You stated and turned the chair around so he could face you. "No I'm not MC, Lord Diavolo want this done soon." He retaliated and turned back around to his desk, not even knowing what would come up.

You on the other hand, rolled your left sleeve up so his demon pact mark could be shown as you looked straight at him. "Lucifer. Turn around and kneel." The demon of Pride felt a shiver run down his spine as he turned around and got on his knees in front of you. "We're not doing this damn game again, Lucifer. Seems you really need a break~" You chuckled under his breath as Lucifer knew what was going to happen.

Which had lead to now. Lucifer's hands were tied behind his back, the man was still on his knees but he looked so out of it while your thick cock was just stretching his ass out. When Steve and Eddie start dating Wayne pulls Steve aside and is like “I know this sounds odd but you’re gonna have to take him on walks every once in a while.”

And Steve is just like “?? Sir? He is not a dog?”

Wayne gives him a slightly haunted look, muttering “sometimes I wonder,” under his breath before clearing his throat and telling Steve to just trust him on this one. 

Steve thinks this is probably something Wayne had to do when Eddie was a child to get him out of the house but the man is a full-grown adult now, Steve is not gonna walk him.

He kind of forgets about it until one day. Eddie’s been staying at Steve’s for the week and he gets home from work only to find the kitchen absolutely wrecked. He finds Eddie in another room standing in a pile of books. He very slowly approaches him, putting his hands out and making his voice soft and as carefully as he can being like, “Hey, babe, what’s up?”

Eddie whips around, eyes big and wild, rambling almost too fast for Steve to understand. “I needed to make a cake but I didn’t have a recipe so I improvised and that did not work so I went to find a recipe and did you know there are like fifty-year-old medical books here? There are so many descriptions of gross stuff in them.” He waves one of Steve’s granddads old books around and Steve has to lean back to not get smacked by it. 

“Yeah… my granddad was a doctor,” he says all while eyeing him warily. 

His hair is frizzier than usual and he’s about to turn around to grab more books and Steve does not know what this is or what to do? Should he do something? That’s when he remembers what Wayne said about walks and the way he had looked, a bit stressed and disbelieving. It’s about how Steve is feeling right now so he might as well try, right?

So he grabs Eddie, pulling him along towards the door, making up the first excuse he can think of. “Speaking of my granddad, he built a tree-house for me in the woods behind the house, let’s go look.” 

He walks into the woods at the wrong opening, leading them kind of far in before turning around to wander and pretending to look. He finally steers them back to where the tree-house actually is, all in its tiny rotten glory, and right at the edge of the lawn.

“Guess it was closer than I remember,” he says with a shrug as if dragging Eddie around for twenty minutes insisting it was further in is in any way a believable mistake. 

Eddie gives him a look like he’s acting insane, which, okay fair but Eddie did start it. And anyways he looks better now, judgmental as all hell but better.

“Cool,” He eventually says then stomps back inside. 

Eddie spends the rest of the day making fun of Steve for getting lost in the woods where he grew up but he’s not climbing the walls anymore so Steve counts it as a win.

After that he brings Eddie on regular walks, tells him it’s because he doesn’t do sports anymore and needs to move, doesn’t always feel like running and it’s boring going alone. Eddie accepts it easily but also says it’s so weird because Wayne will also drag him along on walks, and, like, what about him attracts these people who need to go on walks all the time and can’t do it alone?

Steve and Wayne have a pact to never tell Eddie, they do not even want to imagine how that would go because Eddie is a drama queen at heart and their system is working (until years later when Steve and Eddie live together hours away and Steve goes on a trip with Robin, he comes back to Eddie on his way to turn their living room into a greenhouse)

It’s me I’m back with Lesson 34 spoilers below. (including the hard lesson)

I always try to write these posts shortly after finishing the lesson so that it’s like… my immediate and unfiltered thoughts lol. Sometimes I change my mind about stuff after I see other people’s interpretations of things. So if you were wondering why I’m taking the time to write this at 2 am, that’s why. I totally forgot about the lesson during the day due to the whole Thanksgiving thing.

ANYWAY.

I feel like we got SO MUCH BARB in this lesson?? He was barely in it. But we had other characters talking about him and that honestly makes me happy, too. Probably because I like when they give us some perspective into his character.

BUT FIRST.

Belphie. We were actually playing the role of Lilith in his little Celestial Realm dream sequence, right? And then at the end it’s all but we’re not siblings.

Listen. I just think that Belphie has a lot of unresolved trauma surrounding Lilith and I really don’t feel like having MC play hide-and-seek with him in a dream is going to be enough to help him move past it. Enough to make him want to help MC? Maybe. But I dunno.

However, I also think I probably shouldn’t expect anything more intense than that from an otome game. They were just trying to give us SOMETHING to explain why he was cool with making a pact.

WHICH WE FINALLY DID. With Beel, Belphie, AND Levi. I get Beel & Belphie doing theirs at the same time, but I’m still a little baffled about why Levi waited so long. There probably isn’t a reason, but who knows maybe they’ll surprise us with something lol.

Ah. Lucifer.

This was my favorite part:

I love Mammon, he always just says exactly what he’s thinking (unless it’s how much he loves MC lol).

But we all knew it wasn’t going to be that easy, right? We knew Lucifer would be last. We knew that Lucifer would be the most difficult one to make a pact with. Remember what happened with him last time? Of course he doesn’t want to make a pact with us now. We’re likely going to be going through some kind of long drawn out drama that will eventually lead to Lucifer giving in and making a pact with us.

However, I found both Solomon’s and Diavolo’s reactions to this absolutely hilarious:

Can the two of you take this seriously, please?? I know you both find Lucifer highly entertaining and yeah, I'm usually laughing at him most of the time, too, but I need that pact to get back to where I'm from, thanks.

But we’re only on Lesson 34. So I think we still have plenty of time to make a pact with Lucifer, learn the truth about Nightbringer, and return to our timeline (or have the timelines merge or whatever nonsense they’re gonna do).

I’m still hoping for all that to get resolved by the end of this season lol.

