath. “DADDY!”

“GRACIE!” Yeah, he matches her in volume. Or she matches him, you’re unsure which way around it is since she started talking.

“Need my snacks!”

He raises his eyebrows at her demands, finishing chopping up the cucumber and pepper slices she’s requested. “What’s the magic word, baby cakes?”

“Now!”

Yep. Two very loud, demanding peas in a pod. It would be completely fair to say that Gracie is his tiny female equivalent. Apart from the fact she looks just like him, nobody could deny she was his from the noise and the sass alone.

He can’t help but hiss out a laugh, shaking his head. “Wasn’t the one I was after. Try again.”

“Please!”

He scoops her up, seating her on the side of the counter. “Here you go, duchess.”

“Fankoo, daddy. But I not duchess. I princess!”

He kisses her head as she begins to chomp through her cucumber. “You’re for sure regal, kid.” She grins, all tiny teeth, holding out a piece of gnawed on cucumber and feeding it to him.

“Daddy where shakie shakies?”

She means her maracas, a word that at eighteen months old, she hasn’t quite grasped yet. “Over there on the table, but you ain’t playing with ‘em right now. Snack first.”

“Wanna do shakie shakies! Now!”

How very like her dad, refusing to take anything but complete compliance to her wishes. “Eat your snacks first, baby. Do as daddy says.”

A snort emanates from your boyfriend, Guero raising an eyebrow. “Ain’t like you ever do.”

You turn away from where you’re stirring the pot upon the stove, kissing the side of his neck. “There is one place I do.”

“And even then it ain’t enough for my liking.”

“You said you liked me to have a little bite,” you protest, using a little more force to prevent the chili from sticking to the bottom of the pot, turning the heat right down.

He comes up behind you, moving your hair to place a kiss upon your cheek. “I said I like it when you bite.” He gives your butt a little slap before moving back to mind Gracie, pulling ridiculous faces at her as she eats. As soon as she’s done, her hands are thrust in the direction of the table.

“Shakie shakies now, daddy!”

“What, right now?”

“Yes!”

A soft burst of laughter exits his nose, looking between the table and his baby a few times. “And what do I get out of it?”

“Get ‘em now, daddy. NOW!” The delight of being at her service. That’s what he gets out of it.

“Damn, she fierce!” he laughs in a voice designed to entertain. She giggles, even though she is currently frustrated with his reluctance to proffer the desired shakie shakies. “You totally sure you want ‘em now, button?”

“Yes!”

His amused grin grows ever wider. “Totally sure?”

“DADDY BAD MAN!”

You point at her with the spoon you’re stirring with. “True, Gracie. Daddy is a bad man.” Turning, you wink at him, Guero licking his top lip at you, mouthing ‘and you love it’ with a returned wink. Yeah, he’s got you there.

“What, these? Are these what you want?” he asks, moving to the kitchen table and picking up the maracas.

“Gimme!”

“Say please.”

She’s all but puce in the face by this point, her father quickly whittling her down to her last nerve. He has a flair for it with everyone in his life, if nothing else. “PLEASE!”

“Hmm, nah.” He’s snorting with laughter at her utter indignance, Gracie turning to you for support.

“Mommy, get the shakie shakies! Mommy do shakie shakies, then give to Gracie!”

Guero snorts, beginning to grin. “It was from yo mama doin’ the skakie shakie that we ended up with you in the first place.” he mutters, cracking you up completely as you turn and grab the maracas, giving them a little shake before handing them to your expectant daughter.

“Stop teasing the tiny beast, or mentioning my shakie shakie in front of her,” you chide, shaking your head softly as you turn back to the stove.

“Alright,” he sniffs, looking you up and down. “Just as long as I get to see it later.”

As soon as Gracie is in bed, he does. No maracas are involved, either.

Building Block Figs - Two Devils

Following up on the last few days of building block fig posts, this is the last kit that I have to post about. I have three more incoming, but they won't arrive for at least a month, if that.

