When you figure out what you're comfortable with, I'd suggest doing a chart like the one @/opposumcore made where it lists what titles (like sir or king) and what descriptors (like beautiful or handsome) you prefer. Its a really easy and handy way to put the info out without making it a big block of text. Either way, congrats on your pronoun change! I'm always glad to see people being themselves :3

I’m not sure what ya mean, but to answer this question I would prefer more masculine phrases!

because all my life I was smothered and forced with femminie phrases that made me so deeply uncomfortable growing up and which ties down to the abuse I’ve grew up in with my family since they forced gender stereotypes on me as a child and I mean forced, but my girlfriend refers to me as her gf or partner since the phrase “boyfriend” feels wrong on me but despite it all she still loves me for who I am and I love her.