Now, I found this exchange from Belphie’s Celestial Realm shenanigans especially interesting:

Assuming this is accurate to what actually happened when Lucifer was still an angel, this means that the angels knew Barbatos. They know him by name, they clearly think he’s a big deal, and they’re surprised that he’s agreed to be Diavolo’s butler.

I was always under the impression that the demons and the angels didn’t really know much about each other. But now I’m wondering if maybe Barbatos had something to do with the end of the war that happened before the Celestial War. The one that was between the Celestial Realm and the Devildom. I have no reason for thinking this other than the fact that as angels, Lucifer & Simeon clearly know him. And what else would they know him from? Though I suppose anything could have happened lol.

And then there was all of this:

What does it MEAN?! (Obviously I chose the second option for MC's dialogue, which increased Barb's intimacy.)

Barbatos my true love. Why did you give MC a real piece of paper from your grimoire? He’s always been cautious, always keeping MC at arm’s length, and now all of a sudden it’s here’s a piece of my grimoire? There is NO WAY he doesn’t have all of the build up from the OG. I can’t believe that he would actually give MC a piece of his grimoire if he had only just met them at the beginning of Nightbringer. So I’m tacking this on as additional evidence that Barb knows all.

Also can we just appreciate Lucifer in 32-A? All his brothers are completely out of it and he single-handedly motivates every one of them back into action.

It sure worked, huh? Do you think the credit card is in the freezer yet?

You guys. THE HARD LESSON.

It was everything. I LOVE the Little Ds. I LOVE them hanging out with Diavolo. I LOVE that Barbatos couldn’t accompany MC because Diavolo requested some fancy human world dish. This entire hard lesson was *chef’s kiss*

GOD I love Barb's knowing look and Dia's little frown. I love them so much it's almost painful lol.

Okay that’s all I’ve got to say about this lesson. In general, I enjoyed it. They coulda played up Belphie’s yandere tendencies a bit more. I felt like his change of heart was rather rushed, but they really can’t put him through the therapy he needs. I don’t think the lessons are long enough for that.

The ghouls, but specifically stuff about the water/water hybrids ghouls. Let's go.

-Due to the instability of his vessel, Water, the first ghoul to hold the bass position in the band, was destroyed by his own magic, and thus returned to the pit.

His successor, Lake, and Lake's subsequent replacement, River, also succumbed to this same issue, but, after an unfortunate amount of trial and error, the ministry was able to create their first viable water ghoul; Delta.

However, until Mist's summoning not long after, the ministry could not confirm whether or not they truly fixed the issue or not, as Delta was a hybrid, leading to the false conclusion that his quintessence magic kept him from succumbing to his water side.

-It's largely Delta's fault that there's a tradition of "bullying the new guy" among the band ghouls, generally speaking, but especially in regards to new water ghouls.

Delta teased Mist, Mist teased Dew... and then Delta decided to tease Dew, too.

Rain managed to escape this particular hazing ritual largely because Delta enjoyed teasing Dew more than him, and because Dew elected to go the, "I don't want to talk to you." route instead.

-Since leaving the band, Delta has been more in-tune with his quintessence side, and so he has taken up a position in the abbey's infirmary as part of the medical staff.

This is the only place where his antics involving Dew/teasing him are strictly not allowed, a rule which he respects due to his want to retain his job.

He also does not use any of Dew's -or anyone's- health information in his jokes, as even he thinks that would be crossing a line.

-Mist and Rain are saltwater variant ghouls, whereas Delta and Dew are freshwater, with their secondary subcategories...

Mist-Abyssopelagic Zone (The Abyss) variant, Rain-Mesopelagic Zone (The Twilight Zone) variant, Dew-Tundra/Plains Hybrid variant, Delta-Wetland/Temperate Forest Hybrid variant.

...This basically means they're all water, but their relationship with it is very different.

Mist's water magic is survival/instinct based, meaning it is used predominantly for hunting, whereas Rain's is used more so for camouflaging him, allowing him to glamour himself more readily than others.

Since Delta and Dew are hybrids, their magic is a bit more specific in terms of which form they have the most control of it in.

Delta can only manipulate freshwater containing dirt and debris, meaning he's good at removing impurities from water and cleaning it/cleansing wounds, which makes him an excellent addition to the medical staff.

And Dew can... Dew can make ice? Act like a humidifier?

...Yeah, he kind of got the short end of the stick on that one.

And lastly;

-The water ghouls all have a pact that if anyone messes with one of them, then they're all obligated to jump said person, no further questions asked.

One witness to such an event heard the "victim" shouting, "THE BITCHES HAVE UNIONIZED!" and indeed, indeed they had.

I just read Mammon's The Guardian Demon devilgram. Adorable! Mammon is top tier dad. My mc will fight those witch and raise that girl in Devildom with her father as God (or whatever obey me verison of God is) intended! I need dad Mammon in my life right now. Does the game mention his daughter more in other stuff?

Also Imma punch Solomon in the face. Sometimes this game makes it really hard to like Solomon. Why is he written to go out of his way to put down Mammon!? Yes, all of his brothers do it, but at least they know him and care about him when they're not being shitheads to each other. Why does Solomon have so much beef with Mammon? I'm not saying he can't, because everyone does. But idk it feels more aggressive when it comes from Solomon. Maybe it's because I haven't seen much of his character aside from the devilgrams and pop quizzes.

Yes!! Definitely one of my favourite devilgrams! Outside of the Devilgram they mention her in S1 and in S3, I believe, Mammon mentions the three witches and going up to the human world frequently to meet them

Okay so about Solomon,

-> He thinks in a very practical way rather than an emotional way and, though his constant smile and upbeat attitude may not show it, he's rather cynical (the complete opposite of Mammon). We see this a lot in Nightbringer, where he's constantly preparing for a fight between the human world and other two realms and is heavily skeptical when MC talks about making the other two realms see humans as equals without it leading to a fight.

