Do you think when they cast Robin for OPLA they're going to have her look how she was when she was introduced or how she looks post time skip

god i really hope it'll be how she looked when she was introduced.

robin had a much more interesting character design pre-timeskip. she looked unique, i loved her more pronounced nose, and her hair, her cowboy hat, everything about her was top notch.

i still adore robin as a character post-timeskip and she has some really top tier looks in a few arcs as well (loved her look in dressrosa and wano), but i hate that by taking away her bangs, as well as making her face and her eyes rounder, they just turned her into yet another nami clone :/

also not to mention that they totally whitewashed her.

OH and please for the love of god i'm keeping my fingers crossed that they cast an older actress for her role.

the opla has done a really good job in their choice of actors as far as i've seen, so i've some hope, but there are two big casting choices that are going to make or break season 2 for me right now and they are

they better fucking not either make Ilia lose weight, or recast Alvida altogether post devil fruit

FOR THE BIRD AU. I love building and your ideas mmmmm delish.

Thoughts on celestial dragon not having wings? Or cutting them off at birth? Maybe there wings are useless seeing as they never use them and always keep them covered no one really knows. But there are theory’s. (Could be why Dolfamingo and Corason ware those fluffy feathered coats to cover up the fact they don’t have wings.)

Ok devil fruit user who I think don’t have wings. Crocodile. Wether threw injury or choice. I feel like Sir crocodile doesn’t have wings anymore. New People constantly expect signals from a whole form of communication that simply doesn’t exist anymore, he of course uses this to its full possibilities-He is impossible to read at first and alot of people underestimate him because of his disability and by being ableist dicks, he can go and take everything they love right from under there nose and they never even suspected him.

Kuma though not by choice. He’s back stories already so god damned sad why don’t we add even more tears it huh. (Every time I learn more about this man I want to strangle Oda, how dare this sweet teddy bear of a man be subjected to such horror.)

And surprise Marco. I feel like it would interesting a lot of people would probably dicks about it at first or just avoid him or be very delicate and over correcting themselves around him. Marco and crew will quickly dissuade new comers of this stupidity.

A few of big moms kids might not have wings? Seeing as she’s seems to be part gaint maybe gaints don’t have wings or at least different type? Maybe Kaido got rid of his wings? Or again was born without seeing as he’s another species called Oni? Maybe he has Dragon wings?

Either way I love this au and will be writing and drawing alot more for it in the future.

Celestial Dragons see themselves as gods, right? Different from everyone else. Higher than everyone else. They don't eat devil fruits because to them, they don't need that extra power. Plus, why would gods ruin their relationship with Mother Sea?

So yeah, they cut their wings off at birth as a sign of being better than everyone else. Doflamingo and Corazon definitely have their feathered jackets as a memory of the wings they lost.

Crocodile did get his wings cut off when he got his devil fruit. He didn't see the point in them anymore. And if he was going to take over Alabasta, it would be better to get rid of wings that could give away his emotions.

WHY WOULD YOU MENTION KUMA!? (Sobs into blankets) But you are so right. Anyway.

Marco lost his wings because they burned up when he ate his devil fruit because I want the angst. JUST IMAGINE! His devil allows him to become a Phoenix, but at the painful cost of his original wings.

Kaido isn't changed much because of what species he is. He stays a dragon, but in human form he still has the dragon wings.

I am 100% going to write more for this au, and honestly, I will probably cry if you make more fanart/fanfiction for this au. I love it.