I actually started on these figs a while ago - they were the second set I started to make, after my first kit of Beautiful Fight Scene in the Middle of the Lake. That one was so involved that I figured I'd relax a little on an easy set before tackling the next scene.

Ahahaha. Little did I know.

First, I had such a big problem with this set that I originally wasn't sure I was going to buy it. The full, long name of this set is: Ghost Valley Valley Master and Tianchuang Leader. Great, love it, right? Always a fan. Except, this was the picture:

Right, you see the problem. Valley Master Wen is all dressed in his Episode 1 red finery, but our Tianchuang Leader definitely is not dressed in his midnight-hued civil servant assassin best. Why on earth would Zhou Zishu be in white? This is not "Rescue from Tianchuang Jail" A-Xu (although I kinda wish it was, that would be great).

Also, less egregious but still not great is the fact that Zhou Zishu's hair is Jianghu-styled half down, and that Baiyi has a cross-guard. This whole fig is just not working for me!

But, as you can tell (and as you would already have suspected anyway), I bought it, and just planned somehow to figure out a solution to change up the entire fig.

Somehow. I had no actual idea how to do it, but I felt confident I would somehow figure it out. So confident, that I even went ahead and put together Valley Master Wen first.

He, at least, was not going to require changing. The only thing I'd change up with him is to give him a gold guan instead of his hairpin, but I used up all my extra yellow bricks on the Catching Light fig, so I was out of luck. That's alright, I don't mind this one so much. The Valley Master would wear his hairpin at times, that makes sense.

Oh, I should say, in comparison to the other building block sets, these two together totaled 856 bricks - 424 for Wen Kexing and 432 for Zhou Zishu. The figs stand 4.4 x 5.2 x 10.2 cm and 5.2 x 5.6 x 10.2 cm respectively, and each one is rated 2 hours to complete. Like all of these kits, the time to complete is pretty right on, if you follow the directions.

The two figures came together in a set. I wouldn't have minded if they split up the two figures in two different bags, but nope, they're all mingled in there together!

This one wasn't too bad - it's always a little harder for the ones that are mostly one color, since it makes it easy to miscount as the colors all blend together. But, I didn't make any mistakes and it went pretty smoothly.

I finished the body and moved on to the face. They have you do the fig in pieces, and then put it all together at the end. You can tell the passage of time from the quality of the light in these photos, but I pretty much finished this one over the course of a day and an evening.

I had to laugh as I saw his red cheeks/eyeliner. Very cute!

And here he is! Photographed at a rakish angle, as well. He looks great!

While I was at it, I decided to click through the directions for Zhou Zishu, and see if I could figure out any ideas in advance of working on the fig. By this time, even one (and a half) sets in, I could see that they had provided lots of extra bricks, so the idea that was starting to half-bake in my head was that I would have enough bricks at the very end of all my kits to do something instead of the white.

While clicking though, I realized that I could skip the body part and do the head, which would help use up some of the necessary bricks. So the head it was! That way, I would really only have leftover bricks at the end.

That I got done very quickly. It wasn't bad at all! And, the best thing was that this head didn't have any long hair attached to it. So, I could just ignore the long hair when building the body, and use the head as is. Things were looking up!

I mean, Valley Master Wen looks horrified, but don't worry Lao Wen, he'll get better.

I set aside these two, and went on to the rest of the sets.

That brings us to this morning. I woke up, pulled out my SHL reference book, sat down with all the brick remainders, and figured out, I think, a pretty good plan of attack.

Technically, all his clothes are midnight shades of blue and wine, but those are not colors I had available, sadly.

I had a lot of black bricks left over since I wasn't doing the half-long hairstyle, and plus extras from the other sets. That being said, there wasn't a ton of the smaller sized bricks in black. Also, I didn't really want a fig that was black on black on black, and technically his robes are that deep midnight blue anyway. The biggest problem with that was that I didn't have enough of the darkest blue bricks. Or really any of the blue bricks, and of course going lighter would get us right back to a non-canon compliant fig. So, I decided to try and do his cloak and body with as much of the black bricks as possible, and try to use the blue ones as judiciously as I could, in the hopes of stretching them far enough.