-> He talks about how demons (and angels) look down on humans and about wanting to make them see humans as equals but he himself seems to see demons as lesser than humans. He somewhat admits this in s3? s4? where he says he only started seeing demons as friends recently. But even this doesn't stop him from collecting them and trying to use them as weapons against their own people if he needs to

-> Solomon has lived a long time and it's made him very stuck in his belief that demons (and angels) see humans as lesser beings and nothing, other than proving it wrong through force, will change that. Even though we do see the attitudes of demons changing slowly throughout s1-4 with Diavolo's pilot exchange program

-> Solomon doesn't really have any family members or even close friends when he's first introduced in S1. The closest people to him are Asmo, Barbatos and Thirteen and we already know that he didn't see the demons he had pacts with as friends until recently. So that just leaves Thirteen, with whom he has a very atypical friendship. They care about each other but they wouldn't put each other before anything else. He doesn't seem to have the best understanding on what typical (specially familial) relationships are like. This is why Solomon initially believes that MC, being human, would be like him and pick the safety of humanity over their loved ones. When almost any average human would tell you that they'd pick their loved ones over countless faceless strangers - something even Nightbringer knew

So Mammon's whole deal with the witches for the sake of some human child probably made him very skeptical. And so he tries to break it down to something that's more understandable to him, something that fits within his belief system

Eg: "Oh she's not excited to see Mammon because she sees him like a family member she just has a silly little kiddie crush on him"

^ Which is an insane thing for him to say, specially when both Mammon and MC (two of the most emotionally intelligent characters in om!) instantly pick out the fact that the girl sees Mammon as a father figure

But Solomon interprets it like a crush because crushes make sense. You can have a crush on a demon, specially if they helped you out. Hell, there are demons specifically there for you to have crushes on like Asmo and the succubi and incubi. But for a demon and a human to see each other as family? That's strange

Anyway Solomon is such a complex and interesting character, there's just so much you can unpack there, but I tried to keep this short as possible

He’s seen your magic, and it’s completely different from the one they use in Twisted Wonderland. One such difference is that yours can actually be deadly in itself, while theirs can only lead to deadly repercussions.

Don’t even joke about any possible overblots. He can collar you sure, but your magic is different as stated before. You see, rather than being born with it, you had to learn it as well as harness it. You would be unstoppable because you’re immortal as well.

He remembers the one time where Trey asked you to help him in the kitchen. He had never heard him scream in such a high-pitched tone. He ran in and saw Trey passed out and you adding ingredients left and right. With food like this, it’s no wonder you’re immortal.

During his overblot, he sees you summoning literal demons to fight him as well as using your own spells. To be honest, he could’ve been killed by the demons if you hadn’t ordered them to keep him alive.

In the infirmary room, he breaks down and apologizes for everything. You try to lighten the mood by saying that the only rule you broke was making yourself immortal, but it makes him feel crappier because you didn’t do anything to deserve any of this.

Isn’t surprised to see that you’re more powerful than anyone else. Kind of the rules of the Sunset Savanna. Remember when he says that he’s both kind of scared and greatly respects women? It really rings true.

He’s genuinely concerned when you take blot accumulation lightly, and often joking about it as well. Like, don’t you know it’s life-threatening?? Then he remembers that you don’t accumulate blot. He would be worried if you still overblotted despite the 0% possibility.

He really doesn’t trust anyone besides Ruggie to make his food, but he most definitely won’t be trusting you any time soon. He’s heard from everyone that you never follow any sort of recipe, so he tries to get you to lay down with him so he’s sure that you aren’t in the kitchen.

He saw when he overblotted that not only did you summon literal demons to try and take him down, but you also used your own spells and hexes. Like bro… TAKE A CHILL PILL! Even in this form, he can still die!

In the infirmary room, you see Leona’s nephew (he’s probably told you about Cheka when he was trying to prevent you from going into the kitchen). The older beastman woke up to you cooing about who was an adorable chihuahua. He definitely wasn’t jealous.’

Probably tries to get you tied up in a contract for your magic but you explain that your magic isn’t unique to you. In fact, as long as someone summoned a few demons and forced them into a pact, you could learn from them. His glasses flew off his face when you told him that.

If you ever joke about overblotting, he gets very worried. You failed to explain that you don’t accumulate blot. The cecaelia knows that your magic is more powerful than any contract he can make, so your overblot would be deadly to even the Diasomnia dorm.

Once, he heard Grim was sent to the infirmary after trying one of your home-cooked ‘meals’. He was absolutely shocked. Then you ask him to try it because ‘It CaN’t Be ThAt BaD’. He told you that he was allergic to something you put in the dish and you left it alone.

When he overblotted, he counted 72 people he didn’t know. Then he realized that he didn’t sense any magic in them, just power. They were demons. He felt a tad bit betrayed and also a bit scared because he could possibly die.

In the infirmary room, you make sure to stay by his side until he recovers. I mean, you kinda just packed him the f up, so you felt obligated. You both made an agreement that you would help with the granting of wishes if he ever gets to a place where so many people want something.

Kalim Al-Asim

Is absolutely amazed and intrigued by your magic because it’s not like anything he’s ever seen in the Scalding Sands or at NRC. He doesn’t even care that you could bring an end to someone’s existence with the snap of a finger.

However, he may tear up or full-on cry if you brought up a possible overblot because he knows that it’s both dangerous and life-threatening. Please explain to him that with the magic you use, you don’t accumulate anything.

Unfortunately, Kalim tells you that the only food he’ll eat is the food made for him by Jamil. There are no if’s, and’s, or but’s about it. Jamil most definitely wouldn’t allow it either because of the monstrosity you end up making in his kitchen.

When Jamil overblots, he hears you shouting out random incantations. Then he notices that your pact marks are glowing. He pieces two-and-two together and comes to the realization that you are summoning demons to help you take down Jamil. He is absolutely worried about his dear friend, but it is kind of necessary.

In the infirmary, you try and make Jamil some food as an apology for packing him the f up, but both he and Kalim refuse. Not only does the food smell horrible, it just looks horrible. Kalim politely refuses it while Jamil gives you a death stare.

Vil Schoenheit

Feels downright threatened by your power, but also amused by it. Because not only are you stronger and better than Vil, you’re also stronger and better than Neige. He has a love-hate view towards you.

