MEET GREER'S BOYFRIEND WHEN SHE WENT MISSING -  THE EXONERATED (FORMALLY KNOWN AS THE NAIVE NEWCOMER).

A SOPHOMORE (...AGAIN) originally from HOMETOWN, they decided to come to Ogden College to study MAJOR on an ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP. They’re THE EXONERATED on campus, but even they could get blamed for Greer’s disappearance.

ABOUT THIS SKELETON: No longer a newcomer…and perhaps no longer naive ?? Having arrived two years ago as the new kid on the block with any buzz or connections, somehow he snagged the most eligible girl on campus. They even seemed happy together...but even those who didn't believe they were didn't expect it when THE EXONERATED was arrested last year in conjunction with THE GOLDEN GIRL's disappearance. With no charges sticking, they’ve been allowed to return to campus for this academic year....but believing it'll be as welcoming for him as it was when he was on Greer's arm would be as naive as he used to be.

MAJOR PLOT POINTS THUS FAR:

A small town boy who was a year younger than THE GOLDEN GIRL, they started dating near the end of the fall semester of his freshman year and Greer’s sophomore. On the surface? Things were fantastic, a dream couple. Smitten with Greer’s charms, and just clueless enough to not notice the ever rotating side pieces, her disappearance caught THE NAIVE NEWCOMER totally off guard.

THE BIG MAN ON CAMPUS was one of four students who received a letter from THE GOLDEN GIRL on September 18th…that Greer had dated to be delivered on August 29th. Read more here !!!

Shortly after the beginning of last year, THE EXONERATED learned that THE HEDONIST had been sleeping with THE GOLDEN GIRL during their entire relationship. Needless to say....he did not take the news well, and they got into a huge fight at a party.

Despite having been claiming he knew nothing, the day after the time capsules were leaked (in which THE GOLDEN GIRL implied that not only was he on steroids, but that she was about to break up with him), THE EXONERATED was escorted off campus by the investigation team, leading everyone to wonder what else Greer may have revealed.

THE EXONERATED ended up losing his scholarship due to the alleged steroids. It's been a year, and since no charges or proof ever came up....the expulsion was dropped, and now they're allowed back. Read about their arrest more here !!!

Facts:

Arys is the fourth in line for succession of the kingdom of Ruug. It is a badly kept secret on Prosperity that Arys is a runaway princess. There are very few clear public photographs of Arys over the last twenty years, so hiding in plain sight is the modus operandi.

It isn’t that the royal family of Ruug are terrible people; Arys just never saw a public-facing and diplomatic lifestyle as the best path in life. Arys convinced the King and his second spouse, the Prince Consort, that to the exciting city of Rungung in country of Maeyr would be a wonderful place to get an education. The King provided for 17 year old Arys to be educated at Maeyr’s best schools, and somehow very few people managed to recognize the princess. At 22, Arys had amassed an impressive list of education certificates and credentials.

While Arys could have utilized the power of nepotism to work anywhere, after a two year stint in Ruug’s military, Arys decided to work quietly in civil service for some time.

In order to avoid planning a really tedious royal wedding for the crown princess to the throne of Ruug (Arys’ older sister), Arys impulsively took a job on a pirate ship, Prosperity, as a clerk. After a couple of years, the quartermaster resigned, and Arys was offered the position.

Scout Velul: Arys and Scout have a private and secret meme repository which they use to share memes about the crew. It isn’t meant to be a matter of cruelty, but the two definitely make fun of their coworkers more than is probably socially acceptable.

Ian Solko and Theo Seong: Arys calls Ian “Io” (pronounced EE-oh) and Theo “Thean” (pronounced THEE-ihn) in a way that at least Arys thinks is affectionate. Ian and Theo have been casually deemed Arys’ personal Hit Clips, so the two receive occasional (but sudden) requests to play or sing songs popular in the late 90s and early 00s on Earth.

Daniel Eansworth: Daniel seems emotionally fragile and unprepared for life on a pirate ship, so Arys has decided to try to toughen him up... without asking for permission. isla is a pirate and was the former captain of the titan’s tits before her cowardly abandonment of the vessel when it was attacked by a giant sea serpent. a spontaneous and often inebriated individual, one must delve into isla’s backstory to understand her to the fullest: she was born to a naiad mother—who fled narnia when the white witch’s reign began—and a terebinthian pirate of a father, a man somewhat infamous for his wicked ways, his ways of cheating people, and most of all his charm. while isla’s mother had been in love with the sea, she fell in love with a man outside of it as well as the lives of the humans she so often observed. isla was raised by her mother and father for a time, raiding and pillaging until things between them turned sour, after which she was raised by her father alone... but even before then, isla had been raised in the ways of piracy. she had accompanied her father on his ship on various raids and adventures and she knew that one day she wanted to follow in his footsteps. that she did: isla has wronged and scammed more of the population of terebinthia than she’s befriended it, including that of her former crew. she managed to convince them of their confidence in her and stuck with them for a year before her final abandonment; now, with rumours circulating that she lives, isla has fled to narnia. isla walks a thin line between stupidity and bravery and her drunken decision to board a ship to cair paravel certainly sways the rope. regardless, isla will see where life takes her... and will hope that it’s not towards the end of a plank.