I'm a little annoyed at myself I didn't take a pic of all the remaining bricks left so you could see what I was working with, but at least here you can see the start of the fig and the remaining black bricks left. You can also see where I started off making the interior white, to try and use as few black or blue bricks as possible. My plan was to make the cloak as enveloping as possible in order to use the least number of blue pieces.

I will note at this point I was about two hours in on the body, which sounds ridiculous, but let me assure you, it gets worse. I stopped here for lunch, and then came back ready to finish this up.

Unfortunately for me, though, this is where I started to get into real trouble. I was changing up the sword, the top hand position (inadvertently, since I got rid of the cross-guard), I was trying to make the cape wrap around the front robes, ignore the directions for the long hair in the back and therefore revise the back (which is half hair). And I had no idea what I was doing with any of it, other than to desperately stretch out my remaining dark blue pieces. For each blue piece I did use, I was trying to figure out if I'd be better off using a bigger piece, or multiple smaller pieces, or if I might need those exact configurations later.

Basically, I was doing way too much off script, and didn't have the skills to back it up. The directions at this point were almost useless.

You can see how the step I was theoretically on looked nothing like the fig I was trying to make!

I must have reworked this piece here three different times. It doesn't help that the arms are asymmetrical, which only complicated something that I really didn't need to be any more complicated.

The biggest problem, of course, was that I was just way out of my depth, and kept making mistakes that I would have to go back and fix. And unfortunately, I have extremely poor visual short term memory, so when I disconnected a piece to fix a mistake or replace a brick, I couldn't remember how to reconnect it. And since I was so far off book with the instructions, I couldn't use that to help. I just had to figure it out new each time.

It was pretty rough going, I'm not going to lie.

Somewhere in this I ditched the two-brick configuration for Baiyi and made it into the slimmest, whippiest, greyest version I could.

At this point, those were all the blue bricks remaining, and I was critically short just a few pieces. So, I went to the lake raft set from Beautiful Fight Scene in the Middle of the Lake, which I'm going to re-work next to make the raft brown vs. blue and green. I pillaged a few dark blue bricks from the raft in advance of.

Finally, after three (more) hours, I was done! I couldn't almost believe it. Very happily, I started to take some pics.

And that's when I noticed that Zhou Zishu was actually taller than Wen Kexing. I was like, wait a minute. How is this possible?

It was possible.

At this point, I was really, really tempted to just say, you know what, it's good enough. Clean up the bricks and move on with life. But the bricks were still out, and I just couldn't let it go. After all this time, working so hard? No way.

I figured here the easy way out was to extend Wen Kexing's legs. Gong Jun is all legs anyway, so it would work.

I didn't take any pictures of this, because at this point I was losing the will to live, but basically not only did I extend his legs, I ended up extending the train of his robes just a little bit. Just to make it a little more like the show! I had plenty of red bricks, so this was actually fairly straightforward.

So NOW it was done. Unlike this extremely long blog post. Picture time it was!

Don't judge my fig-designing skills too harshly, please! I was struggling. Desperately.

This is actually the first time I am really looking at them since I finished, so I'm curious about this too.

Oops, I see in my fugue state I knocked a little tendril of the Valley Master's hair off kilter. I'll have to fix that.

Ah ha, I did fix it! I have to say I really love how we have Wen Kexing's hand behind his back here - love this modelling. This is a good angle to see the train here - I just added that last two rows, nothing special.

Hmm, I guess I should have done a straight box down at the back for Zhou Zishu's cape, vs. trying to shape the shoulders and arms from where he's holding the sword. There isn't a ton of black bricks left, but I might go back and see if I can streamline it some.

Ok, this doesn't look too bad from this angle. I could have curved his bottom back part of his hair a bit more, but I suppose it can be the braid in back.

Well, Baiyi looks good!

Finally, I remembered to take a good bottoms-up pic for these building brick figs!