Don’t joke around with him about overblotting. He knows that you can’t exactly do that, but 1) everyone else still can and 2) the possibility is never 0. You would do better without jinxing yourself anyways. 

When you presented some food you made, everyone was astonished. Then Vil broke down in rage, yelling about how dare you make a more lethal poison than I??? You were confused because you just made food… not poison. You refused the crown of Housewarden of Pomefiore out of pure offense.

When Vil overblots, he knows that your first move is going to be an incantation of some sort. What he didn’t know was the exact incantation you were going to do. So imagine his unfortunate surprise when he sees a bunch of demons just appearing and attacking him.

In the infirmary, Vil is awake. You have a box with you and he looks at you with suspicion. You open it and it’s full of skincare items. You then bring in your friend Asmodeus to help you. The three of you have a little fun relaxing and getting him back to optimal health.

Idia Shroud

Do you know how terrified he is of you? Sure, he’s not the most powerful person at Night Raven College, but to be this powerful?? You would have to be a UR+ character!!! Not just that, but he’s just terrified of people in general.

If you even think about joking around about overblotting, he’s gonna freeze. Can you even accumulate blot? He thinks about it, and he then realizes that Twisted Wonderland as a whole might be destroyed if you can actually overblot.

Would tell you straight up that he does not wish to eat your food. The eyes are literally blinking and looking at him. He feels more disturbed than ever. Is this even edible to humans? It’s more like a potion than actual food.

When he overblots, he probably already guessed that you had demon pacts because he’s played the game most likely. Plus, you use that kind of magic. To be fair, you weren’t exactly hiding it in the first place. What he couldn’t guess was how many demons and what abilities they had.

In the infirmary room, you offer to wheel in a TV and snacks and watch some anime with him. He looks at you shocked but you smile and say that the next episode of Chlorine is coming out after 10 years (iykyk). He has a very dopey smile as he settles in the bed and grabs a bag of chips.

Malleus Draconia

He respects you a lot. You don’t meet a lot of people who are more powerful than the five powerful mages of Twisted Wonderland. To be fair, you don’t meet a lot of people who partake in the dark arts at all, but here you are.

If you joke about overblotting, he’s confused. Didn’t you say that you couldn’t overblot since you didn’t accumulate blot at all? He’s also worried because he wouldn’t be powerful enough to stop you before the blot killed you.

Would pull out every excuse in the filing cabinet of excuses to not eat either yours or Lilia’s food. The two of you just don’t seem to understand that your food is inedible, even for most fae or sorcerers. You both are just built different.

When Leona overblotted, Malleus was standing at a distance “so as to not get hurt”. He did see you, though, coming in like a knight in shining armor. You activated all 72 of your pacts just to tire Leona out so he didn’t die.

Lilia holds you in great respect, as well as Silver. However, Sebek wants to yell at you. He wants to be shouting in your ear that you’re a bad influence to Malleus because you partake in the dark arts. But he can’t

Would you like to see all of Jonathan's speaking lines from the moment he joins the rest of the crew (September 30) till he witnesses the aftermath of Dracula's attack on Mina (October 3)? Well, here they are:

"I answer for Mina and myself," he said.

Both on his first day there, after spending most of his time working on documents with Mina. The former, when agreeing to the let's-hunt-Dracula pact, and the latter when asking to go along to visit Renfield. Your mileage may vary on whether he even did that, since Seward and Renfield and Stoker both forgot him entirely during said visit.

That's it. Oh, of course he talks more than that, but it's all described dialogue typically involved a larger group and even then is pretty brief. He suggests the importance of Renfield before the meeting. He leads the way through Carfax on Van Helsing's request, freezes up and has a minor panic attack when he thinks he sees Dracula, but is pretty silent throughout. The next day he has a brief chat with Van Helsing and hunts boxes. The next day, says hi and bye to Seward, then heads out to spend the whole day chasing leads again. When he gets back, the boys all have a music night and Jonathan reads his journal to them to keep them up on his efforts.

I'm not suggesting that Jonathan is totally silent or anything. But there's perhaps a reason Seward initially describes him as a "quiet, business-like gentleman." He's reserved for the most part and focused on the task at hand. Determined but not overzealous in any way that stands out; spends a lot of time off on his own or hanging back quietly.

All this to say... It must have been quite a shock to see quiet, paper-trail hunting Jonathan Harker abruptly start spitting out lines like:

"It cannot have gone too far yet. Guard her while I look for him!"

"May God judge me by my deserts, and punish me with more bitter suffering than even this hour, if by any act or will of mine anything ever come between us!"

"Then let us come at once, we are wasting the precious, precious time!" + "We shall break in if need be."

"I care for nothing now, except to wipe out this brute from the face of creation. I would sell my soul to do it!"

"May God give him into my hand just for long enough to destroy that earthly life of him which we are aiming at. If beyond it I could send his soul for ever and ever to burning hell I would do it!"

All of a sudden Jonathan is a big damn romantic hero. He is making huge declarations left and right, he is ready to hunt Dracula down and kill him in his pajamas, he is rushing and raging and swearing to God and cursing Dracula's soul to hell and offering to trade away his own. All this not to even mention attacking him with a knife and climbing out a window rather than waste any time with stairs.

Jonathan, who has always been pretty mild-mannered around this group to the point they almost find it hard to believe he could have been the same one to write about his experiences in the castle, is now in full on Addams family mode, public displays of affection and murder attempts included. And it's not like this situation isn't understandably dire as hell, an easy recipe for pushing someone past the limits of their composure. They all know that too.

But I just find it really fun to imagine the recalibration going on in their heads. Knowing intellectually the kind of stuff he did to stay alive all that time ago is a little different from watching him rampage around like he did today, and Seward definitely seemed to be experiencing a shift in his perception of Jonathan's manly fervor to say the least.

I headcanon he has a scare over his left hand but even with that, they still look really good.

He really started to think about it after the Gold Hellfire Newt Syrup incident, to be more precise, after the "Master, give me an order..." .Yeah, that awakened something in him. The thought of being at your mercy and receiving orders for you turns him on to no end.

