so, japanese has a tense that's used to mean an action has been completed, and it's often used specifically for suggesting something has happened like, prematurely or unexpectedly? i like to call it the 'oh fuck' tense.

it's ~te shimau in polite form and the more abbreviated ~chau in colloquial language, and it cracks me up every time. for example, in this panel, bao fan is being told she is broadcasting when she really should not have been, using 放送しちゃった/housou shichatta.

finally someone’s talking about EVEN OXEN because as someone who grew up christian and was forced to sing in the Church’s choir, i basically hated all christian music but GOD, Even Oxen is something that i regularly listen to and I am so happy someone  made a vid about them, they are extremely underrated.

My, My, My is probably my favourite song on the album, even if all are good

some songs can be a bit weird for people not used to noise music, but i would 100% recommend you listen to this album because yeah, for me, same as for the OP, it changed my view on worship music