And the top here. Oh, I forgot to mention I had changed up Zhou Zishu's hair tie too - it was originally light grey and light blue, but I made it light and dark grey.

Alright, I'm at 30 pics, so there we have it. Clearly not the best, and there's still clean up work to be done, but I'm pretty happy how he turned out, considering everything. At least he's not wearing white robes.

In conclusion, I will not be giving up my day job for a brick designer job, that's for sure.

Eichi was someone who you believe couldn't be trusted from his past actions. Sure, things wouldn't have been booming without him hurting anyone, right? But maybe there was a better way to do it, it doesn't matter. It's been done, and it's not your problem anymore.

You we're his producer, the best you could do was simply forgive.

But never forget.

It was never easy to work with someone you used to hate... covering up true feelings of bitterness towards him even until now. Maybe he could sense what's wrong or bothering you, because whenever you remember what he did, he comforts you slightly. Even at rare occasions, invites you for some tea.

Just the two of you.

You always politely decline. You know he's changed but... you could never really tell.

You sort of liked him, though. He was sort of cute anyways. No, it wasn't because of his looks you we're attracted to. It was... maybe because he tried his best at everything and pleasing everyone purely just for a brighter future in the age of idols he leads. The way he can genuinely try to care for those surrounding him, the way he knows his own potential and gives it his all.

It pains you to think this feeling you felt towards him is most likely just one sided.

He would never think of you.

You were just someone who works for him.

You were daydreaming about him, holding back tears. Even one flowing down your cheeks already.

Until you heard something scratch the floor, a chair infront of you. Sat down there was Eichi. He looked concerned for you. He tucked a piece of hair behind your ears and wiped your tears using both of his hands.

What's wrong, what's bothering you?

He asked in a soft tone that made you melt... but also nearly made you even more hurt.

Stop playing with yourself, he would never be truly concerned about a measly producer.

You shake your head in response.

Everything's fine, don't worry about me.

You told him pulling a smile quickly. His hands made it's way towards yours and he pulled them closer to him.

I know something's wrong, don't cover it. Tell me.

He tells you as his gaze turns into a more loving and understanding, in a way you couldn't really explain.

It hurts.

He kisses your hand before standing up.

If you don't wish to tell me... that's fine.

He smiles and takes his leave. And once he did you started sobbing lightly. With the hate, there is still love in your heart for him. All these times where you could've been worshipping, appreciating him... you didn't do a thing. Not even bothering to praise him before because of the hatred you had. But now that you realize it... you like him, like him a lot. Oh how you wish to just turn back the clock to make things right.

God, it was all so very confusing.

To the next day, you arrived to work with an aching heart and puffy, swelling eyes from crying. Everyone was very concerned for you. But you denied any chance people had to ask if you were okay. Keeping on the it's nothing act.

You had to pass a design for Fine's performance to Eichi soon, and you were stressed thinking what would Eichi like? If Eichi would wear this?

Eichi shows up at your office door, he opens it without warning. Alertedly, you covered your face in shame for being like this.

How displeasing.

He sits down next to you pushing away your drafting designs away, and placing a big dish with a teapot, tea cups and cookies on it. He takes your hands off your face and cups it lightly. He rubs your cheeks softly using his thumbs.

Oh, please do not ruin your perfect face with tears.

He tells you. It was enough to make you break; to make you confess your feelings right then and there. He pulls his chair closer to you and puts your head on his chest, caressing your cheeks and playing with your hair, combing it with his fingers.

He serves you some tea, and places a small dish on your side with a serving of two cookies.

Eat up, it'll help you more with work.

He says. You nodded and with shaking hands, you took the tea cup and blew on it. You were trembling, and Eichi would hold your back, next to him rubbing it, reassuring it's okay.

You ate the cookies next, dunking them in the leftover tea.

Once you finished up, Eichi gathered everything up. And went up to stand.

Now that you're relaxed, get back to work.

He said in a rather hard tone. As he walked off, he shut the door behind him. Was he just being sweet to make you do things for him? Is that was his motives towards you were?