H=Hair

Everything about Lucifer is well taken care off and that of course includes his body hair. He takes pride in how he looks and has an image to upkeep, so he will make sure he keeps it trimmed even if no one will see it. He is even more careful about keeping himself well taken care of when he is in a relationship if that's even possible

I=Intimacy

He is actually really intimate during sex. Mainly cause it's he is left vulnerable during it and also considers it a romantic activity. It's not easy for him to let go of his worries and let himself be vulnerable, so he really needs to trust for that. He is also aware how vulnerable you are in the moment so his soft side really gets to shine during these times and he has an easier time expressing how he feels.

J=Jack off

Despite being the avatar of horny He pushes jacking off in the favour of finishing his work so he is often left pent up. Even if he would have more free time, he still tries to avoid doing it cause it never satisfies him properly and he is left frustrated more often than not.

I Completed Lessons 1-10. Here's what happened, and the ending I got.

Alright! After about 15 hr 23 min total of F2P playing, I've completed all 10 lessons with all main stories/episodes watched. Granted, anything past lesson 4 isn't full S completed anymore, and I am very broke, but eh.

Solomon's cooking is so bad it caused Henry 1.0 to rapidly polymorph temporarily into random things

Henry 1.0 was originally huge. Levi befriended the snake when both of them were hiding from Satan

Henry 1.0 became regular snake sized bc Sol shrank him 😐 This means the shrink spell wore off, apparently.

The building that you and Sol share is called Cocytus Hall. I wonder where this building would be present day..? Did it get recycled?

Newly-demon brothers are being discriminated

Cerberus was obtained bc of a rumor that anyone who tames it becomes Ruler of the Underworld.

Mammon rallies everyone behind Luci's back to find and tame Cerberus

On the way there, we discover that we can still summon the brothers (We summon Beel to eat a magically growing pile of apples)

Apprehension attempt on Cerberus did not succeed. Luci saves everyone and tames Cerberus. Someone leaks these news and this is how the seven brothers become the seven rulers.

We become one of the three core founding members of RAD lmao

Somehow we get caught in a dream(?) with Levi in the TSL world. Levi does not know TSL at this point in time. Anyways, he summons Lotan at the end of it, who apparently actually appeared in real life, flooded the room, and then left.

Fuck i forgot when this happened so I'll just leave it here, but: Satan turned everyone except you and Lucifer into Chihuahuas. Including himself. Thankfully, the spell had a limit so it didn't last long

Angels enter the scene! For RAD consultation.

Apparently at some point the bottom of Asmo's bathtub becomes a portal.

Solomon is a fucking bastard and pushes everyone into the bathtub. You choose if you go in by your own will or if he also pushes you.

It leads to the Celestial Realm??? No lol jk, it's actually inside a very familiar looking labyrinth and y'all are being chased by a giant spider, fuck.

Solomon remakes pact with Asmo to distract spider.

Solomon then summons Barbatos

Unfortunately at some point he pissed Barbs off so he's ticked off by this summon. Barbs teleports the spider away and Sol uses his pact to force him to make a portal back home, but Barbs gets mad and later TELEPORTS HIM TO A DRAGON'S DEN LMAO

dw he's alright! He returns next lesson with a dragon egg.

Bad news! Diavolo and Barbatos realize you're human and not a demon after... What/when is this? 6-7 lessons? Yeah. Anyways, Dia tells you that you should pack up bc he's sending you back to the human world. You're another distraction, so to eliminate some stress, you're being deported, sorry. This is not a good thing.

Mammon and crew - except Luci obviously take on a ghost hunting job at the tome place idk I forgot the spelling

Mammon gets fucking possessed by a human ghost named Adam after you read his name off of a tomestone bc it was written in a human language.

Adam says that a demon killed him with consent many years ago bc Adam was trying to look for his lover but their dead

In case it wasn't obvious, that you.

Also, the demon knew you'd have the Ring of Light on you still. Anyways, Adam tells you that the demon's name/alias was Nightbringer. Guys, it's a fucking name drop!!!

You manage to open the gates for Adam by slurping up some of the brothers' powers and by the powers of the ring

Next day, you get a letter telling you to meet Dia concerning your expulsion, which Sol comes with you to try and change Dia's mind.

Suddenly, Belphegor basically kicks open the doors to demand that Beel be released. Apparently, he's been jailed. Shit, isn't that a parallel or what, huh?

Apparently, he suddenly got out of control and rampaged. Dia manages to pin him down and get him into a cell with sheer strength alone, but later escapes in the next lesson after you confront Luci and Belphegor who had a spat.

You, Luci, and Belphie get blamed for causing all of this 🥴 Especially by Barbs. Anyways, using your magic siphoning ability from your future pacts and the Ring of Light, you knock Beel out. Lesson 10 ends with you revealing that you're human and Dia and everyone wondering who tf you are to have this kind of power.

That was a lie. The very last scene was actually Satan and Simeon watching a cat that you introduced to Satan before you left with Luci and Belphie and discover the rampaging Beel. "Do you think MC will come back before the cat wakes up?" "I hope so."

Context for the quotes on the Nightbringer site:

Lucifer; "My pride hurt my brothers": I actually don't remember this one. I don't even know if my choices led up to this one. Will maybe revisit everything tomorrow or sum

Mammon; "We chose to follow Lucifer here. We all had reasons for doin' what we did.": This is from when Mammon is trying to convince the other brothers to join him in his search for Cerberus. He's tired of being discriminated, and doesn't regret his choice.

Leviathan; "I never wanted to come to this awful place, to begin with!": When Diavolo meets with the brothers concerning plans for RAD and about possibly making an announcement to show the brothers'presence, Levi is against this. He doesn't want the attention.

Satan; "I can barely stand being around them. It's torture.": Obviously, "them" are his "brothers". I can assume when he says this, but I think I can guess when it is. It was probably after he stormed off once the others discuss what the Celestial Realm was like. He's never seen that place, and he can't relate to the other brothers.

Asmodeus; "I want to return to the Celestial Realm...! I want to be an angel again! The way I used to be... White wings and all!": This is during the weird portal in the bathtub scene. He had tried to move on from the fall, but Simeon's appearance reminds him of what he lost again. He's scared of the fact that he's getting used to his demon self and that he's forgetting what it was like to be an angel.

