This is insane. I have this growing fear regarding stalkers and online stalking leading to physical locations! It's crazy the digital footprint we leave and the stories of normal gals and franks getting crazy stalkers from something as small as a YouTube comment. CRAZY WORLD WE LIVE IN NGL. even scarier for us girls.

So I've had to file multiple reports about my ex who's stalking me on discord and here on Tumblr too

I stayed up all night figuring out what else to do to ensure my own safety and I ended up taking A LOT of screenshots about the creepy shit that's happened.

I'm not here to antagonize him but i do want to speak up about this because I tend to notice that nothing gets solved until you publicly speak up about it.

It's been around a week or so and in that time I've had to block over 6 or 7 discord accounts made by my ex, he promised me at some point this week that he'd leave me alone and yet yesterday I find ANOTHER account in my message requests.

I'll gladly share the screenshots too, if there's smn unrelated or personal just skip over that. It's about the fact my ex has openly admitted to stalking too.

Here's the first batch, there's more coming.

I'm afraid I'm being stalked online. It is not a frequent incident, but every-so-often, someone on this site creates a new account disguised as me and starts harassing someone else and me as well. It is probably someone from this community I left a long time ago(true crime). I admit that it was a dark and toxic place at times - a lot of very unhealthy people and nearly got my life ruined online. Anyhow, this anonymous person sent me a message saying they found me on facebook. I'm not sure if this person is a real threat or just some deranged troll, but I think I should be fine as long as I don't give out any personal info or my address.

When you Tumblrs mention a restaurant or bar that is not in the Twin Cites area but I can find online, I read its menu. Then I decide what I'd actually order, as if I were actually dining there.

I also use Google Street View to see the front of the restaurant and get a feel for the neighborhood. How is parking? Is there a bike rack nearby? What can I could do before or after the meal? Any fun shops around? I like finding a local bike store nearby; those are fun to visit. If the first restaurant is too busy is an interesting backup nearby? Oh, I'd better peruse that menu too.

Sometimes I even search the neighborhood in Zillow, to see if there's a cool home within walking distance of the restaurant. I like walking or biking to restaurants and bars.

Woman Claims Hulu Employee Used Personal Data to Contact Her

A woman is taking to TikTok to call out Hulu after she claims a male employee used her personal information to get in touch with her after a customer service chat.

In a series of videos, Aryan Strauss said a Hulu employee emailed her after she spoke with him about refunding her the money she was charged for canceling her subscription too late.

On Monday, Strauss explained in a TikTok video that she reached out to the company via its online chat feature and spoke with an employee named "John" who sympathized with her financial struggles as an unemployed single mother.

John refunded Strauss the money for her canceled subscription and offered her kind words before the call ended.

Strauss went on to express her appreciation for the "genuine experience" of the customer service call, but "didn't think anything of it" until she said she received a message from John's personal email.

"He has all of my personal information, and he chose to use it," Strauss said. "How many other women has he done this to, and how else is he using my information?"

According to Strauss, her attempts to report the issue to Hulu were met by other male employees who didn't immediately understand her concern. Strauss claimed one manager asked if she'd led John to believe it was OK to contact her.