You were right, you shouldn't have trusted him.

If you didn't even try to give him this chance; you wouldn't have been crying again, begging for him to take you in and love you.

I’m going to give myself a little self indulgent promotion of one of my fics into the House of the Dragon fandom that if you would love to see a queer family growing together as we sadly won’t get to see much in the show with Leanor, Rhaenyra and her children, you guys should check out my fic Tempest Grove!

It’s a Rhaegar wins au, only it focuses on Renly Baratheon and Loras Tyrell

In 856 AC, a strange tunnel is discovered under the collapsed sept of Tempest Grove, leading to the discovery of a tomb that has not been touched for centuries. Archaeologist believe that it comes from the late fourth century, many wonder if this might be perhaps the missing tombs of Lord Renly Baratheon and his wife, Celia Hightower. — Thus begins a tale of historical and archaeological study as we learn the true lives of the residence of Tempest Grove while those who come long after must put the pieces together.

We have Renly Baratheon acting as a platonic soulmate to his wife and proud father of “their children” (although I’m not quite there yet in the past chapters) with a developing and strong relationship with Loras.

We have a bisexual Loras Tyrell, who only has eyes for one man and one woman, who will fight like a beast to protect his family.

We have Celia Hightower, a woman trapped within the confines of patriarchal Westeros, but is able to carve out a place for herself and her family.

We have Aaron Moore, a knight who comes into Tempest Grove and finds his place amongst the family and in the heart of its lady.

Summary: Following the events of Kizuna, the Chosen slowly lose their digimon partners, all while struggling to launch their adult lives. Takeru has been smiling through it all, but Yamato is beginning to sense that he needs more help than he lets on... A story exploring grief, seeking, giving, and accepting emotional support, and navigating the line between expressing what you're comfortable expressing and knowing when to seek help. Complete oneshot.

Happy Odaiba Day! I’m celebrating with a brand new oneshot starring Takeru and Yamato (who came out hilariously STRONK in my drawing, I DIDN’T MEAN TO GO THAT HARD, lol! I was thinking he has to get fit to start his astronaut training, and suddenly he’s BUILT, sorry Yams). I’ve been wanting to explore how Takeru and Yamato present themselves- ie, is there a rift between their inner and outer worlds? If so, is that okay, or is it dishonest? How much transparency do we owe the world? I thought the topic was really interesting- but in the end, I think the story is ultimately about brotherhood and emotional support.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to the mods at @digiweek, and also to the entire digimon fandom! It’s been so amazing to see your wonderful work this week. I’m so pleased and proud to be a part of this community, thank you so very much for having me! I love you, and Happy Odaiba Day!

Fic Launch: Puits d’Amour

I just launched my Yamato x Sora royalty/bakery AU! This gorgeous, stunning, amazing cover art is by @llamavillana! Thank you, I can’t begin to thank you enough! Llama has so much incredible art on her Tumblr, please check it out (have you seen this cutie cute cute Koushiro?!)! Can you even believe how soft this piece is?! And I adore the use of greenery. AND LOOK HOW PRINCELY YAMS IS AND HOW ADORABLE AND LOVELY SORA IS, I CANNOT!!!!!!

Summary:

Yamato and his brother, Takeru, were born to royal parents from different countries, who wed to seal the peace between their warring nations. The brothers were sent to live in Autun, their mother's country, until coming of age- and now, Yamato is old enough to return to Hakone, his father's country, where he will one day rule. Displaced and missing his home and his brother, Yamato wanders into a café selling pastries he often ate in Autun... And meets Sora, a woman who exudes welcome and comfort. A bakery/royalty AU about finding your home and your path.

Main characters: Yamato, Sora, Jyou, Takeru, Mimi, but the entire Adventure/02 cast is included

The main couple is Yamato x Sora, but there are additional minor couples.

I wrote this for Nanowrimo 2021 and edited/made art for it during @campdigimonth! I plan to update every other week for... Well, for a while, as lots of content is ready to go!