Beelzebub; "I have a big secret that I've never been able to tell... Not even to Belphie.": I've actually never encountered this one bc I didn't get close to Beel. Has anyone seen this one?

Belphegor; "Who deserves to be punished the most?": After Lucifer temporarily admits defeat and doesn't stand up to Diavolo to let Beel go, Belphegor gets angry. He's scared that he'll lose another sibling. After telling you about Lilith and how stubborn she was, he admits that he doesn't know who to blame: Lilith for breaking the rules, the angels for directly killing her (or was this second one the other brothers for not doing more? I forgot damn), or himself for not protecting Lilith.

Anyways, that's all I can think of rn. Do note though that in Nightbringer, choices apparently actually matter so you may have gotten different results!

Despite not fixating in the Owl House much, It’s only natural for me to occasionally think about the Wittebane story because I am in fact a nerd.

I also realise that there’s been stuff on twitter again about how it’s immoral to like Philip’s character which… that’s a story for another day, but trying to understand his character is nowhere close to condoning his actions, and when it comes to the witch trials, we have real events we can analyse to try and understand where the roots of Philip come from. I know they likely weren’t allowed to go so far in the Owl House’ case, but I would love if media in general explored the mania surrounding witches in a more nuanced way than how it’s usually portrayed, this being in regards to the New England Witch Trials mainly, but it would be interesting to see other witch crazes explored and what not.

Back to Philip Wittebane though, I think what people fail to understand about the mania surrounding witches, is that at the time the threat was very real, and there’s typically a disconnect between these events and now due to the centuries of difference. We often villainise and even dehumanise the accusers without realising that this is a phenomenon that still occurs today - on the internet no less. People accuse and create false evidence and then we turn our backs on people, even when the evidence doesn’t always make sense. That is, in a simple manner of speaking, what the trials were, bouts of paranoia and false accusations leading to more and more deaths and imprisonments and fear amongst the masses, and this nature would be highly influential on children who can’t yet grasp what’s really happening.

It’s hard to understand Philip when we can’t connect to what he went through, but if you think of it as something you’re familiar with, it does become easier. He’s still a terrible and vile person, but when he was a child, he grew desensitised to the death around him, and even associated it with being accepted. As we know Gravesfield was a dangerously paranoid town, and a child is going to be influenced by the adults around them, and family too, gestures to Caleb. And if you want to call young Philip a heartless murderer, then I’m afraid you’d have to do the same for Caleb, because we see in the Hollow Mind portraits that Caleb joined in and encouraged the deaths of supposed witches. The difference between him and his brother is that he changed, and Philip did not, but that is a discussion for another day.

And it’s always worth noting the fact they grew up in a strictly Christian environment, and even though I was a Catholic not Protestant, the same principles apply when it comes to Christianity messing you up, and lord above, it can really mess you up. Top ten reasons why he’s like me. Seriously though, Christianity was a focus point in a Puritan’s life, and they would keep journals and devote their lives to God for the most part. The fear of damnation was very real and these pacts with the devil even moreso, and when things went wrong, it would be so much easier to blame the devil and his servants than to believe in the cruelty of God or in the idea that they themselves were doing something wrong to anger him.

And that’s exactly what Philip does later down the line. He blames a servant of the devil for his brother’s fall rather than believe that he’s in the wrong, and that his brother has strayed from the right path. While this isn’t explicitly said, it’s again something we can infer from historical context and vague hints in the show, I mean Philip does call the Isles another word for hell. Interestingly, he doesn’t seem to question the fact he’s in a place that is essentially hell, and instead takes it as a mission to rescue his brother and cleanse hell.

Side note on that actually, I’d have to double check but this purging of a hell-like place reminds me vaguely of the Book of Revelations and how when Jesus rises again, Hell will be like a second death and those who have not accepted salvation will cease to exist or be cast into a lake or sulfur… I’d have to double check that though. It’s definitely not an intentional thing, but you know, it may be something running through Philip’s mind. Also it paints him again as similar to the anti-christ or the false prophet, taking the place of Jesus as saviour but really leading them all to damnation.

Before you ask, yes I am reading way too much into this and finding things that probably weren’t even the point but you know.

I guess in summary: it’s hard to understand Philip’s character without the historical context, and it’s even harder when you twist the historical context to be black and white, in this case the witch trials and Puritan society. Understanding his character will never be condoning his actions. I find his character fascinating because he is a display of what would happen if you put a devote Puritan man into the modern world. Did I think it was done well? Not really. Did I still enjoy seeing his character unfold? Yes! He’s a despicable man, but it’s completely acceptable to look at a despicable fictional character and wonder ‘what made you this way’?

There’s also a whole other discussion about how his control over the Isles reflects colonialism and how he converted people with their own beliefs and culture to what is essentially Christianity, using a belief they already had (The Titan) to spearhead this, something I’ve touched on before a few times but an in depth analysis would be interesting. The show touches on this directly once I think? And there are clear differences is the isles before and after, so I believe this was very much the intention.

okay but what if astarion shadowheart karlach gale wyll poly. i never get laezel or minthara so idk enough about them to analyze so imma just focus on my Main Camp Team. this gets very nsfw toward the end because i’m ill and i want them all to fuck!

the insane potential for an incredible number of love triangles. it starts with astarion and shadowheart, because he assumes the amnesiac will be the most naive/easy to influence. they pick up gale and astarion finds him annoying while shadowheart finds him sweet and useful to the mission. of course astarion starts trying to compete with and outsmart gale, which just creates an insane amount of sexual tension.

then karlach joins in and shadowheart is immediately smitten with her, leaving gale and astarion to let that sexual tension come to a climax or two. shadowheart, literally conditioned to be non-monogamous is all for it and pouts about not being invited until gale realizes that Oh. Oh. This is a thing that was happening…? well, he can’t blame astarion for liking her, and she’s much sweeter and substantially less threatening than the Girl He Has Feelings For that gale brings to the table.

