And to be honest, if you press play on that thing and put it on loop, it honestly will feel like a really soothing ambience sound, it doesn’t feel like a single song looping.

Like idk if you remember but the other day I made a post asking people if they knew where to get these sort of music from OSTs that kinda worked like ambience sounds, that I neatly called ‘emotional ambience sounds’ lmaooo and it was actually because I was rewatching Black Sails and that song up there came up and I thought “oh fuck, this is exactly what I need”

It conveys the exact sentiment I needed and it’s pretty relaxing without being distracting (it’s a huge issue for me, if I start to feel like the song is inadequate for the scene, it’ll pull me out of it and I’ll dead ass spend hours looking for the right one, and once I give up, I just put one on loop so I can stop being a pain in my own ass and just DO stuff, you know)

And it was playing throughout. Like, not kidding, some 5 hours lmaoooo I think I forgot I had it on at one point!

being honest I’m quite alright, it was a good day, but I was just totally engulfed in writing and it was a FUCKED UP scene that, well, hey, to summarize it, imagine you’re closing a door on childhood and saying “we are DONE with this one, it is time to move on!” and I’m a bit of a wreck over it, but it’ll pass

It might not have helped literally listening to the same mopey 3 minutes song for 5 hours...........................

Moving house.

Sooo good news and bad news, I guess, the good news is-im moving! Happy day. (Kinda sad about it now that I think about it. I grew up in this house it's all I've ever known, so I guess moving is just a way to start fresh.) The Bad news is I will be without internet and/or WiFi for a couple of days maybe even weeks, which mean I won't be able to stay in contact with friends (@retrouvel @ooracket etc) and keep up with the GO fandom. Might try and keep an update on how the moving goes. 🤔
