So, OpenShot users, any idea how to get it to stop cutting off the first split second of audio on an exported video?

#OpenShot #I tried moving the audio track to later in the video #I tried making it a one-track project instead of a two-track project #I tried adjusting the bps rate on the project while exporting to match the bps of the original MP3 file #I've tried dragging it out to see if maybe I had accidentally cut the track myself (I didn't) #nothing has worked yet and it's making me kinda crazy #also there's some audio crackling at the end too #I JUST downloaded this so it should be the most up to date version #the software struggle continues

i use openshot video editor for gif making & video creation because it's keys remind me a lot of windows movie maker [oldheads rise up] but i want to do things like boost the color in my footage and i can't do that in openshot. so, i get a trial for premiere pro and i swear for a hour i kept thinking to myself,

'why is this complicated? why am i looking up tutorials every five seconds? why are they making these easy things complicated to find??'

#all and all i dont like it #oh it has good features for sure but the audio glitched the video lagged #openshot never gave me issues like this lmao