karlach is a hard one because she is actually insanely monogamous and would be happiest only with shadowheart, trying to ignore the fact that her girl had other partners because she’d never deny her happiness like that. then i think once astarion and gale opened up a bit about their experiences and conditions karlach would really start developing a connection with them that would eventually bleed over into something a little more. she’s used to warming shadowheart up at night, what difference does one more shivering elf at her side make? gale is her fucking bomb bro till the end and he’s super smart and explains stuff to her she doesn’t understand without making her feel stupid.

then we add wyll to the mix. the literal actual genuine knight in shining armor of astarion and shadowheart’s dreams, so kind and honorable and hot they’re down bad. the way wyll suffers under mizora but doesn’t regret his pact with her wins over gale’s sympathy immediately and of course, wyll’s sacrifice to protect karlach gets her right in the infernal engine too.

as for specific small group dynamics ive already gone crazy about shadowheart astarion and karlach so we’ll skip over them for now.

gale -> astarion <- wyll is simultaneously “i want that twink obliterated” and “oh my god you poor injured little stray cat let me nurse you back to health”. very big on the unpacking trauma and having Man Therapy Time that leads to astarion and gale both crying into wyll’s very muscular shoulders

I'm an anime only but i'm curious how is ferris relationship with gender?

im going to answer kinda quickly (and w/o spoilers) bc im abt to have dinner but the basic gist of it is:

crusch and ferris swapped gender presentations as part of a pact, something that goes back to their respective backstories. (might be harder to tell that crusch is intended to lean more masc, but its in like that knightly bishounen kinda way so it can come off more androgynous than anything). ferris takes the deal a lot more seriously than crusch does (partly bc of devotion, partly because of love) and even still "plays the part" when the pact no longer requires it after crusch got her memories eaten (and was acting more girlish). ferris wakes up every morning repeating the mantra of being a "cute girl" as an affirmation- saying that "this has been the mantra for a long time" believing whole-heatedly that there's magic in this sort of believing, and thats why they just somehow havent developed secondary sex characteristics (and they thank their ancestors for the lack of beard hair- i think it must be somekinda undiscovered divine protection of hrt). though they have a bit of a complex about the idea of this girlhood being "borrowed" because of the swap, and sort of have a higher sense of pressure to confirm as strictly to femininity because of this- because its for crusch. but dont necessarily mistake this for ferris disliking the pact itself, the pressure is something more internal. crusch never held herself to the same degree of devotion to it, wearing casual dresses while inside the house and such, while ferris has committed every fiber of their being to it. this has been the mantra for a long time. and there are genuine insecurities to be found within this- at a certain point a villain representing lust accuses ferris of dressing this way to "lead on" men, something that we as the audience know isnt true (ferris still loves crusch), but never the less messes with their head and in a way i think its meant to be a commentary on the general preconceptions audiences have when it comes to characters like ferris- rezero is a deconstruction series after all so stuff like that is to be expected.

all that being said do i think ferris is the most well done amazing rep in the whole universe? not really. i mean im not transfem so im not the authority on this topic, but im echoing stuff ive generally seen discussed- i think ferris is kind of an example of a character that suffers a bit from the creator not reeeaaallly knowing how trans people work or not realizing hes effectively written a trans person because of this. i defaulted to they/them to ferris here because it is kinda complicated and can be taken a few different ways. how much of it is for crusch vs how much is for ferris? how much of an identity does ferris have outside of crusch? outside of being crusch's "girl side" etc. this theme is something we see with ALL the knights! they all have a blinding and often self-destructive devotion to their liege. and a lot of these are heavily reliant on gender roles in a lot of ways (subaru projects his masc powerfantasy onto emilia, julius has to constantly be the Perfect Knight for anastasia, reinhard can only ever be a Hero and stakes his family's redemption on felt becoming king, al lets priscilla just behead him 100 times bc hes a freak.) in the case of crusch and ferris the entire concept is that these roles have been somewhat swapped, but the devotion stayed the same so. theres a lot there. a lot thats a lot more complicated than just like.... "boy dresses like a girl bc its my fetish" eugh

#and btw none of this is to also say that you cant just be a guy who wears dresses bc you like it either #ive heard ppl argue that and its like. theres more there in this case #look on paper i would very much like to be masc but in reality i dont have the body type and i like to dress feminine so ill also never loo #like the part. and i think ive made peace with that for now. for now. but what im saying is its not the dress or appearance itself ever #i think there are plenty of anime boys that wear dresses and are in fact still boys. such as yuki a3 or kuranosuke princess jellyfish #love those guys #i also think there are often characters that have more nuance often bc of meta reasons and ferris is one of them. imo

If there was anything someone should have warned you about when you first started dating a footballer, it would be the number of restless nights you'd have when they weren't by your side... it was a killer knowing that they were out and about traveling after a tiring 90 minutes to get home to you, while your suppose to sleep peacefully in your shared bed like nothing was happening! When Mason first asked you to move in a month ago, you made a secret pact to yourself that you would never let him come home to a quiet sleeping house, no matter how tired you were! However, you had yet to have a proper chance to stick it out as most away games he'd had were in London... that was until tonight!

"I'll call you later yeah?" Mason whispered, crouching down in front of the couch as he pecked your cheek softly not wanting you to get too distracted with your exam only being 2 days away. Looking up quickly, you grab his hand pulling him back down to you to give him a proper kiss "score a goal for me..." You mumble on his lips, causing his lips to tug into a smile "I'll try my best darling..." Giving your mouth one last peck, he got up grabbing his bags as he gave you a final wave "Make sure you get plenty of rest after studying... I'll see your pretty face in the morning!"

Giving him an untruthful nod, you smiled "I will do handsome... good luck! I love you!"

"I love you too... make sure you have something to ea-" Rolling your eyes you leapt off the couch, practically pushing him out the door as laughter filled the room "I will be fine you big softie..." You giggle, pushing him fully out the door making sure he had all of his stuff as you run your hands through his hair "Your going to Liverpool not Australia... calm down, I'm fine..."

"I'm sorry." He sighed, taking your hands in his "I just now how stressed you get when studying and with your exams being only 2 days from now, I don't want you to neglect yourself again... not like last time!" Your last exam season was so bad that you ended up in the hospital due to a lack of sleep and nutrients you had. It broke Mason in two seeing you lying there with an IV drip attached to your arms feeling like he could have prevented it all somehow, so he promised himself that he'd always be there to make sure you'd never get that way again.

Cupping his cheeks in your hands, you kissed his lips "I promise you I will never let it get that bad again, Mase. I'll have my dinner, study a little more than & then I'll have some rest... stop worrying!" Mason felt a rush of relief from your words, knowing that you always tried 100% to keep a promise!

"I'll believe you I suppose..." Mason smiled, pecking your lips before pulling you in one last hug "Love you honey.."

"Love you to Mase... See you later!"

As soon as the door was shut and Mason's car was gone from the driveway, you bolted straight up the stairs. Immediately grabbing all of the blankets and pillows you could for your midnight stay up. With the game only being in Liverpool you knew there was a high chance of him being back before midnight, but with the press afterward and then commute back up to London you didn't want to take any chances.

The rest of your evening was spent hunched up on the couch, studying books in hand as you watched the lead-up to the match. Your cheeks flushed pink every time they'd mention his name like you were some love-struck teenager who can't even see their crush without getting all giddy! Keeping at least one of your promises, you finally pack up your books once kick-off was only 10 minutes away, running into the kitchen to make yourself some quick dinner and coffee before vacating back to the couch where you sat intrigued for the next 90 minutes. Before dating Mason you hated football, not finding the idea of watching 22 grown-ass adults kicking a ball around a field entertaining at all. But with attending the games and Mason always having them in the background, you grew to adore it! Now spending most of your spare time finding out transfer news and keeping updated with different games across the globe... you have to admit that at first you did it to talk to Mase but now you turned addicted for your own self!

Throwing your hands in the air when the whistle blew full time, you cheered along with the crowd as Mason once again got another goal & assist! Obviously taking your little comment before he left very seriously! Your heart burst with pride every single time they would show him on the screen, the familiar redness on cheeks and his chest puffing up and down after another 90 minutes of non stop effort from him!

Pulling your phone out you sent him a quick 'so proud of you🤍' before switching off the game, instead opting to put on a marvel marathon that you knew would help you stay up for the next couple of hours for your boyfriend's return! & it was actually a lot easier than you thought!

You were too engrossed in the scene in front of you to hear the door slam softly shut. Mason thought it was unusual that the living room lights were on when he pulled up, you were the type of person to check everything 10x before you went to bed which told him that you might not have actually taken his advice about resting. That was confirmed when his head popped into the living room, finding you in the same position as you were when he left watching the same film you seen millions of times with the same shocked expression on your face.

Feeling a stare upon you, you looked up. Finding Mason leaned against the door with a goofy grin on his face, immediately opening your arms out for him to climb into, which he accepted without hesitation. "I'm so proud of you, Mr goal scorer.." You whispered in his neck as he held you tight to his chest, continuously pecking your temple with a big smile on his face "You waited up for me..." Mason smiled, causing you to lift your head up to look at him with a matching grin on your face "I thought I told you to rest darling... it's midnight!"

"In my defense, I stopped studying just before the game.." You smirked, pointing across the room to your packed up books "I haven't been doing anything for the last couple of hours apart from resting, watching Tom Holland, and seeing my super talented, hot, gorgeous boyfriend kill it in Anfield!"

"Thank you, baby..." Mason mumbled on your lips, pulling away from you to lean his head on yours "Still think you should have rested like I told you to instead of pulling an all-nighter..."A part of him was a little mad at you for not taking his advice and resting, but as he saw that goofy little smile on your face his anger was quickly placed with nothing but love instead "It's good job your adorable y'know!"

"It's one of my many charms" You smirked, pecking the bridge of his nose before cuddling back into his chest "Now stop talking, it's the best scene!" Mason chuckled as your eyes went back to the TV to watch your favourite scene of the whole film "I suppose we're not going to bed yet are we?" Mason laughed as you looked at him with a disgusted look on your face. "Of course not! At least not until this has finished!" Looking up at him with soft eyes, you brushed his hair "Unless your tired then of course I don't mind..." Mason's heart burst at how you always found away to think of him, even when your in a goofy mood. Shaking his head he pulled you back down to him...

"Nahh sweetheart, ." Mason smiled, kissing your temple "I'm never to tired to spend time with you.."

"I love you Mase.." You whispered into his chest, your words going to straight to his heart. "I love you so much more... missus all nighter!"

One more thing, while I think about it:

Guardian Mask: In accordance with an ancient pact with the Erdtree, it is said that  their deaths lead not to destruction, but instead to renewed, eternal life as guardians.

Fairly standard Golden Order stuff: subvert the natural cycle of life and death so long as you're useful.

Guardian Garb (Full Bloom): It is said that the blood-red flowers blooming on their backs mark the senescence of their ancient pact. Perhaps the guardians are part tree already.

Astute viewers (or the criminally insane) may notice that these crimson flowers look awfully similar to the blooms seen in Caelid.

Anyway, here's where things get *really* interesting. Neither @catcas22 nor I recognized the word "senescence," so I looked up the definition and

Note that word: *deterioration*. As though that which ought to have been preserved has fallen into ruin.

Note that the Erdtree Guardians make use of poison (often impaling themselves to release it) which is the weapon of, you guessed it, Servants of Rot!

The proposal: on their deathbeds, these guardians swore to guard the Erdtrees in exchange for eternal life. Notably absent in this vow is a promise of eternal *youth*. And so the guardians maintain their post, always watching, until rot takes hold and blooms from the dried-out husks of beings who ought to have died long ago. Even in this state their service does not end, as the trees which grow from their backs puppet their corpses, maintaining their age-old pact.

Thus we see yet another instance of the Erdtree/Golden Order subverting the ordinary cycle of life, death, and rebirth, with unsuspecting humans left to pay the price.

Side note, but its notable that other than the burned tree at Mt. Gelmir, the only instance we have of non-golden Minor Erdtrees are those which have been corrupted by the rot. Food for thought.
